(bc apparently we're not even internalizing the misogyny anymore it's just right out there saying a woman should be seen not heard, publicly beautiful but only serve her man and not want attention for herself) but then after praising that she clearly does not want a load of public attention, proceed to freak the fuck out IN. ALL. CAPS. in comments sections everywhere that she appears even in the background and draw attention to a woman who's clearly does not want be in the limelight....

so yea speaking in that vein can the other incredibly obvious fake fangirls of wags please stop using AI beauty filters on these women's pictures and posting them where they can see ?? that is not Lily Z's real jaw or mouth shape, that is not Alex's real nose and that is not Lily H's cheekbones or eye shape. guess what you aren't selling the whole I'm only here for the girls claim when you make it blatantly clear you don't think they're naturally pretty enough and have to run them through digital plastic surgery and yes we can all see how blurred and weirdly smooth it all looks when you do it so I guarantee the women themselves will go 'yikes that's me but... not me'

He had to admit, it was a big surprise to find this out, Minato did know that every year there were two magazines that would pick out this sort of thing, and every time there was, it was always famous actors, or popular musicians, especially those in each genre of the music community. When his career first took off, Minato never really had a huge bucket list of things he wanted to do, he came into this life not really expecting much, only for his expectations to be blown away many times, thankfully, it was mostly in a good way.

The Paranormal Investigator was already surprised enough when his show became one of the most watched shows on television. The only goal he had in mind with this career, was to provide cold hard evidence that the paranormal did exist, to prove to the world that there was life after death, everything else that came with it, all the unexpected fame and fortune, was all just a lucky blessing. Concerning Adore, and the future

I've had a few questions about this already, so I'm assuming it's going to come up again. So I'm backdating this post even though I think that maybe doesn't actually work anymore on tumblr? Apologies if it shows up in your feed, it's not supposed to. I just wanted to be able to link to it from the end notes of chapter 7. You might not want to read this post unless you've already finished reading chapter 7 of I'll Be Yours.

There will probably be a part 4 of the Adore universe. If there is a part 4, it WILL be the final instalment. 

It won't look like part 3. It's not one unified story, but rather a series of one-shots that will be posted as chapters of a single work. Mostly they'll take place in the future, fairly far removed from the end of I'll Be Yours. I've planned out five of them, though it could be more, or less, depending on how I feel as I write them.

Because they're one-shots, I have been considering posting these as I complete them, rather than waiting until they're all finished and posting on a regular schedule like I normally do. That would be going out on quite a limb for me, because I don't usually post WIPs, but as these would be unconnected stories, I would feel more comfortable having longer periods between updates, as long as everyone's cool with that.

The first one is actually written already, and could almost have served as an epilogue to I'll Be Yours, so who knows, maybe I'll throw that one out there in the next few weeks. Stay tuned.

I'm very happy with the ending of part 3, in the sense that it could be the end of the verse and I would not feel like I've let myself/the characters down (which I could not have said after the end of Disarm or Head Over Feet). That being said, there is another, more distant ending that I've always had in the back of my mind, and if I could get them there, I would be very proud of myself.

IN CONCLUSION: Part 4 is a maaayyyybe probably situation? Sorry, I wanted to be more definitive with this by the time I posted chapter 7, but I didn't suddenly rid myself of my crippling self-doubt just by wishing it so, so here we are.

Sorry I haven’t posted in forever, I’ve been listening to Worm still just too busy to post.

Worm 20.4 spoilers

Right so a few things.

The Echidna fight was crazy. I like how good Skitter is as coordinating lots of people. In effect she can wield a group of people the same way she can wield her swarm. Creative uses of other’s abilities is like her thing. To that end, the way she got Clockblocker to cut Echidna in half was really cool. Overall I think it was cool, sad that the monster clones might’ve given away her identity. Also the portal is neat, and a good plot reason for the story to continue happening in BB.

Emma. I don’t think Emma needed a tragic backstory. She was a cartoonish bully to Taylor, she was friends with a bloodthirsty vigilante, and made fun of her dead mom. She worked as someone who just sucked. I think a lot of people can relate to a friend or loved one flipping on them out of nowhere, and I don’t think adding the classic “bullies are just people who have gone through something rough and take it out on others” bs was needed. Is it realistic? Yeah, most bullies have other things going on. But the people they bully don’t know that. I don’t need to feel sympathy for Emma. Fuck Emma. I hope she dies tragically. I was thinking maaayyyybe she’d get a redemption arc and be friends with Taylor again but nooooo she picked a fight the first chance she got and fucking hit Taylor. Put her on the curb, let the garbage man take her.

The protectorate going after Taylor at a school is a dick move. 1. If the wards get to go to school and remain anonymous, then teenage villains should be allowed to as well. 2. They’re likely publicly exposing her secret identity which is HELLA LAME. 3. Her self defense and attempts to escape will be framed as “local supervillain Skitter attacked Arcadia high putting a local hero and a member of the wards out of commission before she was apprehended” she’s just a teenager at a school. If they hadn’t shown up then no one would’ve known Skitter was there. 4. I want to write a fic where Skitter goes to Arcadia and she and the wards come to a mutual respect and understanding.

Finally. What the hell happens now? She’s unmasked, she’s bugless, she’s cornered by Dragon and Defiant. It’s so monstrously unfair. Unless some bullshit happens, she’s going to the birdcage. I’m upset about this.

For the TF Fairytale AUs, what would you suggest for ProwlBee (Bumblebee x Prowl)?

Hmmmm on the one hand I’d almost feel like the same wouod apply to them as Starbee. Meaning I’d see them working well in a “Silent Princess” AU

Or maaayyyybe even the story of Aladdin but that is a big maybe in my eyes.

And while this is not a Fairy Tale in the traditional sense, I cannot help but feel like the plot of the movie “Barbie and the magic of Pegasus” would fit them. Especially if you add Hot Rod (or maybe Cliffjumper) as Brietta, Bumblebee as Barbie and Prowl as Aidan and obviously either Megop or Oplita as the king and queen.
