Just thinking about our upcoming retreat has me so excited. I’ve been having so many visions and wonderful manifestation sessions and just thinking about how great it’s really going to be. When life has me going to fast or that overwhelming feeling of too much to do in so little time has crept up on me I just want to stop and regroup. I just stop close my eyes, take a deep breath and say to myself, one task at a time is all I can do so stay focus and present. FOREVER A STUDENT 🧘🏼‍♀️ 🧘‍♂️ 🙌💫 Who motivates you? Have you tried something different lately? Have you stepped out of your regular routine? . This pic was taken a few years back with @baronbaptisteyoga when I was stepping up my yoga game. I loved everything I learned from Baron. It was definitely a challenging retreat and I took away so much and learned so much more about not only the practice aspect but a beautiful amount of yogic theory. I enjoyed pushing my self and being a student to someone with a vast amount of knowledge. As Jeffery Benjamin said " A GREAT TEACHER NEVER STOPS BEING A STUDENT" 💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫 The power of knowledge excites me and I want to off that to others. Everyone can learn something from each other and we can all be students and teachers. When you feel your ego growing and getting a little too confident or comfortable in your practice or teachings, take time to expand your knowledge and become a student.
