I think it is a good idea to grant others the benefit of the doubt and assume no malicious intent, until proven otherwise. I think it is important to be kind, considerate, and understanding. People tend to be foolish, and if you (have the energy to) lend others grace in those foolish moments, then I think you will surely help make the world a more pleasant place.

- i personally believe that gender is next to pointless, and hope one day that it will be treated as such. the only real thing about gender is the awful way it affects people. genders arent actually definable, theyre entirely made-up. invidia hollowfang - satyr, circle of the beast druid, she's jace's bestie in the party & the only one who still talks to him after jace gets kicked out. theyre the ivy and oisin of their group while he's there, always having little asides and kikis about everything. they kind of bond over being catty as fuck and talking shit about the other party members. she can be really stubborn and not known for changing her mind when she's decided that an event went down a certain way or accepted a narrative, which is why while she's sympathetic to jace getting kicked out of the party she's ultimately like "lowkey it was kind of your fault for being a slut. love you though xoxo"

ysvelde draven - drow, fiend pact warlock + college of eloquence bard. she has a blue pseudodragon familiar. i think of her as like, a theater girlie who never got the chance to be a star. very pearl from the movie pearl. gets passed over for every lead role and she's SO sad about it, kind of throws herself into adventuring because at least she gets some sort of positive validation from that. her mom is a pushy stage parent, so she's under like a ton of pressure to get a lead role or make something of herself.

peregrine laniidae - human, champion fighter + oath of devotion paladin. i literally made up a guy to get mad at and its working. he's VERY good at his job he's a very good fighter but for me the ultimate thing that defines him is cowardice? like he will not stand up to aurora whatsoever and is so willing go to along with what's expected of him that he just. lets his friend's support system get cut out from underneath him and gets married to the person who did it.

aurora halcyon - human, life cleric. inspired directly by this girl who pretended to be my friend for YEARS to try and convert me to christianity and then ghosted me when i said i wasnt going to do that. she goes to aguefort and views her attendance like one big mission trip. her entire family is like that cult in midsommar, theyre VERY creepy looking when theyre all out together because they wear matching outfits and their smiles never really reach their eyes. unnerving. i kind of picture her as part of the proto-extremist offshoot of the solesian/helionic churches that spawns the harvestmen.

dagbert machtiger - goliath, path of the giants barbarian. he's perhaps my favorite because he's so chill. he's literally just the first guy in his family to go to adventuring school, comes from a long line of construction workers and is planning to take over the family business once he saves up enough to buy it out from his mom. is like very unaware of the seething interpersonal drama consuming his party because he's focused on actually doing their job (adventuring).

Disclaimer I haven't sat down and actually read an OOTS book since they first came out Nearly Ten Years Ago and forgot basically everything that happened in AVOS as soon as it I finished reading it, so a lot of this is going off of very hazy memories and Vibes

What I love about them: *points* gifted kid. same girl. i still haven’t read dovewing’s silence just cause, idk, im not super into the novella’s, but that’s one that’s actually on my list of ‘maybe someday’ just because former-gifted-kid-hashtag-Struggling-to-move-on!dovewing is my absolute favorite of all potential versions of her. it’s an archetype i really like, a super kindhearted character who takes on the duties of a hero and then struggles with the psychological consequences of it, and it’s an archetype that’s usually restricted to male characters, and it’s also honestly not super common anymore for a number of reasons. so

What I hate about them: not even really about Her so much as how she’s written but i just hate hatE how much of her arc revolves around romantic drama... like i truly don’t care... it’s not even that i don’t care about romantic drama because i definitely do, and it’s not that i don’t care about romantic drama in warrior cats because while characters whose lives center around romantic drama in warrior cats often suck it can be done quite well at times imo (graystripe, crowfeather, bristlefrost). it’s just that the way it was written with dovewing in particular that really rubbed me the wrong fucking way. part of that though could be residual annoyance from 11-year-old-me that in OOTS the erins seemed to be fairly transparently trying to tap into the then-mega-popular YA love triangle trope complete with fairly paint-by-numbers competing love interests

Favorite Moment/Quote: uh like i said i don’t recall oots super clearly but i do still love that dovewing heard there was a fourth cat and even though her and ivypool had been sort of on and off feuding for months she still instantly went well Clearly it’s my sister. and was even willing to argue with jayfeather and lionblaze about it. very sweet

What I would like to see more focus on: PLEASE ERINS GIVE US ANY INFORMATION ABOUT HER RELATIONSHIPS WITH ANYONE IN SHADOWCLAN OTHER THAN TIGERSTAR AND HER CHILDREN it’s NOT HEALTHY for him and his mom and their children to be THE ONLY PEOPLE SHE’S FRIENDS WITH JUST GIVE ME LIKE ONE FRIENDLY LAUGH WITH CLOVERFOOT OR SOMETHING PLEASE it makes me so uneasy that she’s just /living there/ and appears to have no real connection to anyone except as THEIR SORT OF SYMBOLIC SURROGATE MOTHER AS THE FIRST LADY OF THEIR CLAN

What I would like to see less focus on: again. romantic drama. which is kind of over now, since tigerstar and her had kids and post-childbirth divorce doesn’t exist in warrior cats for anyone except crowfeather and nightcloud. but like, retrospectively - if i could rewrite her character - i would boot the romance drama.

Favorite pairing with: probably briarlight? again because of the romance drama and the way it’s handled so clumsily with her and all of that dovewing is kind of one of those characters i don’t ship so much. there are a lot of ships with her i can theoretically get behind but im not really actively interested in any of them

Favorite friendship: i don’t know if they’re even actually friends in any sense but i find her potentially extant relationship with jayfeather to be. fascinating. theyre such an odd couple and youd think hed be less intimidating to her than lionblaze but on some level also no he might actually be harder for her to connect with but she still manages to it’s just. interesting 2 me

NOTP: bumbledove. it probably could’ve been like theoretically recoverable until he propositioned her in the middle of a funeral lol

Favorite headcanon: blue eyes dovewing. sorry not sorry it’s what i first pictured her like as a kid reading OOTS and now it’s never going to leave me <3

“Pippa I think they know” I said walking into our shared bedroom. Pippa was sitting on our bed, reading a book. I sat down next to her and showed her my phone. The top trending hashtag on Twitter was #Y/NandPippa.

She grabbed my phone and was looking through some of the tweets. “Well no one seems mad, they all seem really supportive” Pippa said. “Well that’s good” I said, smiling. I looked over at my phone and saw there was a video everyone was tweeting about. “What’s the video they’re all talking about?” I asked her.

She kept scrolling and found the video and pressed the link. It opened up on YouTube. It showed a compilation video of me and Pippa and it was entitled “Y/N and Pippa: proof they’re dating”.

I giggled at the title and Pippa pressed play. It started with the first Ham4Ham show Pippa and I did together.

Pippa and I walked out to do the Ham4Ham show and we were both so nervous since it was the first Ham4Ham we’d performed in. Lin walked up to both of us and whispered “You’re both going to do great” in our ears. Pippa gave my hand a quick squeeze to calm my nerves. If we had been in private, she would of wrapped her arms around my waist and pressed kisses to my temple.

But none of the fans knew about our secret relationship so she kept it to a quick squeeze of my hand.

Pippa started the song off and was belting like a goddess. She sounded so good, I couldn’t help, but stare with the biggest smile on my face. Then I took over and started singing my part and I could see that same smile on Pippa’s face.

Eventually, we got to the part where we were harmonizing and Pippa walked behind and on the next step of the stairs. She hugged me from behind as we sang the rest of the song in harmony.

Then the video went to a clip from an awards show.

They were about to announce who won the award, Pippa had been nominated. We had our fingers interlaced and on our other hands we had our fingers crossed. We were so nervous to hear the results.

Then Pippa’s name got called out, and we both looked at each other with shocked expressions. We both jumped out of our seats along with the rest of the Hamilton actors sitting around us.

I pulled Pippa into the biggest hug. “I am so proud of you, darling” I whispered in her ears. I wiped the tears off her face and then she turned to hug Renée and Jasmine.

Then, she walked up on stage to give her acceptance speech. “I want to thank everyone who helped this dream of mine come true. Also a shoutout to Y/N, my biggest fan and my best friend. I wouldn’t be here without your constant support” she said, emotionally.

I blew a kiss to her and wiped a few tears away from my own eyes. Then I saw Lin behind me, he leaned toward me and whispered “Your girl did it, you must be so proud” in my ear.

Then the video transitioned to a clip from Lin’s wedding. I was confused as to why this was in the compilation. The video showed Leslie singing a love, slow song while Lin and Vanessa danced. Then everyone joined them on the dance floor and the video zoomed past everyone and showed Pippa and I.

“You look really pretty today” I complimented Pippa as we danced. “I have nothing on you, you look absolutely stunning Y/N” she said, as she brushed my hair behind my ear.

We continued to dance and we leaned our foreheads together, just enjoying the moment. She grabbed one of my hands and kissed the back of it.

“One day, maybe Leslie will sing at our wedding” Pippa told me. My eyes lit up and I smiled. “That sounds magical” I replied and kissed her cheek.

Then the video transitioned to a different Ham4Ham show.

I was currently singing Defying Gravity for the Ham4Ham show today. Pippa had been away for a week, visiting her family. I had been really bummed since she had been away and the rest of the cast had really caught on.

They had told me to sing at the Ham4Ham to cheer me up, but I still missed her a lot. I was singing and was hyper-focused on the notes, trying not to mess up one of my favorite Broadway songs.

Then I happened to turn around for a second, hearing some commotion. I saw Pippa a few feet away and I completely stopped singing.

I ran over to her and pulled her into the biggest hug. “I’ve missed you so much” I whispered in her ear. I couldn’t believe she was home so early.

I pulled away from her and heard the crowd saying “aww”. “I’m sorry, I’ll start over, but Pippa is back early from seeing her family and I’ve missed her” I explained.

I finished the song, feeling much more confident because Pippa was there as my number one support system. “Everyone give it up for Y/N” Pippa said, pulling me into a hug. The whole crowd erupted into applause.

The next video that played was one I recognized as a video Lin took and later posted on social media.

I was sitting in Pippa’s lap and we were in Renée’s dressing room. Renée was telling us about some article that she had read about the link between your diet and how well you sleep. Pippa and I were only half-listening. I leaned closer to her and kissed her temple. She smiled back at me.

She had her hand resting on my knee and was drawing circles with her finger. I grabbed her other hand and interlaced our fingers. She leaned in close to me. “I love you” she whispered, quiet enough so no one heard it. I just looked back at her and smiled.

“Would you look at the lovebirds” Lin said. That was when we finally got distracted from each other and looked over at Lin. “Nooo, Lin put away your camera” I whined. Lin laughed and then put away his phone.

The video ended with a montage of a bunch of pictures of me and Pippa over the years. Then the screen faded to black.

I looked over at Pippa. “Woah, I guess they really noticed all the little details” I said, in awe. “Yeah, and now they know” she said, shocked. “Is it so bad? No one has said anything rude and they all seem so supportive” I told her. “No, I guess it’s not that bad. The only difference is now I can kiss you in public” Pippa said, smiling and leaning in to peck my lips.

“Oh wait, we should do an Instagram live. We can confirm the rumors” I said, smirking. I opened Instagram and went live, putting me and Pippa in the shot.

Quickly, the viewers started to pour in. All the comments were about the rumor. “Hey guys, so we are live today because of a little video that has been circling around Twitter and YouTube” I said, smirking. Just about every comment was asking if it was true.

I turned towards Pippa to let her to the honors. “We can both confirm that the rumors are true. We are madly in love” she said as she kissed my cheek. Pippa and I both had the biggest smiles on our faces.

Everyone in the comments was celebrating and congratulating us. “Lin said he is excited that he can finally post the pictures he has of us being cute” I said, reading out the comment.

“Thank you guys for all being so supportive” Pippa said. Then Pippa’s phone buzzed and we both looked over and saw texts from Jasmine and Renée. Once we read them, we both laughed out loud.

“Renée and Jasmine would like to a recreation of Satisfied and also Story of Tonight Reprise at our wedding, so we have that to look forward to” Pippa said and we both giggled. We wrapped up the livestream and thanked everyone for being so nice.

As I put down my phone, I looked towards Pippa with a smile. “What?” She asked, confused. “We’ve been caught red handed, but I’m just really happy they know” I said, kissing her cheek.

some days it hurts more than others but today it hurts more than anything to write, i dont want to do it/ todays like one of those days where i dont feel like myself. but today is also one of the first days this year that i have woken up and known what day of the week it is. todays also one of the first days i was productive. yeah, i cant believe it. actually i can. i mean look where i am. writing is the only way i can communicate effectively with people... when im talking i feel like im always searching for words or saying to much or not saying how i really feel. i feel like im annoying the person which honestly i dont really care about but in relationships where it matters i usually just isolate myself and ignore them because the thought of being misunderstood which is my reality scares me to death and makes me furious and just give up. i havent been writing and i feel like my brain is in this disgusting knot i dont recognize. im focused on irrelevant shit like jen and her lies and my nails and bleaching my asshole (actually that one is important) and making peter not think im 12, and stewart losing interest in me, when im completely apathetic about my future and my physical and mental heath and making friends or having a job. its gross. i am gross. although i am the most attractive i have ever been i am also the most ugly and un put together on the inside as ihave ever been. its funny cause a year ago when i was writing and also dealing with a lot of loss, and going for days without sleep, dealing with my rape (more than one unfortunelty), and completely losing it due to the dope, i was somehow okay because i was writing. its like my own self medication. without writing my thoughts, its like i cant speak or think. and so maybe that sounds stupid but i to type to be more specific. i could write in my diary, that would be slow and my hand would hurt and id NEVER be able to catch up to my thoughts. and thats been this whole year. its been a whole it has mine. but its funny because i was one. atleast until some dude decided to start blackmailing me because he found my page but he is irrelavant and so is that and not worth my time to talk about. videos or pictures or whatever. well besides the obvious screenshot. anyways, ive come to the long and painful but unavoidable conclusion that stewart is not worth my time and wasnt since he moved up there. i should have never talked to him after the car incident because as much as i love him and it hurts, that was not fucking acceptable and me doing meth isnt an excuse for him to take it personally and lash out on me or punish me by pretending i dont exist. i just had so much happen and with all of that came low self esteem and with all the lies i was telling it was IMPOSSIBLE for me to feel good about myself. i guess it comes with borderline personality disorder but all that shit is nonsense to me because theyre going to find anything they can wrong with people and slap a name on it and then tell you your not normal. everyones fucked up, i am extremely fucked up and im okay with that. i cant understand it all now, fuck im only 20. up until this year i was ashamed of everything i did and everything that made me who i am, and its so hard to break out of that. in all honesty, i still dont really believe i am beautiful with or without makeup and thats fucking not true but i am insecure. but in the grand scheme of things, life is way to short to feel bad about yourself the way i do. i know that. life is to short to be in a haze trying to forget about everything and going through the motions, as lame as that sounds. ive been doing that and ive been waiting to die subcontiously because the truth is i dont really value my life like i should and i havent learned how to be happy on my own. i am the most materialistic person i know, and that unlike everything else i am not ashamed of because i know that it is so far rooted me that theres no use in denying it or being embarrassed because its not my fault, its the only way i know how to feel better. its always been. but the fact that i constantly feel like i need something to fill this hole is getting ridiculous and so is my shoplifting. i am way to fucking good at it and i have gotten away with it to many times to where its become my biggest addiction. i didnt really even notice it till a few months ago. ive noticed that everyone who does dope has a hustle, well almost everyone. atleast of the people i know. some of them are stupid, others are brilliant but not thought out as well as they could be or excecuted in the right manner, and some are like the expected, selling drugs or your pussy. i kind of am ashamed because my “hustle” is retarded, and i want a job more than anything. unfortunately my social security card has been stolen 3 times already this year and i cant get another one, i cant even dance. i dont know how it started, but for about a year now, ive just been living off whoever i could, and the bare minimum. bare minimum is a broad term, because somehow i still have a car and a cat and expensive makeup, an iphone 7,hair products and my drug habbit supplied, but i dont know for how long. ok. honestly time. i dont like it anymore than i like the fact that i am a slave to this chemical but i have spent the last year filling my days with going from store to store stealing shit. anything from iphone cases to shoes to greeting cards to lingerie, you get it. ive gone into several stores and filled up my shopping cart and then just walked out. im not bragging.. its pathetic. in reading it and so i can go back and read it, like an online diary. i got the idea from jenna from awkward but im not sure what she used for hers. i used to have one but had to delete my page because Ive been a female-only trainer my entire life I started out at a female-only personal schooling centre, answered Itsines, who got into the industry just before her 19 th birthday. I know girls, Im a woman myself, I know what they crave, I know how they conclude, I know how they feel.
