santiago ― this fic, unlike the other four that I will also recommend, is very light and silly! I think if you had to pick up one of my fics for the first time and are not a fan of horror or supernatural, this is the fic for you. im also extremely proud of the concept! san works as a waiter at a mexican restaurant and everyone that goes there thinks he’s hot stuff (younger crowds think he’s Hot and older crowds think he’s the sweetest and kindest gentleman). he is called santiago by a sweet older woman that he’s besties with. san is the reason why this restaurant is booming, people just adore him. but when a rival mexican restaurant opens and takes customers from san’s restaurant, san has to reel in the help of dancer friends (wooyungi) to win a dance off against dancers from the other restaurant that hired them (fun fact, those dancers are stray kids members!!!) to get their customers back. I remember writing this fic and feeling so joyful and the words came so easily. I wish people loved it more!

piracy and pyromania ― this was my first ateez fic... ever! this fic is special to me not only because it was my first, but because I wrote it after a really long writing drought and also I wrote it during an extremely difficult time in my life and I found some solstice in writing this fic, because finally, something im doing is enjoyable and maybe life is worth living. just a bit. anyway, this is an ot8 fic where all of them are pirates with supernatural abilities and they’re all very ruthless and evil. they do shit like set other ships on fire or raid towns and kill people. not for the faint of heart! this fic was inspired by pirate king, and I remember it playing in my shower playlist while I was taking a shower and the entire plot came to me and I feverishly wrote the entire thing in one sitting. it was extremely cathartic.

stradivarius in flames ― the first fic starring hongjoong that I wrote! this fic came about on a whim because I saw a Tumblr post about music teachers and them sacrificing old instruments to a bonfire (or something. I linked it on the actual fic) and I thought that was insane so this fic was born. hongjoong is a demon hunter except he specializes in music demons, which are demons that use musical instruments as hosts to cause problems. one is being hosted inside a stradivarius violin so hongjoong crashes an orchestra concert where it’s being played... and I won't say any more because that will spoil it! this is another fic where the words came super easily and I wrote the entire thing in one day. I think it’s a really unique concept (though, I think a lot of my concepts are super unique and creative)!

corpsehands ― probably the fan favorite. ironically, I hated this fic when I wrote it. I thought the concept made no sense and it was a boring fic, and instead I was bombarded by all of these people that adored it! I was really pleased! in this fic, wooyoung is a bartender during prohibition (so, alcohol is illegal and this is a speakeasy) with a supernatural gift. I cant explain a lot of the plot because it revolves around his supernatural talent, but I think the plot and themes in this fic are extremely compelling and interesting!

card bender ― out of these five, this is the only jongho fic! Im putting this one on this list because it’s a personal favorite of mine. I just think jongho is so so so so so so hot in this one and there’s a sentence in this one that might be my favorite sentence ive ever written. in this fic, jongho is a poker player and he’s extremely good at it. poker is somewhat of a luck game, but jongho always wins, implying he’s a little supernatural or he’s cheating somehow. he’s drunk, cocky, and extremely good looking. what’s not to love?

next would be @neo-shitty and her fic checkmate (for stary kids jisung). by some miracle, i got the chance to meet her just as i found this fic and basically screamed about it to toffee as i read it. it’s heartbreaking but she was generous enough to expand the universe ;-;

on a more lighter note, fire alarms and hot chocolates (for ateez mingi) by @masterninjacow was one of the first ateez fics i read and i hold it close to my heart. husna is probably tired of hearing me say this lol but i love it so much. he also happens to be my favourite marvel writer as well dhkjsdhfjksd 

i rarely read for bts now but the truth between us by @gukyi and @jimlingss​ is just golden. it’s a yoongi 100k monster series and i’ve reread it multiples times and i think that about sums up how much i enjoyed it ghdsjf

Sooo…I tend to do this thing where when I’m little…..I pretend all of Ateez are my caregivers because I find great comfort in them…so like, mingi and yunho are the ones who get things I can’t reach most often because they are certified giants™️, hongjoong is the one who I would go to for painting my nails for me, wooyoung and San are the ones I imagine to play games with while little, jongho to open things because he’s super strong (I mean..I have never met someone who can break an apple with their bare hands…) yeosang I would honestly have sing to me to sleep and seonghwa would be my movie and Lego building buddy! Sorry I just saw the post you made with the chat of headchanons and writers block and I just kinda….felt oddly compelled to share.. also, may I be 🦋 anon if possible? The Inspiration You Needed

Idol!Kim Hongjoong x (Gender-Ambiguous) Fanfiction-Author!Reader

Summary: When you experience writer’s block on a piece about your boyfriend, he decides to take the day to help inspire you.

"Do you like it?"

You lift your head from your current project to see your boyfriend with his stylist behind him, both sporting nervous looks of anticipation. You find his new hair color - white to violet ombre - absolutely adorable, but know that they want a more "sophisticated" answer. He brought you here for critiques, not to swoon.

"I like the idea. It looks good, but what about full lavender hair with violet underneath? I think it'll look better for your softer concept."

The hairstylist looks over the ombre hair again, mentally envisioning the look you suggested. Ultimately deciding that, since the test colors can wash out with water, she would try it. She drags your boyfriend back to the other room, so you turn back to your work.

Although only a hobby, you love to write and seem to more effort into it than you do at your day job. It does bring in money, but nowhere near enough to quit your boring secretary job. You never expected to garner any attention when you started your fanfiction blog, but you quickly gained a following. After only two years, your blog accumulated nearly 3000 followers. You receive plenty of requests, one of which you were currently trying - and failing - to progress on.

See, none of your followers know that your closest friends and your boyfriend all happen to be idols, so requests stump you when they include people you know, especially when you can't imagine the scenarios happening at all. For this request, you needed to write about how Hongjoong would help his significant other with work-related stress. While your boyfriend has helped you relieve stress plenty of times before, the real Hongjoong serves as a bad example for a good fanfiction. The real Hongjoong sits silently in the room unless you ask him for something, knowing how you enjoy your space. You certainly don't believe that idea would work for your readers, most of whom probably expect sweet Hongjoong to help with cuddles or singing to his partner.

"Earth to Y/N!" You hear the stylist call you again, so you look up from your notebook once again. "Finally. Here's the lavender Hongjoong look. I do agree with you. This fits their concept a lot better. Thanks for suggesting it."

"That's why I'm here, after all. I prefer this look, that's for sure."

You catch the nervousness in Hongjoong's smile melt away after hearing that you like the look. Despite having to go back to get the true dye job done, he much prefers you here to help. You have the fan's point of view: you knew the group since pre-debut, KQFellaz, days, followed each comeback and all the chaos it caused in the fandom, and kept up with a handful of theories that arose. After all, they haven't told you any secrets despite being close friends, so theories are your lifeline, just like any other fan.

"Oh, Y/N! You're here?" Once again raising your head from the paper, you meet the face of another friend.

"Hi, Yeosang! Are you doing your hair next? Hongjoong should almost be done." You shoot him a smile as he settles by you on the couch.

"I'll wait here then. What are you working on? Another piece for your blog?"

You nod but add, with a sigh, "It's another ATEEZ request that I can't figure out. Why can't Hongjoong be a typical boyfriend that I can use in my fanfiction?"

Yeosang scoffs at your whine, "You don't want him to be like a fanfiction boy. You and I both know that."

"You're right. I would get sick of a real-life fanfiction boy. Hongjoong is perfect now. I just wish I could write requests for you guys easier. It's hard to imagine a lot of things people want ever actually happening in real life."

"Then, let's try doing things the fans want to read." You and Yeosang both shoot shocked looks to Hongjoong, who emerges with his new pastel hair job completely finished. "Your turn, Yeosang. Thanks for keeping my love company for a bit."

"Good luck, Y/N. I hope you figure things out." Yeosang winks at you before pushing himself off the couch and heading into the room Hongjoong came out of. Almost immediately, you hear the stylist's laughter booming, making you roll your eyes at Yeosang's antics.

Hongjoong laughs at your reaction then holds his hand out to help you off the couch. You place your notebook and pen in one hand and accept his gesture with your now-freed hand. When you stand, he takes advantage of the situation and pulls you in close for a quick peck on the lips.

"How's that for your fanfiction?"

As embarrassed as the situation makes you, his proud, corny smile only lets you send a smile back. He hardly does sappy, fanfiction-worthy things, so the few times he does - even jokingly - make you gush to extremes.

"Let's go be a fanfiction couple for the day. What a perfect way to celebrate our 100 days. I'll gladly help you with inspiration for your request."

He doesn't let you respond as he walks back to the entryway, dragging you roughly behind him, only to be met with a crowd of fans - something you note after dating him this long is easily avoided and simply used as a plot point in writing. Although Hongjoong clearly announced his relationship status on "Knowing Bros" after Kim Heechul asked him for a kiss on the cheek, nobody has seen his so-called "partner" before, so many still search desperately for proof. This reveals any proof they need, even if they can't get an identification on who exactly you are.

At this exact moment, you're exceptionally glad that you haven't revealed your face on your blog. You know that someone will catch a picture of your face despite hiding it the best you can. As you keep your face down, you follow your boyfriend's pull on your hand. He suddenly stops, but you don't catch it in time, slightly bumping into him. He rubs his thumb over your hand as he clears his throat. You slightly lift your head at him, seeing him smiling and waving at the fans.

"Hello, everyone! Didn't know you would be here; what a nice surprise. I would like to finally introduce you to my partner. They're a little shy. You guys were starting to wonder whether they were real, right, ATINY?" With a laugh, he lifts your chin and gives you a look that assures you it'll be okay. As you send a smile out to the fans, the mixed reactions bring a weird sensation to the pit of your stomach, partially from nervousness and partially from unexpected acceptance.

Most of the reactions, surprisingly, implied acceptance and even happiness. You hear a fanboy in the front row say that you complement each other well, which definitely sticks in your mind and brings a smile to your face. The two of you stick around for a bit, talking with fans and answering simple questions they ask.

"Okay, everyone! I think it's time for us to go. It's our 100-day anniversary, so I have to treat them even better than usual, and I'd like to use as much time as possible. You guys are all so great but don't forget to take care of yourselves! Don't sit out here all day!"

With Hongjoong's heartfelt goodbye, the two of you walk off, hand in hand.

"So, Joongie, where are we going?" You ask after around ten minutes of following his lead.

"There." He points in front of him with a smile. As you follow his finger, your eyes land on your favorite arcade. He watches as your smile grows wider.

"Time to kick your butt again?" You joke, even though you usually have close games. He laughs but says nothing as he leads you to the arcade, holding the door open for you.

Instantly, you head to your favorite game. He pays for the game credits before finding you exactly where he expects you. He jokes about your predictability and hands you the card, reloaded and ready to use. He lets you play this game alone, admiring you and taking photos of your focused form.

After an hour of playing games, you guys dry out the credits and decide to head out instead of reloading them again. He brings you across the street and to the fourth floor of the building, to a sweets shop. You sample a few before deciding on your favorite, which he buys for you both to share.

As you guys walk through a beautiful tree-lined street, your happiness makes all thoughts leave your head. You don't even notice that he's brought you to a high-class restaurant until he opens the door for you.

"Hongjoong, do you have a reservation?" You ask, nervously shrinking in on yourself since you feel out of place.

He ignores the question and walks to the bar, sitting directly in front of the barback polishing glasses. You can't hear the conversation but clearly see the man give Hongjoong a black paper bag. You follow Hongjoong out of the restaurant, your thoughts hyper-focused on the paper bag. Before even realizing it, you're at the apartment complex you live in. As you unlock the doors and head inside your apartment, you register your boyfriend's voice for the first time since the restaurant.

"You want to see what's inside, right?"

He holds the bag out towards you without waiting for your response. When you look inside, you feel the curiosity fall away, defeated by the simple object in the bag. You pull out the box, wondering why the man would give Hongjoong an ATEEZ album.

"Open it. I've had this in the making for a bit now, so don't you dare claim that I'm not fanfiction material."

As you open the album case, you find the typical photo book replaced by one titled "An Image Worth 100 Words." As you flip through the book, you find a collection of pictures of yourself. Most of them are ones you never knew he captured, with you focused on working on various writing projects. Next to the photos are short writings. As you continue to flip through the book, you realize that the writings form a full song that you've never seen before.

He watches your reaction as you read the song. As you finish, you can't help but hug your boyfriend in glee and praise him for his hard work. As usual, he blows off your praise by saying that it wasn't much and that you're worth so much more, but he also tells you to put the disc into the computer and play the contents. As it starts, you realize that he wrote and composed this whole song for you. You laugh when you hear some of the other members' voices in the song, meaning that he got them involved as well.

Shyly, before you even ask, he admits, "They didn't want to be left out. They said that our 100-day anniversary also equals 100 days as best friends with you."

You laugh at the boys' antics, knowing full well that they probably just wanted to annoy Hongjoong by forcing him to let them join. They probably won't even bring it up to you at all. Regardless, you do enjoy that they joined. It somehow makes the "album" feel less cheesy and more real.

You leave a quick peck on your boyfriend's lips before walking to your desk and grabbing a box that was sitting on top. As you hand it to Hongjoong, you admit, "It's not as good as your gift to me, but I know you'll appreciate it nonetheless."

You watch nervously as he opens the box and pulls out the notebook. As he flips through the pages, you see his face perk up.

"How long have you been writing this, Y/N?"

"Probably close to three months. I know you said you loved my writing, so now you have a story that's only for you. It won't be posted, and I haven't shown anyone else."

At this moment, an idea finally comes to mind about the request you had. Seeing this, Hongjoong motions for you to write it down before you forget it.

On a random paper, you scribble the words "soft subby Joong" and smile at it. As Hongjoong looks over your shoulder at the idea, he pouts, "I'm not subby."

"I know, Joong. Trust me, I know. But sometimes the readers just need something soft. This is the easiest way to write it since I'm very kind to you when I'm in charge."

"That is true. Well, happy 100 days, my sweet love. I'm glad I helped with your writer's block, and I can't wait to read the story you wrote for me."

01: Valentine’s Woes and Chance Encounters

WARNING(S): None (except one curse word)

College AU in which Choi San and many others receive letters that threaten to break their already fragile hearts.

“For a poet, you truly are oblivious to the emotions that make up a person. That, or you don’t know how to convey your own.”

Hailed as a genius writer, it came as a surprise to many when the great Choi San would reveal that he hadn’t experienced true love. True love, in the thoughts of San, was a state where nothing could mean everything. The tiniest details suddenly multiply and matter so much more, as if a mind filled with unfinished sentences and distractions that focused solely on the target of affection wasn’t enough. Their name would be repeated like a broken record. Their flaws would turn into your favorite things about them. Sharp edges turned into soft corners. Heavy stones would suddenly be light as a feather. In other words, true love to San meant dedicating your entire being to one person and one person only for a rather long time.

Today just so happened to be Valentine’s Day; a holiday meant to emphasize the importance of the everlasting concept of finding and loving someone with all their heart and showering them in sickeningly sweet affection. A day where Choi San viewed like any other day despite his specific fantasies about true love.

Valentine’s Day was also a holiday that San didn’t quite understand.

And his bemusement with the day of love only continued as he watched his dear friend, Jung Wooyoung, politely reject a girl after one of their lecture classes.

San had decided to linger around the corner as he eyed the peculiar scene in front of him. Why should it be today where many people suddenly deem it perfect to confess their interest in somebody and shower them in roses that would only wilt a few days later and chocolates that would be gone within the next hour? 

San pouted slightly as he watched the girl scurry off, face stained with an embarrassing shade of ruby red while his closest friend stood there in a slight daze, clutching the rose with his own frown plastered to his lips. He then approached the wordless man and placed a hand on his shoulder which shook him out of his wandering thoughts.

“Weren’t you just complaining about not having someone to spend Valentine’s Day with last week,” San teased. Wooyoung muttered a curt ‘shut up’ before shoving the rose into San’s chest.

“Don’t you have an entire essay due in the next two days that you have yet to start?” Wooyung countered.

“You mean the essay we both procrastinated on plus the new assignment we got today?”

Wooyoung exhaled softly, holding his hands up in defeat with a little shake of his head. Their conversation came to a momentary pause as Wooyoung glanced back at the direction that girl ran off in, heart squeezing slightly in guilt. San noticed the lingering feelings, but couldn’t help but to cast his own gaze down to the scarlet flower in his hand. The stem itself was trimmed, leaving it shorter than usual and thorn-less as well. The petals, however, were crushed slightly, either from Wooyoung’s brash action or the girl’s lack of focus on the delicate flower. His fingers brushed over them, taking in the odd texture. Figures, he thought. It’s plastic. Perhaps he missed some kind of attempt of a semi-poetic confession.

“It happens sometimes, Wooyoung,” San simply said in an effort to comfort the younger man. “It’s just Valentine’s Day, anyways. A lot of people get in a frenzy to hook up with the nearest person.”

Wooyoung’s shoulders slumped forward slightly as his frown increased. “I know, but I still feel guilty. A lot of people expect a lot to happen on Valentine’s Day and I probably just crushed her heart,” he explained. 

San tore his gaze away from Wooyoung. He was right, in a way. He noticed how many people’s hearts swell at the idea of either spending this particular day with their significant other or in the arms of a newfound love. He’s seen it so many times that he wondered if that’s all he ever witnessed on a day he would rather skip over instead. Hearts were delicate things, as he had observed from his friends. Made of tangled webs and thin glass, it was almost too easy to leave a crack or two in them every now and then. He just couldn’t understand why so many were so willing to risk dropping their own hearts on one particular day.

“How about we hang out tonight? We’ll drag some of the others out of their dorms as well and maybe we could go on another adventure to the local convenience store,” San suggested. The corners of Wooyung’s lips turned upwards as he nodded his head vigorously. “Maybe we can get Seonghwa to tag along then and make him pay for all of us again,” Wooyoung joked. A small chuckle rumbled in San’s chest.

“I’d rather not hear him nag at all of us for not being able to agree on a single brand of ramen...“

Unfortunately, San and Wooyoung were only able to drag Kang Yeosang and Jeong Yunho out of their dorms. The older members of their friend group, Park Seonghwa and Kim Hongjoong, decided that studying was top priority while San’s roommate, Song Mingi, opted for a nap instead of a late night adventure. Choi Jongho, another friend of theirs, was focused on editing a song cover and simply told them to bring back something extremely caffeinated for him, claiming that editing was ‘sucking the very soul of his being out’ with how frustratingly picky he was. Nevertheless, the four of them made it work, effectively getting Wooyoung’s mind off of today’s confession with cheap ramen noodles that had to be inhaled within minutes due to the store owner wanting to close up really soon.

Since they all still had class tomorrow, the group’s mini-adventure ended rather sooner than expected with the others walking home while San seeked shelter underneath an awning as he waited for Mingi to pick him up. As San pulled his jacket closer to his shivering body, he realized that it may have been smarter to linger within the convenience store instead. It was too late now, however, leaving San to miserably accept his fate as the late winter breeze nipped at his exposed cheeks. The thoughts of curling up underneath a blanket once he got back to his dorm was eventually interrupted by the sound of footsteps approaching him.

San quickly glanced out of the corner of his eye to see who had joined him under the awning only to be greeted by the sight of your flushed face and [hair color] hair tucked messily underneath a black beanie. He had seen you a few times before on campus, most of them having been in the library in hopes of finding a study space on last minute’s notice. As he recalled, you were in most of Yeosang’s lecture classes since you dropped off notes for him on a few rare occasions. Not a talkative one, as Yeosang described from the very scarce encounters and group projects he was assigned with. Yet, those vague descriptions didn’t look like they exactly fit you. The writer in San’s mind was already attempting to dissect you based on your rather oblivious self right now. Tired [eye color] eyes remained glued to the glowing screen as one of your small hands raised to the scarf wrapped loosely around your neck to adjust it. The pink hue from the late night’s winter breeze barely peeked out, leaving him to assume that you may have been waiting for a bus now to rush by much longer than he was.

Your eyes peeled away from the screen before catching sight of San. “Is there something wrong?”

San nearly jumped out of his skin at the sound of your voice. Momentary panic rushed through his veins as his previous thought train came to a sudden crash. Say something, he almost screeched at himself. Anything to relieve this awkwardness.

“I’ve seen you around campus a couple of times,” San stated rather bluntly. 

“And so have I, Choi San.”

Shit, he mentally cursed. San’s mouth parted slightly, yet no words rolled out. Only silence from the dark haired male as he tried to regain his thoughts once more.

“That was weird,” you murmured under your breath with San not knowing if he was meant to hear it or not. “I’m [Surname] [Name], by the way. We have a morning lecture together on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. Plus, everyone always goes on about how amazing of a writer you are,” you explained as you finally turned to face San.

A mischievous glint flickered in your gaze, igniting something deep within San’s chest before a chuckle left him.

“Then why don’t I see you as often then?” San inquired.

“Most likely because I prefer sitting in the back,” you answered honestly. 

San hummed in response. “I see, then. Maybe I should start looking for you more.”

You blinked a few times, tilting your head slightly at San as he flashed you a gentle smile. The dimples adorning his cheeks were not helping with the sudden flusterness washing over you either. 

“Wait, why?” you questioned.

San turned to fully face you now, hands tucked into his pockets in an attempt to conserve what little feeling he had left in his icy fingers. For some reason, it didn’t feel like he needed to in your eyes. Cold, dangerous, lethal in many ways; while regarded for his work despite only being just a year into college, he was untouchable. Perhaps it stems from the fear of being featured in an upcoming writer’s work for life experiences and extreme rollercoasters of emotions are what fuel them to make some of the most heartbreaking stories. But, you couldn’t see that. The San that stood in front of you radiated warmth, comfort, and safety despite standing out on the corner of the street and bracing the late night’s cold wind. A rosy hue dusted his own paled cheeks as the heart-stopping smile was still plastered to his lips. It was as if he was wordlessly encouraging you to let your guard down. It’s alright, his smile read,

“Because I want to be friends with you now,” San responded.

Your eyes widen at San’s declaration before the ticklish sensation of laughter bubbles out of your chest. 

“Sure, San, it’s nice to be friends now.”

Soon enough, the soft, yellow glare of headlights steadily rolled by before coming to a gentle stop in front of San and you, signaling for the two of you to part ways for now. As you stepped on, your head quickly whipped back to San.

“Don’t forget about the essay and extra credit assignment,” you reminded the male just before the doors closed.

San opened his mouth only to close it as he watched the bus pull away. With that, he let out a loud groan before he slipped one of his hands out of his pockets to pinch the bridge of his nose.

That’s right. That stupid letter assignment I have still yet to contemplate about.

Some Info on my ATEEZ series

Okay, hi guys! So I don’t have to keep making unnecessarily long author’s notes when I post up chapters, I decided to give you guys some information this way! It’s just some general things that came to mind to help maybe clarify my train of thought and where I’m going... and you guys can decide from there on what you read/don’t read/etc.

I plan to write a fic in this series for each member. Hopefully. I say hopefully simply because I’m known for getting distracted so easily. But honestly I want to write a fic for each of the members, in this world being created! I already have Wooyoung, Hongjoong, and Seonghwa mapped out and a general idea for Jongho. Each one is meant to be a reader/member pairing, and the love will be a focus of the story... however I enjoy romance but I don’t enjoy it as a main focus, so keep in mind the romance may be slow to start, just a heads up! But I essentially just wanted everyone to be able to enjoy their bias c:

It’s going to be an overarching storyline. What does this mean exactly? Well, the timeline is the same for each member as I write, and the main plot is the same. The subplots all have a possibility of overlapping and/or merging at a given point.

Because of the previous point, I had to name the main characters! Because of my overarching story idea, I’ve made the decision that I have to name the “main character” (who is essentially you), so things make sense when someone else’s point of view suddenly has one of the MCs popping up! 

The fics don’t have to be all be read for everything to make sense! Yes, I plan to write for each member, yes the plots and stories will interconnect. But if you don’t feel like reading for every member, or you bias a certain member and take priority in their story, then that’s fine! Each fic in the series will have the option to be read as it’s own and enjoyed as it’s own. Stupid me decided to challenge my capabilities as a writer and see how this concept works out oops. Things will be explained in such a way to hopefully keep everyone engaged/guessing but also make it possible for those who want to only read a certain portion to still know what’s happened and going on.

If any of you have any questions or are curious about anything, or even have feedback, feel free to shoot me a message or ask! I’m a very outgoing person and this is the first time I’ve ever done such an extensive fanfic project. But really all the ATINYs I’ve come into contact with are all so sweet and ATEEZ needs more content, and I’m having a ton of fun!

literally after half a year i have decided to record back what i was reading. i didn’t read much from april to july i think, was very busy with uni and wasn’t feeling like reading fanfiction. started watching 2gether and found some rly cool fics to record here! and i think i’m going to change how i document my readings too, in that i don’t just put them all in one list? if i read a lot then i may just document them as i go and then have a little “favorites” section or something... im not sure yet.

“I can see your mouth forming the letters of my name,” Sarawat sang, and the crowd cheered, dobs of light from cellphones flickering on around the stadium. It was impossible to make anybody out, in the headlights.

In his weaker moments, he wondered sometimes: is he here? Did he come?

It wasn’t impossible. They were a famous band. They toured a lot. He could be a fan. He could be at this show, or next week’s, or any of the innumerable shows they’d done before. Sarawat would have no way of knowing. If he — if he remembered Sarawat, if he thought of him sometimes, he’d have no way of making his way backstage. He’d never come to a signing or a greeting or anything. Sarawat had stopped letting himself look.

The Stranger was gone and Sarawat had no earthly way of finding or identifying him.

this was so, so good!! i loved every second of it, and i received all of the emotions that the writer tried to convey, it was just very amazing. i really did enjoy reading this and took my sweet time to finish it because i didn’t want to finish it too fast. ah, what i would give to experience reading this for the first time again. i didn’t rly enjoy the side pam/earn bcs i dont rly like pam lol but overall, will def re-read it.

2. Even After The Sun Sets by sheismelinda

There is something highlighting his perfect bone structure, but Yunho is too far away to really know what it is, but what the blond is certain of, it’s that even from where he's standing, the man looks absolutely otherworldly.

He has been so focused on watching the other that he barely registers what Hongjoong is saying next to him

‘He has glanced your way at least three times since I saw him, you're obviously his type or he wants in your pants.' and honestly the face Seonghwa pulls next to him is way too grossed out for being a pirate 'Either way we need that key, so you better find a way to take it off of him, fuck his brains out or slit his throat I don't care, just do this for me, please?'

okay tbh this could have been better. like i loved the setting, the concept, how it started, but i just have too many issues with the story for me to like it. first of all, i didnt like how they used �� ‘ for dialogues like it just messes w me so much, and its unedited and unbetaed, which means hella errors and sometimes it takes me out of the reading experience. also the sex was pretty plain and i skipped through it, wished it could have been better bcs the setting was sooo promising.

3. time is passing by (i still want you) by maywitherspoon

Tine realises calmly at first when he is looking at Sarawat, his one leg crossed over the other looking as serene as they come while playing the guitar – and then all of a sudden, as though a bucket of ice was thrown upon him. 

He likes Sarawat. And he absolutely cannot like Sarawat.

there are parts that i like, like how tine's insecurities creates a different person in his mind, etc, but most of the story just falls short amd sometimes bad to me. like boss insulting tine bcs of what he did to wat, so ooc. even tine saying what he said too is ooc. he is NOT that harsh. and the whole sexuality talk... cringe. just cringe. the ending is unsatisfactory too idk its just not well-written at worst and boring at best.
