How to be more ladylike
First of all, it is important to understand what we radiate. We radiate energies - masculine and feminine energies. We don't radiate genders, which is why some people get offend and take things the wrong way.
Under the feminine energies, there are two broader aspects to look into: outer and inner energies.
Inner feminine energies are the energies we radiate to be more feminine at heart, mind and soul. Outer feminine energies are for the world to see.

~ Look in the mirror, and talk to yourself. Ask yourself, how was your day? And answer it honestly. It helps to come to terms with your feelings and to be strong about it.
~ Never ever kill the child inside you, If you like the rain go and play in the rain. If you like swinging on the swings, go swing the whole day but don't let any circumstance kill the kid in you. Trust me, it keeps you sane.
~ No matter how easy it is to find problems in people, try understanding their perspectives and their reasons behind their actions.
~ Dress up and look in the mirror, feel good about yourself, say affirmations like "I look fabulous" "I love this lipstick on me" "I love this dress on me" and much more.
~ Female friendships for the win, I don't know how to emphasise on this more but female friendships are one of the best friendships. But yes, quality people only.
~ Sleeppppp, feel fresh so that you internally feel better.

My dumbass cat was pissed all night that I wouldn't let him in my room cuz all he does is knock shit over and eat my hair, so he screamed at my door for literally 4 hours straight. I got 2 hours of sleep. I caved at one point and brought him in and then he immediately knocked shit off my nightstand and I was like Oh. OKAY!! little bitch
