A simple and sweet, lightly romantic coming of age story with a paranormal twist.

Lynne’s review:  I found myself fascinated the entire time - slowly I realized what Blaine was, and I normally don't read these sorts of stories, but I love this author’s work, so I gave it a chance and I was not disappointed. Very interesting. So little dialogue, yet I was so intrigued. A beautiful, yet different sort of love story.

Thank you so much for these lovely words. I’m going to keep this ask for a very long time, and pull it out when I’m frustrated with my writing and need a boost in confidence. It is people like you who keep fic authors motivated and churning out new stories.

I’m still planning to write Klaine fic, although I’m a very slow writer. I’ve started to draft my next story, but I will bear your favorite tropes in mind in the future. I like Anderberry fics too (where Rachel and Blaine are siblings). I would need to have to think of a unique plot. If you have any ideas, send me an ask or a message. Vampires and mermaids aren’t really my thing - I don’t think I could do these tropes justice.

Matching author names with Tumblr names

I like to rec fics. I do. I read tons and tons of Glee fanfiction (mostly Klaine), and I can’t help but gush over them, because as a fandom, we are SO spoiled. Glee fanfic writers are so talented, and we’re blessed to have them share their stories with us.

But often, I have trouble tagging an author on Tumblr because their Tumblr name differs from their author name on AO3 or Lifejournal or Fanfiction.net or Scarves & Coffee.

Sometimes, it’s as simple as smushing the name together (Twitchy Squirrel = @twitchysquirrel) or adding a number (Flowerfan = @flowerfan2).

In some cases, though, the names aren’t a bit alike, so you just have to KNOW.
