i wish i lived in the universe where new horizons was the best animal crossing game in the franchise :(

#the fool speaks #picked it up for the new years event....after not playing since i did the same thing last new years #new leaf had so much cool stuff and it feels that in many ways nh just took many steps back #there are vast improvements to the inventory system but just not enough. you have this big island to decorate but its a pain to do anything #dont get me wrong i love a lot that nh did....but theres a /reason/ that i havent played it very regularly since 2020.#the art style is very cute though! the game is very very pretty! we couldve had it all though

My current comfort media is good old animal crossing. I've got myself an island called Petrichor (the scent of rain) that I'm decorating in a natural theme. It rains like every day on it and 👌 fuckin love that. Nothing beats rain on video games except from irl rain but when you arent outside in it. Mushroom season better hurry up cus thats all I care about. You could say Im a fungi. Haha get it
