How is it April already?? My birthday is in 3 days- how?

And l'm sick 🫠

I figured for the days before my birthday l'll do an asks sort of thing? It can be about little baby blue, it can be about last hope, side projects, and about me? I suppose haha,

Little baby blue consists of 5 chapters and last hope so far has 3 l've built up.

"Happy birthday!" Everyone yelled as Gallio and Donnie got back from a little father-son outing, which was all part of Karai's plan to get Gal out of the house so they could set up for his birthday. He was going to start high-school soon, that deserves a surprise party! It was also a reason to get everyone in one place, everyone has been all around the place these days. Karai has her work, so does Jeremiah and David, the twins have college and Magdline has her own friends.

"I- when did you?- how did you?-" Gal sputtered out as he tried to wrap his head around how all of his family was in once place. "It was mine and dad's idea." Karai said while leaning against her dad, who put his arm around her. "Yep, it took months to prepare, but I say it's worth it." Donnie added on. "Yep, and they even got David out here!" Jeremiah said while patting his brother on the back. "Yeah yeah." David said while he rolled his eyes, hiding a small smile with his hand. Before anyone could continue, they were all pulled into a hug by Gal, "I love you guys.." He said while keeping everyone he can close.

Later that night, the party died down and everyone headed to their own home or fell asleep in their old rooms. All except for Donnie and Gal, they were in the kitchen, sitting at the table while Donnie told all the embarrassing stories about Gallio's siblings. Gal was trying to listen, but something was picking at the back of his mind. "It should be fine for me to ask, I am her kid after all." Gal thought.

"Hey dad, I wanna know something." Gallio said, interrupting his story. "Oh?" Donnie replied. "Yeah, I wanna know about mom, and not just the basics, I wanna know what her favorite things were, how she would play with Karai and the others... even how she died, I wanna know it all." Gal said, a determined look on his face, he was gonna get his answers. On Donatello's face, a bit of surprise, Gallio has asked this question many times before, and each time, Don didnt think he was ready. He knew that he was going to ask again (and that he still wasn't ready) but on his birthday? I mean, who wants to know how someone died on their birthday? "Oh, uhm, we'll talk about this more in the morning Gal," Donnie said while starting to stand up, "but let's head to bed it's late and you need sleep if you want to be ready for training in the mor-"

"But you say we'll talk about it in the morning ever single time dad! And I've been asking this question for years! I'm not too young to handle it! I wanna know!" Gal said as he shot up from his seat, cutting off Donnie and slowly getting a bit mad (and it's not just because he spilled his soda).

"Look, I know you want to know, but it's not the right time."

"Oh come on! I'm fourteen dad! I'm a teen now and everyone else in our family know so why can't I?!" Gallio yelled out, his anger from alway being shut down finally rising from the pit it was in for so long. "Gal..-" Donnie said, trying to keep himself level headed so late at night. "No! I don't wanna wait any longer!"

"Gal."

"Oh come on! Are you really going to shove this aside again?!"

"Gallio!.."

"Please! I want to know now!"

"Gallio Benson Hamato! It is late and we're not going to do this right now! Room! Now!" Donatello said, pointing to Gallio's door while hiding a pit of panic with an angry, tired face.

"But!-"

"Now!" Donnie made sure not to yell too loud as to not wake his other kids. But that would be to no avail as Gal stormed off and slammed the door. Huh, this reminds Don of another time one of his kids and him had an argument like this, although it was over a different reason.- ... Well, let's home that the same things that worked with Karai can work with Gal, they might need some small adjustments here and there though. But first, giving them both a moment to calm down, and Don needed to clean up the soda that spilled-

"They all really have a part of you in them Tam.."

Gal threw his Atomic Lass plush at the wall before falling back into his hammock, he sighed as angry tears started to fall. Why didn't his dad want to tell him? How bad was it? How bad was it that Gallio, Tamsin's own flesh and blood, wanted to know how she died? Gal pushed his hair out of his face as he wiped the tears that never seemed to end.

It had been ten minutes since Gal ran off, which Donnie sent that time cleaning the soda that spilled and grabbing something before heading to Gallio's door. It was covered in paint and a poster or two, with his name in the middle. Donatello took a deep breath before softly knocking on the door before putting his back to it. "Gallio, it's me. I get it if you don't want to talk with me, but I owe you an answer don't I? So if yours still up, we can try to talk about it.." Donnie said, leaning on the door while looking at the gift in his hands. But before long the door opened, causing Donnie to fall onto the floor with a thud. "Ow-" was the only response Don gave before Gal burst out into laughter, which Donnie soon join in. They laughed for a good five minutes before Gal finally helped Donnie up. "Thank you Gal." Donnie said while wiping a tear from his eye. "I guess we both needed that laugh right?" Gal responded with a nod before siting on his hammock, which Donnie soon followed and sat next to him.

"So, I guess you're finally going to open up dad?" Gal said, he wasn't going to be angry anymore, even if he got a 'no.' But to his surprise, Don nodded, he was finally going to tell him. "But, gift first, it might not be your birthday anymore but you still need a present from mom don't you?"

"This was from mom?"

"Yep, she got so excited when she was pregnant with you that when she saw this, she had to get it for you." Once Gal heard this, he had to open the box, and so he did.

"A pj set, and it's my exact size?"

"Ok that part was a bit unexpected- I thought it would be a bit big on you-"

"Ok? And why did mom have to get this for me when she saw it?"

"Because it was in a set with another pare in your mother's size, when you could wear it and ir wouldn't be too big on you, she was going to match with you on your birthday. Like she would've with your siblings.."

Gal took a good look at the pjs with a smile before running off to the bathroom, coming back a moment later in the purple pjs that were covered in spots of color at the cuffs of the pants and the end of the sleeves. "I love them!" Gal said while sitting next to his dad once again. "Now, story time qhen you're ready dad." Gal finished while laying against his dad as he wrapped his arm around Gallio.

"Ok, here we go.. the night your mom died your siblings and I were going to visit your uncles while you and your mother were at home, but once we got home the house was ruined.. it was almost completely destroyed, you and your mother were nowhere to be found, until I saw a trail.."

"A trail of what?"

"Blood.."

"..."

"Once I saw it, I knew I had to follow it.. and so I did.. and there I saw your mother on a pool of her own blood.."

Hearing that made Gallio's skin crawl a little, causing him to press himself against his dad more, which also caused Donatello to tighten his arm around his son ever so slightly as to not hurt him.

"Even when she was dying and in pain, she still greeted me with a smile and a 'hi honey' that I didn't deserve after leaving her and you to get hurt.. but she still greeted me as she did.. I wanted to save her, to keep her with me.. but she gave you to me, said to take care of you and love you enough for the both of us.. before she passed away in front of me.." Donnie finished, a few tears streaming down his face as he looked down at his son, who was starring at the wall while gripping his arm. Then Don laid his head on Gal's before starting to talk again. "But, I'm still happy I met your mother, she was kind and loved you guys more than we could even know. And I know that if she were still here, she would be so damn proud of you and who you'll become, you are her kind after all. Don said before kissing Gal's forehead. "Daaaad," Gal said with a small laugh, "stoooop."

"Never." Donnie replied while pulling Gal into a hug, giving him all the affection he deserves, causing Gal to laugh more and more, and after a moment Donnie asked something "want to see some videos of your mother? You've only seen pictures, so you can hear her voice if y-"

"Yes!" Gal yelled while looking up at his dad, who soon pulled out his phone and opened a folder. They then spent the next half hour watching of family videos, Gal's favorite part was his mother's laughter, it made him as happy as he could be.

Anyway hello hi hello! This is Ivy Darling, yes yes he's the apple of Dandy and Wally's silly eyes. A pal of mine made a sort of AU where they made a stork puppet so we could design little fan babies so here we are!!!

TECHNICALLY Ivy isn't super canon to Dandy's story? But Ivy is so very comforting for me to draw if I'm very honest. Just...happy family moments ya know?? Idk idk. He's here and he's just a little guy.

2024 has approached and has smacked me in the face, where the hell the new year come from??

Anyways, my drawings this year 😎

The first three are from an eddsworld comic I'm working on, I decided to pick up a pencil after about two years without drawing and it became a side project, it's hard to believe that a small (well, not very small) project lead me to all this 👀💙💜❤️🧡

I can't believe the improvement over a year, that's insane.

I just wanted to thank you guys for helping me find the motivation to start drawing again, I never thought I'd come so far and honestly I can't thank you guys enough, I'm awful with words but thank you thank you thank you.

Especially special thanks to @abbeyofcyn @skylabrea @wandering-ghost @the-fluidiest-gender @ilivelikeimtrying (I really hope I didn't forget anybody, I'm bad with names ahhhh) you all helped me in more ways than I can count and I'm grateful to have you guys in my life 🫂

For once in a long time I'm looking forward to what's ahead, admittedly bad start but I'm still looking forward to what's to come, so to start off a new year I figured I'll show you all what's to come after little baby blue is complete

The first drawings of this year too

Originally I wanted to do a future au that focused on Casey Jr and his life in the apocalypse, but little baby blue was created instead and being honest, I thought about it for like two days then jumped right in because I got excited, so the first few parts up till recently have been completely off the top of my head, I have everything planned, every detail, I got scripts and future parts sketched out as rough drafts, I have Playlists for future animations, I planned everything but the very very beginning, so oops.

But LAST HOPE AU will be a prequel to little baby blue, everything in little baby blue will link back and connect with last hope and vice versa, there has already been hints and foreshadowing in little baby blue that tie in with last hope, events that have happened in Casey's timeliness have already started to appear, just not in the way it had in his time. Everything will tie together in a neat little bow hehe.

We do get small snippets of Casey's past in Little Baby Blue but the story mainly focuses on leo and his brothers. Last Hope is dedicated to Casey Jr and his story that lead to the events of LBB.

A small bit of detail of the characters Casey mainly interacts with

Donnie makes more than just guns with his ninpo as you can see, he saves close combat weapons for his most bloodlust of days, especially when his family gets hurt. His hands are scarred from building the best tech he can with what little he's got, all his family wears this specially designed tech because out of everybody he wants to keep his dum dum brother's, April and Cassandra alive the most. He has the base in heavy lockdown and has strict system when it comes to missions that him and leo enforced to ensure maximum survival, donnie is cold blooded and fierce and only allows his family into his tech room that's heavily secured. When Casey Jr is born Donnies "emotionally unavailable" image gets turned to dust and genuinely gets excited when it's his turn to watch Jr, it's the only time he's actively away from his tech and security systems is to watch Casey Jr but he doesn't worry about it because if he's not there S.H.E.L.D.O.N. is on watch and notifies donnie when it's an emergency or something important, once Jr is old enough he allows Casey into his tech room and teaches Casey about how his tech works and how it operates.

Mikey never reaches his old man stage, only being 40 when the events of the movie take place. This is mainly due to the fact that he never learned how to cure kraang infected survivors, once someone is infected they couldn't be saved. He's at his most powerful protecting those closest to him and is still the main cook, him and donnie are the last line of defense if the base is ever attacked. He's the most connected to their family ninpo, him and leo work together to try and reawaken Leo's powers and were actually successful until leo lost his arm, he could never find out what had Leo's ninpo in a chokehold. Him and Casey have an entire room dedicated to wall art and often when mikey watches Casey they need to bathe all the paint off him afterwards, It's the only room full of color and is open to everyone to sit and enjoy the colors.

Raph is big, angry, intimating and powerful, but he is the kindest heart you'll find in the turtle group. Him and Cassandra go on missions together most of the times and he took her passing the hardest, he was a father figure to Casey Jr and despite being the biggest turtle he was the most gentle with Jr. He passed suddenly but died protecting those he loved most. Mikey talks with raph A lot after his death and donnie chimes in from time to time but unfortunately leo is unable to reach raph but knows he's there.

Leo is the leader of the resistance, he's looked up too as much as he's looked down upon, he doesn't take kindly to insults about his family and will put you in your place if one is threatened. He bugs Donnie a lot and try to do their traditional twin night as often as they can, along with being leader of the resistance he also helps Mikey cook, he helps Raph make clothes, and helps Donnie with security, he doesn't have time to watch Casey but always keeps an eye on him, sometimes when dee and Leo have twin nights they bring Casey with, after Leo loses his arm Casey is attached to his hip and after Raphs death Leo takes Casey under his wing and teaches him everything he needs to know to survive.

Cassandra is the mother of Casey Jr, she’s crazy fearless and insanely strong for being human. Even when she was pregnant she was trying to kick kraang butts, after Jr was born she settled down for a few months with April at her side who was teaching her how to properly handle an infant. After those few months though she was right back to her crazed energy and fighting spirit, she took it upon herself to teach the other mothers how to fight off kraang while protecting their kids, one example is kicking kraang face while burping child. Multitasking at its finest. She was in her sons life till he was 3 1/2 years old and she tragically lost her life, we will witness how she lost her life in little baby blue through one of the flashbacks Casey has and it’ll also be in last hope, sadly Casey was there to witness his mother’s final moments.

The one, the only, April O’Neal! Commander and right hand lady of the resistance, she’s always around the base trying her best to help lessen the load on Leo’s shoulders while still trying to be her bubbly self. She’s mostly helping her mother out in the medbay though and was there to help save Leo’s life multiple times, always followed by treating the soft shells wounds shortly after his freak outs. She’s not very well trained in medicine but her mother and Leo have taught her most of the basics knowledge for when she’s in battle and is needed. She is one of the few that survives till the events of the movie

I look forward to what's coming in little baby blue, and for what's to come in LAST HOPE. I hope you all are as excited as I am hehehe
