Took a year to complete this quilt! Pattern is by NASA Astronaut Karen Nyberg called Cupola View. Fabrics used were also designed by Karen, the collection is called Earth Views.

Quick little bee wall hanging/table runner from some scraps of another project. Even the batting was scraps from something else!
It’s 12.5”x31” and I put a double layer of 80/20 cotton/poly batting inside to make it puffier than usual.

Recently finished quilt!! This was soooo satisfying to have completed! The quilt was a quilt kit that was bought July 2022, made in November 2022 and finally quilted in August of 2023. Took a little while to get snuggle-ready, but she's finally here.

this is one of the best types of youtube videos imo. she just welded an old singer sewing machine to make it into a longarm lmao
youtube
'This note is intended to supplement the YouTube video and blog posts of Ms Anne Marie Sullivan.  She wanted a long arm, and did not let her lack of knowledge in mechanics or welding stop her.'

As a longarm quilter I love how quilting brings a quilt top to life! This is my Metro Hoops quilt, pattern is by Sew Kind Of Wonderful.

I’ve quilted two of these Tula Pink quilt tops now, but did them both different. They have so much personality and quirkiness

A cat tree for christmas! Embroidered on my Husqvarna Topaz 20, and then pieced together. I did finish quilting it and I used the green from the cornerstones to bind it before I sold it as a wall hanging, I just forgot to take a photo of it when it was completed.
I tried to get all cat colours, orange, black, white, grey, then christmas colours for the scarves.
This may only have been about 20”x45”, but I found the most gorgeous snowflake quilting pattern to put on it in silver thread. It took a good two hours to quilt it because the snowflakes were so damn intricate.

Ahh.... this quilt has been haunting me for a while... see, I got this Malibu Barbie fabric on sale, and I love it! I love the fabric, I love the pattern! But. I tried to quilt it at home on my domestic machine and failed to pin the layers enough, and also did not start from the middle.
It has some serious shifting going on, and it just looks awful... I've tossed it to the corners of my sewing room, but I have plans soon to undo all the top stitching I did and just put it on a longarm frame and longarm the quilt finished.
Who knows exactly when that will be :/
