Un evento maravilloso con una cause increíblemente importante: la lucha contra el abuso infantil.

Amigos for Kids, es una fundación creada para recaudar fondos los cuales son usados para ayudar a esta causa, invirtiendo estos en actividades para niños en actividades extracurriculares, proporcionando asistencia escolar, así como otorgar a los niños numerosas actividades deportivas, artísticas y de enriquecimiento. Uno de sus

objetivos es el de la educación a los padres fortaleciendo a las familias, proporcionándoles educación y apoyo pertinentes de manera efectiva. Alentando un ambiente óptimo para el crecimiento y desarrollo saludable de padres e hijos.

Toda la gente que trabajo en este evento hizo un trabajo formidable, desde la organizacion, en donde ofrecian transporte gratis de la Universidad de Miami al estaconamiento, hasta toda la variedad de actividades y de exhibicion de comida de diferente lugares. La seguridad que la Universidad proporciono estuvo magnifica, con guardias en diferentes puntos del evento.

Al entrar a este edificio nuevo de la UM, precioso, impecable y con una hermosa vista del lago, disfrutamos de la musica de fondo muy latina y caribena del DJ, mientras empezo mi noche de degustacion de platos delicios, de la gente de PokeBar de Coral Gables, HalfMoon Empanadas, Goya, Los Ranchos y mas. Todo esto acompanado de refrescantes bebidas elaboradas a tu gusto de la gente de Bacardi.

Las sonrisas de todos los que asistimos fue constante y en todo momento.

Luego y como lo tenian planificado, subimos al segundo piso por mas diversion. Ahi nos esperaria una subasta de increibles productos, como gorras, cuadros de famosos jugadores autografeados, y mas. Tambien Marlins, tenian una seccion de juegos en donde me gane una gorra naranja linda despues de jugar como nina, Me encanta!!

Continuamos subiendo y disfrutando, de photobooth, en donde reimos, y nos tomamos fotos divertidas que nos llevamos de recuerdo. Para mis sosrpresa, la gente de Versailles, tenia una mesa larga llena de comida Cubana espectacular (con lo que me encanta a mi todos eso!). Desde arroz imperial, pastelitos y luego me hizieron uno de los cafes Cubanos mas riiiiicos, y me lo tome al instante.

Terminamos esta noche espectacular en el salon de fiesta, lleno de mesas de Domino.

Que vista tan espectacular ver este salon lleno de mesas, la mayoria llena de gente jugando por diversion mientras contribuian a una causa benefica muy linda. Los organizadores, fundadores y artistas de este evento nos dieron la bienvenida a esta fiesta y hablaron un poco de Amigos for Kids.

La maravillosa y sabrosa orquesta nos hizo bailar a todos, con musica de diferentes generos, pero mi favorito, por supesto fue el latino. Salsa y meregue del bueno. El Dj tambien nos deleito con su musica y termino la noche con una hora loca. Esta gente definitivamente boto la casa por la ventana.

Fue una noche increible y muy divertida en donde cada centavo fue gastado de manera correcta. Espero verlos a todos el ano que viene, para disfrutar mientras ayudamos a estos ninos, ya que no hay escusa para el maltrato infantil.

A wonderful event with an incredibly important cause: the fight against child abuse. Amigos for Kids is a foundation created to raise funds which are used to help this cause, investing these in activities for children in extracurricular activities, providing school attendance, as well as giving children numerous sports, artistic and enrichment activities.

One of your The objectives are to educate parents by strengthening families, providing them with relevant education and support in an effective way. Encouraging an optimal environment for the growth and healthy development of parents and children.

All the people who work in this event did a formidable job, from the organization, where they offered free transportation from the parking garage to the University of Miami’s complex, to all the variety of activities and food exhibitions from different places. The security that the University provided was magnificent, with guards at different points of the event.

Upon entering this new UM building, beautiful, impeccable and with a pretty view of the lake, we enjoyed the very Latin and Caribbean background music of the DJ, while I started my night of tasting delicious dishes, from the PokeBar people of Coral Gables, Halfmoon Empanadas, Goya, Los Ranchos and more. All this accompanied by refreshing drinks made to your liking by the people of Bacardi. The smiles of all those who attended were constant and at all times.

Then, as planned, we went up to the second floor for more fun. There we would expect a silent auction of incredible products, such as caps, pictures of famous self-graffed players, and more. Also the Florida Marlins, had a section of games where I won a cute orange hat after playing as a little girl; I loved it! We continue enjoying, from the photobooth, where we laugh, and we take fun pictures that we take as a souvenir.

For my surprise, the people of Versailles had a long table full of spectacular Cuban food (which I love). From imperial rice, pastries and then they made me one of the most delicious Cuban coffees, and I drank it instantly.

We finished this spectacular night in the party room, full of Domino tables. What a spectacular sight to see this room full of tables, the majority full of people playing for fun while contributing to a very nice beneficial cause. The organizers, founders, and artists of this event welcomed us to this party and talked a little about Amigos for Kids.The wonderful and tasty orchestra made us all dance, with the music of different genres, but my favorite, of course, was the Latin. The Dj also delights us with his music and ends the night with a crazy hour.

These people definitely threw the house out the window with a party like this!It was an amazing and fun night where every penny was spent correctly. I hope to see you all next year, to enjoy while helping these children, since there is no excuse for child abuse.Thanks to all the collaborators, and organizers of this event and foundation.
