Mega interessant! Ich habe diese Woche eine Reihe von Erlebnissen gehabt, die meine Sicht auf das Zwischenmenschliche in Teams ein bisschen revolutioniert haben. Begonnen hat es damit, dass ich im Pflegezimmer mal wieder wild Anordnungen in Kurven am Kritzeln bin und dann jemand aus der Pflege zu mir kommt. - "Sag mal, Brainzz… Hast du eigentlich irgendwann schlechte Laune? Wir haben uns gerade gefragt, was du rauchst oder trinkst oder schnupfst, dass du hier jeden Tag gut gelaunt durch die Gegend rennst. Dich kann ja echt kein Wässerchen trüben." - "… Gute Laune?", wiederhole ich mit schrägem Blick. Ich gucke auf den Aufnahmestapel, wo noch fünf ungesehene Patientenakten liegen. Ich gucke auf den Visitewagen - elf Uhr und noch Überraschungsentlassungen vor der Visite abzuarbeiten… - "Ich habe keine Gute Laune. Heute ist ein beschissener Kacktag. Ich hab sone Krawatte" Eine Grimasse später starre ich in erstaunte Blicke. - "DAS ist dein Schlechte-Laune-Gesicht?", ruft der Pfleger laut und klatscht sich auf den Oberschenkel. "Ich lach mich kaputt! Dann ist mein Gute-Laune-Gesicht offensichtlich dein Schlechte-Laune-Gesicht!" - "Kannst du doch nix dafür, dass ich einen Scheißtag habe. Wenn ich jetzt hier miese Laune verbreite, wird die Arbeit auch nicht weniger."

Ein Wochenende später komme ich frühs zur Arbeit und werde nach der Frühbesprechung mit etwas völlig Unerwarteten konfrontiert. Finde ich natürlich nicht geil, nachdem ich eigentlich meinen Tag schon strukturiert hatte. Auf den Montag Morgen sind Überraschungen halt echt nicht cool - man sehe es mir nach - und ich dampfe noch vor meinem ersten Kaffee brummelig und böse guckend quer durchs Haus davon.

Interessanterweise werde ich von drei Leuten unabhängig voneinander über die nächsten Tage sehr besorgt darauf angesprochen, ob ich sehr böse über über diese unerwartete Entwicklung bin ("Hasst du mich eigentlich jetzt?"). Absolut faszinierend, welchen Impact Factor zehn Minuten schlechte Laune haben, wenn man sonst immer gut drauf ist. Es gibt ja so Menschen, die sich den ganzen Tag beschwerden und immer am Jammern sind. Wenn die mal brummeln, ist das nicht schlimm. Aber ich war ehrlich gesagt selber ein bisschen erschrocken, wie viel Sorge ich mit meinem es-ist-Montag-morgen-und-es-geschehen-unvorhergesehene-dinge-vor-dem-kaffee-Blick ausgelöst habe.

Erinnert mich an die alte Weisheit des chinesischen Zen-Meisters In Tel Net: Wo Worte selten sind, da haben sie Gewicht. Bloß nicht zu viel jammern und meckern - hat man dann mal wirklich ein Problem, wird man plötzlich ernster genommen, als einem lieb ist!
