14/8/24 [4x DIYS + a drawing <already posted> today!! key & significant photos at end. technically a journal from yesterday as it was posted on a later schedule.]
Tumblr media
woke up at 9 and opened instagram to find out about danielle’s [vic fuentes’s wife] second pregnancy. im so happy for the both of themm!! [that explains vic’s freaky comments on danielle’s posts…] i stayed scrolling on insta and doing those story template/prompt things up until 9:50 when i finally went out to properly say good morning to boris. id already mouthed it to him through the front door after waking up, but i can’t go without actually sitting with him. i had breakfast as the heat is making me faint and he kept on jumping up on my knees to try and eat it. he did at one point lick the bottom of my toast [i got it on video yipee] and the way he tucks his paws and places them on my leg to get to it is so cute.
my mum said i should take off that bit of toast so i did, and stayed outside with him until 10:15 because apparently my sister has people [keyworkers [[?]] come over aswell and two people turned up on the driveway. once i was back inside my room, i wrote the entry to this journal and listened to linkin park’s ‘meteora’ [their best album in my opinion] i thought that i wouldn’t be able to leave my room in ages due to the people round, but my dad came in and told me that they’d left to shop/bake/cook with my sister. which is good for her, and ideal for me because i can get on with my diy windcharm inspired decoration/bottlecap charm.
i waited for my dad to get his tools and he started drilling the holes through the bottlecaps at around 10:40. after he was done, i brought the shells i collected from the beach inside, and my dad started going through the different ways he could drill through them as i couldn’t decide. i decided on one and made my bottlecap charms while he drilled. i finished one out of two of the charms when i realised the elastic was drooping and it looked weird so my dad drilled through the tops of the caps to make things easier. obviously you can see where it was originally drilled but i still think the results are cute. [photos at end]
i went outside to get sticks for my ‘windcharm’ thing, and put ‘jaime’ on my favourite bottlecap charm, which isn’t revolutionary for anyone else apart from me. it is at the moment because i don’t have my name on anything i own, and i finally put it somewhere!! the best part is, i can just say it’s because i love jaime preciado, as my family already know about my interest in him. they’ll never know whahahaha
i don’t actually know why i made the charms, they don’t serve much purpose other than hanging somewhere in my room and being something to look at. but i like randomly making ‘useless’ stuff — it gives me something to do. hopefully i can put up some more hooks and actually put them on display, maybe use the jaime one as a keychain if i do ever come out. i finished re-doing them, took pictures of them, and then said a quick hello to boris before starting to make my windcharm thing at 12:40.
i felt conscious over everyone in the house watching me make it, so i took the shells with me went into my room. i measured out all the elastic and started making it at 1. i threaded all the shells and a few odd tiny beads onto the frame. i originally meant to make one the bits that hang down to have silver beads on, but they didn’t fit through the elastic, so i resorted to bigger cream coloured beads. i finished it at 1:40 and stood on my stool to work out where i wanted it hung. i organised a place for it to go and hot glued my favourite shell onto the centre of the stick frame. my dad put a hook in my ceiling and hung it at 2:20. it dosent really look anything close to a windcharm, but at least it’s another thing in my room to glance at. [picture at end]
i listened to my atticus cd while making it, and i love it — my favourite track so far [im not sure how long i listened to it] was american nightmare by am/pm. it’s one of the only cds i have where all of the tracks/most of the tracks; [i cant remember] are all recorded by different artists. afterwards i went outside with boris until 3. my mum and dad were on the other side of the garden gate, being shown my sister’s nunchucking. upon getting inside, i started putting up some more photos at the side of my desk [3:20] i also stuck my jaime charm up there aswell. as for the other target looking one, i’m going to leave it hanging on my mini bass. [pictured at end]
i feel like i haven’t put up anything in decades even though i did not too long ago when i stuck pikachu on the side of my shelf, but still. while doing this, i listened to my main playlist [WIP] [link at end]. once i was done, i got out a few scrap parts of old jeans that id cut up and drew on them with a paint pen. i cant actually make any patches because i’ve lost my fabric paint, but i thought i might aswell make the ‘template.’ i made a my chemical romance once, along with ones of fall out boy, ‘all cats r beautiful’, the pierce the veil symbol, the frank iero logo, a killjoys patch, and a party poison patch. kobra kid is my fav out of the killjoys, but there’s no way on earth i’m drawing a kobra on denim or whatever the fabric im using is. i’m bad at drawing as it is. [will post photos of the finished product if i remember]
after putting all my supplies away, i posted for the first time on the mcr community i joined [which was scary wtf everyone’s so good at art there]. it was a picture of my diy black parade mcr trinket box. afterwards i wrote a decent amount of this and added a few full albums to my main playlist along with changing the playlist image. i also added three more can tabs to my tab bracelet as i found two out of nowhere this morning, and my sister brought one back from her outing. i listened to some more music and made drafts up until 5:40 when i started collecting black + white/dark blue pics of jaime and chi so i can redesign my homescreen and app icons. i finished after an hour and im super happy with the result. hopefully my favourite colour dosent change again because actually going through every app and changing the icon is boring asf. [photos at end]
i drew a killjoy oc from 7 to literally 12.. it took so long because it was my first time every drawing digitally and i made up their design on the spot. i wasn’t planning on finishing them so i had a break at 9, also. i’m okay with how it came out considering what i just mentioned. i love their ray gun design and i’m obviously yet to give them lore/a proper gang etc. i continued adding text to the drawing and posted a picture of them at 12:30. [the post under this]. at 12:50 i started looking at other peoples killjoy oc’s as i haven’t really done that before. i continued doing that while collecting band/musician gifs along the way until 1:50. i had already been in my parents room for 15-20 minutes but i did my questions about boris around the time just listed.
i did them quite quickly, went downstairs, did my teeth, and started saying goodnight to boris at 2:30. i told him/showed him the things i’ve made today and finished speaking to him at 3:20. i fed him before going into my room and wrapping up this journal. i posted this before going to sleep, but i’ll say i went to sleep at 3:35 and update the actual time in tomorrow’s journal.

🗝️ — boris/my cat, questions about boris/i ask my parents questions about my cat to verify he’s okay + will be okay in the morning. its a compulsive thing and i’m hopefully going to be tested for OCD in the future.
have a good day/night O_o

Hey! I was at the show last night and saw your post about it. This isn’t hate btw, I didn’t have pit tickets and couldn’t really see what was going on off stage. What happened with Vic and the girl? It wasn’t his wife? If you don’t feel comfortable with answering this, that’s totally cool, no worries :)
I didn't have pit tickets either but I was at the front of general seating. what happened was Vic Fuentes announced he was gonna select a fan from the audience to come up on stage with him and the band. after looking around the audience for a minute, he selected a girl who was right below him in the pit because "she must've gotten here super early, and been super devoted, to be front and center like that". crew members helped direct her out of the pit and onto the stage from a side entrance.
now idk the girl personally or know anything about her other than her name, but I discussed it with my irls afterwards (who were sitting with me) and we all agreed that she seemed very young, most likely a teenager. she sat on a stool on stage, introduced herself when prompted, and then Vic said he and the audience had a song to sing for her. he sang a slower, seemingly romantic(?) song while caressing her face, touching her arm, and then for a while he pressed his forehead to hers while singing. once the song was over they hugged tightly, and she was directed off stage to the side. lastly, the singer announced to the audience that he was going to gift the girl his guitar. she was brought back on stage, given the guitar, and then left again. (I didn't catch if she re-entered the pit or stayed backstage after this)
now idk anything about PTV or their band members, I was really only there for the used. I don't know how frequently he does this with audience members, if they're all teenager girls he does this to, or what his exact intentions are doing this. I also didn't know the song he sang. it sounded romantic to me but who knows maybe the lyrics were explicitly platonic or something, I'm not one to say. all I know is me and my friends (one of whom was a PTV fan) were super skeeved out by this, and all agreed that it was an Uncomfortably intimate moment with what seemed like a kid. idk. maybe it was fine, the girl was certainly enjoying herself in the moment, and letting fans on stage/giving them instruments is a cool thing to do generally speaking. it was just... very weird to witness and left a bad taste in our mouths. kinda put me off from listening to more of their music, which I otherwise would've done post-concert.

Oh my god I am so glad I got invited out to karaoke last night.
I always doubt my singing ability despite growing up being in choir from ages 4-14 and even being in honor choir. It's because my "choir voice" is fine, but I wanna sing in a punk rock voice. I wanna sound like Vic Fuentes. Unfortunately my range lowers when I sing in that tone.
But oh my god. After every song, strangers were coming up to me PERSONALLY to tell me how amazing I did. After my first song, FOUR different people came up and congratulated me. The whole bar cheered for me after every song. 2 others that went up to sing said something along the lines of "I hope I can sound as good as they do!"
And I'm not saying this to brag, I'm saying this because I almost didn't do it simply because I didn't think I'd sound "perfect" enough. It's that universal artist's feeling – you feel like everything you do sucks unless you produce the perfect version you invisioned in your head. I feel that way with drawing and writing, too.
The key was CONFIDENCE. I started out pretty off-key and shaky. But once I got past the anxiety threshold, I got it down. Then it felt EUPHORIC.
Last night taught me that the goal of art isn't to be perfect, but to be confident. Perfectionism leads to disappointment and makes you more likely to give up. Your work actually becomes BETTER when you stop focusing on that and just focus on HAVING FUN.
And now, I'm even feeling more confident in my drawing ability because of that. I can do good without being perfect.

y’all will never believe what just happened-
okay so about a month ago, we were having a discussion in class about mental health. i basically said music saved my life. my teacher is into music too so he asked what bands. i told him “My Chemical Romance, Gorillaz, Motionless In White, Pierce The Veil…” and he cuts me off and is like “Pierce the Veil? who’s the lead singer again?” and i said it was vic fuentes.
so he goes on to say his friend, rick, does something in the music business but i don’t remember what bc i wasn’t listening until he said “and rick personally knows vic”
i was speachless. but i went on a rant anyways about how cool that is bc vic saved my life.
i only see this teacher once a week. he wasn’t there the following week but the week after that, he was there. so then he tells me “yeah i told rick about what you said about how vic saved your life. and he said ‘that’s really cool. i’m gonna tell vic’”
after that, radio silence…
until today
my teacher went to grab something from behind his desk and walked over to me. he handed me something wrapped in paper and i opened it. it was a ptv tee. so i look up at him and he smiled and told me that basically, rick got in contact with vic. vic was really excited and said they should send a shirt to me. and vic told rick to tell my teacher to tell me that the shirt came directed from vic fuentes. so yeah-
i almost cried but the whole class was watching and i felt like everyone was annoyed but still

I wanted to see what it was like so I asked chap gpt to write for me and this was the result, pretty cliche...
I asked "write me a fanfiction that vic fuentes owns a bakery and kellin quinn is a costumer then they get to know each other and after some time they become boyfriends"
Title: Sweet Serendipity
Chapter 1: A Sweet Encounter
The bell above the bakery's entrance tinkled softly as Kellin Quinn stepped inside, greeted by the warm aroma of freshly baked pastries. He glanced around, taking in the cozy atmosphere of the small bakery. Shelves adorned with colorful cupcakes, trays of delicate pastries, and the sweet scent of vanilla and cinnamon filled the air.
Behind the counter stood a man with a warm smile and friendly eyes. His name tag read 'Vic.' Kellin couldn't help but notice the way Vic's eyes crinkled at the corners when he smiled, and the gentle sway of his dark hair as he moved.
"Welcome to Sweet Serenity Bakery," Vic greeted him, his voice as smooth as melted chocolate. "What can I get for you today?"
Kellin glanced at the display case, his eyes widening at the array of treats before him. "Um, I'll take a chocolate croissant and a cappuccino, please."
Vic nodded, his smile never faltering as he swiftly prepared Kellin's order. As he handed over the steaming cup and the flaky pastry, their fingers brushed briefly, sending a jolt of electricity through Kellin's veins.
"Enjoy," Vic said, his voice soft and sincere.
"Thanks," Kellin replied, feeling a blush creeping up his cheeks as he took a seat by the window.
Chapter 2: Sweet Conversations
Over the next few weeks, Kellin became a regular at Sweet Serenity Bakery. Each visit, he found himself drawn not only to the delicious pastries but also to the company of the charming man behind the counter.
As they exchanged pleasantries and small talk, Kellin learned that Vic was not only the owner of the bakery but also a talented baker who poured his heart and soul into his creations. Vic, in turn, discovered Kellin's passion for music and his love for storytelling.
Their conversations flowed effortlessly, like the smooth frosting on one of Vic's cupcakes. They shared stories of their past, their dreams for the future, and everything in between. With each passing day, Kellin found himself falling a little more for the kind-hearted baker.
One rainy afternoon, as Kellin sat sipping his coffee, Vic approached him with a concerned look on his face. "You forgot your umbrella," he said, holding out a small black umbrella.
Kellin chuckled, feeling a warmth spreading through his chest at Vic's thoughtfulness. "Thanks, Vic. You always seem to know just what I need."
Vic's cheeks tinted pink as he ducked his head, a shy smile playing on his lips. "I… I just like taking care of my customers."
But Kellin knew it was more than that. There was a connection between them, something deeper than just a friendly exchange at a bakery. And as he watched Vic's retreating figure behind the counter, Kellin couldn't shake the feeling that maybe, just maybe, there was something sweet blossoming between them.
Chapter 3: Sweet Surrender
As weeks turned into months, Kellin and Vic's friendship blossomed into something more. They shared secret smiles and stolen glances, their hearts beating in time with the rhythm of their budding romance.
One sunny afternoon, as Kellin sat at his usual table by the window, Vic approached him with a nervous energy radiating from him.
"Kellin, there's something I need to tell you," Vic began, his voice wavering slightly.
Kellin's heart skipped a beat as he looked up, his eyes searching Vic's for any hint of what was to come.
"I… I've been wanting to tell you for so long," Vic continued, his words tumbling out in a rush. "I… I think I'm falling for you, Kellin. And I don't know if you feel the same way, but I couldn't keep it inside any longer."
Kellin felt a rush of emotions washing over him, overwhelming and exhilarating all at once. He reached out, taking Vic's hand in his own, feeling the warmth of their connection coursing through him.
"Vic, I… I feel the same way," Kellin confessed, his voice barely above a whisper. "I've been falling for you too, with each smile, each laugh, each sweet moment we've shared."
Vic's eyes sparkled with joy and relief as he leaned in closer, their lips meeting in a soft, sweet kiss. And in that moment, surrounded by the warmth and sweetness of the bakery they both loved, Kellin knew that he had found something truly special in Vic Fuentes.
As they pulled away, their hands still intertwined, Vic whispered, "I love you, Kellin Quinn."
And Kellin smiled, his heart overflowing with love and gratitude. "I love you too, Vic Fuentes. Sweet serendipity brought us together, and I wouldn't have it any other way."

Pierce the veil songs in drop c full#
The latter track features Jason Butler of LetLive in "Tangled in the Great Escape" His performance steals the show as his voice and style presents a clear chemistry with Fuentes and the song itself being the longest on the record never has a hiccup. It isn't the most technical song or the most emotion ridden but it is one of the most fun to sit and listen to. The earlier effort features everyone favorite female voiced male Kellin Quinn of Sleeping With Sirens trading mic worth with Vic in "King For A Day." It can be easily said that distinguishing the two is a task on it's own but once you get over that the song really shines. Both are polar opposites yet through the band it works so fantastically. Pierce The Veil knows this and goes to great lengths to topple that song with not one, but two guest spots. Despite your views on that band, Jeremy's work really made "Caraphernelia" the highlight of that album. Selfish Machines', and the group's arguable top song is "Caraphernelia." Featuring the vocals of A Day To Remember's front man Jeremy McKinnon.
Pierce the veil songs in drop c full#
The production is extremely top notch and deserves praise as this sounds like a full band. The basswork as well deserves a mention since not only is it always audible it adds the lows that give the 12 tracks some real depth. The drumming is always a notch above everything else the genre currently has to offer (Bulls In The Bronx is an example of how impressive sibling Mike Fuentes is) as instead of being there, it bring a wide range of emotions to the songs. This man can sing, and he is no slouch on his guitar work either. Yet his effort into this album is top notch. Vic Fuentes' voice might take some getting used to and no doubt putting him in a joint effort with Sleeping With Sirens' Kellin Quinn can be nails on the chalkboard to some people. Every instrument grooves together quite nicely and everything compliments everything very well. The reason everything works so well is due to the tight musicianship between the members. At the same time nothing on this album is long or overstays its welcome. Nothing on this album is slow and simplistic. That quickly wanes your worries as Lead Guitarist Tony Perry's jumps in with his ever so catchy work on the fretboard comes into play. On "Collide With The Sky" the situation is no different as the band opens up with the One-Two punch "May These Noises Startle You in Your Sleep Tonight/Hell Above." You initially might be discouraged as a newcomer to the band as the first half is an almost basic breakdown that tarnished an entire genre. have a very spot on tradition of pounding your head in with a relentless attack of heavy hitting opening tracks and does not let up. Once again you're proven wrong as PTV steps up their game even more and it pays off in one of the most sound albums of the year.įrontman/Rhythm Guitarist Vic Fuentes and co. So with such a well received album in their discography you would expect a band to pull an Avenged Sevenfold and go backwards. You were shown a group of some of the most talented young musicians rip through songs that you simply don't expect in this day and age of music. You weren't thrown into song after song of one note, dropped D, guttoral growl assisted breakdowns. Their sophomore effort "Selfish Machines" was lauded for the act's diversity. What seemed like another Black Veil Brides knock off turns into something else entirely, something enjoyable. Yet through this onslaught of things you would believe you've come to expect of a basic metalcore 101 band you are introduced to the technicality of lead guitarist Tony Perry. One moment you are led through a hard rock, no nonsense barrage of chords, the next you are listening to an assault of unique breakdowns. Putting Pierce The Veil into one specific genre is about as difficult as can be for the average listener. Review Summary: On paper it sounds like a bad idea, yet PTV's latest effort is among one of the most well executed albums of 2012.

Pierce The Veil: Vic Fuentes
Y/N
Today was a rare day off, and unlike everyone else, you'd decided to stay on the tour bus because it was nice to relax being the only girl on tour with Pierce The Veil. You loved the band and crew, but every now and then you needed some alone time. Your older brother did lighting for the band and since you wanted to learn the ropes here you were. You got on with everyone, everyone except Vic.
When you first joined the tour Vic introduced himself and you thought he was friendly and sincere just like in interviews. But other than the initial greeting he'd been ignoring you, and after two months you were ready to snap. You couldn't understand why he didn't like you, yes you didn't expect everyone to like you but you'd like more than grunts or grumbles from the lead vocalist. You hadn't told anyone your feelings, thinking they'd laugh at you because Vic interacted with them.
Getting out your sketchbook you flip to a new page and start drawing at random, no real plan or theme in mind. when you drew you got lost in the art and could easily block out the rest of the world.
'That's pretty good y/n.'
You're snapped out of your trance hearing Vic's voice above you, 'what did you say?' you ask, closing the sketchbook and look up at Vic who went to sit on the sofa opposite you.
'Err, I said your drawing was pretty good,' he replies.
You shake your head, 'why are you talking to me, Vic?'
Vic raises a single eyebrow, 'what do you mean y/n? I tried to get your attention for twenty minutes but you were zoned out.'
You scoff, 'just admit it, Vic.'
Vic smirks, 'admit what?'
You clench your fists at his smirk, 'admit that you hate me.'
Vic's smirk falters, 'how could I ever hate you?'
You throw your arms in the air, 'are you being serious? This is the most you've spoken to me since I can on tour two months ago. You ignore me but interact with everyone else, what did I ever do to you?'
Vic scratches the back of his head, 'if I'm being completely honest y/n I don't get you. Usually, you can pinpoint a personality, flaws and attitude. But you're an enigma, one second you're happy then jokey before turning serious. You always want to learn new things but get easily distracted. You're kind and helpful to the rest of the band, crew, and even the fans. No one has a bad thing to say about you which is good, I just don't know how to interact with you since you're comfortable with everyone and I don't want to make things awkward.'
You unclench your fists, that was a whole lot of honesty and now you felt a little bad for jumping the gun. Once you thought Vic hated you, you never really did try to get to know him or include him in your own activities. You were kind of to blame as well for the current situation.
'I'm sorry for being an enigma Vic, I do want to talk to you and get to know you. I jumped the gun.'
Vic smiles, 'how about we start over again? Hi, I'm Vic Fuentes it's nice to meet you.'
You match his smile, 'hi Vic, I'm y/n l/n, it's nice to meet you as well.'
The two of you spend the next couple of hours talking and getting to know each other losing track of time. You and Vic had similar interests and other things you didn't have in common you promised to try and do together on days off because you generally liked each other's company.

Chapter 3
Vic didn’t want to go to school on Monday. He had felt out of place during his first week in the new environment. It was a strange feeling but not an unusual one. He was used to feeling like he didn’t belong.
But this time the feeling came from a different experience. It wasn’t that he was dreading his assignments or the lessons from his teachers, but it was because he knew he would be disappointed that day.
He’d spent the last week in a weird state of feeling, and he didn’t know what to do about it. And it was all because of a certain Kellin Quinn.
Kellin had talked to Vic consistently for the remainder of the first week of school. Then the weekend came and Vic knew that he wouldn’t talk to Kellin again. Vic was boring, sad, and gloomy whereas Kellin was a bubbly person who spoke to anyone about anything and everything. Why would he want to spend another week sitting under a tree talking about made-up creatures when he could be playing with his friends? Vic knew that the weekend would bring Kellin back to his senses and he’d be back to sitting alone during recess.
He wanted to stay home on Monday and avoid the sadness that would come, but since both of his parents worked that day and he wasn’t sick he wouldn’t be able to. He groaned when his mother woke him up and told him to get ready and go down to the kitchen for breakfast.
Vic’s mother was concerned when she saw her oldest child drag his feet into the kitchen. He had been coming home from school in a better mood the last week, but today it seemed as if all remnants of happiness were completely gone. She wondered what happened to her baby boy.
“Sweetheart, would you like some cereal? Or how about some fruit?” Mrs. Fuentes asked in an attempt to get her son to speak. Vic simply shrugged, causing Mrs. Fuentes to frown.
“I want some cereal, Mama!” Mike said. Mrs. Fuentes put on a smile as she looked to her youngest and obliged him, getting the box of Fruit Loops off from the top of the refrigerator.
Vic still hadn’t made a motion toward any food, so Mrs. Fuentes left the box on the table and a bowl in front of Vic in case he wanted what Mike had chosen to eat. Vic wouldn’t say it, but he appreciated the gesture. He poured himself a bowl when his mother’s back was turned, knowing he needed to eat or else he’d be more upset than he currently was until lunchtime when he could eat again.
He ate his breakfast in silence while Mike talked about how badly he wanted to go to the school’s library. “It’s bigger than our house, Mama!” he said excitedly. His mother knew that was an exaggeration, but she humored the boy and asked what books he was planning on taking home that week
Vic sat silently and listened to the two of them with a broken heart. Thinking of books reminded him that Kellin wouldn’t want to read with him that afternoon. He wasn’t looking forward to walking to that tree with a book just to be by himself again. He wanted to hope that he was wrong, but he’d experienced this before at his old school and history was always bound to repeat itself.
Mrs. Fuentes instructed her boys to put their dishes in the sink and get their shoes on so they could head to school. She watched as her youngest bounced toward the stairs while her oldest dragged his feet while looking at the ground. Her heart broke for him although she wasn’t sure why he was so upset.
Vic had never been an open child. He didn’t like sharing his feelings with anyone, not even his family members. To him, his feelings were never going to be understood so why bother? So he kept all the happiness, sadness, anxious thoughts, and worries to himself so he wouldn’t have to explain anything to anyone. He hated being asked about his feelings anyway, so it worked out well for him. People would never let up when it came to talking about how he was feeling. He figured if he never talked about it then they’d leave him alone. That worked for the most part.
What Vic didn’t know was that they constantly asked because they were worried. They had every right to be. Vic was so reserved that his parents thought he was going mute. They wanted to take him to see professionals, but they could never afford the rates the doctors were asking for. They hoped that the move to California would help bring their child out of the hole he was in, and it did at first. Then something changed over the weekend and Vic had gone back to his usual self.
Mrs. Fuentes stayed in her state of worry as she drove her sons to school. Mike sat in the back dancing along to a song playing through the car speakers; Vic stared out of the window solemnly. He watched the trees disappear as they drove out of the neighborhood and onto the street. He saw the familiar buildings they always passed on their way to school. He dreaded all of it.
All too quickly the car was in the school’s drop-off line. It was as if no time passed between them pulling up to the building and a teacher opening the back door of the car to usher the boys out.
“Bye babies, I love you!” Mrs. Fuentes said to her sons.
“I love you too, Mama!” Mike said with a wave. Vic waved at his mother as well before he took his brother’s hand in his and walked with him into the building. He took Mike to his classroom before he went to the third grade hall.
With every step he felt the dread in the pit of his stomach grow. If he was at home he knew he could avoid the embarrassment and loneliness that would come from knowing he’d be ignored after three days of having someone to talk to. Now, however, he had to face reality. With a sigh he turned into his hallway and put his backpack in his locker after he took out his folders and books.
Vic went to his seat and kept his head down as he worked on the morning work Ms. Barnes had put on the board. He finished it before the morning bell rang and spent the rest of the time reading a book he’d brought from home.
“He looks sad,” Lauren said as she watched Vic sigh and pick up his book.
“Why do you care?” Jack asked. He was a bit defensive because of his crush on the girl, and he didn’t appreciate her showing an interest in the new boy.
“Because I’m a nice person? And I don’t know, I don’t like that he’s sad.” She was telling the truth. Lauren was an empath who hated seeing someone in any kind of pain. She wanted to help the poor boy, but she didn’t know how. He wasn’t one for talking to anyone.
“Maybe that’s just his face,” Jesse interjected. The other two at his table gave him looks of confusion to which he shrugged. “What? Some people just have resting sad face.” Jack and Lauren looked at each other then back at their red-headed friend.
“I don’t think that’s a thing,” Jack said.
“I’ve seen it,” Jesse countered with a shrug. Lauren shook her head and glanced at the sad boy once again. Whether he had “resting sad face” or not, it was evident that he wasn’t okay. She wondered what happened to have him feeling that way.
Her inquiring was short-lived as soon as Ms. Barnes started speaking to her students. Vic put his book back in his desk and did his best to focus on what his teacher was saying. But he felt the eyes on him from the table group across the room. He felt so exposed for some reason and he didn’t want to look up to see them staring at him.
So Vic kept his head down for the rest of the day. He kept it down while he worked in his homeroom class, and he kept it down when his class went to specials then lunch and recess. He was dreading going to recess and being reminded of how he’d be alone, so he walked with his head down to a different tree than the one he’d sat under last week. This one was farther away from the playground than the other one, so no one would know where he was.
But Kellin knew. He saw Vic walk outside with his class. The bright-eyed boy was excited to see his new friend again. He wanted to talk about the latest episode of Pokémon that had aired over the weekend. Kellin was happy to finally have a friend to talk about the series with. Although Jack and Jesse were his best friends, they didn’t like all of the same things he liked. He appreciated having someone at school who he could talk to about the things his friends would tease him about if given the chance.
Kellin waved to Vic when Ms. Barnes’ class walked down the hill to the playground, but Vic didn’t wave back. He kept his head down as he walked to a tree behind the grassy area that was used as a soccer field. For good measure, Vic sat against the side of the tree that faced away from everyone else. Kellin took that as a sign that he didn’t want to be bothered.
Was he sad? Was he mad at Kellin? Why would he ignore him? Kellin thought the two of them had established the groundwork for a beautiful friendship last week. What changed? Maybe he was having a bad day?
“Hey guys,” Kellin said to get the attention of his best friends, “what’s going on with Vic?”
Jack and Jesse looked at each other with confused expressions. “Who’s Vic?”
Kellin sighed. “Vic, the kid in your class. The new kid.”
“Oh!” Jack exclaimed. “Yeah, we don’t know.”
Kellin only rolled his eyes. He knew his friends didn’t like the new student so much, but he at least thought they knew his name. Jack and Jesse weren’t so self-absorbed that they didn’t know the people in their class. Apparently, they just didn’t care about the new boy. That made Kellin sad.
He wondered if that was why Vic was so sad that day. Did he know that some kids in his class didn’t care about him? That would hurt anyone, and Kellin didn’t like thinking that they boys he called his best friends were so dismissive.
So he spent recess with Lauren trying to figure out why Vic was so upset. She didn’t know either, but she at least knew his name and that he’d come into their class that morning looking the way he did at that moment. That added to Kellin’s sadness.
Kellin didn’t want to see his new friend upset, even if his new friend was ignoring him. He really cared for the boy and seeing him hurt made him hurt. But how could he fix it? Vic didn’t look like he wanted to be talked to and it wasn’t like Kellin was going to go against his wishes. He knew that sometimes you needed to be left alone to feel your feelings. But he wanted to make him feel better as well.
Before the whistle blew to bring the classes back inside Kellin came up with an idea. He walked in line with his class and gathered his things from his desk to take to Ms. Barnes’ classroom. There were ten minutes between coming in from the playground and going to their next class that the students and teachers used to cool down from being in the sun for half an hour. That was the time Kellin put his plan into action.
He sat at his desk with his eyes fixed on the paper below him. He worked on his little project for the entire ten minutes before his class was told to switch rooms. Kellin put his paper in his desk and walked out of Mrs. Jones’ room with a triumphant smile on his face.
He passed Vic as they were switching rooms. He once again tried to make contact with the boy, but Vic was still looking down. Kellin frowned. He really hoped this plan of his would work.
Vic walked into Mrs. Jones’ classroom and sat in his – well, Kellin’s – seat. He put his hand in the compartment of the desk to organize it so he could put his books in it when he felt a folded piece of paper.
Vic pulled the page out and studied it. It looked like a note, maybe something secret that Vic shouldn’t have been curious about. He was going to put the paper back in the desk and act like he never noticed it, but when he flipped the page over he saw his name written on it. Now his curiosity got the better of him.
Why would Kellin leave a paper addressed to him? Was it still considered a secret if his name was on it? No, right? Vic took the no as the right answer.
With all the delicacy he could muster, he unfolded the page and smoothed it out on his desk. What he saw made his breath get caught in his throat.
Kellin had drawn a picture of him. A really good picture of him. Vic was sitting against a tree with a Pidgeot next to him. He was smiling in the picture while looking at the Pokémon. There wasn’t much more detail, not that Vic needed it. The picture was beautiful in its simplicity. There wasn’t any shading or color, just light pencil marks that had drawn the outline of the two figures in the grass. And that was more than enough for Vic.
He put the picture in the pocket of his binder before anyone noticed what he was looking at and took out his notebook. Soon after Mrs. Jones started the lesson with a simple prompt the class had to write about. Vic tried his best to focus on the assignment, but he couldn’t bring himself to think of anything other than the wonderful picture burning a hole in his binder and his mind.
A couple hours passed, and the bell finally rang to release the students from the building. Vic walked down to the first grade hall to pick up his brother then went outside with him to wait for their mother to pick them up.
“Vic, I got a new book today!” Mike said with a grin.
“Oh yeah?”
“Yeah! You wanna read it with me?” Vic couldn’t help but smile. He loved reading with Mike. His brother enjoyed hearing stories from the older boy. Vic just knew how to make stories come alive in a way their parents didn’t. Mike always got so engrossed in the stories and begged for his brother to read them to him again and again. And even with Mike getting older, he still loved hearing the words leave his brother’s mouth.
“Sure,” Vic answered. The younger boy squealed with happiness.
The two made their way outside and sat on a bench to wait for their mother. Mike sat swinging his legs back and forth and humming a tune from a song he’d sung in music class. He was completely unaware that his older brother was searching the area for someone.
Vic was hoping he’d see Kellin. He wanted to thank the boy for the picture he’d left, but he didn’t know where he was. Did Kellin walk home every day? If so, then he would have left as soon as the bell rang as was expected of students who walked home. That upset the brown-eyed boy. If only he didn’t have to pick Mike up every day.
A few minutes passed before the familiar dark blue sedan pulled up to the two boys on the bench. Mike quickly hopped up and ran toward the car. Vic just shook his head and walked to open the door for his brother.
“How was your day, babies?” Mrs. Fuentes asked her sons.
“Fun!” Mike answered. “I got a book and we went to music and at recess we played tag and no one caught me!” Mrs. Fuentes laughed as she listened to Mike say that he was “the fastest boy in first grade.”
“What about you Vic? How was your day?”
Vic shrugged from the back seat. “Fine,” he mumbled. Mrs. Fuentes tried her best to hold back her frown. She knew that if her son wanted to elaborate, he would. Unfortunately, that never happened, so she just dealt with it. At least he didn’t look as sad as he had that morning. That gave her mind a little bit of peace.
Vic went straight to his bedroom when the family got home. He still didn’t tell anyone about his day no matter how many times his parents asked. His mother continued to worry; little did she know she didn’t have to. Vic was doing just fine. He just had some things he wanted to keep secret for fear that they would slip away if he let anyone know they existed.
So he didn’t say a word about his eight hours of school to his parents at dinner. He boarded himself in his room as he did his homework then went to Mike’s room to read his new book with him. That was the extent of his verbal interactions with his family.
Before bed that night Vic thought about the second half of his day. His picture. The picture he was never expecting but was so glad he received. The picture that took his breath away from the moment he opened it. The picture that made him believe that someone actually liked him.
That picture gave him hope for tomorrow. Maybe the next day at school wouldn’t be so bad, so lonely. Maybe Kellin did like him and wanted to talk to him about Pokémon for half an hour every day. Maybe he had made a friend.
Maybe he was capable of having friends just like everyone else.
The thought filled him with a warmth he was unfamiliar with. It was a mixture of hope and happiness with the addition of…acceptance. Acceptance. That was something he’d never felt before, but it was something he always dreamt of having. He wanted someone to accept him for who he was because they genuinely liked him. Maybe Kellin was that person. Maybe that picture was the start of a real friendship. The start of him being accepted.
Vic smiled as he thought about it and crawled into bed. He’d taken the picture out of his binder and was now looking at it. He smiled at his smiling face and at Pidgeot. He admired every line on the page for the hundredth time that day then folded the page and placed it under his pillow before he turned his bedside lamp off and went to sleep.
That night he dreamt he was in that picture, surrounded by green grass, flowers, and various Pokémon, all while flying through the sky on Pidgeot with his new friend beside him.

"requiem [blood of my blood]" - the playlist, update schedule, and new formatting
AhhhhhhHHHHHH hey my dudes! Eight more days until the first chapter of Requiem goes up!!
i wanted to share the playlist with y'all but I also wanna give you a quick rundown on a new formatting thing I'm using for this fic that I didnt for HLP.
so this is actually uh...gonna be a 352 chapter story? so I decided, mostly to make it easier for myself to tackle each subplot, that I'm going to split this story up into 20 separate "acts." the entire story will be still be posted on ao3 as one continous 352 chapter fic, but within the story, it'll be clearly indicated when a new "act" is starting.
and ofc because y'all know I base pretty much everything I write off of songs, each act is represented by a specific song. which is how we arrive with the following 20-song playlist.
if you listen to the playlist in chronological order, you can kind of get a general idea of how the story will play out, but not well enough that it will spoil anything, u know what I mean?
and, on updating schedules: there actually is no update schedule for this fic. it will still be going up super quickly, with several chapters posted a day, but no specific number or times of day. so I highly suggest turning on email notifications for it once its posted, so you wont miss a chapter.
alrighty! heres the playlist/the 20 acts! enjoy!

"Come and Get It" - I Prevail | every single time I turn around, my name is in your mouth / you can say what you want, you'll never be me / if you wanna come get it you know where I'll be

Vic Fuentes Smut - Barely Hanging On Pt. I
"You really fucking think you can get away with that (Y/N)?!" Vic yelled, chasing after me as I stormed into the house.
I slammed the door behind me and threw my jacket down on the couch. We had met up with the band earlier that night at the bar. The night was full of laughter, dancing, and many drinks until Vic got up to get some snacks and I stayed behind, casually making small talk with the guys. But after about 2 minutes of talking about nothing, he snatched my arm and practically dragged me to his car, yelling in my face as he accused me of flirting with them.
"Listen to me when I'm talking (Y/N)!" he fumed, swinging the door open then quickly slamming it behind him.
I whipped my head around, crossing my arms as I faced a very pissed off Vic.
"What?!" I hissed, rolling my eyes at him.
"What the fuck was that (Y/N)?! You think you can just whore around with every guy?!"
God he was drunk.
"Fuck you Victor! I wasn't whoring around- hell- I wasn't even flirting!" I screamed.
What's gotten into him? Vic was always protective of me, but never like this. He never gets this jealous.
"You can't say that (Y/N), you were all over Tony and you know it!"
I turned around, ignoring his comment. He was being ridiculous and by now, I just wanted to go to bed. I made my way to the kitchen and poured myself a glass of water, paying no attention to Vic.
"Are you serious? You can't just fucking ignore me." he said, walking towards me.
I turned my head the opposite direction.
"I said listen to me (Y/N)!" he yelled, grabbing my arm and jerking me around to face him.
The glass of water suddenly slipped out of my hand and fell to the floor, shattering everywhere. Vic had me in his grip, pushing my back against the counter. I quickly tried to escape but he wouldn't budge.
"Fuck off!" I yelled in his face, hoping he would let me go.
His eyes were dark and his brows furrowed, I could practically see the anger coursing through him.
Suddenly I felt a pair of soft lips crash into mine. We moved our mouths in sync as I tried my best to resist. Vic's hands gripped my waist as he overpowered me, making me feel smaller than ever. I tried to push myself off of him, since I clearly wasn't in the mood for whatever game he was playing, but once again, he wouldn't budge.
One of his hands left my waist as the other tangled itself in my hair, deepening the kiss. He slowly slid his tongue along my bottom lip and I lost it. I had surrendered.
My hands found their way to his hair as I yanked and pulled on it. He pushed me further against the counter then suddenly lifted me up to where I was sitting on it, back against the glass cabinets.
As our heated make out session progressed, he found his way to my neck, sucking and biting at the soft skin. I could feel the wetness pooling in my panties already. Since I knew he loved hearing me moan, I tried my best to keep my mouth shut, torturing him. His tongue ran up from my collar bone to my ear, making me gasp.
I felt his warm breath in my ear and along my neck as he whispered to me.
"So you think you can just fuck around? You think you can make a fool out of Vic Fuentes?" he whispered angrily, then biting down on my neck suddenly.
"V-Vic" I moaned at the sudden sensation, struggling to keep quiet.
"Well I got news for you baby..Vic Fuentes doesn't play around" he said in a low voice.
"He always gets what he wants"
Suddenly, his hand swung around and roughly slapped my ass under my skirt.
I bit my lip, hiding how much I was loving this.

P-P-P-Play that shit: ptv analysis - Part 2
Hi what’s up everyone and welcome to this week’s pew news. This is a continuation of my last post where I pretty much summed up Pierce The Veil’s career from the beginning to present and gave an overview of their rise and downfall. You can check it out here, but if you already know about everything or have read it already then feel free to ignore it. In any case, I was originally gonna make these two posts as one but ran out of room bc who the hell would read that much text in a blog post (me) so here you go - part two of this fucking conspiracy theory because I didn’t even get to share any of my thoughts in the last one. (I also forgot to put headers with each new topic smh apologies to the English language)
Edit: it’s been fucking eons since I wrote the last one/started writing this one like legit I even changed my user. The reason why this has been put off for so long will be explained later but yh smh
Gigantic obligatory disclaimer: Everything that I will discuss whether it be in this post or my last, or any future posts that relate to this subject IS NOT going to touch on the subject of the “sexual relations with a minor” incident in itself. I will not go into detail about my own views on this specific matter as there is literally no way to win because whatever I say could be taken out of context by literally anyone. That being said, I do not condone pedophilia, I do not condone sexual harassment or rape, and I do not undermine the importance of consent. I respect the laws of different states, as I know they vary with time and place, and I understand that everyone has their own opinions and I do not wish to impose my own onto others.
In regards to this, however, I do have to acknowledge that I, first and foremost, do not think that Mike Fuentes is innocent, and I strongly believe that how the band handled this situation was just plain terrible, but I do also have to acknowledge the fact that this situation is to stay between the accuser and the victim, as well as their respective legal teams and that I should not go nosedive headfirst into anything like this when it does not directly affect or require my judgement as a necessity, lest I face any legalities or blacklash as a result. Furthermore, everything that I will be talking about are conspiracies only and I do not in any way assume or imply that any of this is true.
In other words, I don’t mean to offend anyone but if you end up getting offended then that’s on you, not me. Let’s begin.
Introduction
The points that I am trying to highlight in this essay post is, in simple words, that Pierce The Veil’s... well, everything, comes off as kind of a conspiracy, almost, to me. I have had these thoughts for a long-ish time, and so this post is basically me finally making a post that covers all things that I have been thinking of in the past. Unlike my previous post, this one is a lot less fact-based and a lot more opinionated, so if you’re not into that, then that’s fair. Otherwise, I will be discussing the following things (in this order): the topic of kellic, Misadventures, and the accusation + response.
When Life Gives You Lemons, You Ship Them Together And Call It Lemonade
I refer to my last post and assume that everyone understands how “kellic” came to be and what it means. To summarise to the bare minimum best of my abilities, it’s the ship name of Vic Fuentes and Kellin Quinn, aka what people call it when someone wants or is keen on the idea of these two frontmen having an affair with each other in a (typically) fictional setting. It happens all the time, especially in this day and age where you can easily just find someone with the same obsession as you with a click of a button. That’s why King For A Day, and inadvertently Collide With The Sky, became such a huge success. It appealed to the right demographic of teenagers and tweens who were ecstatic at the prospect of shipping, and went on to achieve even more impressive feats following that. How you ask? Well, by going on a tour around the world of course. Together. Playing shows every night that ends with one of them literally carrying the other off the stage. Gotta give the people what they want, hey?
I have a strong belief that the key to success is through beating the system at its own game. In this case, the game is simple - get fans, get money. Unfortunately, as we all know, getting fame isn’t as easy as simply earning it through grit and determination. To achieve fame, one must find a way to do something at the right time in the right way so that people will notice. If one person does, and your fire doesn’t die out right away, then you’ve got yourself a forest fire. Then later on, all you gotta do is keep this forrest fire going, but assuming that there isn’t someone standing on the other side with the whole fire department’s resources in tow, then the only thing stopping this fire is itself, because with all things in life, fire dies out, and fame stops accumulating after a while if nothing is done about it. Humans need entertainment. If something starts to fail to pique their interests, then they move on. That’s why YouTubers are required to change up their content every now and again in order to try and relight that spark they once had, and even then there’s a good chance that they won’t.
I was originally going to write another blog essay about this whole YouTube analogy thing but quickly realised that for one, I don’t have time bc I’m getting my ass fucked by university on a daily basis; and that for another, there’s most likely a billion other videos or essays about this topic as is, so I’ll just link one or two of them here. I haven’t watched them all yet or I don’t remember much of them, but all they do is pretty much summarise up stuff like how YouTubers become successful and their downfalls and all that, and even though they kinda focus on a specific person or group of people, I feel like it could be generalised.
Even without the YouTube metaphor, we know shipping works. It is evident in multiple works across various media that giving the fans what they want is often what gives these people their continued success, such as Dan Howell and Phil Lester, who have all but stopped trying to create their own individual branding (save for their separate merch stores that are probably there just to get more people to buy their overpriced clothing), and who at this point have become such an overused example that I actually hesitated writing that. Why do you think movies and shows and cartoons mostly have a romantic subplot? Romance is an essential trope in literature and easily one of the most popular genre out there for various reasons. According to a Bustle article written in 2016, romance often gives the readers a sense of hope or gives them a way to live out their fantasies in the easiest way possible, and while this may not apply to everyone, (personally I’m not a romance fan much at all but I can appreciate good literature), it’s hard to deny the phrase “sex sells”.
Given that, you’d think that any company with half a brain would learn to exploit it, but for some reason this wasn’t the case in Pierce The Veil’s management, and no matter how I look at it, I can’t really see the reason why. It’s not like the band members are uncomfortable with the ship - Jaime Preciado has been seen kissing Vic Fuentes on stage (not on the lips guys chill) (I had forgotten how fucking difficult it takes to find this one specific clip so here’s a couple different fuenciado pictures instead to make up for it smfh), and Vic Fuentes has mentioned kellic in a live stream once jokingly - and Kellin Quinn is notoriously known for being completely okay with it (so long as he doesn’t have to look at it), so just what is the reason?
This Ain’t A Hiatus, It’s A Goddamned Arms Race
I’d be lying if I didn’t miss all the memes that all stemmed from the Pierce The Veil boys not being able to release an album when they’d promised, before postponing said album yet again and disappearing off of the face of the earth digitally for another year or two, giving them a total of four years as their unofficial, unannounced hiatus. For this, I have several questions.
We all know Vic Fuentes loves taking his sweet ass time releasing music - he’s admitted to remaking his first album a second time before releasing it, as stated an interview a couple years back - but you can’t honestly tell me their management just let them get away with it. Sure, through this time they’ve been pushing out new merch to no end, but something tells me that this giant gap they’ve wedged between the new album and Collide With The Sky isn’t gonna be good publicity, despite all the memes that’ve sprouted from it. There’s been fans who stopped taking interest in this band because of it, as well as fans who have just gotten fed up with having to wait so long. They scrapped a whole completed album in the process of creating Misadventures too, and while it’s not uncommon for bands to throw away near-completed ideas at whim, it’s also not unlikely for there to be some external factors or reasoning behind why they did it. Could it be that the album they threw away stayed too close to their roots and management or some other person told the band to start again, so that they can create something more appealing to this day and age? Or could it be something else that is hard to see at face-value?
You’ll Never Get Ahold Of Me Now
Finally, I’m gonna address the overdue elephant in the room. If you want to read the full thing, here it is because I’m tired of having to reiterate what happened. Mike Fuentes received a sexual allegation by some girl(s) and the band released a shitty statement that has since gotten deleted - that’s the general gist of it.
Like I said, it’s been literal months (or weeks idk my perception of time is severely fucked) since I actually started making this post so literally no one cares anymore, but regardless of what past me has promised or written down, I’m not going to be discussing the allegation in itself, but rather what and/or how the band and their subsequent management has handled it, in that they handled it so bad that I honestly can’t believe they did it like that.
Edit: I wasn’t gonna bother finding another copy of the statement bc no one’s gonna give a shit but then I’d be doing some baseless shit and I honestly can’t stand people who half ass these things, despite my growing urge to do the same thing, so here’s the statement.
For starters, who the hell waits one whole month before releasing a statement? From what I can remember, their excuse was allegedly that pretty much management forbade them to talk or make a statement about it earlier for... reasons? (Just realised I don’t actually have the source for this so idk take it with a grain of salt I guess because I was sure I had read this somewhere but I can’t back it up.)
That’s not even the worst part, either. The statement itself gave zero closure to literally everything. Yes, they acknowledged the allegation, but that’s just about as far as they went. The whole point of a statement is to clear things up, whether the accuser was right or wrong, and what steps will be taken from there, whether an apology is to be issued or not. No shit you know about the incident, who in the fandom wouldn’t? Instead pointing out the straight up obvious, what they should’ve done was 1) not waited an entire fucking month before talking about it, most likely hoping the whole thing to blow over by then and 2) actually talked about the incident in their statement instead of tiptoeing around the subject like some sort of time bomb ready to go off. There is no right or wrong answer, because literally all they had to do was tell the truth - as in write down a statement from Mike (not the whole fucking band mind you) about his take on the whole thing or get him to say what had happened from his point of view. Then resolve it privately with your legal team and whatnot if they really feel the need. Hell, all he needed to do was apologise. Whether something like that classifies as assault or rape or whatever is up to you but the fact of the matter is that she’s underaged at that point in time. Even if she was fully aware of the risks and whatnot and gave legitimate consent, under the eyes of the law and pretty much 80% of the people reacting to this incident, it will be deemed illegal and inappropriate behaviour. All these people had to do was literally just be open and honest about it regardless of whatever the hell happened, because this is all happening on a public platform where everyone can see/read it to their hearts’ content. Viewers can’t judge or make a decision to support or not support you if you don’t tell them your side of the story, so for the love of god, why the hell didn’t they?
The statement was filled with bullshit about how they love the fans and all that shit, and honestly my thoughts can be accurately summed up in this video right here. So much backlash could have potentially been avoided had they just told it as it is, because now all we have is a vague ass response that gives no closure and tell us nothing as to whether Mike actually did it or not, because in the statement he manage to spout some bullshit about how he’s “never intentionally manipulated or abused anyone in [his] life” and that he’s just a ball of empathy which at first glance could suggest he at least thinks he’s innocent, but then they go on to say how Mike’s taking a temporary leave from the band for, you guessed it, absolutely no reason. At least, no reason that they’ve given us (what else is new) (I’m becoming more petty as the night drags on it’s literally 1am). Honestly, .@piercetheveil, please tell me why the honest to god fuck did you have him leave just after suggesting that he might be innocent? I know the world isn’t black and white but when you’re making a stance and defending yourself or admitting to something, it really is - black and white that is. Either you’re innocent or believe that you’re innocent and stand your ground by not leaving the band, or you admit that you are guilty, in which case your leaving of the band would actually feel justified, because now it’s like you’re gonna come back as well, so what does that even mean? Mike isn’t gone indefinitely, he hasn’t pleaded guilty or innocent, and now the band is telling us they love us? Fuck out of here with that bullshit.
Yes, I support the band’s decision to pull out of the All Time Low tour and to not have Mike out there in case fans feel threatened or unsafe or whatnot, but if you’re pleading innocent, then honestly the whole band should’ve just said “hey we’re gonna go on hiatus for a while until our legal team’s finished with taking care of everything”, and not just said hey guys we’re gonna kick him out because he may or may not have done something that we’re not gonna tell you because we’re shady fuckers like that. I know they are on hiatus right now, but at the “start”, they only said that Mike would be withdrawing temporarily or whatever so it’s kind of like, okay? Sure? It’s a right mess I assure you. Honestly, throughout this whole incident, it was this statement part that made me really fed up with this band. My interest in them had died down significantly from since I hit fifteen all those three years ago, and right now when I dug up an old iPod shuffle to bring with me to university to save my phone battery throughout the day, I can honestly say that I won’t be adding any Pierce The Veil songs onto it anytime soon unless I get peer pressured to. Personally, I feel like that’s kind of the mentality of a lot of had-been Pierce The Veil fans, too.
That’s Great And All But What’s Your Point?
Pierce The Veil’s management sucks ass.
There’s no easy, lawsuit-prone way for me to say it but, and this is just a conspiracy theory I swear to god if I get the fucking ASIS kicking down my door in the middle of the night you better read the fucking disclaimer, there’s obviously some shady shit going on in there no matter what way you slice it. Either they’re sabotaging Pierce The Veil’s success or whether it’s all some big confusion or misunderstanding, or if they’re just plain dumb, we can all agree that this whole thing - the kellic fan service, album making, allegations and subsequent statements - should’ve and could’ve been handled a hell of a lot more gracefully and professionally. Believe it or not, waiting until things blow over is frankly just childish and solves literally nothing, so either they can pull their act together quickly with this next “special secret” album to redeem what little quality/dignity they have left, or they can just fade away into irrelevancy and become a band that no one cares about anymore.
History repeats itself. This band is quickly becoming just another Leafyishere, and as ominous as that sounds, it’s honestly not unlikely at this point. I am intrigued as to where they go from here, because if they manage to breakthrough again, then I would be very surprised given their current situation. I want to know how they choose to handle this - whether it’ll be the same or not, we’ll just have to wait and see.
Thank you so much if you read through this honestly like I am beyond happy that this is fucking over because I have a bunch of non-band related post essays I’ve been meaning to post but this one’s been nagging at the back of my mind for the past few months or however long it’s been. I’ve clocked in at around past 3k words for this one, and none of this is edited because I’m honestly so done with this you don’t understand. Like I said before, this took ages because I was gonna make another post talking about other shit that relates to this before realising that there’s way too many people that’ve addressed the whole YouTube thing so me doing it would literally be pointless, and even though no one really reads this shit, as big of a nerd as I am, I do enjoy writing bullshit because maybe then I’ll stop ranting to my friends and family about topics they don’t care about.
Regardless, that’s it for this two parter thing, and until next time or whatever.

Truly, Madly, Deeply - Chapter 1
Hey! So this was written wayyy back in, like, 2012 I think. I first published it here as CaptainKellic, but it was taken down (long story) a few years ago. Anyways, it’s back again. If you read it back then, thanks so much - you were a really big inspiration. If you haven’t read it yet - well, thank you for your interest, and I hope you enjoy!  “Fuentes and Quinn.” That's it. That is exactly how all of this started, in the middle of their senior year. A simple fragment of a sentence. Three words, two of which are not even found in the English dictionary. However, those three words absolutely and maybe accidentally changed the lives of two boys; and had a huge impact on the ones around them.
Vic groaned inwardly when he first heard whom he had been paired with. He shot a nervous glance up at Kellin, whose top lip twitched with clear displeasure. One of his friends wearing a varsity jacket chuckled at him, warranting the toss of a mechanical pencil in his direction.
"Shut up", he heard Kellin mutter as his buddies all elbowed him, picking on their friend for being paired with the skinny, Mexican loser that never really said much. Kellin was a LOT more popular than Vic was. He had been since as long as Vic could remember. They had gone to school together since elementary.
Sighing, Vic organized a few of his papers, figuring that Kellin was going to have to come and talk to him if he wanted to get this stupid lab done, because Vic wasn't moving. The clock ticked away though and other groups were getting started, so Vic began getting the materials they would need for the assigned experiment. He was not going to try to get Kellin's help if the popular boy wasn't going to do anything. Vic wanted to 'fly under the radar' as much as possible, not wanting to attract attention to himself.
The assignment was hard with only one person though, and salvation came in the form of a man with a degree and a snappy attitude."Kellin, why aren't you doing anything? I know your friends are simply 'fabulous', but really, get your butt in gear." Their teacher jerked his head towards Vic, not waiting for some sarcastic reply from Kellin who shrugged and sauntered his way over to where Vic was standing. A hot plate situated in front of him with some sort of solution on it that Kellin wouldn't know anything about.
"What are you like, doing?" he asked half-heartedly and without even looking at the lab set-up.
Vic shot him an exasperated glance before answering his question. "The hotter the solution solvent gets, the more solute will dissolve in it. That's why we're boiling it until all of this powdery stuff is dissolved."
"I don't speak Chemistry, sorry," said Kellin, pulling up a chair.
"Well we'd be a lot further along if I didn't have to set this fucking thing up myself, then you could have gone and done nothing since once I get this dissolved it's mostly just writing down the actual data...", Vic muttered quietly.
"Gee, you're pleasant," teased Kellin.
Vic did not justify his words with a response, just dumped a little more of the powder that they had to dissolve into the mix. Chemistry with Kellin was like physical torture to Vic. He was so ridiculously popular and so ridiculously good looking that everyone adored him when there was utterly nothing special about him whatsoever. Nothing that made him stand out; except for his looks and asshole-ish personality.
"So like, what do we have to write down for data?"
Vic considered explaining the whole lab to him, but he really could not be bothered today and instead pushed the paper containing the printed directions towards his partner. Kellin's eyes scanned over the text for only a few minutes. Vic thought that maybe he was actually trying to understand it and he gave him credit for that, but the face he made as he pushed the paper away told him he was going to have to explain it anyways.
"All right... You should have the lab part of this done by now," said Mr. Sheehan in what felt like no time at all, which was something Vic was dreading since the lab had been assigned. "Spend the rest of the class putting this all away, tomorrow you can do the written part."
Vic looked down at his work and bit his lip, nerves stirring up inside him. "We aren't even close to being done," he said quietly.
Around him, other groups that had started in on clean up were clogging the sinks and counter tops with beakers and hot plates that made frequent, loud clanking noises.
"The fuck do we do then?" Asked Kellin, picking at a hangnail.
It was obvious he honestly did not care what happened, or about his grade and for a moment Vic wondered if he would be able to just finish it himself after school; until their teacher spoke again.
"Vic, Kellin, if you can you should stay after today to figure that out."
"I can't", Kellin spoke up. "I have...things to do," he said.
"Too bad,” said their teacher without a second thought.
Kellin frowned and crossed his arms. Chemistry was their last class of the day. There wasn't even the opportunity to skip a class; no, this came out of their personal time. The shame was that Vic should not have been required to stay after seeing the whole situation was Kellin's fault.
The bell rang a little while after as Vic and Kellin kept working. Well, mostly Vic. Kellin did not really seem to be able to sit still until after everyone had left the room, including their teacher. Then he finally sat down and looked into whatever it was that Vic was doing.
The Hispanic teenager put in the last of the powder, stirring it in as much as he could as Kellin watched, his blue eyes sparkling. He didn't say anything until Vic pulled out his phone and unlocked it.
"Who're you texting?" he asked curiously, a little smirk on his face.
Vic had absolutely no idea why Kellin would care except to make fun of him, so a part of him did not want to answer the random question.
"My mom and my brother," he answered bluntly.
"Aw, you're a momma's boy!" Kellin snickered.
"No, she just likes to know that I haven't been hit by a car or something."
Vic was getting impatient with him now. "Why'd you even stay? You're not helping; you can just go if you want."
"Can't cause Sheehan will kill me, and I am so helping, just think how bored you'd be without me here," said Kellin, sticking his tongue out.
Vic rolled his eyes and checked the directions to see which step was next, wishing that Mr. Sheehan might come back so that Kellin could bug him instead.
"At least I give you something pretty to look at, right?" Kellin winked.
"Sorry, I'm not gay, but if you are, that's cool,” said Vic.
He turned away, knowing that that might earn him a trip into a dumpster or something. Vic was a smart-ass, that's why he kept his mouth shut most of the time. Bullying had not been too much of a problem in his life, and he did not need it to start to be one now that he was half way through his last year of high school. When he turned around though, Kellin was just staring at him, no trace of a smile or a laugh on his face.
"You think I'm gay?" he asked.
It wasn't sarcastic; it was a serious question as if Kellin was actually interested in Vic's answer. It was as if he had totally dismissed the fact that Vic was trying to find a way to insult him. Vic looked at him, his eyes wide, unsure of what to say.
"Uh, well, I mean..." he started awkwardly. "I guess that would be something for you to find out.”
Kellin smiled at him, resting his chin on his hand, "Aww, I was almost expecting another wise-ass response.”
"If you're that offended I could still come up with one," said Vic, turning off the burner and swishing around whatever it was he was mixing to examine the different colors it was starting to turn. He wrote something down in his lab notebook, wishing Kellin would say something to kill the awkward silence.
Kellin's mouth did not open to speak though; he was just staring off into space for a moment.
"Find out myself?" he said quietly, standing up and stepping towards the window.
Vic looked up to watch him move, starting to feel a little in awe of the boy. Maybe, just maybe there was a weird side to Kellin or at least, more to him than he actually let on.
"Hmm."
Vic frowned at him, not sure of what to say. "Well... uh...that's how it's... supposed to work I guess.”
"Is that how you find out you're straight?" he asked, staring up at the sky.
The sun was hitting his eyes just right, practically making them light up, and Vic was feeling the anxiety that came with questions about sexuality that he was constantly asking himself.
"Don't you have like, four hookups a minute and three thousand ex-girlfriends or something?" asked Vic, turning back to the lab.
"Doesn't mean anything," said Kellin, turning towards Vic.
Suddenly and without warning, he stood next to Vic, watching his hands at work. He handed him something he had begun to reach for, maybe making an attempt to be helpful. Vic didn’t really know or care. He couldn’t actually remember much from that part because of what happened next
Kellin stared at him, straight into his eyes, practically right into his soul.
Vic stared back, his face nearly expressionless.
"You've had girlfriends in the past too, and you're not moving away. Maybe you don't actually know?"
Vic bit his lip. Kellin had struck a nerve. His eyes still stared back at him, and Vic wasn't sure of what to do now accept curse himself for being born so goddamn awkward and shy and bad with words.
Kellin smirked a little and placed a hand on Vic's shoulder, trailing down to his chest and gripping his shirt.
Fear seeped into Vic's stomach as he wondered if Kellin was actually doing what he thought he was doing. Just as he felt the pull of Kellin's hand on his shirt, however, the door of the classroom opened and in popped Mr. Sheehan, his face buried in papers he'd gone to retrieve.
"Almost done, boys?" he asked.
"Y-yeah, I think I gotta go though", said Kellin.
The boy who was normally so confident and cool, practically fled from the classroom, leaving Vic to just stand there, barely able to finish the lab in his own confused state.

I need Reassurance Vic Fuentes x reader (warning: self harm)
Also guys I know it sounds cliche but really stay away from cutting and stuff! (warning violent) ………………………………………….
Running. Running was all you could do. After what he had did you know he had gone to far. You were running from your boyfriend. Yes the one that loved you dearly but not enough. But this was different it’s not like your average story with a abusive boyfriend that wanted too much from you… No this was much more vile. All of this was happening so fast.
Flash back “Hey Nathan I got home early I was thinking Netflix?!” You said tired. After you walk in you notice a sleeping form in the couch. Thinking it’s Nathan you pull off the covers. And see the terrifying scene. “No,no this can’t be happening!” You pull Nathan up and hold his bloody form close. Before you knew it you heard his mouth say these last words. “I’m sorry I wasn’t brave enough you just didn’t help like I thought you would've” Crying you ran out the room into the bathroom you couldn’t take it you had to cut. You just needed to feel the reassurance that this was real and thats were the razor comes in handy. You pack all of your things and run off. End of flash back Now you know you didn’t need to run but after your boyfr- err former boyfriend, had done this you had nothing your parents had died when you were 16 in a shooting. And none of your relatives would take you in that all seemed like they hated you. So here you are running down the streets of San Diego. No one turning to stop you or ask you if everything’s ok. You just wanted to get away. Until. You bump into someone and fall back and hit your head against the concrete. Then everything goes black.
Vics POV
I was just walking to my car not even paying attention when I bumped into a girl. She must have hit her head pretty hard to have blacked out. So I picked her up and placed her in the car noticing blood. I panicked and drove home as fast as I could. Once we got there I laid her on the couch. Oh god how am I supposed to explain this when she wakes up? I thought then I look at her. “You know it looks like life’s been hard on you, you better get some sleep darling I’ll explain when you wake up.” I was about to pull the blanket up before I noticed her shirt sleeves were covered in blood.. I gently pulled them up only to find fresh cuts must’ve been where the blood was coming from. I quickly bandage her up tuck her in and kiss her forehead. I didn’t call the hospital because I don’t want her to be upset if she finds herself there I want her to know that I found her so can explain and not cause a scene for her. As I lay on the other couch I felt like she was alone. I know I don’t know her but. Then I hear crying wait how long has she been crying?? I pick her up and tiptoe to my room making sure Mike doesn’t hear. I lay her down and honestly I felt so bad for whatever happened to her. I laid down next to her and pulled her close. 2 hours later Your POV You slowly wake up and realize someone was holding you telling you it’s gonna be okay. If you heard correctly the man said darling and you recognized that voice from anywhere. Then he started singing hold on till May wait were you with… Not thinking you start singing with him.
Vic: If I were you I’d put that away see your just wasting and thinking about the past again darling you’ll be okay. And she said.
You: If you were me you’d do the same yeah yeah cause I can’t take any more I’ll draw the shades and close the door everything’s not alright and I would rather…
After hearing you sing he looks down at you. Your guess was correct it was none other then Vic Fuentes. “So you’re awake?” He asked. “Yeah I am.” You mutter not wanting him to let go. This felt so natural you felt okay. The last thing you wanted was to freak him out by fangirling about him being your favorite singer. He pulled you in closer. “Please tell me what happened to you I want to help.” Vic said. “Vic I don’t think you can help with this one..” you continue. After you said that you explained everything. “I’m so sorry! You can stay here we have an extra bedroom!” He said hurriedly. “I-,” “You won’t be a burden!” he said interrupting you. “Ok but can we get my things?” You asked sighing hoping you really wouldn’t be a burden on him or his brother.
2 years later “Hey umm (y/n)?” Vic asked while sitting next to you on the couch. Nervous he was gonna kick you out of he house and tell you that you should stop talking to him you hesitantly answered. “Yah sure what’s up?!” “Ok umm,” he looked down and suddenly his cute face turned red “I think… No I know I love you (y/n) I mean after these 2 years of you staying here I feel like we’ve known each other forever..” He went on “ and I was wondering would you (y/f/n) like to become (y/n) Fuentes?” He said bravely with red cheeks and his heart in his hands. Tears started flowing down your cheeks. “Is Kellin the lead singer of Sleeping With Sirens?!” You said happily. You were over joyed someone had wanted you and loved you for you! No matter how hurt and how many scars you had! He then lifted you up and spun you around and gave you a kiss that felt like the fourth of July. That’s were you felt your new life truly started.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Okay guys what do you think? I will post smuts only if asked because I mean come on its kinda weird lol…
💚love Nana💚

October 24, 2017
From the BMO Harris Bradley Center in Milwaukee, WI
Your hosts are Vic Joseph and Nigel McGuinness
A video package on the Kalisto vs. Enzo Amore Cruiserweight Title match at TLC is shown where Enzo won back the title.
Rich Swann & Cedric Alexander vs. Noam Dar & Tony Nese
Nese and Cedric start off then Nese stops everything to flex his bicep. Cedric takes him down then uses a satellite headcissors and a dropkick. Swann tags in and gets a nearfall as the announcers mention that Swann is happy to team with a friend in Cedric. Nese drives Swann into the corner then Dar tags in and slows things down with some arm work. Swann fights back and hits a dropkick but Nese made a blind tag and knocks Swann down on the outside. He rams Swann into the barricade then flexes before taking the action back into the ring. Swann punches back but Nese prevents a tag. Nese takes Swann down with a leg sweep then tags out as Dar hits an uppercut. Dar sends Swann into the ropes with a snapmare and Nese tags back into the match and puts Swann in the tree-of-woe then hits his ab crunch kicks. Dar tags in and attempts the ab crunch kicks but Nese is upset with his awful technique. Swann manages to surprise Dar with a small package for a two count but Dar regains control. Swann fights out of the corner but Nese cuts him off with a forearm smash. Swann comes back with a roundhouse kick and falls on top of Nese but Dar pulls him outside to break up the pin. Dar is once again the legal man but runs into a super kick then Swann crawls over and makes the tag. Cedric runs wild on Dar and almost puts him away with the handspring enziguiri. He then low-bridges Nese as we see Jack Gallagher & Brian Kendrick on the ramp. Dar works a hanging guillotine then Nese pulls Swann off of the apron. Swann takes Nese down with a headscissors then runs in to hit Dar with a super kick. Swann then flies out with a corkscrew senton to take out Nese as Cedric puts Dar away with the Lumbar Check (9:00) **3/4.
Thoughts: Solid match. The team of Nese & Dar did not show much promise though as it seemed they tried to have Dar do some comedy in wanting to have a body like Nese but coming up short.
After the match, Gallagher tells everyone to settle down because they are not here for a fight but rather to extend an olive branch of peace. Kendrick is happy that Cedric showed everyone he has what it takes. However, he will never live up to his potential if he carries about the dead weight “dancing clown” that is Rich Swann. Gallagher said he was once in that position but learned the fans do not matter and Swann does not matter either because they do not have cruelty, which will take you higher than expected. Gallagher tells us that next week they are coming for Swann as Kendrick wants Cedric to think about this and make the right decision and if he does not have one then they’ll make it for him. This storyline is continuing but they have added a new wrinkle with Gallagher & Kendrick trying to convince Cedric to ditch Swann and join them because he shows the ability to act cruel and is not a dancing goof.
Drew Gulak heads out to the ring for his match. He tells us about he is appalled that his Power Point presentation was conveniently removed from the TLC Kickoff Show by the “powers to be.” Gulak then said he lived true to his “Drewtopia” by damaging Akira Tozawa’s vocal cords for violating the “No Chants” policy. Gulak then said he will be staging a protest and there will be no more matches tonight and the crowd better buckle up because they are now going to have a refresher course on all 277 of his Power Point slides. We start back to slide #1 which is “No Jumping Off Of The Top Rope” as Gulak points out that this is constantly violated by the 205 Live locker room but then Gran Metalik comes out. Once again, Gulak is just great in this role and able to get heel heat too.
Drew Gulak vs. Gran Metalik
Gulak yells at Metalik to stay on the ground and they start off on the mat with Metalik working a headscissors. Metalik stays in control and works the arm but Gulak switches to a side headlock. Metalik takes Gulak down with a hurricarana then kicks him from the apron before connecting with a springboard dropkick. Metalik heads back up top and walks the ropes before flying outside with a quebrada. Gulak is rolled back inside then Metalik heads back up top but Gulak cuts him off. Gulak is pissed and stomps Metalik while yelling out “no top rope.” Gulak now stretches out Metalik then covers for a two count. Metalik breaks up a hammerlock with a snapmare then starts to fight back. He hits a missile dropkick then head up top again and walks the ropes before hitting a splash as that gets two. Gulak blocks a suplex attempt and they fight over that in an awkward  spot. Metalik gets two with a cradle then places Gulak up top and takes him off with a hurricarana as that gets two. Gulak tries to slingshot back inside but Metalik catches him on his shoulders and tries for a Death Valley Driver but Gulak counters that into a Dragon Sleeper then locks on a body scissors for the win (6:54) **1/2. After the match, Gulak drags Metalik and drapes his leg over the bottom rope an tries to destroy his leg so he will not go off of the top rope again but Tozawa runs out for the save and knocks Gulak outside then starts chanting, to further piss off Gulak. Tozawa then checks on Metalik.
Thoughts: It seemed like they had some miscommunication at times but the story was Gulak trying to punish Metalik for using the top rope and ultimately he was successful. And, Tozawa is now back and able to speak as his feud with Gulak will continue.
Dasha Fuentes is backstage with Kalisto. She asks him about his mindset heading into tonight’s rematch. He says he beat Enzo once and can do it again and promises to reclaim the Cruiserweight Championship.
Enzo Amore is with Ariya Daivari on his way to the ring. He hands the mic to Daivari, who says his bank account has never been happier since aligning with Enzo as “bucks and a championship” is something Milwaukee knows nothing about as that gets them some heat. Daivari then puts down Kalisto before doing the SAWFT routine since Enzo’s voice is still gone.
Cruiserweight Championship Match: Enzo Amore (c) w/ Ariya Daivari vs. Kalisto
Kalisto takes Enzo outside with a shotgun dropkick then heads out and hammers away. Enzo heads back in and grabs on to the ropes but Kalisto pulls him inside and stomps on his hand as Enzo was holding onto the ring apron. Kalisto hammers away in the corner but Enzo backdrops him to the floor. Enzo demands the ref start counting ASAP but Kalisto is able to beat the count, only to get shoved out again. Kalisto clutches his leg then manages to kick Enzo from the apron. Kalisto eats boot on a charge then Enzo hammers away then sets up for a superplex to the floor but Kalisto fights back and knocks Enzo to the apron. Enzo yanks Kalisto off and they fight on the apron as Kalisto hits Enzo with a Death Valley Driver as both men are out on the floor. Enzo crawls up the ramp now but Kalisto crawls after him. He shoves him into the apron then back inside to beat the ten count. Enzo lures Kalisto into the corner and heads up top but Kalisto cuts him off with an enziguiri then hits a tornado DDT. Kalisto goes up top but Enzo kicks the ref into the ropes as that cuts off Kalisto then the ref rings the bell for the DQ (6:12) *1/2. After the match, Enzo heads up the ramp but Kalisto runs after him and attacks. A few refs back off Kalisto then Enzo takes the mic and says he is still the Cruiserweight Champion.
Thoughts: The finish was lame but it looks like these two will have another match coming up at some point in the future. Kalisto worked hard to make this somewhat decent and it was better than their match at TLC anyway.
Final Thoughts: This show was focused at least and they have a few different storylines going on at the moment. The action was below average but nothing was outright terrible or anything and the segments all had a purpose. With the Cruiserweights role unclear heading into Survivor Series I expect more continuation of the feuds we saw tonight going forward.
