yk like after reading stormbringer + bsd drama cds + manga i kinda realised that chuuya isn't angry 24/7. bones just characterizes him that way + he does get mad when hes w dazai and in the shows timeline, hes most powerful wit dazai.

22! chuuya is pretty damn smug in the manga/is chill with the mafia, and it makes sense since he IS the strongest. 15! chuuya was aggressive but wasnt everyone. and 16! chuuya is acc funny and chill, he like tolerated shirase when he was a whiny bitch (BYE NO HATE TO SHIRASE)

sometimes i gotta remember that before stormbringer, he had a rly strong drive to get better and know more, as opposed to him now whos a mafia executive & the strongest. chuuyas under an organization with that sort of hierarchy, and being the leader (mori) also means being a servant for your organization, not just being the most powerful, so i guess thats why hes not entirely cocky. + dazai is the only person who can annoy the shit outta him (like them elementary classmates that can just pull out a pic of your my little pony era if u wanna test them LMAOOOOOO)

therefore writing chuuya i try to write him like a half normal teenager going through his midlife crisis. i def think hes an acts of service & quality time kinda guy. like a romance with him (pre-relationship) is genuinely like - "treat you like a friend, respect you like a lover." UGH NOW I WANNA WRITE STORMBRINGER CHUUYA BESTIE HCS

as for characterising dazai, its pretty hard for me bc my requests for him are in the pm! era and like how can i imagine port mafia dazai falling in love?? (besides chuuya guys shut up) im definitely working on writing dazai properly since hes hella enigmatic.

anyways sorry for my rambling! my take on characterising these two losers and i wanna make more dazai content, but i also wanna expand the characters i write. unfortunately, my lazy ass has 5 unfinished drafts and 30 REQUESTS IN MY INBOX????

Today...is a very special and important day for me, folks~💝😊Three years ago, a certain special troll became the highlight of my 2020 during rough times and immediately won my heart from the moment I knew he would have his own destiny and journey to find others like him...and his family. Since the first Trolls movie, I have always admired dearly him from afar and the moment I saw him during the Trolls World Tour trailer, my heart literally poured out him and I have truly loved him for just being his wonderful, lovable self ever since~💘🥹 And that certain special troll, is none other than Cooper~💗🌈✨

I have always been a big fan of him and he’s always been my favourite troll to begin with but every time I see him and hear him, my heart always beats so much for him, making it aflutter and words cannot describe how special he is to me...how he means the whole world to me~💞🌈💗🌈💞I mean...can you blame me? >//w//`< How could I resist and say no to such an adorable face to go with such a darling like him??💖😍💖😍💖Cooper is more than just the goofball that we all know and love...he’s my goofball and so much more...the most amazing troll with such talent, a unique voice and a dazzling yet loving royal family to go with him...Cooper is also the prince of my heart, who deserves all the love and happiness in the world...and I feel so blessed to be the one to give it all to him, along with my heart~🥰💝💝🥰 April 24th 2020 was the day I drew Cooper for the very first time, and when I started shipping myself with him. And together, him and I have remained strong and inseparable ever since!🫶💕We’ve had such happy memories together - becoming part of his world and family, sharing one another’s lives and music, even officially marrying and creating our own dear little life together~✨💜💗💚 And I wish to keep on loving Cooper forevermore~💓😊 Which is why I dedicate this very special piece above (with a textless version too) to us, inspired by a cute Trolls book called ‘Sweet Dance Party’, a lovely heartfelt scene from the movie, Sing 2 and their version of our newest song addition to Coossy’s OTP song list (and one of my classic faves) - ‘I Say A Little Prayer For You’. I dunno if u already knew but I think in an interview with someone they said Asa is supposed to be blind? I dunno s'not rlly important ig🤡🤡 it's just smth I remembered bc I like his fixation w/ bugs bc me same 🐛💕

OK SO YES. I Think I remember now there being a post about him possibly being partially/nearly blind, I assume that's the same thing??? Or related??? I need to find the post. And this interview. (Ill be looking for it but if anyone knows where it is directly feel free to hmu).

That Super makes sense tho and I think it is kinda important, technically... Idk at least to me. It would make sense why he seems to pay extra attention to things. Why he pauses and is quiet for a moment. Idk I have bad sight, and w/out my glasses I definetly have to take more pauses to understand whats going on around me. It's sometimes hard to focus on sound when you're already trying to understand what you're seeing (which you cant bc its so damn blurry). Kinda reminds me of the adhd trait of not comprihending smth someone says and asking them to repeat, but you kinda retroactively comprihend it suddenly. Which is how i kinda already hc him!!! Someone who needs to pause to think, concider, needs a bit of extra time to understand whats happening, just, wants to make sure he's on the level.

Would make sense to why he's so particular w how the attacks. Heavy on the traps. Especially seen when the older daughter & her boyfriend came in. I mean, he couldv taken them out, surprise them, but hed rather wait and see if they get into his traps. (Which is also why i see him as a little playful, dancing tango w luck.) Immediately going to trapping people when they find out about him (tying them up, putting them in boxes) (where i see him actually taking control completely) (but there is also a playful side to him >:() he might. Not. Be. That comfortable actually fighting people. Like yeah he does fine, but when he starts fighting w Arkan, thats when. He. Starts to fuck up. Yeah? Yuhu..... hm.. need to think about.it

(🍀🎓) I started creating this OC when I was 17, so she’s been in development for 3 years now. The original universe of Sayuri was actually supposed to be AOT (Attack on Titan) as a love interest for Levi Ackerman, but she was soon discarded for the role when I created a more suitable OC for Levi, Asa Lovett. Originally, Sayuri is supposed be this beautiful geisha who had a strong affinity with the ocean. Basically, she could control water with her singing voice. About a year ago, my interest for TMNT was reignited when I found Tumblr and when I rewatched the 2012 series and the Bayverse movies. I figured since TMNT has a consistent Japanese theme, Sayuri would be the perfect OC. Plus, I kinda liked how I imagined her dynamic with Leo as a character and I could see them being together. I would say that a-lot of the inspiration for Sayuri is from the protagonist, Chiyo, from Memoirs of a Geisha.

(🥊) Sayuri loves to scrapbook. Collecting things, doodling, and jotting down her thoughts make her happy and helps her romanticize life. What does she hate doing? Being outside for too long. Sayuri is introverted and is more comfortable staying indoors.

They're both very different characters (in terms of both background and personality,) so what was the origin between them? Were they inspired by experiences in your life or did they come from an idea that you had that you built off of?

Asa started out as a Harry Potter OC that I made when I was 12-years-old, and I began to conceptualize Sayuri when I began learning Japanese and while I was watching Attack on Titan.

Basically, Sayuri and Asa are different sides of the same coin. I would say that Sayuri represents the self I that I think people perceive me to be and Asa embodies the self that I think I am most true to. Yes, Sayuri and Asa have very different personalities and backgrounds. Asa is uninhibited, chaotic, and free spirited. Sayuri is pleasant, timid, and dainty. They both have complicated parents and a love for their heritage. A lot of the experiences that I write for these characters often come from my own, and if not… from my own imagination.
