Tubbo ending stream with saying "Also I'm not actually homophobic, I just make jokes and if you see someone saying I'm homophobic please correct them. I mean I have had two boyfriends before sooo........that kinda puts that to bed right...........cause they've put me to bed so you know anyways goodnight byeeee"
Grian is uncanny-valley to people who dont know him. He's not an Avian, but he pretends to be. Humans and non-Avians are off-put and disturbed by him, but Avians especially so. it gets better the closer you are to them. But it never quite goes away. Not when he's in the corner of your eye, or on opposing sides. It's just a small prick in the back of their minds, sometimes, that he's not quite right
The life series is worse. The deeper into the game they get, the more unsettling he becomes. Those who oppose him can see an eerily dead stare. His eyes faintly glow, a shimmer of red and yellow like an animal caught in a flash of light in the dark.
More pmmm stuff but make it Valk this time \o/ I have. a lot of thoughts about them (which you can find right below!)
So in their case, Kyubey creeps up on them a while after their defeat to fine, while Shu is still staying at home and Mika is doing his best to take care of him. He convinces Mika to make a wish and he ends up wishing to 'become the perfect doll for Oshi san's art', which backfires majorly bc he quite literally becomes a human sized doll.
Upon learning what Mika did Shu somehow snaps out of his depressive state, not because he's in awe or grateful for Mika's wish but because he's so angry and upset that he did this to himself, and that he did it for his sake. He goes off on him telling him what a moron he is for throwing his humanity away, for making a big decision like that without even consulting him first and Mika can only weep because for the first time in forever Shu acts like himself.
Neither of them really realised the fragility that would come with Mika's new body until a particularly tough battle against a witch shattered him into pieces. In a very uncharacteristic moment, Shu panics and finds himself at a loss of what to do until Kyubey comes by again and offers him a wish.
He'll wind up wishing for the ability to create the perfect vessel for Mika's soul, a flawless recipient that cannot break and will thus be granted the unique ability of imbuing his magic into dolls to make them suitable to host a soul. From then on their maintenances focus just as much on helping Mika with their performances as it does on making sure his body is fine and unharmed (which, its really good they do bc mika is clumsy and cracks litter his body more often than he'd like to admit)
Shu mostly fights with his thread, using it to catch ennemies, squeeze them until they burst or sew up little chiffon dolls he sends out to battle in his place meanwhile Mika uses a giant pair of ornate scissors to pierce and smash their ennemies (though he can divide it into two blades if he ever needs to)
