In Astoria the possibilities were endless. They could walk around and see people who were way more comfortable in their skin than Sahid had ever been. They had spend the first twenty-five years of their life never telling a single person about who they felt they were, just being who others said they should be. They still felt like hiding, but the first thing Sahid had done after landing - aside from sleeping - was dream about boys. 

The next two months, they tried out flirting with so many men that they were constantly going heart eyed. Getting crushes had been something that wasn’t new to Sahid, but in Wheeler they had constantly pushed those feelings away. Knowing they couldn’t acknowledge them. Now they just walked up to every single person they felt attracted too and gave it a go. 

They had see Mateo around several times, and he was handsome, seemed to work everywhere, and his smile just made Sahid’s heart speed up. They felt rather jealous of the lady in front of them who the smile was reserved for, then moved down the line when it was their turn, watching Mateo move away and someone else taking their order instead. It seemed that he was on a break though, so Sahid went against all their own awkwardness and gestured at the empty chair. “Can I join you?”

Happy HC: Nah, he doesn't deserve to be happy lol

Angsty HC: He never quite manages to figure out that he's genderfluid, which is a shame, because figuring that shit out would've helped him come to terms with a lot of stuff and set him on the path to being a better person.

Random HC: He is actually incredibly good at learning when he's hyperfocused on a topic (like magic), but he just can't cut it with the education system's style of learning and is too willing to just shrug his shoulders and say he's an idiot.

General opinion: He's awful, like, absolutely terrible and didn't really learn to be better, but I still rank him up there with my faves. I just can't help myself. Tsukushi2: Sexuality HC: She's either bi or straight, I never quite pinned it down.

Favorite ship(s): Tsukushi2/Kazuko1 is a big fave!!, also Tsukushi2/Mateo1

Brotp: Tsukushi2 & Mateo1, I feel like she could've been friends with Kazuko2 if they'd met as well

Notp: Ironically, Tsukushi2/Tomi

Happy HC: She gets to live a happy life with two boyfriends.

Angsty HC: She doesn't manage to contact her family to make amends again, even though there's part of her that wants to.

Random HC: She figured out she was trans in her early twenties, but went hard and never looked back. She is aggressively vocal about being trans and doesn't get that some other folks aren't as open to talking about it as she is.

General opinion: Tsukushi2 is, like, the perfected version of the character, even though I still love them both, because they're both very different. She's bubbly and fun and definitely one of my fave Free! OCs to write. I mean, I kinda just modelled her off Scorpia, so that probably has a lot to do with it.
