D4DJ Voice Actor's and Headcanon Voice Actors.

This will be a little different than my usual VA headcanon posts because this will actually feature both canon AND headcanon VA's from this series.

The only instance where D4DJ has been dubbed in English is the first season of the anime, which primarily featured Happy Around, Peaky P-Key and Photon Maiden, and while the other units made cameos and had voiced scenes, they didn't really get the spotlight. I wanted to include all the characters in the post though, because I very quickly fell in love with this series and the storylines, and characters sing to me, pun not intended.

So this is kind of a roundup of the voice actors of the characters in English, as well as who I think would voice the characters who DON'T appear in English. The rules are the same as ever.

The most important thing to remember is that the unnoficial VA's are NOT CANON. They are HEADCANONS ONLY. It’s just a hypothetical situation. If the characters were voiced, this is who I imagine would voice them.

CHARACTER FILE: LYRA FJORD

FANDOM: SHADOW AND BONE / GRISHAVERSE

Lyra Fjord is the daughter of a Fjerdan man and a Shu Han Heartrender Grisha. Her mother was very good at hiding her abilities, her father knew about it but they were in constant hiding since they lived in Fjerda. Right before her father was going to bring her to get tested, her mother was found out. The Drüskelle attacked their home, took every family member while she hid. They were all killed for either being Grisha or traitors. Lyra smuggled her way across the border as a young refugee to Ravka.

When she finally received her testing, she was revealed as a Grisha. However, she was different. Due to the experimentation that her mother had gone through in Shu Han as a Heartrender, her powers had changed so that she could drain the life force of anyone in a 5-mile radius. Lyra inherited some of her mother’s abilities, including drawing life force from other living things, this causes her to live for longer than average, also is able to bring the recently deceased back to life if she has excess life force stored. She has had more time to build on her powers and let them flourish, unlike her mother. She has earned the nickname "The Succubus" from other Grisha.

Due to the trauma that Lyra went through and the massively ignorant view of Grisha that she grew up with, the witch hunts that innocent people were under at all times, she grew to loathe humans, Fjerdans, the Drüskelle. Grisha were the only people that mattered to her. Humans don’t understand her, what she went through, the cruelty of humans. She wants to wring every Drüskelle dry, she became incredibly hateful, loathes the majority of humans.
