Call For Help

Summary: Jason never calls for help, even when he needs it, so his protective older brother decides to teach him a lesson.

“Damn it Jason! I don’t undersrand why you can’t just call for help! Is your ego too big? Is it your inferiority complex? What the hell is it!?” Screamed one rather pissed Dick Grayson, who was pacing the floor of the small infirmary. Jason had gone out with the outlaws again, and they encountered one unhappy ogre. Jason was left with a broken leg, fractured in two places, and 4 broken fingers on his dominant hand.

Jason was kind of scared if he was being honest. It took a lot to get Dick “Golden Boy” Grayson this pissed off. Dick’s face was turning red as he ceased his pacing to look at his younger adopted brother.

“Jason, I’m seriously totally not kidding. What the hell do we have to do to get you to understand that you can call for help? We gave you a freaking batcomm for God’s sake. What do you think it’s for?” Dick practically screamed. Jason felt bad for feeling the need to laugh at the elder fuming in front of him. Dick really cared about Jason, but Jason didn’t believe it. Jason couldn’t really believe that anyone cared for him, so he never asked for help. But here he was, face-to-face with his older brother who was mad at him. Really mad at him.

“Dick I didn’t hehe need your hehelp” Jason giggled while Alfred swiped his fingers down Jason’s foot with a quiet ‘can you feel this Master Jason?“. Suddenly Dick developed a michevious look in his eyes, the expression eventually taking over his previously angry face.

"Hey Alfie, I know how to set bones. I think I can take it from here.” Dick spoke.

“If you insist Master Dick” Alfred responded while leaving the room.

Jason’s features developed that of worry as he looked towards Dick. Jason was immobolized, his leg was hanging from a sling attached to the roof, he was at Dick’s mercy completely. There was nowhere to run for him.

“Well, well, well…..” Dick trailed off, pacing the perimiter of the bed Jason was laid in “Jason,” Dick continued, placing his hand on Jason’s non-broken hand.

“Jason, what if you were in a situation where one of your greatest physical weaknesses was being exploited? Would you call for help, or would you hang youself to dry?” Dick said sleezily, a ginormous smirk on his face.

“Dick what the hell are you talking about? I can bench press twice your weight and I can break out of zip ties. I don’t really have to worry much about the explotation of physical weakness unless it comes to a crowbar.” Jason spoke harshly, a wince finding it’s way to Dick’s face at the mention of a crowbar.

“You know what? I think I’m gonna teach you a lesson in calling for help. Here,” Dick placed a batcomm in Jason’s non-broken hand “The only way that I will stop is if you call someone using that batcomm and ask them for it.” Dick finished, a look of pure evil on his face.

“Wait no, that’s not how this works, just set my bones and let me leave Dick” Jason rushed out.

“No can do JayBird”

With that, Dick began to rapidly tickle Jason’s sides.

Jason bit his lip hard, nearly letting a small giggle slip. “Dick. Stop.” Jason said, taking shaky breaths in between. He gritted his teeth and attempted to push Dick away -with his one functioning hand and one functioning leg, on opposite sides.

Dick would not ease up, letting his hands wander lower, to Jason’s tummy.

“N-n-no, Dick stop t-that.” Jason said, attempting to stand his ground, but when Dick dug in a little harder Jason lost his stance.

“Fuckhihihing stohohop Dihihick” Jason giggled out.

“Awww, is Jason "I died once” Todd giggling? That is absolutely adorable.“ Dick taunted. Jason began to thrash a little harder, slightly wincing when he moved his legs or immobile fingers.

Dick continued to prod at Jason’s toned stomach for a few more minutes until he decided to kick it up a notch. Dick allowed his fingers to escalate and make their way up to Jason’s underarms.

Jason began to buck even harder but he still would not budge on the batcomm.

"Cmon little wing, you could end this all yourself and you know that. Are you gonna use the comm?” Dick teased, digging almost painfully hard into Jason’s armpits. Jason was bucking hard but was still trying to keep as much composure as possible, so once he felt a full-on laugh coming, he bit his lip and covered his mouth.

He simply shook his head, glaring hard at dick while still trying to kick him. Jason’s face was about as red as ever and his lip had started to bleed slightly, so Dick let up for a little.

“Whats the matter younger brother? Can’t handle a little exertion? Maybe now would be a good time to call for help…..” Dick said, locking eyes in a cold stare with Jason.

“I’m n-not going to give in t-to you asshole.” Jason snarled. Ever since Jason was a Robin, Dick, Alfred and Bruce knew he was extremely ticklish. Jason actually liked being tickled usually, unless it was a situation like this, where something was being forced out of him.

“You will eventually, even if you say you won’t.” Dick said, the smirk still not leaving his face. With that, he exited the med bay and returned with a jar of clear liquid labeled “Mixture #4: Poison Ivy’s”, and he placed it on the table near Jason’s bed.

Dick didn’t open the jar, but his slim fingers attached to Jason’s hips, his most ticklish spot, and Jason was so close to losing it. It wasn’t until Dick hit a particularly sensitive nerve that Jason started to scream and squeal.

“DIHIHIHICK STOHOHOHOP IHIHIHIM NOHOHOT USIHIHING THIHIHIS STUHUHUPIHIHID BAHAHATCOHOHOMM” He laughed as he weighed out his options.

Jason was thinking, and he was thinking fast. Damian would call it juvenile and wouldn’t help him. Cass may not understand. Steph would film it and send it to a tabloid. Duke would probably say he would come and then forget. His only options seemed to be Tim or Bruce. Bruce would probably join Dick or shake his head and leave, and Tim would probably film it.

Jason figured he could delete the video from Tim’s phone while he slept, so he typed in Tim’s code (which happened to be the “makeday” of one Conner Kent) and waited.

“Jason what do you want? Aren’t you in the infirmary?” Tim spoke, sounding groggy.

Right as Jason was about to respond Dick let his fingers wander to Jason’s hips again, causing yet another loud squeal. Sadly for Jason, he had already pressed the comm button to respond, meaning Tim heard his girlish squeak.

“TIHIHIHIM SAHAHAHAVE MEHEHEHEHE” Jason screamed, trying his very hardest to get out of Dick’s reach.

“Oh my god Jason are you okay? Do I need my suit? Is there something down there?” Tim spit out practically all at once.

“SAHAHAHAVE MEHEHE FROHOHOHOM DIHIHIHIHICK” Jason chuckled.

Jason heard Tim hum a faint agreement and Tim arrived within 10 minutes.

“Hey uhh Dick… what the hell are you doing?” Tim asked once he entered the med bay.

“Well little bird, I was teaching Jay-Jay here that he is fully capable of asking for help.” Dick said tauntingly, slowing his fingers so that he was just prodding Jason’s sides.

“Oh? Well did it work?” Tim questioned.

“Looks like it did.”

Dick stopped and peered over at Jason, who looked absolutely knackered.

“Just set my bones and let me leave, you’re such a dick.” Jason snarled.

“Okay, maybe he didn’t, but I can always try this again until he realizes he can call for help.” Dick said, sounding slightly disappointed.

He set Jason’s bones and put him in casts, letting him go up to his room. Jason fell asleep almost instantly, with thoughts of revenge on his mind.
