The fact that Steve has that look of complete shock and says “Bucky?” in a tone of utter disbelief because he thought the person he loved most in the world was dead and gone and was never coming back so much so that he drove a plane into the ocean only for Bucky to look at him void of any recognition or emotion and steve then says in the most heartbreaking voice “he looked right at me and didn’t even know me” in a tone only comparable to after he watched bucky fall to his death is something that has haunted me for 10 long and hard years

it’s been so long since i watched Insomniac’s Wolverine teaser trailer and dp3 got me thinking about it again so just rewatched it,, god.

so excited to see where they take it, i can’t remember if they confirmed that it was going to be “open world” similar to the way GOW (2018) is when certain parts of the map open up for side quests, and generally tried not to pay much attention to the wolverine leaks when they got hacked last winter, but i really do want to see how their studio takes on a rated M game/hero, and logan in particular. i think it’s a safe bet that maybe there isn’t any spider-man 2 dlc coming down the pipeline which kinda bums me out but it’s not the worst thing in the world if all that means is they’re full throttle into wolverine development with what i imagine is gonna end up being a late 2025/early 2026 release date.

and if the way i latched onto insomniac’s version of pete is any indication i’m prepared to be so. insufferable about this

sorry guys i must have played a different version of modern warfare ii i didnt realize there was one with no corny shit, continuously good and interesting level design, AND a plot that went anywhere except a circle bc we ended mw19 on zakhaev and the inner circle and in mwii we uh well we did nothing with that and at the end we were Back At the inner circle with makarov now and in mwiii we have finally met makarov and weve learned his goals and we took care of shepherd and makarov got away bc thats What she Does..?

I haven't written a fan fiction in almost 8 years now. I used to be a heavy fan fiction writer when I was younger, but of course, college just derailed all of my motivation to write ANYTHING. The last fan fiction I wrote, I believe was for One Piece and I still can't muster up the motivation or even the imagination to even finish it...

It's really hard to go inside of my A03 and still see comments and messages being sent to me asking me to finish certain stories. My writing style has changed so drastically over the years that the only way for me to continue, is to scrap them completely and start over from scratch and not only do I not want to do that, but I also don't want to do that to the people who have come to like the way it's already written and are just simply looking for me to continue the story.

With that being said, in all those years that I have not written a single fan fiction, have I ever felt the overwhelming urge to finally get back to writing how the ship of Attuma x Okoye makes me want to go back to writing. I haven't written a single self indulgent story for myself in years and this ship alone is single handedly motivating me, screaming at me, DEMANDING me to contribute to this ship but I deadass don't know where to start or how to get out of this near decade writers block funk😭😭

casual reminder that i definitely follow cassie's comic book backstory, which includes cassie having had a heart defect that required surgery at a very young age. not to mention, in the 2015 ant-man run, cassie literally had her heart stolen and then had technically two heart transplants. this means, logically, cassie is taking anti-rejection medications, and has a large scar on her chest. but cassie being cassie, she thinks of them as battle wounds, and evidence that she's still there, alive and kicking. especially after dying and coming back.
