He holds me in his arms & wrap his crimson wings around me when I get upset. Hawks also say what he loves about me.

Planet- What about your F/O drew you to them? Was it their personality? Their looks? Their story? Something else?

It was his personality & his smile is what drew me to Hawks.

Galaxy- What do you and your F/O do when one of you is homesick?

Hawks keeps himself busy when he's away for a mission. As for me, I distract myself by watching TV shows & movies while he's away. I always wear the red feather necklace that he gave me.

Black Hole- Have you ever had a strange dream about your F/O?

No, I haven't had any strange dreams about Hawks yet.

White Dwarf- Do you and your F/O have any plans for the future, big or small?

Hawks & I want to go on a trip to one of the biggest cities, also get married as well.

Moon- What's something your F/O does that never fails to make you happy?

When he gives me gifts of anything that remind him of me. The gifts I received from him always make me happy.

Solar Wind- Does your F/O have any skills they like to show off?

He has really good knife skills in the kitchen & uses his stiffened feathers as knives.

I ❤ him so much! He's the best comfort ever & I don't know what I do without him. His crimson feathers are so soft. When Hawks lay his crimson wing on top of me, it's like a blanket of feathers. Hawks uses bird puns to make me laugh. He's my lover & also my best friend.

Yes, she wrap her arms around me & tells me how much she loves me. She also cooks one of my favorite meals.

Definitely her looks, white hair, red eyes, & muscular arms.

Mirko keeps herself busy by fighting the villains to protect the city & the people. As for me, I wear my crescent moon necklace that remind me of her while she's away. I also do some home cleaning, watch TV shows, movies, & exercise.

No, I haven't had any strange dreams about Mirko yet.

I'm so gay for her & in love with her. She's just so beautiful & amazing. This summer, we've been wearing each other's clothes & it make us flustered. I always remember back when she saved me from the villain, I had a huge crush on Mirko.

YES TIMES A HUNDRED. we are both SO clingy and physically affectionate with eachother - which is funny, because in general, neither of us are really very physical people! it's only with eachother, heh. I think there's something special about that. :)

if we at any point get an opportunity to rest and relax you bet we will be tangled up cuddling together LMAO. we enjoy pretty much any and every form of cuddling, as we just want to feel close with one another! though we are especially fond of having me nuzzled up to his chest while he holds me and strokes my hair 💖

Tuxedo: Do you both prefer fancy dates where you dress up, or casual dates?

both of us have a strong preference for casual dates! we aren't really very formal people, hah. not the type of lovers to go out for fancy restaurant dates. we'd much rather be taking a stroll through the jungle in rainy weather, laughing as we shove each other into the mud and both end up disgusting and soaked 😆

White Cat: Are your f/o’s eyes particularly striking to you? In what way? Do they find themselves captivated by yours, in turn?

OH MY GOSH, YES. HIS SPARKS OF HOPE MODEL ESPECIALLY DID SOMETHING TO ME THE FIRST TIME I SAW IT. THOSE BROWN EYES. THOSE PRETTY BROWN EYES.

I KNOW I SOUND RIDICULOUS BECAUSE IT'S NOT LIKE HE HAS HYPERREALISTIC ANIME EYES. BUT HE'S NEVER HAD SUCH HIGHLY DEFINED EYES BEFORE, HE'S ALWAYS JUST BEEN DEPICTED WITH BLACK DOTS. SO IT'S. BEAUTIFUL. I LOVE HIM.

Hrhfdjhgk okay... I won't lie when I first read this ask I reached a dilema where... I wasn't quite sure what f/o you were referring to 😳 I think you meant Cortex, so I hope I'm not just majorly embarrassing myself here pffffff

4) Which “era” of animation is your f/o from?

This is a fun question because the short answer is the mid 90s - the original Crash Bandicoot was released in 1996. But it's not that simple, since the Crash universe took heavy inspiration from classic Warner Brothers cartoons from the 40s and 50s, and Cortex is no exception! It should be noted that a character that inspired Cortex's design is the Brain from Animaniacs, who was also created in the 90s, but was ALSO inspired by older cartoons. Plus, if I'm remembering right, there's an excerpt from a Crash designer who said that he wanted Cortex to look like he could have been a villain in the Jetsons, which is from the 60s. So, Cortex's design takes inspiration from a few different eras of animation, but most prominently, probably the 50s!

6) Is your f/o present in any sequels or in many episodes of their respective series?

YES. I think of all the Crash games that there are, there's maybe likw one single game where Cortex isn't at least mentioned, that being a Tiger Electronics game referred to as Crash 99x. (If I'm mistaken and there's any other Crash games that are entirely missing Cortex, I'd love to be told abt it!) I mean, what's a hero without their villain, after all? :3

10) Would you want your f/o’s source to be rebooted, or made into a live action production?

Uh, okay what I'm imagining is a live action style film in the same vein as the Sonic movies, which is ironic cuz I ADORE the Sonic movies and of course ship with the version of Robotnik exclusive to those films, but like... Idk man. That'd be weird 🤨 To be fair, I saw some fanart on Reddit a while ago of a live action concept of Peter Dinklage as Cortex, and it didn't look. Awful, but it'd still just be weird conceptually 😂 I think if Crash were developed into a movie or show, it'd work best fully animated!

That being said... I'd be remissed to not mention the Crash cartoon that was unfortunately cancelled a few years ago. I still really wish they would have gone through with making that. I think it would have been good! 😭😭

🧠: which emotional traits does your child get from you? which do they get from your f/o?

I've already answered this in a previous ask but I could've delve into it a little more! Sheep Kiddo would often hear Snow refer to himself as a hero so it really motivated her to become a hero just like her dads!! She's also very protective of her little brother which reminds me of Panchi since they are also quite protective of Serah (although not as protective as Lightning-).

💡: if your child is adopted, tell us a bit about how you came across them! how did you and your f/o know they were the one?

Neither of my kiddos are adopted so this doesn't apply ^^"

🌈: if applicable, who (from your f/o's source) would you make your child's godparents? who (out of your friends) would you make their godparents?

I also don't think this is applicable? Gjdbfjdnf I'm not very knowledgeable on godparents and all that. Panchi and Snow have some family (Lightning and Serah) and plenty of friends that can help babysit the kiddos when needed so I don't think they'd choose one particular person.

How would you influence the events of the original story?‏‏‎ ‎honestly my s/i doesn't have like. a major role in canon they're just kinda There but i like to think they were assigned to be‏‏‎ ‎raz's‏‏‎ ‎replacement mentor after‏‏‎ ‎nick‏‏‎ ‎johnsmith‏‏‎ ‎was out of commission. they have some funny lines and pretend like they don't like kids but they do and they are bad at hiding it. and they go with hollis on her vacation at the end of the game. well i guess‏‏‎ ‎raz should go in their brain at some point since i went to the trouble of making a whole mindscape for them...he wants to enlist their help with the final battle against maligula but first he has to convince them that they'd actually be useful.

Synthia:

It took a while for Synthia to trust Sombra, even with Siebren vouching for his friend. I mean this girl could potentially hack an omnic's system at will and use her whenever she pleases. She doesn't often enjoy the human's teasing humor, or her often self-serving or secretive ways either, but over time she proves herself in her own way. Synthia has even seen moments of genuineness and kindness, especially towards Sigma - a friendship that doesn't seem to be inherently useful to the hacker. Eventually, that friendship is extended to Synthia too, and may even be reciprocated.

Kayla:

S/i avoids Sombra if she can help it. After all, her secrets uncovered could cost her her life as a double agent. Plus......there is the whole 'spying on her secret love life with the leader of Null Sector' thing Sombra has vaguely teased about. Makes Kayla flustered and paranoid! :D The only hope she has is that Sombra isn't loyal to Talon and could be a potential ally if need be.

Sombra's just one of those characters that I love as a character but not as much if I had to interact with her in the same universe - at least not at first. XD

🛏️ What does your OC’s bed look like? What would they like their bed to look like?

She didn't have the chance to have a good bed if at all really when she was stuck captive as the Collector's prisoner (or even when she was being forcibly tested on back on Earth) so once she stays with the GotG more permanently, she takes a lot of pride in keeping her bed made and tidy, but also just keeping it looking like it's slept in, like her room is lived in, more authentic.

She probably wished it had more stuff from her original home like homemade blankets perhaps.

Yes, I believe she'd like video games. It's another way to pass the time inbetween missions. I think her favorite game would be Minecraft because of what all she can create in it.

considering the nonexistent state of the karakuri circus fandom i feel like i have free reign on whatever i want to say about him AJKSLDHJ. your average shounen enjoyer back in 2000 probably wouldn't be a fan of me transgendering all over their partially redeemed villain but maybe if he wasn't drawn like such a fruit i wouldn't do it anyway i think i KNOW Arlequino is agender aroace spectrum (triple a triple threat) and biromantic. thinking abt it i think he would also really like the achillean label

The Monstrous: Besides (or in addition to, I'm not the boss of you) whatever they are in canon, what mythical creature do you think your F/O would be?

ooo this is such an interesting question...i'm kinda leaning towards nixie/nøkk, even tho theyre water spirits and arle has fire abilities, since their folklore is closely tied to music. they'd play enchanted songs, most commonly on violins, and lure people to drown in lakes and streams

The Mundane: What's something you like about your F/O that you don't see most people acknowledging?

once again there are very few people in the fandom and i know half of them LOL hmm something not mentioned often...i talk a lot abt how pretty arle is but SPECIFICALLY i really love panels where his face is like. very angular and statuesque, in a way that you know he isn't human (as if the double irises and nine foot stature didn't make that obvious)

It was a few months ago when I was exhausted from work. I came home & he asked me what I needed. He'd do anything for me. I lie on the couch & rested my head on his lap while he caress me while I fall asleep. I closed my eyes, relaxed, & listening to his sweet comments.

Keigo is proud of me for how much confidence I gotten since I met him. I'm proud of Keigo for opening up about his feelings.

It's that special time once again, to show your heart and spread the love to all you care for~💕💝💕🤗And this year, I would like to take opportunity to dedicate my annual Valentine to my newest OTP, Smiling Critter DogDay x my OC, DeerDelight~🐶☀️💘🦋🦌 I was thinking what songs would fit their ship, and one that stood out to me the most, was one I've listened to ever since I finished college, back in 2008 - 'Hikaru Michi' a.k.a 'The Shining Road', which is the second closing theme to the well-known anime, Sonic X~🎶I remember seeing a music video years ago with tender moments between Sonic and Amy Rose from the show, and that was when inspiration struck~💡💗✍️ I decided to draw DogDay and DeerDelight in the same emotional reunion with Sonic and Amy, where he promised he would never leave her ;w; But instead of a rose, I chose forget-me-nots for DogDay to give to DeerDelight. The reason, is the meaning behind them - a symbol of true love and devotion, declaring love to another and representing a promise that you will always remember them~💝 Forget-me-nots are also considered a symbol of fidelity (loyalty) and faithfulness~🫶🏻 And this is what is happening between the two adorable critters right now. With DogDay declaring his love to DeerDelight (something she had always secretly hoped and wished for~🌟🙏🏻) and vowing that he will never ever forget her, and will always be with her by her side, no matter what...~🥹To which DeerDelight emotionally yet happily accepts, as they seal their love with a tender kiss and embrace~🐶☀️💕🦋🦌

To give the wholesome moment between DogDay and DeerDelight more feeling, I decided to add the last three sentences of the last verse of the song, both in Japanese and English, along with adding details of the shadowing and falling tears, which I have to say I'm really proud of~👍🏻😊✨ ‘Sigh...~’💕😌I am ever so pleased of how this precious piece turned out, just the way I imagined it to be and I really enjoyed working on it too~💓🥰 And a very💗💘💝~Happy Valentine’s Day 2024~💝💘💗to you too, my lovelies~! =^o^=🫂Hope you all like as well, have a lovely day and spread the love~!💞🫶🏻💕😍💕🫶🏻💞xoxo.
