Duckton was overseeing vendors, as per his contract. His vendors were mostly food, although he had struck a very good deal with a toy company and a face painter. Oh! And that balloon man who he was at least thirty percent sure was using a fake halo to sneak into heaven—but with deals like that, how could he resist?

Popcorn, cotton candy, a spectacle of fried doughs, pickles, boiled peanuts, hotdogs in more forms than Duckton could count, ice creams, popsicles, meats-on-sticks and something called a lemon-shake-up all were being sold in carts that lined the streets. Kids were already lined up to get balloons, toys, and free shirts.

This was perfect! The ropes kept people in line, the lines were moving fast and people were still being patient! Duckton felt confident that today would be a success!

~The Dance~

Leviathan stands from their throne. Behind them servants move Leviathan’s throne and the waterfall behind it splits open revealing grand doors wide enough to fit a crowd through.

“Congratulations to the auction winners and thank you to those who donated, Emily the seraphim for the sackbut that you won back so… valiantly, and Asmodeus for your best dancer! Payment will be accepted through the clerk of the court and then the first dance will commence! Please, enjoy the open bar and hors d’oeuvres, they’re special treats sent in from Gluttony and Wrath. May tonight bring you everything you want and nothing you deserve!”

Leviathan spins, his dress twirling behind him as he makes his way through the split falls and enters through doors as they open, as if parting solely for him.

On the other side of the threshold is the ballroom. A simple platform is set with a chair where the first dance will commence, though few notice. Many looking to the ceiling, an ocean in the sky filled with bioluminescence swirling above the crowd.

Perach's life got so much more interesting as she figured how to get the access to videos from Hell. Different fashion trends, various scandals to explore, news about a rabbit-like angel wandering around the streets... Ugh. Now news about this bitch doesn't make her excited at all.

Suddenly, a bunch of messages from her new internet friend brought her out of the trance.

What in the world- Ava!?

She blankly stared at her phone, watching the live stream of the familiar exorcist being brutally tortured. She covered her eyes with her wings, trying not to look. For some reason, she couldn't just turn it off. Is this a setup? Please say it's just a set up! But what if it's not? Who will save Ava then? Somebody, please! Ple- Wait, who is this bitch??

Perach squints, looking at the oddly familiar purple bug making a cat sinner go crazy with one touch, then carrying Ava away.

What was that? Who was that? Perach quickly gets up and rushes to the exorcist barracks.

Ava comes back to the barracks, but instead of the empty room he sees a seraphim lying on a fancy looking couch she obviously brought with her for god knows what reason.

Ava! You're finally back!

Lee was gradually returning to his regular espionage work after a Valentine's Day tour in New York with Adina. However, something was different this time. He didn't even noticed how, instead of collecting compromising materials on enemies or seeking information for obsessive stalkers, he started using his power of disguise to put an end to years of hostility and help the predators' victims find a safe place to stay (and some of them had even chosen Hazbin Hotel as an option!). Not that it was him who had changed.. of course not. It's just all these tasks that seem to have a far more fair effective solution than suggested.

In the end, he only earned twelve bucks and a used condom in his face. And just when he was about to start questioning what could have possibly gone wrong today, a text from Peyton appeared on his phone screen.

He's home! But he doesn't show show himself right away. He grabs some flowers out of one of the random vase and tracks Adina to see what she's doing.

Adina hadn’t been doing much aside from worrying and thinking over what Vienna had said. She felt guilty as felt the vial in her hand, but she had to know if Lee was genuine in her feelings for her. Surely she was, if she stayed with her after all this time. But there was always that off-chance she couldn’t bear to consider.

She hides the vial as she hears movement and turns to see Lee.

HIATUS MESSAGE

Hello. I just wanted to take the time to formally announce my hiatus from tumblr RPs.

Life has been hella rough and I just don’t have as much time or energy to get back to responses, answer asks, or start new threads right now. I hate to use my mental/physical health as an excuse, but all I can do is just describe myself as tired.

This isn’t goodbye. I’m very much still invested in the Lutualverse and everything we (the loots) have done together. I just need some time to reconnect with myself and not beat myself up for not being able to be present in RP-space 24/7.

After a pretty rough week with a lot going on, the Lutuals have decided that moving forward we will be a bit more selective regarding certain things. We love sharing our characters and developing new and interesting storylines for people to read and interact with and want to continue doing so while protecting ourselves and our mental health. Please see below on the things we expect moving forward.

Asks, anon or not, will be deleted on sight and the sender blocked if they fall into any of the following categories:

NSFW - finding the characters hot is fine! Telling the mods what you want to do to those characters sexually is not!

Violence - show typical violence may be part of storylines or backstory to inform characterization! Graphically describing violence you would like to see done to the characters doesn’t! To vent frustrations with characters, please throw a bible at them; the mods will get the message just fine.

Hate Speech - the Lutualverse is a fun spinoff of the Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss settings and isn’t the place for social or political commentary. We’re just here for the various shades of queer relationships; if you’re not, kindly move along.

Spam - many Lutuals utilize their queues for asks and submissions; if you sent it once, we probably got it and will answer asks and post submissions in due time. Sending more than once will just confuse Tumblr and annoy the mod.

To better form a cohesive, consistent universe with multiple storylines, the current Lutualverse is a set roster you can find here, all of whom have been vetted as 18+. As the blogs, storylines, and shows are 18+, it is recommended that minors do not interact. We are not accepting applications at this time to join the Lutualverse, though individual mods may respond to starters at their discretion; these events will not be canon to the universe.
