Tincturing from just skullcap leaf versus flower?

I’ve been a member of an herbal CSA this summer and have tincture a large amount of fresh skullcap leaf.

This week however they are offering skullcap in bloom. Would tincturing from leaf+flower be significantly different or should I be fine with what I’ve already made?
