Please read all of the legislation and incentives that have been passed (farm bill, infrastructure bill, chips bill, tech innovation hubs, inflation reduction act, clean energy initiatives, etc) and then realize that we can ride the wave to just transitioning in this new Green Industrial Revolution.

An economic environment that is the most promising ever in history to incubate businesses that can accellerate equity, economic empowerment and environmental sustainability currently exists!

Without knowledge of the detailed progress that has been made through legislation to make America once again economically viable, there is no way to engage in conversations about solutions to today’s problems.

Current legislation, if accessed for resources and information to develop safe and sustainable communities of the future, offers the greatest once in a lifetime chance to end health and wealth disparities while solving problems through ecosystem building and future proof social strategies.

The past four days have been spectacular! I got to spend a lovely weekend with my friend in Zurich. It's a beautiful city and I can't wait to go back. Before I went, I worked out Thursday and Friday. Usually I don't like going back to back, but because I wouldn't be able to make it til Tuesday, I decided to try it. And both days were awesome! My assisted pull ups were easier, I increased my deadlift by 2k (now 52kg), did some lunges and balance exercises, and really pushed myself with the rows. Definitely successful and super happy about it! I'm excited to see what March will bring. To the activity that has my heart, to the friends I made around the country and around the world, to the laughs, cries, beautiful and horrible days, to the first performance in Pequannock back in 2006 to the last performances in Dayton, Rochester, MetLife Stadium and beyond, and from the 14 year old that wanted somewhere to be to the 25 year old that played in the World’s Most Famous Arena, MetLife Stadium, and Prudential Center in front of thousands of people. The marching arts made me everything I am, and I am eternally indebted to the activity that instilled in me many of my core values.
