WHAT IF leoklein time travel fix it au but instead of klein or both its just leonard. he traveled to BEFORE old neil dies because i said so. but since, like, in the future, he'll be married to klein (again, because i said so haha) and feelings doesn't really change just bcz he traveled back in time, he starts to notice every little thing that involves and revolves around Klein.

and good lord, he starts to notice interesting things.

like how klein just. stares. at him? or specifically the look in his eyes? his reactions to everything he says even to his own introduction LIKE i remember when leonard got out of iirc the restroom, he was buttoning up his short and klein stared at him and described that he has UNRESTRAINED BEAUTY in his messy hair.

so the fact that klein from before time travel also said that he 'found him beautiful but didn't think much of it bcz of his circumstances' and then 'couldn't decipher his feelings bcz its something he'd never really felt before' (leonard relished in this fact, he was klein's first love! first and last!)

and now that he gets the opportunity to observe said reactions, it's interesting, to say the least.
