Airdrops are a good start. Pressuring Israel is even better. I'm imagining landing LCACs full of supplies directly onto the beach, but I doubt an American military presence in Gaza would do anything to stabilize the situation behind the lines, and would also make US troops targets for Hamas, which would drag us into the war.
