ΑΣΤΑΜΑΤΗΤΕΣ ΟΙ ΤΟΥΡΚΙΚΕΣ ΠΡΟΚΛΗΣΕΙΣ ΚΑΙ ΟΙ ΤΟΥΡΚΙΚΕΣ ΠΑΡΑΒΙΑΣΕΙΣ… ΑΝΑΒΡΑΣΜΟΣ στην περιοχή της Κύπρου… Αλαλούμ κινήσεων και εξελίξεων σε θάλασσα και αέρα… Εκ νέου φανερά ενοχλημένη παρουσιάζεται η Τουρκία από το γεγονός ότι η Ρωσία αναγνωρίζει πλήρως και το FIR Λευκωσίας και την περιοχή ευθύνης της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας για θέματα έρευνας και διάσωσης και έκδοσης Navtex και Notam για την περιοχή.

Χθες, η Τουρκία, με τον ισχυρισ��ό ότι η περιοχή ελέγχεται από το παράνομο Κέντρο Ελέγχου της Τύμπου, εξέδωσε Notam με την οποία αποπειράται να «ακυρώσει» Notam που εξέδωσε η Κυπριακή Δημοκρατία κατόπιν αιτήματος της ρωσικής πολεμικής αεροπορίας για δέσμευση περιοχής ανατολικά του κόλπου της Αμμοχώστου για αεροναυτικές ασκήσεις. Μάλιστα, αποπειράται να ακυρώσει και την ισχύ σχεδίων πτήσεων που υπέβαλε η Ρωσία μέσω της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας τηρώντας τους διεθνείς κανονισμούς και νομιμότητα.

Οι δεσμεύσεις αφορούν σε ασκήσεις από τις 11 μέχρι τις 26 Απριλίου. Να σημειωθεί ότι για την ίδια περιοχή, κατόπιν αιτήματος του ρωσικού πολεμικού ναυτικού προς την Κυπριακή Δημοκρατία επανειλημμένα την τελευταία τριετία –όπως και αυτή την περίοδο–, δεσμεύεται με Navtex από τη Δημοκρατία αντίστοιχη θαλάσσια περιοχή για ναυτικές ασκήσεις.

Χθες, με τη Notam N0083/18, αναφέρει ότι σε σχέση με Notam της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας που «έχουν εκδοθεί από την «ελληνοκυπριακή διοίκηση της νότιας Κύπρου» σε σχέση με ρωσικές αεροναυτικές ασκήσεις και σχέδια πτήσεων, δηλώνουμε ότι η «Τουρκική Δημοκρατία Βόρειας Κύπρου» είναι η μόνη νόμιμη αρχή για να παρέχει υπηρεσίες οδηγιών ελέγχου εναέριας κυκλοφορίας και αεροναυτικές πληροφορίες στα όρια της περιοχής συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών αεροναυτιλίας Ερτζιάν». Ως εκ τούτου, συμπληρώνει η τουρκική Notam, «οι Notams A0420/18 και A0421/18 που εκδόθηκαν από τη «διοίκηση της νότιας Κύπρου» είναι μηδενικές και άκυρες».

Στο μεταξύ, με έκτακτη Notam, που εξέδωσε το Τμήμα Πολιτικής Αεροπορίας –την A0454/18– καθησυχάζει όλους τους χρήστες του FIR Λευκωσίας και προσπαθεί να απαντήσει σε τυχόν επιρροές και επηρεασμό από δημοσιεύματα στον ξένο Τύπο – και κυρίως στον βρετανικό. Τα δημοσιεύματα ουσιαστικά θέτουν ερωτηματικά, λόγω αναφορών για δραστηριότητα των βρετανικών βάσεων, για τυχόν επηρεασμό πτητικών προγραμμάτων αεροπορικών εταιρειών σε σχέση με την Κύπρο, όπως και με τις αναφορές για πολεμική δραστηριότητα των ΗΠΑ στην περιοχή.

Να σημειωθεί ότι η Notam της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας εκδόθηκε λίγο πριν τη λήξη της ειδοποίησης ισχύος 72 ωρών που εξέδωσαν EASA και Eurocontrol για το FIR Λευκωσίας σε σχέση με την ένταση στην περιοχή λόγω Συρίας, που δημιούργησε προϋποθέσεις για να γίνουν σχόλια που θα μπορούσαν να επηρεάσουν αρνητικά σημαντικούς τομείς στην Κύπρο όπως ο τουρισμός.

Η Notam αναφέρει τα εξής: «Πληροφορούμε όλους τους χρήστες του εναέριου χώρου ότι το Τμήμα Πολιτικής Αεροπορίας της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας συνεχίζει να παρακολουθεί τις γεωπολιτικές εξελίξεις στην περιοχή και θα πληροφορεί την αεροπορική κοινότητα, και αν και όταν υπάρχει βάσιμη πληροφορία το Τμήμα Πολιτικής Αεροπορίας προβαίνει σε όλες τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες για την ασφάλεια των πτήσεων».

Η Notam έχει ισχύ μέχρι τις 12 Ιουλίου.

Πραγματοποιούνται κανονικά οι πτήσεις Ούτε και χθες αντιμετώπισε κάποιο πρόβλημα η Πολιτική Αεροπορία. Οι πτήσεις από και προς τα αεροδρόμια Λάρνακας και Πάφου πραγματοποιούνται κανονικά. Κανένα πρόβλημα δεν αντιμετώπισε και το Κέντρο Ελέγχου της Λευκωσίας που έχει την ευθύνη του FIR, να εξυπηρετεί εκατοντάδες αεροσκάφη. Πολλές αεροπορικές εταιρείες έχουν τροποποιήσει τα σχέδια πτήσεών τους ώστε να μην περνούν πάνω από τις ανατολικότερες περιοχές του FIR Λευκωσίας προς τη Συρία. Αυτό, μαζί με το γεγονός ότι πτήσεις από αεροπορικές εταιρείες αραβικών χωρών, με προορισμό τον Λίβανο κυρίως, εκτρέπονται σε μεγάλες καμπύλες από την κανονική τους πορεία, ��στε να αποφύγουν να πλησιάσουν τόσο το FIR του Ισραήλ όσο και περιοχές της χερσονήσου του Σινά που θεωρούνται επικίνδυνες, δημιουργεί ιδιαίτερο όγκο εργασίας για τους ελεγκτές εναέριας κυκλοφορίας.

Μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα είναι το συνεχιζόμενο φαινόμενο της άρνησης λειτουργίας των συστημάτων GPS που εξακολουθεί να εμφανίζεται σε όλη την περιοχή, χωρίς να έχει γίνει δυνατό μέχρι τώρα να δοθεί κάποια εξήγηση. Σε πολλές περιπτώσεις, που αεροσκάφη πετούν στην ίδια περιοχή και υψόμετρο, ακολουθώντας το ένα το άλλο, το ένα δηλώνει πρόβλημα με το σύστημα GPS και το άλλο δηλώνει ότι όλα λειτουργούν κανονικά.

Αντι-Navtex από την Δημοκρατία Όπως έγραψε χθες ο «Φιλελεύθερος», με δύο Notam η Κυπριακή Δημοκρατία ενεργοποίησε τις ειδικές συνθήκες που προβλέπονται σε ζώνες κοντά στις Βρετανικές Βάσεις Ακρωτηρίου. Συγκεκριμένα, με τις Notam A0453/18 και Α0454/18 όπου σαφώς αναφέρεται ότι αφορούν σε δραστηριότητες της Βρετανικής Πολεμικής Αεροπορίας και χαρακτηρίζονται ως επικίνδυνες για πτήσεις καθορισμένες μέσω πάγιων σχεδίων και αεροπορικών χαρτών περιοχή, με τα χαρακτηριστικά LCD3 και LCD4 νότια των Βάσεων.

Οι Notam, έχουν ισχύ για ένα μήνα, δηλαδή μέχρι τις 12 Μαΐου. Οι συγκεκριμένες περιοχές που καλύπτουν τα ανοικτά του Ακρωτηρίου, ενεργοποιούνται από δεκαετίες με την ειδοποίηση ότι είναι επικίνδυνες για χαμηλές πτήσεις, όποτε υπάρχει αυξημένη αεροπορική δραστηριότητα ή επιχειρήσεις με συμμετοχή αεροσκαφών των Βρετανικών Βάσεων.

Να σημειωθεί ότι, το Κέντρο Συντονισμού Έρευνας και Διάσωσης της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας, εξέδωσε από την πλευρά του χθες αντι-Navtex, σε σχέση με την νέα παράνομη Navtex της Τουρκίας που «δεσμεύει μεγάλη περιοχή που ξεκινά από τα όρια του Ακρωτηρίου Αποστόλου Αντρέα και φτάνει μέχρι τις ακτές της Τουρκίας στα όρια που την χωρίζουν με την Συρία.

«Πρόκειται για μη εξουσιοδοτημένη και παράνομη επιχείρηση στην Αποκλειστική Οικονομική Ζώνη και την υφαλοκρηπίδα της Κύπρου και παραβιάζει τη διεθνή νομιμότητα και την ασφάλεια της ναυσιπλοίας», αναφέρει η σχετική Navtex. “Ο ΦΙΛΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΟΣ”

Viva Egoista 845: Extreme high-

end audio meets Italian style

Behold the majesty of the Viva Egoista 845, some might say it's too large to be a headphone amp -- it's more akin to an integrated amp -- but it's gloriously over the top. No one needs an Egoista 845, but no one needs a 789 horsepower Ferrari either, but if you have the means, why not? I think of the Egoista 845 as the 812 Superfast of headphone amps, they both exist for moneyed folks who crave the very best, practicality be damned.  This much I know for sure, the Egoista 845's sound with the best headphones is va-va-voom fabulous. And at $13,800, it's a whole lot more affordable than the $335,275 Ferrari 812 Superfast we covered here at CNET.

My all too brief encounter with the Egoista took place at the Headphone Annex, at the In Living Stereo audio showroom in New York. The amp has been in production since 2014, but it's just now that I finally got to spend some quality listening time with it. Egoista certainly lived up to my expectations, the amp's sound has soul, lots of it. Power is rated at 15 watts per channel, and while that sort of juice isn't required with most headphones, it'll come in handy with the cutting edge breed of headphones like the Audeze LCD4, Hifiman Susvara and the Abyss AB 1266 headphones. Those power hungry beasts have humbled many a high-end headphone amp, but Egoista breathes life into those headphones. I've noted over the years that a lot of high-end headphone owners collectheadphones, and it's those guys who buy very high-end amplifiers like the Egoista. It's good to be rich. The amp lacks digital connectivity, analog connectivity runs to four pairs of stereo RCA inputs, and one direct input that bypasses the Egoista's preamp stages. There are separate left and right channel balanced XLR headphone jacks, two stereo XLR headphone jacks, plus two standard 6.3mm headphone jacks.  For technically inclined readers the Egoista is a zero negative feedback, pure Class A circuit design with one 6N1P tube, one 6SN7GTB tube, two 845 tubes, and two EH5U4GB tubes. The Egoista is hand crafted in Italy, and features specially designed output transformers designed for use exclusively with headphones.

While you might expect the Egoista's sound might be overly rich and warm with six tubes, it never once sounded that way. The sound was neutral and stunningly clear, you never got the feeling the Egoista was coloring the sound, it certainly did not. I listened with a few different sets of headphones, including my Abyss AB-1266, and while I know this headphone well, it sounded shockingly better with the Egoista. First the midrange was more natural with voices, it sounded more human than I've heard from this or any other headphone before. The purity of the sound, the sheer immediacy of it grabbed and held my attention. The AB-1266's out-of-head imaging is always a treat, but it's even more so with the Egoista. The Focal Utopia headphone was beyond vivid, and even the more affordable headphones like the $599AudioQuest NightHawk was transformed by the Egoista. If the Viva Egoista 845's price is out of bounds the company also offers the somewhat smaller Egoista 2A3 tube headphone amp for $9,750 in the US. The prices are for the amps in Viva's standard painted finishes, custom ordered automotive paint finished amps are available for a $500 upcharge for either Egoista amp.
