Why did Europeans leave their homeland in 1492 and risk dying out at sea? For the same reason our people leave their Spanish control countries, poverty! As we all know, Christopher Columbus was looking for India. They wanted a direct route to the spice center in the eastern hemisphere, because they couldn’t afford to buy them from the middle easterners (third party). Jan. 5 Idle No More rally Los Angeles at the Canadian Consulate

Today's Rally at the Canadian Consulate was really a productive one. We finally got some press there after 3 weeks of protesting. I guess because Reuters could see us out the window from their office overlooking the Consulate (hhhmpf!) You can see some activists who were there posted photos here on the wall. We had a statement from Anthony Morales, Tongva Nation Chief in support of Idle No More. He could not attend but, gave permission to Xotchimilko, Tongva Nation to conduct a meaningful prayer and offer some songs. The atmosphere that she created with her prayer really set the tone for the educated and solution-oriented comments which followed. KPFK radio covered the rally as well as several other Indy journalists. Our group continues to grow. It was really hard to fast from Sunrise to Sunset in solidarity with Chief Spence. But, we did it~ and broke the fast at ceremony with Gina Debaca and others from the Tongva community at Garbrielino Tongva Kuruvungna Springs which is just a gem that I never knew was there. All in all I can feel how passionate people are becoming about creating solutions in ourselves, our communities and the greater world. This is history in the making and I am so Grateful to be there. Special thanks going up for Jose Paulo Freire Lopez who organized the Solidarity fast and worked out every single detail to make it a special experience for all who attended. Thank you relatives!!!

It's closer to here and also Templo Expiatorio Nacional San Filipe de... And Google maps cuts off there. It's got sure not the sex shop. The GPS on my Samsung was off or Google maps is incomplete. I was indoors and the sex shoppe was across the street and down a ways. This the GPS pin is in the middle of the street almost so yeah, it went haywire. But this is the strange thing. I had a feeling of safety and peace in there and my aunt was in a hurry to get me out quick because it was gonna get dark before she finished giving me the tour of the capital. Mexico City is called the Europe of Latin America and the little i saw, but i saw more in 90. They had to drag me out of a i think 7 story museum. The USA can't compare. New York City might come close, Utah, not even close. Not California either. The USA was a prison colony and that's how Australia became one. We won our independence so literally the biggest jailbreak in history and still causing trouble. Spain was primitive by today's standards and the Mesoamericans a bit but a Spanish Monk said the Aztec empire is every bit as civilized as Spain, except for human sacrifice. In today's world i see much human sacrifice by us and western culture on the right and left and in religion too, including spiritual deaths. The Azteca were making pyramids, doing astronomy and math etc when Europeans were still in caves. Read the book called "The New Humanists: Science at the Edge" and it explains how Europe got a boost but they grew up too fast and went, well, postal. #historylesson btw per Time Magazine, the USA laws and culture inspired Hitler/Nazis.
