I will be honest I really can't read a lot of these super fluffy channelled new age posts anymore. I get it. I used to drink the koolaid too but what does it really serve me? A lot of it feels like gibberish. some of it is great but a lot of it is filler. I understand we are starbeings and intergalactic-ness. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But let's be honest, we need Practical AND spiritual.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I'm all about giving you real. practical. grounded. tools and tips. Practical Spirituality is what the world needs and it's a big part of what I stand for - We need to ground these energies we preach & hold, we must realize that a big part of being sensitive is also about being practical to manage our energy bodies. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Along with that is realizing that all of the woo is great but it needs a solid foundation of grounding back into our bodies. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Why Because if we keep getting all of these downloads but we're not grounding our energy and keeping it real. With Body Awareness.
