Keeping the fire burning in our hearts, i can't believe what we just saw last night, and i have to keep screaming about this historical scene.

I wrote this meta with my friend's huge help @mrsaquaman187 , because we needed to talk more about body language. Because the scene was perfectly played by Jensen and Misha.

And i want to say thank you to my dearest friend @spnsmile because she made amazing gifs for this analysis. Love you girl!

Okay, now, let's start this journey...

Castiel's honesty at his purest form

I will analyze word by word, because this is historical, as I said before. So, let's rewatch the scene together, the scene in which Castiel released himself, and allowed for the first time, to be happy. (I want my angel back 😭).

“I always wondered, ever since I took that that burden, that curse, I wondered what it could be, what...what my true happiness could even look like. I never found an answer. Because the one thing I want...it's something I know I can't have."

Well, my friends, as I yelled in my Destiel meta you can find here, is canon now that Castiel was wondering what would it be to have Dean not just as a friend, but as a lover, and I'm.... Okay. (Internally screaming).

And damn @weird-dorky-little-deana and her post here in which I screamed again, this is it, my friends. Is perfect. Because is all along what I was suspecting... Remember 14x09, Pamela represented Dean's fem side, Dean's subconscious, so, in conclusion, Pamela was Dean talking to himself and saying :YOU WANT WHAT YOU CAN'T HAVE. Is because Dean thought CAS didn't love him back, and Cas saying he can't have Dean is a huge parallel because it shows the way it was constructed. Both men thinking they can't have each other. Is perfect and angsty and so romantic.

"But I think i know...I think I know now. Happiness isn't in the having. It's in just being. It's in just saying it.”

This is such a deep thought and it talks about Castiel's maturity of character. He understood once for all, that loving Dean Winchester, feeling what he feels for him, and expressing that to Dean, is his true happiness. Because...

METATRON: "(...) You draped yourself in the flag of Heaven, but ultimately, it was all about saving one human. Right?"

Dean didn't know it

Dean: “What are you talking about, man?”

Dean's question shows us he didn't know what Cas was trying to say, he didn't know Cas was about to confess his love for him, he didn't know Castiel loves him back the same way Dean loves him.

Cas: “I know. I know how you see yourself, Dean. You see yourself the same way our enemies see you. You're destructive and you're angry and you're broken. You're...you're 'Daddy's Blunt Instrument.' And you think hate and anger, that's...that's what drives you. That's who you are. It's not. And everyone who knows you sees it.

I just have to put everything in red because, OMG, people, this is Cas in the barn all over again but after 11 years of being with him and truly sees through him, and this is Cas in the golden room:

CASTIEL: What is so worth saving? I see nothing but pain here. I see inside you. I see your guilt, your anger, confusion.

This time answering himself, this time, healing all the weight and the pain Dean could carry inside. Because Dean deserves to be saved. That's why Cas gave his life again for him.

Even now, with Billie outside saying IT AS ALWAYS BEEN YOU, and naming him like the rebel, Cas rewords all of that, and shows Dean why he is all of that, because he is GOOD.

Oh Lord, okay, everytime I see Cas smiling and saying those words i have to repress my tears, but...

"Since Castiel laid a hand on you in Hell, he was lost!"

No, sister, he was found.

Castiel is rewording each bad comment or mocking angels had done based on his romantic love for Dean, he is saying , yes since I met you in Hell, i was found, you changed me, I fell for you. Damn... Dean go get back this angel because I swear...

But now, i want to share with you my friend reading about their body language on this scene.

If you are still alive, i just want to point how romantic is this, because he is saying that Dean changed him for good. And he is naming all their family, Sam, Jack, and humanity, the world. Dean. So practically, Cas is saying, Dean showed Cas how to take care of others. Damn...

But also....

ISHIM: The way you let those simians talk to you... Castiel, when did you get so gooey? You know why we're meant to stay away from them humans? Hmm? It's not because we're a danger to them. They're a danger to us. Case in point.

CAS: Well, my friendship with Sam and Dean has made me stronger.

Castiel rewording again, because he knows what Dean did on him, Dean changed him for good.

Okay Dean is shocked, shocked because he just figured out Cas loves him, Cas had loved him this whole time!! Is a huge, huge revelation to him, because Dean didn't imagine his best friend would feel the same for him! That's why he always thought he couldn't have Castiel the way he wanted to.

"I can see the love inside of you, but is croaked in shame."

Shame because it was his best friend, a pure, beautiful angel, out of his league. But now... This angel is confessing he had been in love with him the whole time! And not just that but he dies after that!

Dean losing again the love of his life after knowing he loved him back, is a new level of shock and despair to him. So Dean's reaction is just accurate and perfect!

And the scene crying alone in silence, not answering Sammy's phone call is SO SO IMPORTANT! He forgot about Chuck, about the world ending, about everything, because he only could think about Cas, and how he just lost him, and how he loves him the way Dean loves him, this whole freaking time.

To Conclude:

This was the most beautiful Destiel scene until now, and i only hope for the second Destiel canon scene, in which Dean will said I LOVE YOU TOO to his angel, closing his ILY journey, and rescuing Castiel. Maybe with the reset button, maybe entering into the Empty. But this is not the end, my friends, is just their starting.

A/N: i tried to write in present tense and i think i like it more? also, where my sasha simps at?

"I'm so glad you guys decided to move in with us." Jean sighs, putting down the last of the cardboard boxes. He's tired, but it's worth having Sasha and you around.

"Don't think we'll cook!" You scrunch your nose, a playful punch meeting his shoulder.

"Or clean." Sasha laughs, and your heart flutters at her warm smile. Sasha. You were in love with the girl since middle grade, always awkwardly hiding your feelings, especially since you weren't sure about what she felt for you.

"Don't worry, ladies, we'll do it together like one big, dysfunctional family!" Connie pulls all three of you in a group hug, your hand on Sasha's back numbing your knees. "Are you sure you don't mind sharing the same bed?"

"Nonsense, Connie. Y/N and I go way back, don't we?" The brown-eyed girl winks and you're melting like an ice-cream in the sun.

"Y-yeah! It'll be alright, I think."

The day went by quickly, spending most of the time unpacking and decorating, running to the store and ordering food. You were sore, exhausted, and all you wanted to do was go to sleep. But when Sasha walked into the room, a towel wrapped around her body, wet hair clinging from her forehead and framing her beautiful face, you were done for. Cheeks burning, eyes drifting elsewhere, you excused yourself to go take a shower. It was painful to be in the same room with her. It was even more painful to lay in the same bed with her. The first five nights were a nightmare — you couldn't even close your eyes without seeing Sasha's big, brown eyes staring you down, the corners of her mouth turning into a smile that was enticing, hiding something playful behind it. Every movement, every sound coming from your friend made you flinch, she looked so serene and fascinating, quietly snoring and dreaming of something you would never know.

"Y/N, you look like you need a drink." Connie hands you a bottle of something. "Can't sleep?"

"I just have to get used to the mattress." You lie, swirling the liquid before taking a sip. Vodka, again — it burns your throat as it goes down to your stomach, the molten feeling lingering on your tongue. "Got anything stronger?"

"I got weed." He shrugs, and it's good enough for you. Not strong, but it will definitely make you drowsy.

"We're baaaaack!" Sasha places two pizza boxes on the table, and Jean adds three more on top of them.

"Is someone else coming?" Connie can't help but ask.

"Oh, oh nooo, those two are for me!" She beams and you can feel butterflies in your stomach at the pure joy in her eyes. Jean sighs, handing you your pizza, and you use the heat to warm your thighs.

Why? Why can't you just get over your feelings for Sasha? Of all people, whydid you have to love her? It was painful to watch sleazy boys hit on your friend, because even though she'd reject them, they had more courage than you ever would. They had it easy — asking her out, flirting with her, buying her drinks. You? You had to watch those things over and over again, like your own personal hell.

"Thaaaaaank youuu for helpin' mee!" Sasha sings as you help bring her to your room, one arm wrapped around her waist, your hand grazing over her tummy skin. Her shirt's slightly lifted from all the drunken gestures, and your cheeks flush crimson.

"It's nothing." You lay her on the bed and turn on your heels. Being in the same room with her, both of you tipsy and high, only spells trouble. And you're not looking for trouble.

"Y/N," she barely speaks and you feel her fingers around your wrist, "stay. Pwease?"

It's eating you from the inside out. It's consuming your energy to keep it together. But you have to do it — for the sake of your friendship. The mattress sinks with your weight, halfway turned to look at Sasha.

"I'm here."

"Y/N, did I do somethin' to hurt ya?" She asks and it's so innocent and genuine.

"N-no, why would you think that?"

"'Caaause, I feel like you're avoidin' me. Are you mad at me?"

How could you ever be mad at her? No, you're only mad at yourself.

"You're drunk, Sash. It's probably just your imagination." You brush her off with a smile, but you can sense the knot in your stomach. God, it's like you're stuck in limbo. Her fingers trace circles on your shoulder, shivers running down your spine and you try to play it cool.

"I really wanna kiss you right now."

You freeze, eyes wide open and mouth agape. The words get caught in your throat, and all you can do is open and close your mouth like a damn fish, blinking slowly.

"You- I- you what?"

Her head is tilted and an impish smile creeps on her lips.

"I said I wanna kiss you." Sasha repeats, but her voice is lower. Her hand is in your hair now, fingers tentatively twirling with your locks.

"Why?" You're still shocked, and you don't understand if it's the alcohol, the weed, or Sasha herself talking to you.

"Because I like you, silly!" She giggles like a schoolgirl, and you don't even realise how much you leaned closer to your friend until you feel her hot breath tickling your skin.

"You... like me?"

"Mhm..." The words cease to exist when your lips meet in a clumsy kiss. You melt, face burning, arms giving in, you melt next to Sasha, and she pulls you closer to her.

"Wait, Sash, this is you, right? Not the vodka, not the dope, you."

"It's me, Y/N. It's just me." She kisses you again and the room is spinning, so you shut your eyes. Her lips are soft, and you dare to poke your stuttering tongue between them, her quiet moan urges you to go further.

Time seems to stop when you're with Sasha, and the only thing that can be heard is the beating of your hearts. She cups your face and grazes her thumb over your cheek, and you don't know what's real anymore, but you know that she kissed you. After waiting for so many long years, she finally kissed you.

"Sasha, I... really like you. I've been crushing on you for a really long time now. Are you sure you want this?" You chew on your lip. But you have to make sure this won't ruin the beautiful friendship you built with Sasha.

"I want you." The girl kisses you again and you drink her in. "I trust you. I like you. I want you." She says between kisses, and before you know it, her hand travels down your abdomen. "Now relax and let me make you feel good."

Chapter 3

"Boys are so freakin stupid." You huffed walking into Dean's room. The boys had decided to come along and stay with you at the end of the school year. Your dad deciding to just let you stay at Uncle Bobby's during to keep you from having to transfer you everywhere around the country, the boys however werent as lucky with their dad.

"Why? What happened to ol what's his face?" Dean asked not taking his eyes off the movie he had been watching.

"He ditched me for Karen." You sassed and made a face saying her name. "Your all hormon driven. Every. Single. One." You said sitting down next to the bed.

"We're not all like that. Look at Sammy. Hes more into books and studying." He laughed scooting over and patting the bed so that you could lay down next to him. "Want me to kick his ass?"

"No, hes not worth the time. It was a joke anyways thinking he would actually like me." You said hanging your head. "Jesus how could I be so dumb. I should just start traveling with dad again. Get outta this town. I dont like anyone here anyways, no one would miss me."

"Stop that self hate bull right now. Y/n there are other people out there. Besides you have friends here. Like actual real life friends. Out on the road it's just me, dad, and Sam. Kinda lonely really."

"Ah yes very lonely going state to state deflowering girls and saving the day. Must be hard with so many conquests under your belt." You rolled your eyes, you knew that dean didnt have a problem traveling all over the states.

"I am not having that talk with you. You like my little sister I never wanted and it makes me feel wierd."

"Dean, I'm 15 now, I've fooled around with guys. It's not like I'm completely innocent in a sense." You laughed sitting up.

"Stop really. Like gross. Dont you have homework you need to do or studying or something. Really y/n of your gonna start talking about that get out. Makes me wanna get names and go beat some boys asses." He said pushing your shoulder with his.

"Na. I'll stay. Finish watching this movie with you, if you dont mind. I haven't seen it in a while anyways." You said propping on the head board. "Where is Sammy? We could make this a movie night like we use to have, stay up till morning when Uncle Bobby wakes up he could even yell at us." You laugh.

"Had a date with some chic in town, probably sobbing all over some girls face." He said grabbing his drink off the floor. "If we're making this a movie night we need popcorn and some snacks." He stated pointedly at you.

You rolled your eyes and got up. "The only reason I'm getting everything is because I wanna change into my comfy clothes." You walked out of the room.

"Pie! Dont forget the pie!" He yelled.

"Tired. So tired." You mumbled over the book Bobby had sat in front of you.

"Well if you and Dean hadn't stayed up all night watching scary movies and cackling like a bunch of Henson you wouldn't be. Now help me figure out what this thing is or I'll stick you out there with the boys." You had to admit at least you was inside instead of in the heat working in the garage. Your uncle hadn't been the happiest when he woke up to find you and Dean still wide awake at 6:30 watching a Hatchetman marathon.

"All I'm saying is if you dont want me to conk out I'm gonna need some coffee." You said getting up and going to the front door.

"Y/n, we have coffee in the kitchen." Uncle Bobby grunted after you.

"I also need fresh air, uncle Bobby." You walked out of the door

You had convinced the boys to go with you to a little outside diner in the middle of town ri grab some lunch and just hang out. "So do yall know when yall are leaving me behind again?" You knew it was inevitable that they would leave and you might not get to see them till Thanksgiving or even Christmas.

"Last we talked to dad we were staying through summer and leaving out around the first of August." Sam said taking a bite of a fry. "But he also talked about taking off the last few weeks of summer along with your dad. Taking a type of family vacation."

"Ha, you both know just as well as I do that's not gonna happen. Dad was suppose to be out of the business a long time ago. Even bought a house and wound up selling it because there wasnt a point in owning something he never used." You laughed taking a drink of your milkshake.

You looked up in time to see the guy you had plans with the night before walk into the diner. "Come on, I'm sure Uncle Bobby is wondering where we are. I still have some research to do and yall gotta finish working in that car for him."

"Haha y/n. Nice try. What's going on? Your never willing to get back to work." Dean said still eating on his burger.

"I'm turning a new leaf, let's go." You gritted through your teeth as the guy from the night before started walking toward you. "Ugh, damnit," you whispered putting on a fake grin. "Hey Ethan."

"Hey y/n, look about last night-"

"You had something come up. It's fine."

"Can I have a rain check? Maybe take you out for dinner tonight?" He asked looking at the guys that was with you.

"Ummm. I dont know my family just got into town and I haven't seen-"

"We dont mind. Besides I have plans with some friends and I think Dean might have a date." Sam said smiling at the guy standing in front of them.

"Yup y/n we dont mind. Were here all summer anyways, and we have that vacation too. We have plenty of time to catch up " Dean said standing up. "It was nice to meet you Nathan." Holding out his hand

"Ethan." Ethan said shacking his back.

"Whatever." Ethan walked back to his group of people.

"I hate you both right now." You said grabbing your bag and throwing it over your head before storming away.

Ok guys that was chapter 3. I felt like the ending was a little dry. I have never felt so happy and excited though about something I wrote! Decided to rewatch the whole series after seeing the finale, here's my thoughts as they come along part 3

There was an old He-man reboot that was cancelled after two seasons, season 3 was being set up as the horde conquering Eternia with He-man and his kingdom being forced into hiding as rebels. Apparently She-Ra would also appear, though knowing that show she'd be lucky to be 1/4th as interesting or engaging as our Adora. I'm saying this because, even though that cartoon was cancelled before it could finish it's story, we were lucky enough to see ours to it's end and in a way that story they wanted to tell exists here with us now. Plus I always disliked that they called themselves "The Rebellion" when they weren't really rebelling against anything, but they are now!

Poor Adora, even after all this time she still has that hero complex eating away at her, telling her she's useless unless she's serving others.

Entrapta's ramblings about space this season are very relatable.

Catra's face when she sees Glimmer be manipulated, you can see so much behind her eyes. Fear for her standing, flashbacks to her own manipulation, shock at how unprepared Glimmer is for this. Love how Horde Prime sees right through her afterwards, she has no power over him.

Poor Entrapta, she hasn't been with the other princesses since season 1, they're opinion of her has been soured by her betrayal and appearance to not care. We know she loves her friends and is trying her best, but the wound is still sore.

Horde Prime using Glimmer's dad as a bargaining chip is extra horrible when you remember that this is when she discovers he's alive.

It's great that the show takes a moment to allow Adora to come to grips with no longer having a clear destiny she can follow. She's so used to being told what to do, this is the first time she's truly making her own decisions. Agency that Shadow Weaver begins to take away from her later.

I love Catra's internal struggles in these first few episodes. She's trying to do what she's been doing, working her way up the ladder, but she can't. Not anymore. Her heart isn't in it, she knows this isn't what she wants, she's just going through the motions. Spending time with Glimmer is the only thing she enjoys, she finally slows down for a moment to just enjoy someone's company and really bond. Her turn to good isn't a 180, we see her mind working and how she comes to the decision of sacrificing herself. Seeing that Horde Prime is a complete psychopath helped of course.

I love how Horde Prime's ship has star themed beds.

I don't know how they did it, but they made Hordak recognizable among the other clones. It's like twins, once you get to know them the difference is obvious. You can look at a clone and see he's Hordak, yet he looks identical to the others. It's remarkable.

These flashbacks Catra has, wandering the empty corridors that her decisions have left her in, it's a testimony to how far she's come that they don't reaffirm Adora's betrayal to her anymore. She wants to absolve herself of her sins, and she decides a sacrifice is the best way. She wants to go out on one good grace, redemption by death, but that action and her apology is what makes Adora sure she still has good in her. Catra has shown she is willing to be good, and that alone is enough for Adora to give her another chance.

This is the first time the best friend squad has been together since Glimmer pulled the queen card, a lot of the wounds are still fresh. I definitely think this is the point Bow and her truly realize they love each other, they probably had a schoolyard crush but the realization of where they are without each other and how much they mean to each other, something really deep sparked here.

The Star Siblings are here to show what life under Prime is like, but also as a quick show of the Rebellion's message expanding. That's a little underdeveloped though, which is mostly a product of time.

Adora's little "she's not my friend" bit is adorable but a bit out of place imo, Adora hasn't really been this outwardly lovestruck over Catra before, and while Adora has decided to give her another chance I don't think that reignition of love would have happened yet.

The thought that Entrapta went out to find that LUVD crystal to bring with her in the slightest hope she would find Hordak and that he would recognize it. Plus the noises she makes and the fact she immediately adopts Wrong Hordak and that we get to see her without her mask, ah she is so cute!

Hive Mind Catra is terrifying and tragic, it feels so violating. He talks about how she wanted Adora to save her, how afraid she was when she was assimilated. We see that numbness and how it would seem appealing to her, but under the cracks Catra is still suffering, and Adora promises to bring her back, tells her how much she cares about her, transforms into She-Ra to save her. And finally, they are together again.

I love Adora constantly checking on Catra, this is the first time in years she has been with her, she just wants to be with her. Catra starts falling back into her old ways though, that anger still persistent, and Adora's honeymoon phase is over already and for a second we're all afraid nothing has changed. You can see Catra doesn't want to make that mistake again, and she finally lets Adora help her, and likewise Adora finally steps back and lets Catra help her too. They've both grown so much, and that growth is what allows their relationship to blossom.

It's great that Spinnerella and Netossa get their time to shine this season. Their arc here parallels Catra and Adora's earlier, and I would say it's unfortunate they have to go through this, but I love the angst.

Double Trouble! Back for a five minute appearance where they admittedly don't do much, but hey they're fun to watch and have some great lines so it's worth it.

Catra in a healthy relationship, with friends that don't fear her and people she sees as equals. People she can just joke around with and be teased by. You love to see it.

Melog is a pretty important addition, as he gives Catra someone that she can fully trust without the baggage from before. He's literally her therapy support pet, and he's the one that stops her from running away again.

Shadow Weaver's little speech here is great, she's been told that the First One's made the magic stronger when they did the exact opposite. It's a commentary on colonialism, "we brought you civilization, our conquest was good actually" is a very common lie.

Catra holding Adora's hand, Glitra kiss, Best Friend Squad hug, Catra's smirk when Adora says she's right. You love to see it.

I love how Noelle made a self-insert character and also decided she should be evil. "So the only person I'm fighting here is... My own wife" is a mega ouch.

I love Wrong Hordak so much, he not only shows how the Horde Clones are just regular people without the influence of Prime but he is also ridiculously cute.

Did I mention how much I love the new She-Ra look? I liked the old one but damn this blows it out of the park.

I will admit the Heart having a failsafe a d Mara having a rebellion of her own is a bit out of nowhere, but it was a nice reveal of the origin of Grayskull.

I'm a huge sucker for friendship saving the day messages I admit. Not the rainbow lazer kind, but that love and kindness reaching through Prime's control is beautiful. Plus it's wonderful for Catra to see what real friendship is like.

This is a great little moment with Castaspella and Glimmer, this is the first time they've seen Micah since his death.

I love Shadow Weaver so much, she sees Adora and immediately shifts into child manipulation mode. This is the first time I'm actually getting pissed at her though, obviously because she's starting to drive her chisel between Catradora but also because she's reversing all the development Adora has had up until this point.

Hordak: "Go, then maybe these memories and imperfections will leave me " Entrapta: "Remember, your imperfections are beautiful!" The fuck I'm crying in the club again.

I love this Catradora moment, "what do you want Adora" "I have to do this". Obviously their relationship isn't going to be easy after all these years, and both these girl's flaws and insecurities are flaring up again and driving each other apart.

Adora tells off Shadow Weaver for good, she ruins people. This is a huge moment for this character, SW has convinced herself she is the good guy and that she is making the necessary actions to save the world, but this is the one moment she really looks back at herself.

"Adora chose Shadow Weaver, not me. Adora doesn't want me, not like I want her" oof ouch my soul. That with Adora's memories, it's clear they can't just go back to the way it was anymore. They're love is too important to them now.

My headcanon is that Shadow Weaver is drunk here. She's slurring, she's drinking, her daughter is going to sacrifice herself. Maybe her decision to die was one she made totally wasted lol.

Catra promised Adora she'd look out for her, and the soft version of the promise song in the background. Ow ow ow ow my heart.

Glimbow canon!

Mara is here, telling Adora the same thing Razz told her in the 3rd episode of the entire show. Stop looking for what other people tell you to do, you have a choice.

Spinnetossa, Seamista, Entrapdak. It's cliche, but love conquers all is a message I'll never tire from.

I started tearing up with the Glimmer Micah fight, and full on sobbing when Angella appeared. Something that didn't really stop.

I was mixed on SW's sacrifice, but I think it works. Each of them were trying to take the selfish way out, to die for the ones they love. So it's fitting that SW is the one that does it.

Fuck yeah Hordak! What a monumentous but short lived moment.

CATRADORA!!! God, the confession, how Catra whispers it but how Adora hears it as a scream, how it wasn't Catra that made Adora weak but infact the exact opposite, how they're both so surprised and relieved that these feelings they've felt for years are real and strong and true and reciprocated. It's the best conclusion possible for them and it makes me cry so much.

This beautiful moment, where Adora saves Hordak, the ultimate repayal for him saving her all those years ago. He remembers her. Fuck I'm sobbing again.

Scorpia sees Catra again after leaving her, and of course she hugs her.

And it's over. The best show ever made. Netflix automatically resets your watch history and here I am looking at the button to play Season 1 Episode 1 again. This 1 and a half year journey feels like a millenia, it feels so long ago that Adora first picked up that sword. This is a show I will cherish forever, I can see myself binge watching in the retirement home already.

The answer changes a bit depending on the s/i, so I'm gonna start with more general and like personal and then go into my s/is.

Dazai and I both, let's say wrestle with certain feelings about life and the world around us. When it feels like you're adrift and very little matters, it helps a great deal to have someone to ground you, and that's Dazai and I for each other. When the world is cruel, we can reach out our hands and feel the warmth, and through that feel safe and real. Neither of us are used to letting ourselves be fully vulnerable to the people around us, we're always masking something, maybe not for entirely the same reasons, but we are. Our relationship is when we both let those walls fall bit by bit, letting go of fear and trepidation. He never even thought he could feel real love before, both of us had thought we weren't worthy of it.

And Dazai is a genius, he's amazing and confident in his abilities, he can see straight through pretty much anyone, so I think why would he even want me, I'm so boring and predictable, I'm not a fan of taking risks and putting myself out there. But Dazai sees all my good qualities, he appreciates my strong empathy and my compassion, he sees how even though I struggle with my own worth I put so much worth into the lives around me, and I have a fun way of thinking about a lot of things, I'm creative bright even when I think I'm not. I become like a fresh, sunny spring day for his soul. And Dazai, his hands are so stained and his mind so jaded, even as he works to redeem himself and be on the side that saves people, he thinks there's too much darkness to ever truly be washed away. But I know that even though he's done a lot of bad, what matters most is what he's doing now; he's trying so hard to be good, to move away from the darkness that only acted as a negative feedback loop for him, that was never good for a boy with a mind like his. He is actively trying to be a good man, and I remind him of that. Neither of us are ever going to be perfect, but that's fine when we're together through our flaws. And through it all, we help each other see the beautiful things to live for.

Okay, now let's go into some specifics for the s/is.

ADA! Gillian has been through some pretty deep trauma with the loss of her little sister when they were kids, and at the time she thought she'd never ever recover from that and stay in the emotionless darkness forever, but with the help of Fukuzawa and Ranpo and the other agency members, she was able to heal. Despite the guilt and trauma that still sticks to her, how easy it would be to write the world off as simply cruel and uncaring, that's not her style. She loves the world, she loves the people in it, she knows that there's darkness but that only means that the rest of them should try their hardest to spread as much love and compassion as they can to balance that out. To Dazai, her unwavering light is strange but so calming. She's so strong in her determination to protect her family and everyone and everything that needs saving, it really touches something in him. She teaches him that it's okay, that they deserve to laugh and love and live, and she helps show him how to actively view the world for it's good parts. Even if someday it's hard, some days she's sad and can't forget the past, some days she tries very hard to push away the anger that festers in her at the unfairness that abounds, she still tries and now they can stand by each other's sides and try together. And he also knows what it's like to suffer and lose the one person who's most important, and he helps her confront the guilt that still clings to her, in fact that's something mutual. And she also, even though she accepts and appreciates her ability for how it lets her help people, it's also an ability that takes away a person's free will and can cause a lot of destruction, and she is afraid of the inherent evilness of it, and though Dazai respects how she's made the concious choice to only use it to help people, he sees her fear and helps her accept it.

Mafia! Gillian and Dazai probably have the most complicated relationship of all. Neither really wanted friends or saw the use of them, but they became each other's first real friend after he joins the mafia. They connect and resonate in a much stronger and more natural way than either were really prepared for; and then they were part of the quartet with Ango and Oda too, and she loved them all. She could be quoted as saying the three of them were probably the only things keeping her sane in the Port Mafia. And then she went away on a mission for a few weeks, no contact with her friends, and suddenly that little slice of joy she had was shattered, Oda was killed, Ango had been a double agent the whole time, and Dazai had abandoned her without so much as a good bye, much less and explanation. It sent her to a dark place for a while. She wanted to hate Dazai, and she certainly felt bitter, but she couldn't bring herself to hate him; how could she, really. She disliked being in the Port Mafia, but not only does she feel she'd have no where else to go, that if she left she'd be leaving her father, Ougai, aka the only person who's ever seen to genuinely want her around and stay that way, but her ability is literally to control darkness and too much light literally causes her pain and discomfort, it's clear to her that she was born to forever stay in the world of darkness and never be able to stand in the light. When she and Dazai eventually meet again four years after he left the mafia, there's a lot of complicated feelings too work through. She's bitter and angry and can't understand why he'd leave her like that if their friendship really meant anything; Dazai thought it was the right move at the time, he justified it to himself by reasoning that he knew she felt chained to the mafia and he had to leave quickly and cleanly in order to successfully rid himself of his dark past, he couldn't risk waiting for her to come back from her mission and having to convince her. But, really, he was afraid. After all, he's convinced that everything he desires will slip through his fingers the moment he obtains it. If he tried to hold on to the happiness she brought him and selfishly took her with him, he'd only bring her ruin some other way, and he wasn't deserving of her. He genuinely does regret it though, and it's not easy for him to admit that he was wrong but he knows that this is one instance where he was so terribly wrong. They have to work through these feelings in order to get anywhere, and she also has to realize that she does have the capability to step into the light, which she does partially with Dazai's help. There's a lot of fighting through the bullshit to finally be together.

Jekyll! Gillian takes the stuff mentioned earlier about always masking some part of ourselves to the extreme. Her ability, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, literally manifests her jaded view of the world into a physical creature of chaos, aka Hyde. And she rejects Hyde hardcore, that's why she's so unstable, destructive, and difficult to control, as well as hates her in return. She puts on the sugariest of sweet faces to try and mask this darkness, but Dazai is able to see it. He recognizes her mask easily, because he's basically doing the exact same thing. Eventually, after a lot of plot haha, they're able to help each other let go of their facades a bit and better accept themselves for who they are. They find this kinship in each other that honestly makes it easier for them to let go of their guards at least a little bit. They both hold a lot of jaded darkness with themselves, and they've both done some pretty terrible things and dirtied their hands, him in the mafia and her in the Order of the Clocktower, and they were both able to break away from that to try and become better people, and that's really nice for them to be able to relate to each other.

Circus! Gillian is, true to the name of her troupe the Circus of the Disillusioned, disillusioned about much of the world. It's dirty and cruel and not on your side. But, the circus always promoted family, the whole reason Voltaire formed the troupe was to attempt to not lay there and accept their wretched fate, that they as humans should try and create at least small pockets of a world more right and colorful. And this ideal stays with her. So yeah, they're both not huge fans of the world, but she has a more innate desire to change that, and she believes it's the duty of humans to fight through and not back away from the world through means like suicide (does that make sense? Trying to word it properly). So she actually is pretty, hm, disgusted is too strong of a word to use, she clashes a lot with Dazai's suicidal jokes. And she's too tsundere and jaded herself to outright be all flowery ~I will help you~, but that sort of discussion is a theme between them early on. Their abilities are foils for each other as well, Dazai is an ability nullifier, she's an ability amplifier, and that sort of reflects their views too.

Guild! Gillian at first seems to have the most innocent view of the world, after all she's rich and spoiled by her father, Francis. And she acts rather carefree too, like someone who's always been secure and never known difficulty. But she has known pain, and there's more than a naive rich girl beneath the surface. She's cunning and knows how to read people, she's been trained in the art of business since she was a child and had it drilled into her that you must never roll over for the world. She's also been taught that she's the daughter of the great Fitzgerald, which means she's meant for greatness too, and she hides it from her father but that's left her with a desperation to prove herself and live up to a great big shadow. But she's genuinely kind too, she loves the world for it's flaws and wants to support the people in it. So yeah, they're ways of thinking clash a bit, but at the same time they work perfectly in other aspects. At first, it's more like he's interested in her for the sort of contradictions she poses, but he starts to genuinely respect her and admire how she chooses to see kindness and work for it, how she takes things in to her own hands to make the world she sees in her mind real. And she respects him for his intellect and eventually for his resolve once she learns of his past. And respect is pretty much the bud that will bloom into love.

There's a lot of fighting to find the light in the dark and acceptance of ourselves.

My Autobiography

Who Am I in Life?

On a cold and peaceful dawn of October **, ****, where only the sounds of the crickets could be heard at Gat. A**** at T****, Manila, Veronica gave birth to her third baby girl. Together with her husband Aurelio, they named the baby, Bernarjane.

I am Bernarjane ********, 1* years old. I lived in *** L*** St. T**, Batangas. My diseased grandfather gave me a nickname which is "Munting Atay" that makes me remember his good deeds and my memories with him. At home, they called me "Jing jing".

I have a God-centered family. A family that stays together even we've been through a lot of problems. Aurelio ******** is my father and Veronica ******** is my mother. I have two older sisters namely Bernadeth and Bernardine ******** and a younger brother, Relvin **** ********. We're a family that goes with what flows. They are the ones who give me advice, who doesn't live me, and comfort me when I'm sick. They let me do what I wanted. Wherever, they let me go and never stop me because they knew that I will not make any problems and issues as I go home and come back. They trust me for whatever I did and continue trusting me for whatever I will do and for whatever future ahead of me. We do whatever we want just to make laughter. We travel, eat, sing and dance together. I love my family very much. I don't want to lose them. I want them to stay with me for a lifetime.

I am diligent, genuine and a humble person. I am calm and quiet so that people always assume that I am sad when I just actually don't have anything to say. I love people who's always there to comfort me when I can't help myself. I love those people who know my worth and those who value me when I think that I'm not that valuable and worthless. Aside from these, I really love music. I love singing and I really love playing instruments like guitar, piano, lyre and flute. Whenever I have a problem, I alwats choose to keep it by myself and just tending not to talk very much. That's why I use music to ease my pain. I also have this perspective in life that the best way to lessen my pain is to let go everything that makes me hurt and lost.

I don't like fake people, fake promises and fake trust. I don't want to live with people who had negative mindset. I also dislike trust and rule breaker. Most of all I hate seeing my friends and family most significantly, suffering at their worst.

Childhood memories are the sweetest memories of the past. When I was a kid, I always fell asleep at the sofa but when I woke up, I realize that I'm already in the bed. My Lola Anching always carries me to the bed whenever I fell asleep in the sofa.

When I was a kid, me and my cousins plays Hide and Seek, Patintero and even made a Tree house at the Guava tree every free hour. I also play Sungka with my favorite playmate, Florence, my cousin. We did a lot of things that are remarkable yet I cannot even forget every second of my life. We've made memories that even money or new friends cannot replace. We've made a home that is full of love and happiness. With my innocent mind at that time, this made me think that this sweetest memory can ruin every tear in my eyes when I grew up.

My primary education started at G.P. Elementary School and continue my secondary education at *** National Highschool. I graduated junior highschool with flying colors. Currently, I am a grade 1* HUMSS student under Academic track at Senior High School in T** and a consistent honor student. I am a member of Supreme Student Government and stand as a financial committee. After graduating my Senior Highschool, I planned to continue my education at Manila. I once dreamed to become an engineer but math doesn't participate, a police officer and a firefighter yet as time goes by, I realized that I am vertically challenged and my height doesn't collaborate. In college, I've decided to take Psychology course.

I've been an honor student since I was on elementary. I become a lyrist member of G.P. Mini Band. We've won a lot of competition as we competed at different school.

I remember how dusty day it was. I was playing with a dirty cup of soil when I heard someone playing the rusty string of our old guitar. I hurriedly washed my muddy smelly hands and run towards our house. I saw my father playing sweet song with that old guitar that made my day happy. I'm so interested. This opens my big soft heart and made my little dirty hands to also pluck that rusty old guitar. That day, my father taught me how to play the guitar. Little by little, I learn how to play simple melody. It's just like the rhythm and blues enters my little lovely world.

I was a member of Saint ***** ***** Parish choir. I serve God through singing. Having this talent is a blessing from God. To bring back all the blessings I've received, I praise and serve him.

I don't care if you're black, white, rich or poor. If you're nice to me, I'll be nice to you. If we vibe, we're friends. I'm a friendly person. You can have my trust and you can have me for a lifetime as long as you don't break promises you've made. I have these two best friends, Mary *** and Carla ****. We've been best friends for almost seven years. We've been through a lot of breakdowns, a lot of problems that made our friendship stronger. I have experienced a friendship that centers God, put God first and serves God every minute with them. I can even say that we're family; they were my long lost sisters. I love them very much. I wanted to stay with them for a lifetime.

Accepted! Eijirou Kirishima

Character name: Kirishima Eijirou

Why do you want to play them?: Why wouldn't I! He's one of my favourite characters and I think there's so much depth to him that's worth exploring in roleplay. I've only had a few very casual opportunities to roleplay him and would love something more active and official.

What is their quirk?: Hardening!

What powers and limitations do they have: He can harden his skin to a near unbreakable point, avoiding damage and strengthening his counterattacks. He can't hold the form forever though, and will be weakened if he sustains a significant amount of damage or tries to hold his Unbreakable form for too long. Since high school though he's trained hard and can last for several minutes in his unbreakable form instead of just the 30 or so seconds he could then. 

Describe the character’s personality: Kirishima is bright, outgoing and friendly. He's greatly appreciative of acts of chivalry and strength and isn't afraid to express as much. So manly! After pushing past self doubts about his quirk being boring, he's now constantly striving to be stronger and is easily inspired by others to do so. He's loyal and dedicated and willing to stand up for what he believes is right even in the face of adversity. 

Preferred relationships (friendships, rivalries, ships, etc): Ships have to happen naturally, if they do at all (it's all about that roleplay connection!) - But I think Kirishima's friendship with Bakugou is pretty important. He pushes him to be better. I also can't deny the hilarity in the shenanigans he can have with Denki. Mina boosts his confidence. And Testu being the best gym bro is also good. 

Please list your goal(s) for the character (This can be a long term plan for the character’s progression, or an aspect of the character you’d like to explore!): I want to explore Kirishima finding his own reason to be a hero, not just because he admires others for doing so. I love the aspects of his self confidence that get to shine through and would love to see how that shifts his interactions with others as he grows into himself.

What do you think about UA University’s Villain Rehabilitation Program: "It's a noble goal! It's nice that we're trying to create a future that welcomes everyone... but, it's scary too. We've been attacked countless times, our friends have been taken, nearly killed, so many people hurt... How can we just, forgive and forget, you know? I'm trying. I think everyone deserves a second chance. But I don't know how easily I'll be able to look at them and not see the capacity for hate. It's like we've gotta always watch our backs, just in case."

Pick two of the following prompts and write out how you would behave in that scenario. Minimum 100 words each:

“You’re in combat with a villain who is threatening to attack nearby civilians. How do you stop them?”

"Hey!!" Kirishima shouts out over the chaos, his voicebox cracking over the words, his hardening tightening his throat until it's hoarse. The villain isn't paying attention to him, but they will. They won't make it to the civilians. 

He focuses the hardening down his arms, across his chest, up his neck and physically feels the skin sharpen across his cheeks, brows, forehead. He charges forward, booted feet pounding into the ground as he gains momentum. The villain is lifting their hand - about to aim their quirk right at the innocent bystanders. 

Crossing his forearms over his chest and tipping his head forward, Kirishima launches himself the rest of the distance, recklessly ploughing his hardened body into the villain, spiked hair crushing into a ribcage and toppling both Kirishima and villain sideways. The villains quirk goes skyward instead of where they'd been aiming, and some of the civilians let out more screams, but they're safe. They're not hit.

"Get out of here!!" Eijirou yells at the small group, as the villain starts struggling in a tangle of limbs beneath him, aiming dangerous hands up at Red Riot now instead. 

"Come at me with all you've got!" he goads, jerking a hardened arm back up to avoid a blow. If the attentions on him, it's not on anyone else and that's the best chance he's got of protecting people until back up arrives. 

“You have a moments peace outside of class and hero work, what are you doing in your free time?”

His mouth hangs open, drool and toothpaste collecting in the corner as he sleepily brushes over pointed pearly whites. Kirishima can feel the spindles on the thing splintering already and knows he’ll have to make a trip to the convenience store soon to buy several more packets. Don’t get him wrong, he loves his pointed teeth - thinks they’re manly as hell - but boy does he go through toothbrushes like nobody's business. 

He spits into the sink and gargles out the minty paste, feeling a little more awake as he splashes a bit of water on his face. It’s the weekend, but that’s no excuse to sleep in. He’s got coursework to do, a gym session with Tetsu and -- Kirishima leans in closer to the mirror above the sink, tugging at his loose red locks and cringing at the black roots coming through -- he’s gotta dye his hair. 

It doesn’t… matter. Not really. Not to anyone else, at least. He’s pretty sure all his classmates and colleagues know that he’s not a natural red-head by now, but it’s important to Kirishima. As much as putting on a costume can make a person feel strong, this is an important process in reminding Kirishima of his strength. 

He mixes up the colour and starts to apply it, methodically separating portions of hair and stroking a brush through his roots. The black lifts away and leaves him bright and, dare he say, flashy. Less like how he used to feel (boring, unoriginal, hardly-noticeable hero material) and more like how he wants to feel. No, how he does feel. The red is bright and strong and suits him far better than anything else. As much as an ode to his idol as a reflection of who he will be as a hero. 

The grin he shoots himself in the mirror, once the dye is showered away and the spikes are fresh, is as confident as it is kind of embarrassing -- but he’s alone, who's gonna stop him from being a little proud of himself for kicking his self-worth in the ass sometimes? Hardened knuckles crack together in front of his chest as he turns tail to go grab his gym bag. He’s not gonna lose to Tetsu today either!

hi everyone this is Jessa so I'm starting here on my little trolley I have my lumina spiel setup these are my cold stones this is my hot water and we may not have enough time to do the traditional timing on this treatment I preheated my steamer so it's a good idea before your facials to get your water hot see how it's boiling immediately because it's already heated so sometimes you can get an idea of how much time you need you know by turning it on a few times and seeing how long it takes to boil this is just my other treatment cart we roll this one over to use the mag lamp and my client has climbed in but make sure before they get in that you have your head towels so you've got one on the bottom one that wraps around their hair and I don't use any extra headband or a clip or anything I just tuck the towel into itself and now my stamens going again so we're going to turn that off while we cleanse and I will see you in a minute okay now we're gonna wrap her head let's see so you get one left handed so I set up my wrap to tuck with my left hand but you can fold the towel the other way and then you tuck it in this corner here okay make sure it's not pressing on any jewelry if they have it on they should really take it off and keep their hair clean during a facial most women they don't like it if you know their hair gets all greasy hi so we're going to start the facial now I showed you all of the prep and we've got our steamer ready and just for the sake of those who glove and you don't glove for my videos I'm gonna be gloving I hope from here on out just because some estheticians do it all the time and some don't for certain parts of the facial and in the wintertime if you have dry skin you can have Micro fissures in your hands so it's actually like having a little tiny wound or something going on so I'm going to start with our creamy sunflower cleanser this is our 16 ounce size we don't have it nicely labeled in here yet because our other labels warm it up a little bit in your hands and I'm going to show you what it looks like also make sure your posture is good you so make sure when you're cleansing them you really do a good job with creamy cleansers you start with the cleanser dry you don't add water till you massage for a minute or so and what I was saying before is I'm going to show you what it looks like to do a peel with your facial and where to do it and we do use every month on quite a few clients because we want to make sure that each client is getting professional exfoliation because it's something I can't do at home and it's almost better to do one stronger peel if they're not going to exfoliate at home each month than it is to just do the home care but ideally they're going to do both so they're going to use a fruit acid or a triple blemish control those are the things we have in our line we have two strengths of fruit acid but that's something you want to talk to your client about is if they want more glow they want anti-aging they have acne something like that then you're going to want to make sure that you talk to them about exfoliation and I really believe in acids but it's not just any acid that's okay a lot of acids are extracted with toxic processes and you want to make sure that the acid that you use is extracted not only using a clean process like enzyme extraction but also the base ingredient needs to be natural or organic and non toxic and the reason that makes a big difference on people's skin is it's kind of like eating organic want a a towel to wipe your gloves so I'm just going to wipe off a little is cleanser so I don't go up every piece of equipment that I use after this and the cleanser is creamy so it's sitting on her till I get this steam going and then I'm going to wipe it off okay so I use four by fours because they're disposable there's some things I don't like to use that are washable and there's reasons for that and they do have organic cotton in these types of wipes so that's what you should get if you're a more natural organic spot so you want to make sure you really cleanse everything you know you get everything wiped clean and I kind of hold these wipes like this when I'm cleaning them and then I go back in your water bowl I have an ozone setting on my steamer if you wanna when I turn on the ozone you can see the steam you okay so now I can see where my steam is pointed if you want to come over here from the side and just get a picture of the whole thing so you can see your steam point it but I don't like to leave the ozone on while they're steaming because it makes people pop so something you can do with appeal is you can do a mild enzyme before your peel so this is our jojoba bean and I'm actually taking more of the creamy sunflower cleanser with our beads you tap like salt tap a little bit and that's not even a quarter of a pea size in these anything I dirty I kind of leave it up top too on my part so that I know what to clean at the end and this is our five percent a pumpkin enzyme okay and you really don't need very much of this it's really spicy because it's got all of the spicy enzymes in it it also has um kind of like a pumpkin pie type of blend in spices so you can see I'm getting a little collection going on my cart so I'm mixing those three things together to make her exfoliant and this is really gentle but if somebody's sensitive skin you you don't want to put the pumpkin enzyme in there you might want to put a little oxygen with the beads and cleanser again but most clients are going to tolerate the enzyme really well so we're kind of focused on the peel today I'm going to do some separate videos on extractions um this particular model I've been seeing her for a while now so she has great skin and she doesn't have a lot of extractions so sometimes you have clients like that and we offer a facial called the mossad lonely facial and we offer that so that people who don't need extractions have a little more affordable way of getting the treatment done okay so when you get your hot towel out of the towel caddy it's really hot it's a good idea because your hands are washed to test like a baby bottle like milk when you heat up milk for baby test it right on your inner wrist before you wrap their face you don't arm someone and you ask them is that temperature okay yeah okay and then some people get a little claustrophobic so don't cover their mouth in their nose and when you press you know you don't have to go overboard you can also ask your client when you're getting to know them do you get claustrophobic and that kind of thing and if they do you need to be really careful when you're wrapping them so and then you know the gloves also I feel that there are some clients in situations where you can cleanse or do the massage you know that kind of thing without them but those who believe in using them 100% of the time I totally get it we carry a lot of different strains of bacteria on the surface of our skin and we can get those dry fingers and get those micro fissures so because she doesn't need extractions we're going to go straight into the peel we're going to tone this is the triple-t I was with Timmy dmae and resveratrol so this starts the treatment process sometimes their mouths open a little bit and you might want to tell them I'm going to spritz you so just keep everything closed and I'm going to get some dry four-by-fours and this helps prep their skin and get any residue out of the way from anything even though we just hot tell them off it also kind of helps the pH of their skin be in the right place before we do the peel so we just sent out about a hundred luminous peels so I'm going to use the luminous it's a great peel for almost everybody so if you want to conserve your peel this this fan brush is the material that's actually not my favorite my favorite brushes were going to carry really soon they have an orange fan and they have this exact handle you can't have wood and you can't really have hair you know type of this isn't a hair but it's it's not the type of fan that I like there's one that just won't break down after years of use these are newer but they will break down so to conserve peel use a fan brush or you can use a two by two but the two by two will soak up our new peels fairly quickly so you'll use more so start on the forehead foreheads tend to be kind of tough and you want to apply the peel evenly and you never want to get too close to the eyelids and the under eye skin but you want to get the crow's feet and you want to apply fairly quickly so I'm going to speed up now the reason is the peel is starting to work everywhere that you've applied it so I just did my second dip into my peel here so get the whole face covered and then go for the neck the neck and the decollete area I go all the way down to where there's openings in their shirt some people charge extra I believe in including that an appeal and we charge $30 to add appeal on anybody service or we do a quick treatment where we do appeal now it's really important because this point she's she's feeling it you're gonna ask her on a scale of one to ten one would be you don't feel anything ten would be taken off right now where are you at good to a two so a two is good you can let it sit for two to five minutes at that number her lip looks a little dry does it feel like I missed any we're thankful that's a good thing to ask your client now there's something called layering that you can do with peals this is advanced and all of you teaching more classes on this but if they have scoring wrinkling pigment anything that needs extra work you can take a second layer of the peel let's say the cheeks are really tough so I'm going to put a thick layer on top of the first layer and if the peel dries out while it's cooking it's not working so you want it to be moist okay now if she had acne okay so if somebody broke out here you'd want to do a second layer here you can either use a different peel to layer it or you can layer the same one on and it's good at this point to ask your client again has it gotten any stronger is it staying about the same it's about the same just a little bit stronger baby okay so it will go up and up and up and these peels cook really fast I like to say they cook now I have a bowl with to Jade's in it and I take my dry four-by-fours and I'm dipping them in this really cold water that I like to be filtered wherever possible in facials in stage carbon filters are actually very cheap if you can filter the water at your spa it helps with all of your facial treatments so this will feel cold okay that's what you need to tell your client this also neutralizes the peel kind of like with hair color you know water neutralizes it not only wiping off the excess peel but also um the water helps to neutralize the peel although they may feel a slight tingling still after you remove the peel and that's okay that's normal tell them if it's feeling if it gets stronger when they leave or if it's feeling like it's getting increasingly stronger after they leave it should kind of neutralize slowly when they leave and they need to call you if they continue to feel a lot of activity or if they go somewhere they shouldn't really work out you know right after this if they work out or get hot and sweaty it can reactivate the peel a little bit sometimes it does nothing and other times you can see that I flipped these wipes inside out so that I'm using a fresh area of the wipe so I'm not wiping the peel around on the other side of my wife that's really important and then you ask your client again um how's that feeling now is it feeling like it's neutralizing yes okay does it still feel like a one or or a two um or maybe a one of advice it's neutralized I can tell okay so after this we'll do a little bit of massage I'm grabbing the ten percent oxygen elixir and we've clean this so this label looks a little faded oops and you will knock things over moving all the step around doing a facial so this oxygen is fantastic after appeal it's like a second treatment you know it's like getting an oxygen treatment the elixir is particularly good because there's ten percent oxygen the hundred percent is really strong so I'm covering everywhere that we peeled and this should feel good because there's oxygen she could feel a slight activity that most likely not so we're going to do a little pressure point massage so during my full facials I do face head neck shoulders and half of the arms for massage just for time purposes today we're going to show you the face and we're going to show you the cold stone massage the cold stone massage is part of what neutralizes everything after the peel if they're looking really flushed right after you take the peel off you probably want to do the cold stones and then their massage with their massage gets their blood moving so you got to keep that in mind it gets their circulation and everything going so sometimes it's better to do a little massage with pressure point and also regular massage we do a little bit and then we do the cold stone massage and the cold stones are really important to close the skin down so you kind of want to make your way around the skin a couple of times with the stones and these are Jade so they have some really nice properties even you have good energy Jade's been used a really long time Jade facial rollers and Jade for the skin has been used for a very long time so I like these versus regular massage stones Jade stays cold a lot longer and it's got a lot of really great properties like I said okay so keep in mind if this is a longer facial or you have a little more time than we do filming today that you can put more time into massage and different things but if you're on a schedule you can shorten it up a little bit so I like to wet some fresh wipes to get this part off here sorry I didn't warn her so she's tasting Mia toner so having that little oil barrier on it restores the skins barrier after appeal and the sunflower is really compatible with a lot of skin types we're also going to infuse organic sunflower seed oil with herbs so that you can get more of a little treatment but the oxygens pretty potent if you come and get a close-up of her skin between the oxygen and the peel she's really glowing so for today I'm going to tone her you could do a mask and then the rest of the massage I'm going to tone her and moisturize her and we hand mixed a lot of herbs and we use a lot of months and that kind of thing in our facial treatments so we have a couple new masks coming and two of them will be ready to go I'm going to make some of our dry herbal mixtures ready to go masks very soon so I'm putting a little hyaluronic on hyaluronic is nice and neutral after the treatment that she just did but what hyaluronic does is it's more of a humectant so it helps the skin hold water and it's important to put this on you know before the oils sometimes so we're going to use this because it was a peel it's good to put on another oil barrier so since we haven't used it very often this is squalene and it's a little more hydrating than the oxygen the 10% elixir would also work but you really need to do this and then after this you put a little of the mineral defense on and then they're ready ready to go and I got a little bit of the hyaluronic two around her eyes so these steps after appeal are really important a lot of times people try to put on their regular serums on a client or they try to put on really active creams and if they do that the skin could have a reaction it can blow up into something Raschi that it doesn't normally do because the barrier is completely different after you do microderm or you do peel so let's get it closed up with this because people have been asking this is the zinc and titanium mineral defense cream in this bottle we've had for a while it's a little beat up so she's got our moisturizers on you want to spray your fingers with a little toner and don't get more than I had so this is what it should look like before you apply and then you've got to go quick to blend so you see I got a little bit everywhere now I'm blending as it dries you can see if it dried like that it would streak and having a little oil based moisturizer on underneath isn't a bad idea but you can see how it blends right in when it's the right amount and you spray a little bit of toner on it alright thank you everybody so that was most of our facial I promise I will do a real you know hour and hour and a half facial but we're
