i hope sunny gets a villain arc if tubbo wont get one fully
like i need her to lash out at every single adult around her for not carring for her pa or her (looking at phil who offered to care for pomme and dapper when he wouldnt for sunny on tubbos Confirmed death), for no one taking her pa seriously, for taking things from them, from her pa until there was nothing left of him.
i need her to lash out at the adults for never seeing her pa hurting and thinking it wasnt serious, i need her to lash out in peoples faces how she had said they were worried for her pa and the adults just said hes like that or he'll get better and he didn't
i want her to lash out and reveal that tubbo said to her he felt more seen and cared about by a fed worker who was learning to have emotions than from any islander around
i want her to burn things, even if not a house and just a wood she placed down to set fire, i want her to do that, i want her to blow things up and lash out and be heard
cuz if being a good girl for her pa ends with them unheard and him dead then she will be heard now and once this thing called Creation gets her pa back to her, she is not letting him go
if any of the adults who didnt do anything to get him back cared for him in life and cared just a bit in death, they dont deserve to see her pa back again, he is sunny's and sunny's alone
i want sunny to spew vitrol and fire and to lash out at everyone, she deserves to go on a murderous rampage too as a treat

I'm starting to think maybe I was right, my mum is abusive. Not very, but still abusive.
How did I get to this conclusion? Thinking about my mum's behaviour, about my reaction to her. Somehow I got to thinking about Snape, who no one sees as a victim because he doesn't back down, he still fights his abusers and keeps on fighting them. He's the one in the wrong, despite being the victim.
And that's what made me think of something my mum says any time childhood trauma is brought up in the conversation: "If you were actually afraid of me, you wouldn't be talking back to me" "Would you still be so rude to me if you were actually traumatised?" "If I had traumatised you, you'd be too scared to speak like this to me", and similar stuff.
If you were actually abused, you'd behave like an actual victim
And that just reminded me of Snape, and how he isn't seen like a victim because he's not a "perfect victim", he isn't outwardly anxious, vulnerable, or delicate, he doesn't cry when yelled at, he doesn't stutter. He's outwardly strong, he's got self control. When emotional, he's angry, he's hostile. He's rude and sarcastic, including to the people he should be afraid of. He doesn't have any of the pretty, romanticised symptoms of trauma. He has all the ugly, real symptoms. The symptoms that mask his trauma.
Like mine. To my mother's face I am loud, I am rude, I am defensive. I show no fear. It's certain things though, that scare me. Certain things that make me angry and cry. Not in front of her. She doesn't see what's not in front of her face. She's only seen one panic attack, and that I didn't call a panic attack, I just said I couldn't breathe and my dad helped calm me but I never said it was a panic attack. I've had panic attacks in college. My friends know more about my anxiety, my trauma, more than my own mother. My teachers have seen me have panic attacks in the middle of class, after I've been stuck trying to keep it together all day. My sister once saw me, when I came home from class, exhausted by trying to keep the anxiety down to the point that even with the emotions gone the pain still had me in bed for hours afterwards. Nobody with a healthy relationship with their mother does that, do they?
But I'm supposedly not abused, not a victim, because I do not act like one in the least.
Yet if Severus Snape is a victim regardless of how he presented his trauma, maybe I'm also being abused despite my apparent lack of fear towards my mum.
Maybe that's why he's my favourite character.
Because neither of us look like we're traumatized.
Okay, so the abuse I face isn't so bad, and perhaps I'm overtly sensitive to be traumatised by it, but if I'm having panic attacks because of it then there is something there, right?

lorenzo and xoti (+ what made u get more interested in their dynamic!)
One ship breakdown coming right up!
he's a death godlike who stays loyal to Berath throughout both games (and a chanter with a knack for summoning phantoms), she's a soul reaper, and I'm kind of compelled by a psychopomp x psychopomp ship
the cute mental image of him singing to her and/or the spirits in her lantern to ease off the nightmares
both of them holding on to their faiths even as their gods are proven faulty, and Lorenzo's "my god may be flawed but I'll follow them anyway because they're all I have" vs Xoti's "I believe that my god can do no wrong and eventually will show everyone The Truth". I feel like there would be some interesting conversations
something funny about Lorenzo seeing Xoti flirt with Edér and thinking "of course she likes him, she'd never look at a death godlike like me :(" and Xoti then flipping to having a crush on said death godlike unprompted
Lorenzo's past life romanced Iovara and, since he's more of an Iselmyr situation, it would be pretty funny for him to see Lorenzo fall for a priestess. ah lads not again
I could probably do some fun stuff with Xoti's soul collecting and how it affects her. I could probably also do some fun stuff with rewriting some of the conversations around her personal quest (I have vague thoughts but I think I need to play more Deadfire first)
both of my other Watchers are either uncomfortable or dismissive about Xoti, and I feel like it would be a fun challenge for me to get Not Normal about her to the same degree I did with Edér and Devil and write her from a fully admiring/sympathetic perspective
the Orpheus and Eurydice of it all (singer has to rescue his beloved from a terrible fate of being bound to a death god? anyone? also I could do a myth-accurate bad ending au where she ends up making the Bad Choice at the end of her quest and he loses her)
something very funny to me about Edér, Devil and Xoti being my Watchers' romance lineup (the universe said "dragons you're going to get SO good at writing southern american accents and Eothas/Saint's War-induced trauma")
send me alternate love interests for my OCs and I'll tell you what I think
