born in a small town, growing up as a relatively humble and nice kid with a small dream to become a nurse

but that all changed during a daytrip near seoul, since he was acting all goofy in the middle of a market and caught the attention of a talent agent

became the cf golden child of south korea at a young age, traveling every now and then with his parents to shoot commercials

the one that made him most popular one was a yakult yogurt commercial at 4 yrs old where he became well-known for saying “no” repeatedly to an older man asking for a sip of his yogurt (like this x lol)

he’ll never hear the end of it, like fans still ask him to do it even to this day, haha

ever since then, he started receiving special treatment back home and it started to affect him as he got older, especially during middle school as he started to film commercials for school uniforms

cue the inflated ego, and then you’ll get eunho during trainee days with his new #thirst to become an idol

the process to become a trainee at dimensions was relatively easy for him, but because of that rumors started to spread that he was only accepted because his presence in the advertising industry + broadcasting network connections were being used to help the company’s finances get back on stable ground

after all, he wasn’t remarkably good at anything at that time besides pulling out the charms on camera, and even though eunho knew there was some truth to the rumors, he couldn’t stand being looked at in such a negative light

so he worked his ass off not to become dimensions’ marketing tool, especially so that they wouldn’t drop him once they recovered from their financial losses

and he practiced hard enough that he was able to tease his talents in his cfs

with all the hard work he was putting into getting better at singing and dancing, he was becoming more motivated and sincere in his wish to debut successfully compared to before when he only wanted to debut because it “looked fun to be an idol”

felt very happy and accomplished debuting with MARS, and took his role in variety shows with great stride, generating an image that was known for “kindness,” great reactions, puns, and his love-line potential on any show he gets put on 

however, an account of a staff member from a variety show recording was made on a blog claiming they had witnessed eunho making (consensual!) sexual advances towards another staff member

fans were quick to shut it down as a malicious rumor made by an anti-fan and the company didn’t even deem it important enough to address, but woops it actually was true and eunho really was getting it on behind closed doors

the incident served as a wake-up call for the horndog, but to some people it only made it more clear that his on-camera persona was not the same as who he was off-camera

now he’s continuing as a part of MARS, hoping that they continue to grow and become household names in the music industry

PERSONALITY —

eun(ho) puns for daaayys. so flirty, like eye winks and air kisses @ everyone. has problems holding down relationships because the other person eventually gets jealous or suspicious and sometimes very much within reason to be and breaks up with him

charismatic as heck idk it’s something about those plump af lips + his Aesthetic + relatability with his puns that just get the people going idkwhy or actually lolsame

“survival of the fittest” mentality, like you either got what it takes or you don’t according to him, so he wasn’t the most sympathetic when it came to alien’s troubles and it takes some time for him to warm up to hoobaes

traces of his nice kid-self can be found in his interactions with the people closest to him and the members, like he genuinely cares for them and he’ll become an all-around Dad @ whoever he cares about and can be super protective for their sake
