The first of my "David HaMelech's wives depicted as the queens from Six the Musical" is Michal, David's first wife, paralleled with Catherine of Aragon. Michal is a bit of a tragic figure. She was King Shaul's daughter, and she was described as loving David, but he was never described as loving her (although he was described as loving her brother, Yonatan). But Michal loved David, and saved his life by tricking her father when he sought to kill him. David also never concieved children with Michal, which either suggests that she was infertile, or that she and David never had intercourse. Michal was David's first wife, though, and a princess even before she married David, and her bravery in defying her father and speaking her mind should be recognized and admired. I chose to give her wolf motifs because she was from Shevet Binyamin, whose symbol is a wolf.

Women of the Bible Part II:

ranboo gave tubbo one of his eyes after he found out about the nukes. so who is to say he hasn’t got only one eye now... so, either he can remove his eye and put it back in easily, or he just carries it around and messes with people.

michal took a page out of his book. and now does the same with his own when it fell out. he hides it around in random places and scares his dads and sitters.

The first JoJo light novel characters! Absalom and Michal! I was really surprised with how much I enjoyed the novel last year. They are truly underrated and I highly recommend “Genesis of universe.” Transparent version on Pixiv and Newgrounds! Please reblog if you can!

unpopular opinion: yes, michal had toxic traits such as codependency and a tendency to manipulate, but she doesn't deserve the vitriolic hatred thrown toward her. She's actually a really interesting mentally ill character and the whole point of her rebirth is that there were no hard feelings towards her because she had suffered greatly and deserved a second chance at a better life.
