P.S. I agree! Now, it is not 2011 or 2016. The 'concept' of a two cars is a complete miss of the target. It seems that the authors of the ‘concept’ do not know what is happening in the electric car market at all and they absolutely do not understand what electric cars buyers want! 

In Latvia, base model Mazda MX-30  with 35.5 kWh (30 kWh usable) battery has a price tag - 33 990 €! (Real Range: between 120 - 255 km; City - Cold Weather - 170 km; Highway - Cold Weather-120 km; Combined - Cold Weather- 145 km)...

Look at the competition!?!  For example in Latvia, Opel/Vauxhall Mokka-e with 52 kWh battery has a price tag -  33 590 €, and real range: between 175 - 370 km;  City - Cold Weather *250 km; Highway - Cold Weather *175 km; Combined - Cold Weather *210 km.. 

Check prices and specs of these electric vehicles: Peugeot e-2008, Citroen e-C4, VW ID.3 (electric hatchback), Peugeot e-208, Opel Corsa-e and etc...   In some Western European countries, 2022 MG ZS EV (facelift) electric crossover (Unfortunately, it isn’t available in Latvia) is very serious competitor against Mazda-MX30...

Electric cars are the world's future, and every Indian car manufacturing company is introducing their vehicles in the market. Although India is still trying to grow its EV infrastructure, customers have already accepted EVs over their ICE cars. Keeping this in mind, here is a list of some of the upcoming electric cars in India 2022 that will be seen on roads very soon. 

Volvo XC40 Recharge - This is an electric SUV that will be launched in the first quarter of this year itself. It is a completely built car and one of first EV cars in India 2022 with all-electric features. It will offer a battery pack of 78 kWh, which is sufficient to power its dual electric motors and deliver an output of 660 Nm and 402bhp of torque. 

It comes with a grille finish on its body, sporting the company's logo. A few notable car features are LED headlamps, LED taillights and a dual-tone paint job. Estimates state that it will be priced between 50 to 55 lakhs in India. 

Tata Altroz EV - This new contrivance of Tata is expected to launch in India by June 2022. It comes with the same battery pack used in the Tata Nexon EV but with a different driving range (300 km) and power output. The estimated price for this EV is between 12 to 15 lakhs INR. 

This version is expected to come with a new air dam, fresh grille, and a redesigned teal blue colour with electric accents. It will offer a seating capacity of five passengers. 

Tata Tiago EV - Tata had first introduced this car at the 2018 Auto Expo event and originally offered it exclusively for the government. With its brilliant electric setup and a strong battery, this car looks the same as its regular fuel-using model except for the blue accents on its exteriors. 

Tiago EV is powered by a 30kW electric motor and holds a battery pack of 216Ah. The estimated market value of this car is between 5 to 7 lakhs INR. It is one of the most awaited small electric cars in India.

Hyundai Kona EV - The all-new Hyundai Kona electric car will be launched soon in India with a mid-life facelift in 2022. The recent updates made to Kona are on its exteriors. The grille has been completely removed, giving the car a much smoother and slimmer look. The company had re-profiled the headlamps making them sleeker and sharper. 

It also comes with new alloy wheels and with a 39.2kWh battery along with a 136hp electric motor. The rival for Kona is the MG ZS EV, which comes in a similar price range.

भारतीय बाजार में इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों की भारी मांग को देखते हुए कई कंपनियां इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों को लॉन्च कर रही हैं। एमजी मोटर्स घरेलू बाजार में इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन लॉन्च करने वाली सबसे लोकप्रिय कंपनियों में से एक है।

एमजी मोटर्स ने अब घरेलू बाजार में अपनी एमजी जेडएस ईवी इलेक्ट्रिक एसयूवी के फेसलिफ्ट मॉडल का अनावरण किया है। आइए जानते हैं इस नई इलेक्ट्रिक कार के बारे में पूरी जानकारी यहां।

ZS EV फेसलिफ्ट के केबिन को भी काफी अपडेट मिलते हैं। इसमें नए MG iSMART इंफोटेनमेंट सिस्टम के साथ 10.1 इंच का डिस्प्ले है। कंपनी ने कहा कि उसे रिमोट कंट्रोल फंक्शन और कनेक्टिविटी के लिए और विकल्प मिलेंगे। इस नए फेसलिफ्ट में नया इंस्ट्रूमेंट क्लस्टर और वायरलेस चार्जिंग तकनीक भी मिलती है।

MG ZS EV फेसलिफ्ट के इलेक्ट्रिक पावरट्रेन की बात करें तो इसे पहले से कहीं ज्यादा अपडेट मिले हैं। यह अब 72 kW बैटरी पैक के साथ आता है। कंपनी का दावा है कि नई इलेक्ट्रिक कार सिंगल चार्ज पर 439 किमी की रेंज देगी। यह रेंज अपने रेगुलर मॉडल से काफी बड़ी है। कंपनी ने यह भी कहा कि 318 किमी की रेंज वाला 51 kW का बैटरी पैक 2022 में उपलब्ध होगा।

अपडेट किए गए MG ZS EV फेसलिफ्ट चार्जिंग पोर्ट के अंदर चार-चरण संकेतक एलईडी इकाइयाँ हैं। यह चार्जिंग स्थिति दिखाता है। कार टाइप 2 और सीसीएस चार्जर के साथ-साथ ऑन-बोर्ड एसी चार्जर के साथ आती है जो बैटरी को तेजी से चार्ज करने में सक्षम है। ये सभी पिछले मॉडल की तुलना में काफी अधिक परिष्कृत भी हैं।
