So Simone's one night stand is gonna be a 1st year next season... right???

I understand both Simone and Lucas. Lucas feels like he has found his wife. And when Simone told him she loves him he thought she felt the same way. Him being neurodivergent (ADHD) could be a reason why mentally he's thinking about marriage after only dating Simone for a few months. But Simone just wants to date for a while before locking down whose family they are spending holidays with.

Also I totally agree with Simone pointing out Lucas doesn't have to really face any consequences for rash behavior. He even admitted his family always gets him out of trouble. Simone doesn't have that luxury. This program is her second and last chance. She can't follow him into going rogue... she doesn't have Maggie offering her a prestigious residency at a prestigious Chicago hospital after she gets in trouble for doing an unauthorized procedure.

I think Lucas knows Simone is right, but he is still upset about her not wanting to do the couple's match fellowship and spend holidays with his family.

But on the other hand Lucas is in love and he wants to nail down his future with Simone. He may feel that Simone is too cautious and he doesn't want to be in Trey's shoes in 5 years.

With that being said I love this couple and I hope they go the distance. I want to see more of Lucas pulling Simone out of her comfort zone, and Simone bringing Lucas back down to Earth. I want to see Lucas telling Simone she is right once and a while. He doesn't need to always get pissed when she doesn't want to jump off the career cliff with him.

Did anyone else notice that Trey’s last ditch attempt to win back Simone was basically him gaslighting her. I was right when I said he gives off Narcissist vibes, I genuinely think he didn’t notice that Simone is in love with Lucas because he’s too far up his own ass to see the light of day. I honestly think that man couldn’t fathom Simone even having the life that she created for herself in Seattle without him. Just wow.

It's legit insane that there are 19 seasons of Grey's Anatomy, yet here I am watching every week and eagerly anticipating the next round of mess as soon as I can get it!

I know they aren't going to kill Teddy but I'm excited to be emotionally beat up if they surprise me and give her long term pain. I want her and Owen to be happy. I'm pretty and I want Richard to drink so I can get more drama. I'm so happy for Jo and Link - at last!!! Those 2 + Luna and Scout are extremely adorable and I live for it

I'm honestly loving the new interns and I love how they are MAGYK as a homage to the OG interns - MAGIC. That being said, I'm really not on the Simone and Lucas train haha, maybe I'll change my mind soon. Kwan and Jules have the potential to be a gave for me - I won't lie though, I just adore Blue haha

I miss Maggie so much already and her exiting scene with her in the elevator standing between her two moms Ellis and Diane is one of my all times favourite scenes in the entire show and I got so emotional. I'm glad that she and Winston seem to be in a good place not but I was furious at them fighting for most of the season and I thought Winston was being a big bitch baby.

Meredith has taken a step back and I surprisingly don't really care? I hate that Nick took her back after how awful she was to him lol. And Kai & Amelia broke up which is no surprise and should have happened last season.

Addison showing up this season was cute. And I fill on cried when Bailey won the Harper Avery/Catherine Fox award - it was amazing and gave me all the happy feelings I needed

Can't believe that I found my tribe! Unfortunately since Grey's has been on for 124 years, the fandom has waned drastically.🤦🏾‍♀️But whether it be out of habit or my love for 2 or 3 characters (Japril, Irish doc that I can't remember the name of right now but who should've gotten a REAL shot with Meredith, Linc) I've stuck beside 'em chile. So, I don't know that I was fully prepared for the #Lumone of it all! Y'all! These 2!🔥Now the one thing I need young Lucas to get a handle on is the impulse to IMMEDIATELY disregard any orders from superiors. I'm sure his ADHD? is not helping matters, but sir...... you've been given chance after chance & had he not been a Shepherd, I don't think he'd still be realistically employed. Simone is a by the book kind of girl. We've seen this repeatedly. But I'm sure there's a happy medium between his chaos & her type A. Cause I need the extended sequel to that bedroom scene before Trash-Ass Trey (love that nickname Team Lumone) interrupted. Last thing, is Mama Shepherd's portrayer still with us? Cause a visit to her grandson may be JUST what young Lucas needs.🤔

After watching the season finale of Greys Inhave a couple of thoughts.

1. Jules is becoming my favorite intern. I believe her story had more depth than the others. I can relate to her mixed feelings for Kwan after his actions, and I like this story arch of the two.

2. Lumone, for some reason, the chemistry felt so off in this episode. I felt that I was watching two different people. I am happy that they're together, and I can see the foreshadowing drama of their relationship. I hope the writers tap into these two leaning on each other.

3. Mika, not sure when it happened, but I have started to dislike her. The continued jabs at Lucas are getting annoying, and her attitude is not becoming. I can see her and Helm having fights, especially with their new roles.

4. I need Grey-Sloan to start hiring some attendees. It's obvious the short staff is going to be their downfall. They're not answering their pages is more dangerous than these interns working on patients that continue to die.

5. I love Bailey and Teddy. Let them sour in their new roles, and I am not worried about Teddy after the end of the finale.

Predictions for Grey’s tonight/this season:

I think Kwan feels the same as Millin, but I think he’s not going to say it. If he TRIES to, I think they’ll be interrupted, and it’ll lead to conflict for the two of them all season

Helmika are going to sneak around and there will be several funny scenes that come from it

Lumone is going to have hella miscommunication all season but officially get together by the end of S20 or S21

Jolink might fight this season, but I don’t think they’re gonna break up. I think their build up era is over and they won’t break up until after they’re married and get a divorce. I love them but also it’s Grey’s and divorce is inevitable for most couples

When Nico comes back this season, Schmidt is either 1) not going to get back together with him or 2) going to wait a while before he’s willing to try again (as he should)

I think Capshaw will only be back for one ep, but I think we’re going to get a calzona endgame confirmation. I also think they might write something in about them adopting more babies

Amelia is definitely getting together or at least sleeping with that new peds surgeon (at least I think she’s a peds surgeon) from the trailer

I still think Catherine is going to die at some point this season, especially with Richard already on the edge. (And I stand by the delusion that this will lead in to a japril spinoff)

I think that we’ll have more returning guest stars than Arizona and Nico this season, but I think they’ll be unannounced (I think it’s POSSIBLE we might see a Yang surprise appearance because of Teddy)

I don’t think Teddy will die, but I think that if Yang shows up (which is a big if) she might go to Switzerland

I think that when they finally make Meredith and Nick official, she’ll be gone for good except a few guest star episodes
