Mishonesa comes from a word game between my nickname Misho that sounds like mayonese (mishosoup wasn’t available 😩). I started a major in Multimedial Design in my Argentina but I used to live in the US (LA and Portland, OR) until last year. Hope you like it!

i love it!!! :D i said it once before, but i live by the coast!!! i havent gone to the beach in a while, but when i was little i went a lot with my family! i really love how peaceful it is, how the water feels, the smell of the breeze and how chill it feels, its really relaxing. also, going to the beach means buying trolelotes (grains of white corn in a cup, with mayonese, fresh cheese, lemon and butter) and that plus a spoon of sand 10/10 /j no but yeah i love it

For those who don't know what it is, a completo is like hot-dog but adding chucrut, chopped tomatos, mayonese (optional mustard/ketchup). MAYONESE VEG

Ingredienti per circa 150 gr:

Olio di semi di girasole 100 ml

Olio d'oliva 1 cucchiaio

Latte di soia 50 ml

Sale fino 1 pizzico

Aceto 1 cucchiaio

Senape 1 cucchiaino

Curry e Curcuma a piacere per dare un leggero colore giallo

Preparazione:

Versate in bicchiere alto (andrà benissimo il bicchiere di plastica del frullatore ad immersione) il latte di soia possibilmente freddo. montatelo leggermente con il frullatore a immersione incorporando un po' di aria.

Versate a filo l’olio di semi di girasole e un pizzico di sale e continuate a incorporare aria.

Infine aggiungete un cucchiaio di aceto o limone. O entrambi.

Frullate fino a che il composto non si sarà addensato; ci vorranno pochi secondi.

Trasferite in un vasetto e conservate in frigo per massimo una settimana.
