My Hero Academia Original Characters

My Hero Academia

I figured give some information on a few MHA/BNHA OCs I’ve had in my notes app for a while.

Hirosa Kairi - The Emotionally Charged Hero: Morose

Kairi Hirosa is a student of UA High School in Class 1-A. She was born on January 10th and is a Capricorn.

Her parents are secretly training her to be a powerful villain so that they could defeat her and climb the hero ranks. Her and Shoto use to be best friends before their quirks manifested. His father and her parents separated them.

Her Quirk is called “Moody Dark”. She can instantly change her mood so she’s sad and upset. The people surrounding her feel her sadness. Her sadness contracts their muscles and causes them to clench their arms and legs before hitting the ground.

Shigaraki Tanaka

Tanaka Shigaraki is the child of All For One and the adoptive sibling of Tomura Shigaraki. They were adopted by Inko Midoriya. They were born on March 28th and they are an Aries.

Tanaka inherited their father’s Quirk.

Todoroki Naya - The Cold Hero: A Shooting Star

Naya Todoroki is the fourth child of Endeavor and the older twin sister of Shoto Todoroki. She was born on January 11th and is a Capricorn.

She left middle school one year earlier to enroll into Shiketsu High School. Her father being the #2 hero (at the time) was the only reason they let her in that early. She hates Endeavor just as much as Natsuo does, but keeps quiet about it. Her relationship with Shoto is heavily strained due to her believing Endeavor favored him over literally every other child.

Like Natsuo, Fuyumi, and Rei, her Quirk is “Frost”. She can cost herself completely in ice as well as generating it from her body. She mostly uses it to coat the area completely in ice so she can use her skates that are on her boots.

Bakugou Yoko

Yoko Bakugo is the older sister of Katsuki Bakugo. She was born on April 5th, making her an Aries.

She left home not long after Katsuki developed his Quirk, though she didn’t leave because of him. She truly loved her brother. Only being 9 years old, she didn’t know where she was going and crossed paths with Toya Todoroki. The two stuck together and thrusted themselves into a life of villainy.

Her Quirk is the same as Katsuki’s.

Talyn Sage - Brain Drain

This is basically just me but in MHA / BNAH. Taking a lot of creative liberties with my own backstory.

Talyn was born/raised in America, but moved to Japan shortly after the death of Cathleen Bate / Star and Stripe . The two had been neck to neck for almost 5 years due to Cathleen being America’s #1 Pro Hero and Talyn being the most feared villain in America. Even though it looked like the two hated each other, Talyn still respected Star and Stripe and felt a giant gaping hole in their chest when she was killed. Moving to Tokyo, and waiting out the current arc in the manga, Talyn sets their plan in motion. Their motive? Fixing the world.

Talyn’s Quirk is “Brain Drain”, from a long line of brain related quirks. Being a 4th generation Quirk user, their Quirk surpasses the capabilities of their father’s, grandmother’s, and great-grandmother’s Quirks. “Brain Drain” allows their brain to exceed superhuman speed, allowing them to be almost omniscient, but too much at one time will leave them tired and their memory suffers.

Mikumo Noriko - (yes I did make an OC for the prototype AU)

Noriko Mikumo is the younger sister of Akatani Mikumo / Yamikumo (prototype Deku). She was born on March 25th, making her an Aries.

She goes to UA High and is in the same class as Akatani. She has an unhealthy obsession with Yuu Uraraka (prototype Ochaco Uraraka) and Katsuki Bakugo, constantly stealing clothes, shoes, blood, books, trinkets. Anything she can get her hands on. The cardigan she wears all the time was stolen from Katsuki.

Her family used to perceive her as Quirkless (like Akatani), until she managed to get a taste of Katsuki’s blood. She constantly seeks him out for more of it, for reasons she doesn’t want him to find out.

I have a lot more, but these are the ones I’m actually planning on writing into stuff.

Let's rewind AU, what do shigaraki&afo think abt drift? Does kurogiri still exist?

Afo is intrigued and confused about Drift. Drift seems to know a lot about Afo and has been trying to stop his business, but Afo has no idea why this man has a grudge against him. He's like "did I ruin this guy's life.... I can't remember, I've ruined a lot of people's lives." But in all honesty Mikumo just wants answers.

And when Afo finds out Drift is somehow his son later on he too wants answers. But at the same two sons.

Shigiraki also thinks Drift is really cool. For a top hero at least he's trying to do good and isn't all about violence, plus he read a theory that Eraserhead may be Drift's son so that's cool too. And even so Drift and Eraserhead are pretty close.

And Kurogiri does exist but not the Kurogiri we know since Oboro is still alive. Though maybe he did get his quirk stolen, but that's it. He helps run Aizawa's and Yamada's agencies.

Au where Izuku is All Mights biological son (all might isn't aware of this), and Inko dies so Izuku is sent to one of Garaki's orphanages. AFO realizes that Izuku is indeed All Might's bio son so he decides to personally take him in to use him against All Might.

I mean this one would mostly just end up being General's Resignation, with a few differences:

1- As Inko is dead, she is not the one threatened to get Izuku to behave. Instead, it's the other children in the orphanage where he lived until he was taken in personally to Sensei. Izuku refuses, but then Tsubasa is turned into a nomu, and Izuku's told that while he's special and important to Sensei, the other children are less valuable. He behaves.

2- He is never told who his father is, and is unaware that's why he's important. He's mostly told it's because he's naturally quirkless and so much like AfO's little brother.

3. Rather than Mikumo, Izuku's name from AfO was "Akatani Toshinori". All Might did notice that was his name, of course, but didn't suspect it was his son. AfO's reveal told him that Midoriya Inko named the baby Izuku, but he always wondered if the boy's father being in the picture would have changed that- and it seems like it would have fit the hero's mighty ego.

4. The reason AfO had Eri is because when he took Overhaul to give an edited copy to Shigaraki, he gave a copy of the quirk back that had his vestige in it to Chisaki, keeping an eye on him after he fled the fire Dabi started.

5- Izuku here does not save any quirk eraser bullets by just hitting Ujiko instead to knock him out. He fully kills him, because even if the nomu are dangerous, their maker is more so to him.

How about an AU where Izuku is put in some kind of witness protection program, so he needs to attend UA under an alias?

This is a Dad For One AU where AFO could not conceive of the idea that Midoriya would get his Quirk and not follow the same path as him. Midoriya was the one who leaked AFO's location to All Might

He and Inko change their names to Akatani, and Izuku goes by Mikumo.

Naturally, Mikumo is hiding his real Quirk behind the ones he was given by AFO. We'll say he's pretending to have a wind Quirk.

There wasn't enough time to tell the Bakugous anything that was happening once AFO had his sights on Izuku, so Bakugou hasn't seen him since he was like four. But something about Mikumo is stirring old memories. (Mikumo is sweating bullets)

Seeing Kurogiri, Shigaraki, and the Noumu at the USJ basically causes Mikumo to completely shut down. Asui was the only one who saw him instinctively tear out the Noumu's Quirks. She doesn't know what she saw, only that Mikumo was really scared and did something that she doesn't know what.

Sakkushi Yukiharu Midoriya (Vanguard Hero Commander: Seikatsu Seishin)

Age: 24 (December 13th)

Quirks:

Illusional Life- He can create illusions obviously, but what made this quirk different? He can make them real or had them effect the opponents mindsets, from happy, funny, or harmless or to sad, scary, or painful. This quirk can also create objects to his liking and point of view, when he first discovered it he thought about a rose that would never wilt, then poof it magically appeared! He also a healing ability, rapid regeneration and a small telekinesis ability .

Mimic and Create- This Quirk is the mixture between his "secondary" parents quirks, he can give, take, copy, and keep quirks in his "mimic side" while create, edit, splice, delete quirks with his "create side".

Tenko Tomura Midoriya (Vaguard Hero Lieutenent: Gensui Yogan)

Age: 19 (April 04th)

Decay- He can turn anyone or anything into dust with five fingers, So he needed to train so he can control it.(thankully he did) he also have a telekinetic ability to control things he destroyed. (But he doesn't do humans though)

2. Mimic and Create- This Quirk is the mixture between his "secondary" parents quirks, he can give, take, copy, and keep quirks in his "mimic side" while create, edit, splice, delete quirks with his "create side".

Izuku Mikumo Midoriya (Vanguard Hero Cadet: Dekiru Insai)

Age: 15 (July 15th)

Quirks:

Telekinesis(S rank)- This is a high ranking one but its inferior to his father's(Inko), He can lift and throw heavy object OFC, But he can make telekinetic slashes, and make the opponent hallucinate in the most painful way possible and use it to increase his strength and speed.

2. Mimic and Create- This Quirk is the mixture between his "secondary" parents quirks, he can give, take, copy, and keep quirks in his "mimic side" while create, edit, splice, delete quirks with his "create side".

Inko Shi Shimura Midoriya ( Vigilante Psychic shooter: Psy-kai/ Vanguard Hero Leader: Shi-Tekai)

Age: 45 (July 04th)

Quirks:

Telekinesis(SSS Rank)- This is one of the highest rank telekinesis quirk due to the motive call "quirk improvement". He can lift and throw stuff OFC, But he can make telekinetic slashes, and make the opponent hallucinate in the most painful way possible, and he can use it to completely destroy an object or a building, he can use it to increase his strength and speed and power up his weapons mostly guns though

2. Shi-Creation- He can create and delete quirks, and give it to the person in 12 mile radius due to his telekinetic quirk, He first used it to modify Hisashi's quirk to make it safe and to keep him safe.

Hisashi Yuki Shigaraki Midoriya (Villain Project 001: All For One/Vanguard Hero Leader: Prime Jinsei)

Age: 234 (December 21)

Quirks:

1. Heal- He can heal himself and other people, from little scraps and bruises to life threatening wounds or poisons, internal or external. The drawbacks is when he heals himself it leaves scars while it didn't on the other people he heals, and because of this quirk he's immortal.

2. Give and Take- He can give and take quirks and also keep them in his arsenal, but with the help of Inko, He now can keep the copy of the quirks while giving back the originals.

FACTS:

-Inko is a male here and he's completely different from Female Inko.

-Hisashi is actually shorter than All Might

-The name 'Shigaraki' was actually the name of Hisashi's ADOPTED parents and 'Midoriya' is his REAL Parents name.

-Inko was a Shimura, but he LOUTHE the name because Nana wasn't a good mother to him.(MY AU)

-Hisashi's villain name 'All For One' was actually an experimental name cause he was experimented on(NOT BY THE GOVERNMENT!!!) So he was a FORCED villain.

-Inko was the number 1 vigilante and he and his friends was the one who save Hisashi and his friends from their tormentor.

-Hisashi and Inko's marriage was like a vow to the government that they work for them and gave them normal lives while also becoming heroes .

-Their hero and normal lives are very well balanced.

-Hisashi is a special type of male, so he and Inko can have children despite having the same gender.

-Hisashi is EXTREMELY fertile and due to the experiments his pregnancy last 5 months

-Sakkushi is the first born son

-Tenko is the middle son

-Izuku is the youngest son

-Tenko is not adopted so he is not a shimura.

-Because of the experiments Hisashi went through, his sons has unusual traits no other kids have.

-Sakkushi has a very unusual birth mark of a special flower within the family's home estate.

-Tenko has dry skin problems.

-Izuku hormones are really high so his emotions are very strong.

-They also can see and hear things that nobody else can.

-Inko is the dominant husband while Hisashi is a submisive wife.

-In their normal life their very very rich because of their quirk knowledge.

-In their hero life they are know as the Vanguard.

-Hisashi has mental and emotional health problems but he has his family and close friends to help him.

-They took the name Midoriya to honor Hisashi's late real family.

For an illogical moment, Shouta wants the kid to turn back around. To step away from this stranger and continue evacuating. To swing back towards Uraraka. To get himself away from where Shouta is expecting this is going.

Midoriya doesn't even stumble, keeping in stride with his strange tag-along. The man still has his back to the camera, but the two seem to share a harried conversation before they part near the exit.

The whole time, Midoriya keeps his shoulders and upper torso tilted toward the man.
