Day4

Reflection: yesterday was a roller coaster type of day. I started with my reflection, then as soon as i finished my reflection was asked to have a conversation with someone with whom i had miscommunication and misunderstanding. It was a rough conversation because both of us were hurt however i got confirmation that there are multiple people that speak ill of me behind my back! I said unfortunately that’s where she will be stuck in the middle because she is friends with them, and i am not. I do all to make them irrelevant which includes avoiding them or ignoring them. it is a toxic work environment with all the women wanting to be ALPHA and have power. Instead of supporting one another there is a lot of backstabbing and i tend to be the one receiving the daggers. I was however happy that i was able to clear the air with this person and can now move fwd. MercuryRetro really stirred the damn pot! So after that conversation i focused on motion and energy. listening to lectures to try and brainwash myself for the better. For some reason two dogs in my neighborhood RAN up to me and were soooo affectionate. It made me think that i had raised my vibrations and attracted them. I am going to keep on this path and see were it leads.

Letting Go: Vibe as high as possible and avoid the low vibe emotions that entrap me and stop me from manifesting my desires.

FORGIVENESS IS THE KEY!!!! Even if actions of others are horrendous FORGIVE THEM to FREE YOURSELF from the trap of LOW vibrations. Failing to forgive keeps me trapped. 

Forgive and Move on to not be Victim. It’s not important that others understand you, it’s important to understand them. See where others are coming from, see that they come from lower vibes, Forgive them! Let go of limiting beliefs of self and situation. remember you have greatness, beauty, power, ability to soar OVER obstacles because going to choose to accept what people do, accept, forgive, let go. 

LET GO of LABELS. The ones i give myself. I AM WHO I SAY I AM, I AM WHO I BELIEVE I AM, I AM CHOOSING TO RAISE MYSELF TO MY HIGHEST PERSON POTENTIAL.

LET GO of NEGATIVE THINKING: Filled with doubt and sinicisme, fearful thinking. 

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT: The food you eat today becomes part of you tomorrow. You are a collection of what you eat. Feed you mind body and soul with the BEST nutrients. Remove GMO and Toxic foods of Body. GIVE UP FARMED ANIMALS! If choose to eat animals make sure that they were fed from nature. 

LET GO OF SHALLOW BREATHING: Take DEEEEEP breaths, In through NOSE out through MOUTH!!!!! 

LET GO OF NEGATIVE PEOPLE: don’t allow their energy to take over you! Do not let their low standards take over you. 

LET GO OF INABILITY TO SAY NO: You are not meant to please everyone. 

LET GO OF NEGATIVE TV, BOOKS, NEWS, MUSIC!!!!

This is how Everyone feels or think about the Mercury Retrograde! But if we're really honestly with ourselves it's Not Bad at all! It's only Making us aware of our own thoughts that we continuously tell ourselves consciously and subconsciously.
