Putting on the final touch of make up just as Lucy walked in, is perfect timing. She walks up to you and wrapped her arms around your waist tightly. Leaning back into her, she places soft, warm kisses right where the shoulder and neck meet. Turning around in her arms to give her a looking over, you don’t regret it. Black pants, white button up shirt, glasses, hair in a low bun. The thought of staying back crossed your mind, but Sam would be mad if her best friend since birth wasn’t at her wedding. Lucy does the same thing to you and she can’t stop staring. You both lean in and a simple kiss turns into a mini make out session. Meanwhile from across the room, your phone is getting bombarded by messages in your Tillies group chat about needing to be downstairs. Racing around the room, you slide on your heels, grab your bag and the two of you make your way downstairs.

You and Lucy greet your friends before the bridesmaids (you, Macca, Alanna, Caitlin and Steph) and Sam got into the limo. Waiting a goodbye, Lucy goes with your parents and sit with them for the ceremony. On the short drive, your dads mentions to Lucy the upcoming Barca games that him and your mum are going to attend to surprise you. The car pulls up to the ceremony, just behind your car and Lucy watches you talk to your friends with nothing but love in her eyes. Your parents share a look between each other and smile at what they are both thinking. Your dad starts to talk and Lucy pulls her eyes away from you, not wanting to be rude.

“Lucy, when the time comes, you have our full blessing”

Lucy immediately understood what your dad had said and thanks both of your parents. They all get out of the car and your mum pulls Lucy in for a hug immediately. You look over, confused at your parents and Lucy smiling and hugging, but decide to drop it as you have bigger things to worry about.

All the guests take their seats in the ceremony begins. Kristie’s bridesmaids walk in with Sam’s, while you and Sam Mewis walk beside each other, being maids of honour and all. Sam walks down next with her dad and a small tear escaped your eye. Next, Sam‘s nieces are the flower girls. They walk down the aisle, sprinkling pink rose petals everywhere. Sam looked back at you, knowing Kristies next, and you gave her your famous ‘calm tf down’ look you have given her several times throughout your life. You look at Lucy briefly, and she gives you a wink and a small smile. After the vows, rings and first kisses as wife and wife are exchanged, everyone files out of the ceremony and you immediately find Lucy.

You both walk down the small hill to find a cute, but modern tent filled with tables and flowers. All of Kristie’s bridesmaids and partners are on one table and Sam’s on another. Lucy pulls out your chair before sitting next to Steph and her fiancé Dean. After bridesmaid speeches and tear jerking first dances, it was time for the rest of the couples to join Sam and Kristie on the dancefloor. You feel Lucy move next to you and she holds out a hand for you to take. Once on the dancefloor, Lucy’s arms move around your waist and yours around her neck. She pulls you close to her and whispers sweet nothings to you.

“You know, I see us in front of an altar, one day soon”

Your eyes light up, and a wide smile beams across both your faces.

“I’m so in love with you, Luce. I want nothing more than to grow our lives together”

Lucy smashes her lips on yours, and from that moment, Lucy makes it her personal mission to give you the best proposal and wedding you’ve always wanted.

y/n sighed as she chased after Rachel, the final whistle on the edge of being blow to give West Ham the three points, not that the team currently in fifth needed it compared to Villa who were sat worryingly in tenth.

The whistle finally blew and y/n groaned in relief, falling onto her back as Rachel Daly fell onto her, the latter laughing at the woman who she knew well from England camp.

"Rach, get off me ya prick!" y/n called out with a laugh.

"Wouldn't mind if it was Alisha." Rachel teased quietly making kissy noises which caused her to be shoved onto the mud. "Ow." Rachel whined and y/n laughed.

"That's what you get." y/n states, the defender sighing as Rachel sits up and suddenly bolts away. A body blocks the light over y/n's still fallen body and the beautiful face of Alisha is staring back at her.

"Up you get, meine liebe." Alisha hummed and she moved to help y/n to her feet, the defender groaning as her hip popped, the injury still sore.

y/n had only just gotten back from a hip operation, during a game in the world cup, y/n had to be rushed into hospital to have a hip operation and in the December of 2023, was only just okay to come back on.

The loved vice-captain of West Ham was relieved to be back on the pitch, but forgot how fast and physical Rachel was as a opponent and winced as she pressed a hand to her hip.

"Are you okay?" Alisha asked quietly, her hand falling down to her best friend's hip to rub small circles into the muscle with her thumb.

y/n groaned in relief at the pressure on the tight muscle and she hissed as she pulled away, hearing the crowd start to go crazy of the two's proximity.

y/n smiled at Alisha before limping to her medics who handed her an ice pack, she took some photos with fans, before being one of the last people into the tunnel.

"Meine liebe." Alisha called as y/n got to one of the spare physio rooms.

y/n turned and Alisha pulled her into the room, keeping the lights off as she scanned over y/n worry clear on her face now that y/n was ice-less as well.

"Ali, I'm fine, promise love." y/n tried but winced and Alisha sighed.

"You lie like a matt." Alisha hissed.

"Rug." y/n corrected as Alisha shrugged and pushed y/n to sit back on the physio bed, lying her down so she could peel back y/n's shorts just slightly.

"Oh." Alisha sighed, noticing the deep bruising which was around the scar, y/n clearly having pushed her body too far in the game. "Why didn't you ask to be subbed?" Alisha asked.

"Because I'm fine Ali." y/n stated, sitting up and pushing the blonde's hands away.

"No you are not." Alisha stated back, annoyance flooding through her tone.

"You're not playing for the Hammers anymore Ali. You don't need to worry." y/n promises.

"I worry because the love of my life is so careless with her bones." Alisha states loudly.

"Body." y/n corrects before she freezes. "Wait what?" y/n asks.

"What?" Alisha asks her confused at why y/n had paused.

"Say what you just said again." y/n demands.

"What?" Alisha repeats and y/n just huffs and gestures 'before that'. "I worry because the love of..." Alisha starts before trailing off. "That wasn't how I wanted to tell you." She sighs.

"It's real?" y/n asks and Alisha scoffs.

"Of course." She says as she sighs. "Look, you don't have to feel the same, I'm sorry for making this friendship hard." Alisha says, putting some space between her and y/n.

y/n however ignores her rambling and jumps from the physio bed, walking toward Alisha with a new found sense of purpose as the blonde reaches out.

"Careful! Your hip." Alisha chides, but y/n snorted as her hands grabbed the smaller woman's hips and pulled her into her chest.

"Shut up." The defender ordered the blonde, before she dived her head down and pushed her lips against Alisha's, the Swiss moaning in relief and gripping desperately onto y/n's broad shoulders.

The kiss was tight, harsh, plump lips practically glued together as tongues battled in a want for dominance. y/n couldn't help but slide her hands down, gripping Alisha's ass tightly and pulling her closer.

Alisha's moan was a reward for her desperate actions. Eventually the pace slowed, hands stopped wandering and with one final swat against Alisha's bum, y/n pulled away.

"Let me take you out." y/n whispered and Alisha nodded her head, a smile on her face. Rachel then decided it was a good time to chip in.

"About time! Also ew."

"what you whining about?" he'd laugh when he came home hearing you start spouting off about work and the shit that came with it. this would probably make it a bit worse, frustration of him not listening and turning it into a joke. "oh babe" he'd coo, coming to your side, grabbing your hands in his. he wouldn't realise how bad you feel until he actually sees you. "sorry is it really that bad? i didn't mean to make you cry more" he'd probably feel really bad, pressing little kisses on your puffy lips. "im a dick" he'd pout, kissing you more. you're a mess now, everything setting you off. "i'm here, what do you need? I'll do whatever I can."

The filming had ended.

Her role was small, of course it was. This didn't mean it wasn't exciting though - dancing in the background with the boys, it was good fun.

"Well, if it isn't our leading lady," Paul remarked, a smirk on his face.

John rolled his eyes at the comment, she couldn't tell if the action was sarcastic or not.

 

She looked away from Paul coyly, "Oh, Paul, not quite. I'm just in the background, you know."

"Background or wherever, you steal the scene."

Paul was a bit too sweet with her sometimes, though it was all in jest, she hoped.

John observed Paul's flirts from a distance, it made him feel awfully bitter.

"Spare her the theatrics, Macca." John murmured.

Paul was undeterred, he shot John a smirk before being whisked away by a random assistant.

She turned toward John. He stood there still, a clear annoyance etched on his face.

"Finally got rid of that distraction, didn't we?" John said. 

She sighed, recognising the tension.

"John, it's not like that. Paul's just having a bit of fun."

John crossed his arms, skepticism evident in his expression.

"Fun, eh? Fun? Fun flirting? With my girl?" 

She reassured him, "It's just banter, John. Nothing serious."

He scoffed, a cynical look in his eyes.

She decided to change track, as she didn't want him being mad at her.

"Did you watch me dancing, John?" She teased, hugging his waist, looking up at him.

"Yeah, you looked like a right whore." John muttered.

He hugged her back just as tightly. The proximity heightened, their closeness bordered on the edge of him almost kissing her.

John's eyes gleamed with a mischievous glint as he suggested, "How about we sneak off somewhere? Somewhere quiet, just you and me."

She quirked an eyebrow, pretending to act like she didn't get his innuendo.

"Where are you thinking?"

"A secret place, love."

Without further explanation, he yanked her hand and led her away, leaving behind the noise and commotion and Paul, heading towards a moment of privacy.

"A broom closet?" She exclaimed.

John shoved her into it, quickly switching on the dim light. He silenced any protest with a rough, wet kiss - he had no room for objections. John pinned her into a cluttered corner, his hands promptly moved up underneath her skirt, groping her bottom.

He groaned against her mouth, he knew he had her.

She pushed him back slightly, giving herself a chance to breathe after his sudden moves.

After a few breaths John pressed forward again, his hands fiddled with the zipper of her skirt. But then he gave up on the zipper and just decided he'd pull her tights down.

John tugged his belt off, he let his pants and his boxers fall down to his ankles. He rubbed himself off a bit.

There was nothing to lie her on, apart from the floor and John didn't fancy fucking her on the floor so he prompted her to jump, jump so he could fuck her standing up.

With a gasp, she leaped into his arms, wrapping her legs around his waist. With one hand on the small of her back and the other gripping her hip, he lifted her against the wall. His finger traced the lace edge of her panties before pulling it to the side, teasing her entrance with the tip of his hard cock.

She put her arms around his neck for stability, her fingers tangling in his hair. His lips moved against her neck, leaving a trail of warm, wet kisses that made her shiver with desire.

He gripped her hips and lifted her up and down, his thrusts started hitting just the right spot inside her. She arched her back in response, matching his movements with perfect timing. The light sound of skin hitting skin echoed through the room as he moved harder.

"Yes, yes, yes..." she gasped out between breaths.

"Oh." She replied, nervously.

"Is that a compliment, John?"

He smirked.

"Take it however you want, love. Just know that I want you all to myself."

He placed her head on his chest. She rested against him, a short pause settled in.

She felt a mix of emotions, though the dominant one was longing, it was sickly.

"I'm here, aren't I?"

He leaned in for a soft kiss and she accepted it.

"You are here," he mumbled against your lips, "and I wanna keep you close."

"How close?"

"As close as us shagging in a bloody broom closet."
