Can we get even closer?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
exploring eachothers feelings can get heated very easily
Tumblr media
You don't know how it happened.
It was actually just a normal conversation.
Mina talking about how she's in love with a girl. How she doesn't know what to do because it's supposedly all new to her.
But somehow it all started to escalate when Mina said that you were the girl she was in love with.
"What?" was your only response. You were just so confused - and still are, actually.
"You love me?" was your question, and she nodded.
You couldn't believe it.
Mina is a beautiful girl, a very nice girl, and to be honest you sometimes had erotic thoughts about her. But those were just silly ideas, just something that only existed in your head.
At least that's what you thought.
After all the staring at each other and the (rather) uncomfortable silence, the two of you got closer.
And suddenly you're sitting on Mina's lap, on her carpet right next to the bed.
Mina lets out a groan while you grind on her lap, kissing her messy while her slim fingers hold your waist.
"Fuck.." she breathes out when you start kissing her neck, biting down on some spots and sucking on her pulse point. Her hand trails up your body, gripping your hair and pulling it back, making you let out a whimper while leaning your head back, presenting her your neck.
She leans forward, leaving soft kisses on it. Her one hand still in your hair, the other one cupping your breast through your sweater.
You let out some moans as your back arches into her touch.
"You look so pretty like this.." she whispers against your neck, her hot breath sending a shiver down your spine.
She slowly pulls away, you look at her with lidded eyes as you pull off your sweater, leaving you topless.
Mina looks at your chest for an embarrassingly long time, you chuckle and take her chin inbetween your fingers as you pull her face up, making her look at you.
"Like what you see?" you ask teasingly, her face changes to a light red color as she nods.
You look her up and down, but your eyes lock onto one particular spot.
Her abs.
Even when you didn't know that she liked you, you thought about what to do with those pretty abs.
The way her stomach rises and sinks when she heavily breathes, the way her abs look like they are rock hard.
"Take off your top and lay down" you say, Mina looks at you but follows your commands pretty fast, taking of her top and laying down on the carpet.
She props herself up with her elbows while watching you take off your shorts as well as your panties.
You lower yourself on her abs, letting out a quiet whimper when your core touches her. You being embarrassingly wet as you slowly start to move on her abs, your one hand holding onto her chest for stability, the other one holding her shoulder.
For Mina this is the sight she has dreamed of for months. The way you grind on her abs makes her cunt clench around nothing.
You moan while riding her, leaning forward to kiss her messily.
She kisses you back, tongue entering your mouth as you moan into her, mina's hand toying with your erected nipple, making you squirm into her touch.
"How is it?" Mina asks, whispering into your ear and leaving kisses on your neck, her fingers still on your chest, rolling her thumb over your bud in a way that makes you let out a whiny whimper. You keep grinding on her abs, your pace messy as you start to go faster.
"F-feels good.. fuck.." you moan, the knot in your stomach tightens and your moans get louder as you get closer to your high.
Mina's hand goes down to your clit as she starts rubbing it, her other hand occupied by your chest. She sucks and licks and bites on your neck in a way that makes you crazy, your senses overwhelming you as your orgasm hits you, her whispering things into your ear while helping you ride out your high.
Your hips slowly come to a stop as you try to calm down, heavily breathing while looking down on her abs and seeing the way it shines on some spots because of your juices.
"So uhm.. what are we?" Mina asks and you laugh a little.
"You're asking this right now? With me sitting naked on your abs?" she nods and laughs too.
"I actually dont know what we are" you answer, and it makes Mina nervous, what if this was a mistake?
"I mean.. this was definetly amazing, and not gonna lie i really enjoyed it, and I thought about you a lot" you answer, Mina sits up as she looks at you, watching you speak.
"I was pretty confused on you confessing, but im glad you did." you say with a smile, making her blush.
"But..", your pointer finger trails on her body, lifting up her chin as you get closer and lean right next to her ear as you whisper, "what if we just continue this and talk about feelings later.. because I have the feeling you need to be pleasured too..".
You lean back, watching her reaction as she blushes even more. "That sounds good" she answers, you move your leg inbetween hers, pressing right onto her core, making her throw her head back.
"You'd be good for me right?" you whisper against her neck as you kiss the marks you left. She grinds a little on your knee as she nods, letting out a little whimper.
You pin her down on the floor, placing her hands over her head as you grab the nearest piece of clothing to tie her wrists together. She looks at you, you look at her with lidded eyes, filled with lust.
"Where is the girl that grinded on my abs so desperately?" Mina asks with a chuckle which you return.
"Gone."

Mina x Reader
CW: Angst, suggestion of infidelity
Word count: 2600
Synopsis: The happiness of love lasts for seconds but the pain of love lasts a lifetime.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
You took a deep breath as you twisted and turned around in your bed, trying to find the perfect position or at least the most comfortable one. The perfect position was of course when Mina was here with you where one of you would lay on top of the other, cuddling and spooning all night long. Your pillow would have to do for now though.
But it’s not enough, an hour passes by, and you are still restless, trying to sleep. You sigh and sit up, its useless to keep doing this, you pick up your phone and look through your texts, she still hasn’t seen your messages. ‘She must be really busy with the final show I guess.’, you conclude. You scroll through your various social media apps for the next hour or so before you receive a text back from her. You can’t stop smiling all of a sudden, her tour is over and that means she’s going to be back home soon. You don’t even bother seeing her text and just straight up facetime her. She doesn’t pick up. That’s a bit odd. You ring her again and this time she picks up, immediately you can tell that there is a lot going on, you hear lots of cheering and chatting and finally her face appears, and you feel your world light up, she looks really beautiful but also seems tired. “Hi”, Mina finally says with a small smile.
You bombard her with questions, and she does her silly little laugh as she updates you on some things that happened today and then explains she has to go and quickly ends the call. You feel a lot more at ease though despite the abrupt ending, after all her smile is all that you need, as you think about all the things she said, you drift off to sleep.
The next day you can’t stop feeling excited, Mina was going to be back home. You had made her some dessert and planned to order food from the favorite place, knowing she would be home soon. A few hours later she finally comes back, and you immediately jump at her, hugging her tightly unwilling to let go. It had been a month, a little more than a month even and now finally she was here again. She seemed a bit surprised by your sudden display of affection, but she did hug you back and let go after a moment, eager to come back into the house. You let her get changed and soon enough the two of you are on the sofa, cuddled up, ready to watch a movie when both of your stomachs growl and you realize you didn’t order food yet. You look for your phone but can’t find it and remember it was on your bed.
“You want the usual?”, you ask her, peeking through the doorway.
“Y-uh-yes!”, Mina answers hurriedly with a polite smile and puts her phone down. Odd. But anyway, the food arrives sometime later, and you both eat well. You hold her lovingly from behind and start to give her quick kisses but she pulls away looking…disappointed? You couldn’t tell, you hadn’t seen Mina like this before. “What?”, you ask confused by her lack of reciprocation.
“Nothing, I am just tired” she says, getting up, “I think I’ll go to bed”.
You give her a smile, but it did sting a bit to get turned down like that. But you give her a break, she’s been travelling a lot and her tour and everything, it does make sense that she’s a bit on the edge and just wants some rest. You finish the movie and head off to bed too about 30 minutes later only to find Mina wide awake, smiling happily while seemingly texting someone. “Baby, you aren’t asleep yet?”, you ask, offering her a small smile.
Mina suddenly looks up in a bit of panic like a deer staring at headlights, you hear the click of her phone as she shuts it down and just gives you an innocent look, but she might as well have stabbed you right there because you knew that look. That’s the look she has when she’s caught doing something doesn’t want you to know about. What was she trying to hide? Like, yes, granted, the last time it was your birthday present but that time all you felt was playful curiosity. This time you didn’t feel any time of playfulness or even curiosity, just dread. Your birthday was a couple months away so it’s not your present and your anniversary happened already so it’s not that either.
But you say nothing, you were being probably paranoid anyway. You get in bed and Mina shifts a bit towards you and you put your arm around her, your paranoia disappearing as you feel her skin and warmth and fall asleep with her.
The next couple of days went by smoothly, no more incidents and you were really beginning to think that you were just being extremely paranoid but for some reason your gut kept telling you otherwise. Today, you didn’t have work and were going to be extremely bored because Mina had to go for a meeting. You decide to play some video games to pass the time and in between rounds you notice Mina had put up a story but before you could see it the round started, and you focused on that instead. After the match you went to look for it, but it was gone…? Maybe something she posted by accident.
Anyway, the hours fly by and soon you hear the doorbell ring and it’s Mina, you open the door for her but before you can even smile, she just rushes past you, avoiding you. You are really taken aback by that, was she ok? You go behind her only to see she’s already in the shower. You feel panic building in your chest, something was wrong, you could feel it but what. You couldn’t tell what exactly was wrong, but you intended to find out, you think about how she just wouldn’t use her phone around you since she came back and decide that maybe the answer is on her phone and look for it. It was of no use, Mina had taken it with her in the bathroom.
But now you were certain that she was hiding something, she had to be, her sudden bursts of coldness, her lack of affection, her secretiveness and what she did just now. It was almost like she didn’t want you here, like she didn’t love you as much anymore.
You waited for her to shower, sitting in the living room, thinking what you should say to her when you hear the door open, she was finally out. But now that the moment of truth was awaiting, you couldn’t move, it felt like your feet were sinking into the floor, the air was heavy, and everything was just telling you to stop. You couldn’t move and then Mina came down to you, hugging you tightly, “Y/N im sorry. I feel like ive been a bit cold with you recently. I don’t know if you noticed that, I’ve just been tired and now my social battery was really low. I’ll try to do better now.”. Her words sounded reassuring, but you felt no sign of reassurance, instead you felt even more dread. Her words felt so hollow. You pulled away from her and she gave you a small smile. But why did that smile have no sign of happiness in it.
“Mina be honest with me.”, you say seriously. Why did she become so stiff upon hearing that. “Are you hiding something from me?”.
She doesn’t say anything, she doesn’t meet your eyes and she takes a heavy breath like she’s trying to calm herself down, “Well no, I told you I was just stressed these-”, there’s a buzz on her phone and you both turn to look at it, its just a notification from some app but she quickly turns her phone away. Not because of the notification itself but because of what was behind it, her wallpaper, a picture of her with someone very familiar, someone who Mina previously admitted to having a crush on. Someone who she said wouldn’t ever be a problem between you both. She purses her lips nervously while you look at her in disbelief. Is that why she immediately kept her phone shut upon seeing you? Deep down you knew that wasn’t the entire truth, but you couldn’t bring yourself to accept it. It just couldn’t be true, right? You didn’t do anything wrong. You loved more than you loved anyone ever, you cared for her, you did everything for her. So why…why did it feel like it wasn’t enough. Why did it feel like it was all for nothing. You feel tears building up and you look at her in pain and Mina finally decides to speak.
“Y/N listen, don’t cry, don’t be upset please. Just listen to me. It’s not what you…think.”, she didn’t sound very convincing, “Its nothing, you don’t have to worry about it. I still love you and care for you and don’t ever think otherwise. I hope it’s the same for you towards me too”.
“Why would it be different for either of us”, you ask shakily.
“It’s just…during one of our after parties, I-she may have kissed me”, Mina admitted, and you felt your heart break.
“Did she kiss you or did you kiss her?”, you ask, your fists clenched.
Mina kept quiet. “I don’t remember…”, she replies, looking away.
You couldn’t believe it, you try to stand up, but she stops you, “Y/N please, don’t be mad, it was a mistake, we were drunk, it didn’t mean anything”, She pleaded.
“Why should I believe you anymore”, you ask her, your voice breaking, and you begin to cry.
She tries to hug you, but you push her away, she wasn’t even trying to defend herself anymore. She just kept repeating that it meant nothing and was just a drunk thing to do but you didn’t believe her. And it looked like you were right for that because when Mina saw that she wasn’t convincing you her defensiveness stopped and she began to lash out. “FINE. Believe what you want. You don’t know what happened. And if it bothers you so much, maybe”, she hesitates, “Maybe we should take a break then. So you can clear your head”.
You nearly began to sob again upon hearing that, how could she say that. How could she keep on refusing to accept that she was wrong and keep making excuses. Did she not love you anymore? Did-did she love her more? Did it even matter anymore?
As you tormented yourself with these thoughts, Mina stormed off to the bedroom. You just wanted the world to stop, why was this happening. What did you do to get so much pain inflicted upon you. You heard the door to the entrance open, and then slam shut.
Did Mina really just leave? You get up weakly, another feeling of dread and even regret passing over your entire body as you search for her in the house and indeed, she had gone. She was serious about the break.
The two of you didn’t talk for the remainder of the day. It was only the next day that you received a text from her. It didn’t say much, only that you should take the week to think about it and if you saw sense as she put it, she would move back in or else it would be better for something to happen. She couldn’t even say it to you. But it didn’t matter to you anymore. Nothing did really. You feel like you just lost everything. She kissed her, she hid it from you, she wanted a break, she stormed off and she seemed to have stopped caring at all and even then, she couldn’t bring herself to say that she wanted to break up. Why. Why did she want to put that burden on you. To make it look like it would be your doing. What went wrong. What happened to the sweet girl you fell in love with. This wasn’t her, this couldn’t be her. The Mina you knew, the Mina you fell in love, where was she...
You didn’t get out of bed for hours, all you could do think. Finally, you decided to play some games to distract yourself. It had only been a few minutes, but you received a notification. You ignored it. Then you received a text and as you tried to keep playing your game to keep yourself distracted, you got yet another one. You didn’t even need to see it to know what it was, this was almost like a 6th sense for you. And upon checking it, it was what you expected…Mina posted another story with that girl again. The one who you didn’t have to worry about. The one who was just a friend. The one who had her heart. And of course, you felt shade thrown towards you. And that hurt so much. How? How come it’s so easy for her to move on. To find happiness. To forget…
You decide to check your texts too and to your surprise it was from her, “Can you make your mind already? Mina wants to move on but only if you agree. It’s kind of annoying really. Just forget about her at this point and back off. She’s mine”. You felt anger rise and your heart break once more, this just made it sound like a lot of what Mina said was a lie or just a half truth. Yet, you still couldn’t bring yourself to tell Mina that it’s over.
The cruelty of love is so unforgiving and cold yet if she told you she loved you right now, you would take her back right away, knowing full well that it’s just a matter of time before she smashes the shattered pieces of your broken heart once again….
You decide that you need to talk to her, maybe give her one last chance, maybe she’ll see some sense, realize her mistake, and apologize. Afterall weren’t you her darling, weren’t you her other half? Shaking, you call her and surprisingly enough, she picks up almost instantly. “Hello…”, you greet her weakly.
“Y/N”, she says calmly, “I think…it’s best if we stop the break”.
“R-really?”, you say in shock, was Mina coming back?
“Yes. I think its best if we just break up instead. I feel like you’ve changed a lot recently and I don’t like it. Don’t stress about it too much. It’s not entirely your fault but yeah. I think it’s done. I’ll come to collect my stuff soon”, she announces without any regret. She waits for a few seconds for you to say something, but you were too stunned to speak. So, she just cut the call and left you there all alone once more.
You feel tears flow down your face and you fall back against the wall, crying. Why is doing your best not good enough? Why is your love not strong enough? Why is your heart not hers? You would do anything, anything to stop the two of you from falling apart. Even if it meant taking on the entire burden yourself. Even when she hurt you. You still loved her. All you wanted was for her to love you back the same way you loved her and she didn’t. She wouldn't even do that...

myoui mina x fem!reader
summary: you've got a tough shell and mina seems to be the reason you make your way out of it.
wc: 2.4k
warnings: blood ; bruises ; cursing ; injuries idk : rushed and not proofread well
Tumblr media
a/n: small drabble. I hope you guys like it (idk if I like it myself :-[ )
//
mistakes are a common part of life; especially yours.
you've made a lot of mistakes, but there are three significant mistakes that made who you are today.
mistake 1: leaving your so-called "home" at 17 with barely any money or plans.
mistake 2: picking up boxing gloves
mistake 3: meeting myoui mina.
-
your friends often compared you to that stupid mario character bowser, jeongyeon says you're "all mighty and strong" but in the inside you're a "softy," you remember the constant snickers and snorts from when you went to watch that stupid kids movie wtih her.
jeonyeon has been by your side ever since you made your first mistake, and the second – but she's the reason you made your third one.
you remember it so clearly, every single second and detail of that moment. the night of your biggest mistake.
-
there's a knock at your door. your head is spinning and you don't want to get up.
when you turn at the silver doorknob theres a woman wearing a brown coat, her face catches you off guard. her features are so delicate, and her eyes are honey-like and sweet looking.
"you are?" you greet, though it's a bit uninviting.
"where's jeongyeon."
"she's out."
"oh, i see."
you two have a five-second staring competition, and it's enough time for you to notice the beauty mark on her nose and above her lip. you don't know who this woman is, but she's truly captivating and you feel a little soft under her gaze.
she looks up at you, you're a few inches taller and your sharp features are like daggers that point at her. she notices the various bandaids that are scattered all over your face: there are bandaids on your lip, eyebrow, nose, and upper cheek.
"are you okay?" she asks you. the woman sounds just barely concerned, even if her question sounds more like a comment.
your jaw tenses and you look her up and down, the hand that rests against the door frame starts to tighten around it.
"hope you work it out with jeongyeon." you mutter coldly, closing the door and returning to where you were and what you were doing: sulking and pondering on the couch. drowning yourself in a bittersweet comfort, something so temporary.
the door opens ten minutes later; the voice that scolds you is familiar. you groan in annoyance.
"y/n, where are your damn manners?" jeongyeon complains. you sit up slowly, propping yourself up with your sore arms, jeongyeon curses you out a little more. "you can't just be so rude to everyone, you know? have some fucking manners for fucks sake."
when you look over to see the woman you share the apartment with, there's another woman that stands with her: the same one you had closed the door on. you roll your eyes and pull the blanket over your body, closing your eyes again.
jeongyeon grumbles once more. "I'm sorry mina, she's probably just tired and grumpy."
"that's your roommate? i've never seen her around." the woman's voice is soft and inviting, it's really different from the usual aggressive and aggravating tones you're always hearing and you fucking hate it. it's too different from what you're used to.
"she doesn't go to the university," jeongyeon explains, "she just lives with me."
"oh, I see."
"just leave her be, don't let her ruin your mood. how about we work on that project?"
the girl hums.
mina you think. what a pretty name.
-
mina walks out of jeongyeon's room to see you in the kitchen. the white tank top hugged your figure nicely, and the toned muscles in your upper back were emphasized under the dimmed light. mina took note of how broad your back was, though your waist was slimmer; your body was extremely built, and very athletic. it seemed like you worked out often. the bandages on your tricep and forearm also made it seem like you were one to get violent.
most would be wary of you just from one look. though, mina is anything but frightened or intimidated.
your hair falls in a loose, disheveled fashion, it seemed like you had just woken up. it made you seem more approachable. there's a soft melody that plays, the mood of the setting is different now. you seem more inviting, less hostile as you crack an egg into the bowl.
"you're not slick," you mutter. mina's gaze was fixated on you, it paranoid you, you didn't have to turn around to realize the dark-haired woman was there.
"i wasn't trying to be," she responds with a monotone voice. your jaw tenses and you turn your head so you can see her from the side of your eye.
"did you need something?" you ask, though there's a hint of annoyance laced in your words. it's uninviting.
"jeongyeon told me to grab water." mina says, and it's surprising how calm she is, you think.
"cups are in the cabinet to the left of me," you murmur. mina hums.
there's no other noise other than the sound of the cups shifting from their original spot, the whisking of the eggs in your bowl, and the sound of water filling the cups. mina leaves and you two don't exchange any more words.
you lean against the counter as you watch her leave. there's a string that's trying to pull the two of you together – you don't let it tug at you so easily.
-
mina's visits become more frequent.
the bandages on your arms disappear, but now some bruises and scars are unveiled under the cloth. mina is so incredibly curious, (and, slightly worried for someone who's been such an ass to her for as long as she's known them). she doesn't know why and it bothers the young woman.
there seems to be a new bruise every time mina comes over, she decides to pester jeongyeon – she doesn't budge – says it's not her business; mina's interest grows.
you two meet in the kitchen again, and you always tend to have such silent moments with each other in that small kitchen; the tension in the air isn't unnoticed, ever.
mina is the first to mutter something on some wednesday afternoon. "if you add ice, it helps the bruises."
you turn to face her and mumble under your breath, "thanks for the tip."
"are you clumsy or...?"
"I don't think that's a question you should ask a stranger."
"well, it bothers me that you're always so hurt when i'm over."
"it shouldn't bother you at all."
"i know." mina breathes. "I wish it didn't."
you feel your heart skip a beat a little, it shatters slightly at the same time upon hearing her response.
-
jeongyeon invites you out and you decline the offer. jeongyeon mentions mina and you pretend to be bothered. you let your roommate drag you out for dinner, and you seem to be stuck to mina's side the whole night.
you're a flower that slowly blooms when she happens to be near.
mina changes something in you, and you hate change.
-
the heart that beats in your chest is rarely warm, almost always cold unless jeongyeon seems to make you chuckle every now and then.
your heart seems to have been cold since you've been alive, and sure there were times when there had been small sparks – though, never enough to warm you up.
mina seems to change that.
mina's attentiveness is something new to you, so is her unique presence. she seems to ignite a sudden tranquility into any room she's in, she makes you feel content even when you're all over the place, when your mind is running too far and too fast that you can't catch up. mina grounds you.
myoui mina makes your chest feel all warm, she gives you goosebumps when she accidentally makes contact with you – she's the only person you're able to have physical contact with, at least without hurting them.
your petals are forming, you're in bloom.
-
maybe it was when she had suddenly bandaged a terribly wrapped cut, or when she had complimented your eyes. maybe it was when she had first met you, or when your first conversation happened. maybe it was when she managed to pull a simple fact about yourself from you, or maybe it was the first brush of your hands against each other, even if it was an accident.
there's no definite start or initiating event to what blooms between the two of you, it just happens naturally, and everything that led to it and what started it was too subtle to ever notice.
you start to care for this woman, and she seems to care about you.
how could she care for someone who's so wreckless and violent?
-
mina's hands are soft, they're delicate, and they're perfect just as she is.
they're so soft against your skin, so soft when her knuckles graze against your scratched cheek and make you feel all warm in the chest. they're perfect in your hand, so grounding it scares you, and her fingers intertwine so well with yours it's unbelievable.
it's unbelievable because your hands, in contrast, are so terribly rough. they're so messed up you think that they don't deserve to hold the delicate hands of mina.
your knuckles are scratched and beat up, your palms have noticeable calluses, and the back of your hand is bruised. your hands punch and distress, mina's hands are ones that love and cherish.
-
you've never been so terrified up until now. nothing has ever made your heart drop as quickly as the three words that mina says so gently, not even the time you had broken your arm or rib. it's so strange how three words scare you more than injuries that could've ruined your life.
"y/n." mina mumbles.
you hum softly.
mina lays down next to you, and the only thing that had been heard other than the chirping of crickets or the wind was her steady breaths as she lay there. the sore feeling in your whole body had been erased as soon as you let yourself relax next to her, shoulders making contact and and hands brushing against each other. the only thing that had illuminated the quiet, warm room was the moonlight that spilled through the blinds.
mina's words are barely above a whisper,
"I love you."
your breath catches.
...
"you don't have to say it back." mina mutters, "you're not obligated to."
there's no response from you, only silence. mina figured this would happen.
your hands find her way into hers, but still no response. you're terrified.
-
two weeks pass by after the words had been said, and you still haven't said them back.
-
two weeks after that – a month – you stumble into the apartment with your head spinning, shoulders sunk, and a new bruise on your back. mina runs up to you, her brows are furrowed, and her heartbeat spikes.
she makes you sit down on her gray couch, she doesn't ask what happened.
mina had already known about your little "career," you fought people for money and it was as simple as that. sometimes you'd win, the bets would go into your bank account and you'd be less paranoid or tired. sometimes you'd lose and it seemed like you lost all hope.
"im sorry." you say, though you don't look at her at all while saying that. mina sighs and shakes her head.
"it's okay, where are you hurt?"
"i think my back is bleeding," you respond, and the way mina's jaw tenses and brows crease aren't unnoticeable.
your shirt is off, leaving you only in your bra and black sweatpants. mina looks at the cut you had received from a harsh hit, you don't even know how it made you bleed. she wipes off the blood and works away at the injury carefully. mina tries to ignore the low groans and sharp breaths that escape your lips, though it's harder to ignore them this time.
"mina," you start.
"hm?"
"i'm not going to box anymore. I won't fight," you murmur, though it's more of a harsh, low groan since you wince at the way mina bandages you while you say it. mina sits down next to you after finishing up, she looks at you with the softest gaze, tilting her head.
"why?
...
"because," you begin. the eyes that peer into yours are curious, waiting for an answer.
"i love you."
the way it rolls off your tongue feels perfect, it feels right and it's like a two-hundred-pound weight had been hurled off your chest. the confession is quiet, soft, and it's so genuine.
"you don't have to quit for me y/n-"
"I want to be with you. I don't want to hurt anyone or myself anymore, I don't want to hurt you." you explain, "I already found a solution to not making money too, i'm done with fighting. I'm done."
mina takes a moment to process the words and she immediately kisses you – it takes you by surprise.
you've never shared a kiss with her, even though you've exchanged your "i love you's," maybe it is the right time, you think.
her lips are so soft against yours, you're now a fully bloomed flower as her hand gently cups your face and your nose inhales her floral scent. you can't get enough of her, everything feels perfect.
she's your favorite mistake.
she's not a mistake because you regret meeting her; she's your biggest mistake because she made you feel, she made you feel alive. it's so strange, it's so different – it feels like a mistake because you feel as if you don't deserve this woman – you can't help but wonder if she really is set on loving you. she made you open up, and now you're going out of your way to let her care for you, you're becoming a burden and you wish you could go back and prevent that from happening.
you don't want mina to handle all of you, to carry all of your problems.
even as you two grow to love each other, even as you let yourself unwind and improve, even as you continue to kiss her and love her.
you'll still carry the burden of being her biggest mistake. maybe that could be bad an good, though, that feeling of guilt will always stay in your chest.
always.

“Just leave me around already!” you shouted out, stomping over to your shared room with Mina slamming the door.
Mina stood there, dumbstruck. Never had you ever used a tone like that with her, but these past few weeks you seemed to only be picking fights. Mina obviously was intensely worried, she couldn't help but wonder what she had done to get you so upset.
Your relationship with Mina was nearing perfect, well that was until your mind decided to start fucking with you. You knew it was wrong, Mina hadn't done anything to warrant such a reaction from you. You had just come home from work, and Mina, who had also just arrived at home, asked about your day. She could only assume that your boss had been extremely bitchy with you with how you reacted to the question.
When the door to your room slammed and you twisted the lock, you slid down to the floor, cradling your head in your hands. “fuck, fuck, FUCK!” you mumbled out, talking to yourself. You deeply regretted what you had said to her, you knew she was tired, she had also just come back from a full day of work. You hated that you potentially hurt her. But that's what she’d eventually do to you right? Someone like her could never truly like someone like you. How could such a perfect person love someone so imperfect?
You loved her, you did, with all that you were. But the lingering thought that she could leave you the moment she found another woman attractive never left. She could have anyone in the world, why would she want to stay with you? You were only lessening the blow for when it finally came, detaching yourself from her so when she left it wouldn't hurt. If this was really meant to lessen your hurt, then why was it that every time you saw her face fall at your mean words that your heart shattered a bit more in your chest. Treating Mina like this hurt you more than you thought imaginable.
These insecurities had never been present before, you were never one to be insecure nor jealous. Seeing Mina with Sana though, it reminded you of everything you were not. The way Sana’s hand slid up Mina’s arm, the way Mina would laugh it off, not removing the hand on her. You could feel it coursing through your veins, envy. You would never be able to compare to Sana, not her long straight beautiful hair, nor her cute smile. Hell, you thought that you’d choose her too had you been mina. Sana was everything you were not, everything you were not and more. She was everything you were and weren't.
Seeing mina return the flirtations had you overcome with sadness, why would she indulge in that with a girlfriend. You didn't know Sana, not at all. Maybe if you did, you would’ve known that Sana was like a sister to Mina, that she had grown up with Sana. That Sana was nothing more than a best friend that liked intimacy. But of course, you didn't know, you didn't know and so you did the only thing you knew to do. You withdrew, you started to distance yourself from Mina, often being rude and dismissive.
You could tell it hurt her, but she never said anything back. Not wanting to let her anger get the best of her and accidentally say something that might hurt you. How considerate she was, even while getting told to shut up. She loved you, and hurt was the last thing she’d want to see on your pretty face. She knew where the line was drawn and no matter how much you crossed it, she refused to.
letting out a sigh, Mina let herself fall back onto the couch behind her. she would talk to you later when you weren't as mad. she thought back to these last few weeks. how drastically your behavior had changed. Where you used to constantly be all over her, always touching her in some way. she now found that you’d barely ever lay a finger on her, often flinching when she initiated physical contact. this hurt her greatly, she just couldn’t seem to understand what brought on this change.
The longer she waited, the more overcome with exhaustion she became. Her schedule today had been packed, with interviews and more things of the sort. She hadn’t even eaten dinner, nor changed, having come home just a minute before you. sooner than later, she succumbed to the exhaustion, falling asleep on the couch.
You awoke the next morning, curled up on the bed you shared with Mina, puffy eyed. you checked the time on your phone, seeing that it was five am. One more hour ‘til your work starts. you looked around, noticing that the big bed was empty. A sigh fell from your mouth, sadness and self hatred overwhelming you once again. The reasonable side of your mind yelled at you to wake up and stop doing this. Sadly, the other part of your head was screaming louder at you. whispering that promises would be broken, she’d just leave you in the end.
You got out of bed and went to go take a shower and get ready. Upon leaving your room after getting ready, you found Mina curled up on the sofa very clearly shivering. You could hear the cracking of your heart from within. in that moment you didn’t care a bit for the voices screaming at you. You only cared for the girl who might catch a cold in her own house.
You picked her up bridal style and carried her over to the bed. You refused to be stopped by the fact that you weren’t strong enough to carry her and pushed through. With your will, came power, the strength to carry her smoothly suddenly entered your body. You carried her to your shared room with her and tucked her in bed. You turned on the small heater next to the bed and faced it towards her.
You left a soft kiss on her forehead and then left for work. Breakfast was overrated anyways.
Tumblr media
Unlike every other day, today you came home to the beautiful face of Mina painted with anger. you didn’t acknowledge the obvious anger on her face and just brushed past her to the kitchen. Before you could take a step in that direction you found yourself being aggressively pulled back. a yelp escaped your lips at how unexpected it was.
“Sit down.” Mina said, her voice tone serious and commanding. If you were anyone else you definitely would’ve. but you were you in the end.
“I’m hungry-“
“Don’t make me repeat myself.” Her voice held no room for arguments, and even you knew better than to argue.
Following her command, you sat. She sat down next to you on the couch and took your hand in hers staring deeply into your cold eyes. She couldn’t figure out what you were thinking, your eyes now cold, a stark contrast from how they used to be.
“Baby please, talk to me. I know something’s bothering you, please, just talk to me.” Mina softly begged, her thumb drawing circles on the back of your hand.
“i- uh-“ As soon as you felt your resolve dropping by the slightest, it all came back in a flash. Her flirting with Sana, everything. You pulled your hand away from Mina, so fast one might’ve thought it was a burn.
“I don't know what you’re talking about. You’re probably just imagining things.” You said standing up and attempting to walk away.
“y/n please, i know something’s up.” Mina once again pleaded, grabbing your hand, stopping you from leaving
“Nothings fucking up. You’re literally making shit up, and fucking let go of me. You’re so fucking annoying.” You said once again ripping your hand away from Mina's grip.
This time Mina didn’t allow it, gripping your hand tighter in response to you trying to pull your hand away. She pulled you back onto the couch and this time she stood up.
“Just tell me what's wrong, and stop giving me so much attitude! You’re not my teenage fucking daughter that im just gonna put up with this!” Mina yelled, angry at the words you were spitting at her.
“I- i think we should break up.” you stuttered out, in hesitance averting your gaze from Mina’s.
“No.” she said flatly
“W-what?” you questioned, the possibility of this response never crossed your mind. Your gaze shifted back to Mina, trying to gauge her feelings, you couldn't though. You couldn't figure out what was going on behind those dark eyes of hers. You felt the the tables had just been flipped, you were now in her shoes. On the receiving end of her anger.
“There won't be a breakup until you explain why.” Mina said in the most monotone voice you’d ever heard from her.
“I just- i dont l-love you anymore.”
“Stop lying, you aren't fooling anyone with that.” Mina said, a laugh accompanying her words, you could practically feel the condescension dripping off her words.
You could feel the suffocating feeling in your throat creeping in, why couldn't she just understand and leave you alone. “I dont- i dont love you anymore. Just let me fucking leave!” you yelled out the end, frustration overtaking you.
You could feel the tears forming, the familiar feeling of butterflies in your stomach. Not the good kind of butterflies though, the ones that came along with a feeling of dread, the ones that you hated.
“Stop fucking lying and just spit it out! What is going on with you?!” Mina shouted at you. You felt incredibly small at her shouts, sure you had done the same, but you had always been overly sensitive. You could feel the water leaking out of your eyes before you knew it.
Mina was being so mean to you, she had never raised her voice at you before. You had taken her kindness for granted and now you were faced with the opposite of it. “J-just l-leave me alone.” you hiccuped out, covering your face in embarrassment.
Why did you have to cry now of all times? You cursed your body for giving this kind of reaction to her shouting.
“Baby, please. Just talk to me.” Mina said, much softer this time, wrapping her arms around you.
You found yourself instinctively cuddling into her embrace, shaking in her arms. “Why should I even stay with you if you're just gonna leave me in the end?” you mumbled into her chest.
Mina’s eyes widened at this, she held your shoulders and pulled you away to look you in your eyes. “Why would you even think that?” Mina questioned, clearly taken aback by your assumption. Had she done anything to make you feel that way?
“You're just gonna leave me for a prettier girl like Sana when you get tired of me.” You mumbled, pushing yourself back into her chest, embarrassed for talking about your emotions.
“Babe, Sana’s like my little sister. And why would I leave someone as pretty as you. I don't think anyone could even come close to you in terms of beauty.” Mina said, holding you tight and kissing your head.
“I don't know, I just saw you with Sana and just I don't know, it made me realize that you're way out of my league and you could just- leave me anytime.”
“But I don't wanna leave you for anyone. I love you not anyone else.” Mina softly whispered into your ear.
“I'm sorry,” you whimpered out, pulling your head out of her chest to look in her eyes as you pouted. “I’ve been such a bitch to you. I don't know how you put up with me.”
“I’d rather fight with you all night than spend a peaceful night with someone else.” Mina whispered out before softly connecting your lips with hers.
You could only be left in awe at the fact that it was always you she chose.

a/n: ‘kill bill’ mina up in here
Tumblr media
the girl stares down at her phone, reading the many, many text messages she’s sent you; not one reply from you.
your last reply was telling mina to please leave you alone and that she needs to move on; that her erratic behaviors weren’t healthy and that she needs help.
in mina’s eyes, all she was doing was trying to make things right. she wants you back. she misses you, she can’t help but have you harass her mind 24/7.
‘y/n, please answer me!’
‘please, I know you miss how we were.’
‘i’m sorry I fucked up, but please let me make it up to you.’
‘baby, please, I love you so much.’
‘y/n..’
‘ANSWER ME!’
mina was going crazy, although others weren’t there to see it.
but…it was fine. it was okay. she knew in the end, it would all be fine. just fine.
she smiles as she was brushing her hair looking at herself in the mirror, eyes wide, a smile on her face. not long after she placed her brush in her drawer.
she wanted to see you, tonight. and she wanted to look her best before she did. she wore her perfume that you love so much. she knew you’d be happy to see her tonight as well.
so when she she finally approached your house, and climbed through your open window, her heart was pounding with excitement as she was finally in your room again. one you kicked her out of. but she didn’t care.
the smile on her face was permanent once she saw you enter your bedroom with now a horrified expression as you were now face to face with mina.
“y/n! I’ve missed you so much!” she giggles as she goes to hug you, but you only dodge the hug, backing up.
only that little bit of rejection made mina’s anger boil within, but calming down.
“oh come on, don’t be like that, love. I know you’ve missed me. you seem so lonely in this house everyday.”
your eyes go wide hearing this, “y-you watch me?”
your ex girlfriend only chuckles with the shake of her head.
“oh sweetie..of course! how else am I supposed to make sure you’re safe? and not with any other bitch?” you shake your head angrily at what is said.
“no mina. you cannot just barge in here, talking crazy shit acting like you care about me, and it’s none of your business about who I see! I ended things between us for a reason!” you shout.
“well, I know what I did was wrong-”
“yes, damn right you should! mina you’re fucking crazy! you need to get help! I’m not just a puppet you can control and look after 24/7! god, you are fucking sick-”
out of nowhere, not really, mina’s kitchen knife now appears in front of you. she holds it with an iron grip, so tightly her knuckles are white.
“you shouldn’t say those things, my love. don’t you know how much I’ve done for you? how much I love you? you’d be lost without me. i keep you safe, I protect you, and you talk to me this way?” the fear in your eyes was evident, but mina didn’t care as her eyes were filled with lovesick rage.
she chuckles, “I should just kill you..but, you’re too precious. I want you in my life. now I have to take extreme measures to make sure you stay in it..”
“you may not love me anymore, but you’ll learn to again once I’m finished.”
you’re pretty sure you’re now trapped with this monster you’ve called your girlfriend.
you have no choice but to comply with her, knowing how sick and twisted her ways can get, if you were only to push her so far.
without any words, she calms down, carefully wrapping her arms around you, her nose nuzzling in your cheek inhaling your scent, as if she were some animal.
you couldn’t escape, no matter how much you tried.

Tumblr media
The world stopped when you locked eyes for the first time. It was just for a split second, but that was more than enough to know for sure. You and Mina together. It was true love.
Mina was meant to be your one and only. She just had to make sure you understood that…no matter what it would take.
The young woman twirled her hair and would sheepishly giggle like some love-sick teenager when she thought of you. Your name next to hers looked prettier every time she wrote it in her notebook, and with every night you spent apart she grew more lonely. More desperate.
So every morning she made her bed, and made sure her room was tidy. Every single morning, she left the house with hope that today would be the day that you’d finally come around.
At 07:45 AM sharp Mina was seated already, patiently waiting for you to stumble in through the doors. You would always be in a rush, glancing at the professor with that apologetic look in your eyes. She’d do her best to hide her smile as she mouthed your words along with you. “Sorry sir, traffic.”
That pout on your lips was so adorable. One of the first things she noticed about you, actually.
That 8 AM class was the one time she counted herself lucky to be somewhat of a loner. After your eyes would search the room, they’d land on the seat next to her. The space was always empty, but she liked it that way. Mina didn’t need anyone. Every time you’d plop down next to her and your pretty lips curled into a smile as you said goodmorning, Mina knew she was complete.
Every day was the same, and maybe she could live that way forever: too shy to speak to you, but at least being able to bask in your scent every morning. It wasn’t perfect, but she was patient. Before long, you’d be together and she didn’t mind waiting…at first.
Mina loved you. She didn’t want it to go down the way it did, but you forced her hand. The moment that you walked through those doors and she wasn’t the first person you locked eyes with, it all changed.
She watched you with dark eyes as you passed your usual seat next to her and sat next to some other girl. You hugged her and smiled in a way Mina had never seen before. It made her blood boil.
In that moment, it felt like she was watching you slip through her fingers and she realised she never wanted to feel that way again. Mina had to make sure of it.
As angry as Mina was, she couldn’t blame you. You simply lost your way, and it was her job to show you just how perfect you two were. You and Mina – no one else. That was how it was supposed to be. So that was how it was going to be.
It took her a lot of courage to talk to you for the first time, but you were nice. Just as she expected you to be. It was not hard for her façade to rope you in: Myoui Mina, the shy, soft spoken girl no one in class would give a second glance to. Who would ever think she would pose any kind of threat? People were so easy to fool – even you, her dearest one.
It started with her asking about school assignment she couldn’t care less about, and you were helpful. For the first time she got a taste of your undivided attention, and it felt better than she had imagined it to be. You and her…it felt so electric. There was no way you couldn’t feel it too, right?
As the conversations got more casual and you shared facts about yourself that she knew long beforehand, she’d take the time to admire you. The way you talked with your hands fascinated her. You always seemed so passionate. She could tell by watching you talk with your friends…but that couldn’t even compare to seeing you so up close. The sound of your voice comforted her. Hearing you speak to her directly brought her serenity, more than just hearing your voice in class or looping the videos on your social media could ever give her.
Everything felt so right, and with every time you softly chuckled Mina was more certain that she was doing the right thing. The two of you were meant to be, and if the rest of the world wouldn’t understand or respect that, she had no other choice than to keep you to herself.
People were usually creatures of habit, and luckily for Mina, you were the prime example of that. It was not hard for her to plan it all out. All she had to do was wait patiently till exam season came around and you’d spend your days and nights basically living in the library with your friends and with … that girl. Mina’s stomach churned whenever she’d watch you walk out of the building with your fingers intertwined with hers and it took everything in her not to make rash decisions.
No, if this was going to work it had to be planned. It had to be calculated.
She had to hold onto her last ounce of patience tightly, until the day eventually came. There was only one day that you’d usually go to the library by yourself and that morning Mina made her bed with a grin on her face, knowing that that was finally the day you’d lay in it.
Her eyes watched you like a hawk from behind your car as you left the building. Her breath picked up and she whispered words of encouragement to herself. The dimmed streetlights of the parking lot illuminated just enough for her to see you approach closer and closer and her hand tightened around the cold rock she held.
She felt sick. The thought of hurting you, made her stomach ache. It killed her inside, but Mina knew this was the only way.
Just as you were about to open your car door, she emerged from the shadows. Your keys slipped from your fingers when she startled you, and without a second thought she kicked them under your car. Your hand held onto your chest, trying to somehow calm your racing heart.
“Oh, Mina?” Seeing her familiar face was supposed to put you at ease, but something about the look in her eye caused you even more discomfort. With a nervous chuckle you took two steps back. Mina took three forward. “…what are you doing here? I didn’t see you studying inside.”
Her lip twitched, and her grip tightened as she whispered. “I love you.”
“I…” It was then you saw the rock in her hand and her knuckles had gone pale from her harsh grasp. In hindsight, that was probably the moment that you knew how this would all end for you. “Mina, I’m flattered…but, uh, my girlfriend—”
“Girlfriend?” Mina repeated incredulously. The sharp tone in her voice was like none you had ever heard before – let alone from her. In fact, everything about her was suddenly so different. Her usual soft smile was gone, replaced by pursed lips, a dark gaze, and a clenched jaw. “Don’t be ridiculous. She can never know you like I do. She will never love you like I can!”
You took a sharp breath at her sudden change in demeanor, and she seemed to soften at that. Mina tried reaching for you with somewhat of an apologetic look, but you moved back.
“I’m sorry.” she returned back to a whisper, and as she stared at the ground her tight grip on the rock seemed to soften. All the while your mind was going in circles, trying to find any kind of way to escape the situation, but nothing came to mind. You blanked. You were helpless. “I’m so, so sorry for this.”
The last thing you remember before it all went dark was your measly attempt to scream for help as Mina swung, and then the impact. You didn’t even feel your body hit the ground.
When you woke, you were in her arms and tucked comfortably in bed. Mina held you as tight as she could, as tight as she’d always dreamed of doing – she needed you to know you were safe.
You groaned, and she chuckled softly. With a gentle stroke to the scar she left you, she shushed you. “It’s okay. I’m sorry for that. You’re all patched up now.”
“Mina…” your voice sounded more slurred than you expected it to be. Then you realised how drowsy you felt. “…wh- where—”
“Don’t worry.” The room was dark, but through your heavy eyelids you saw her smile. The smile that you knew all too well was back, soft, yet bright. Her hands caressed your hair, your cheeks, then she held your hand. “You’re safe now.”
“Home.” Your hoarse voice managed to croak out. “I need to go home.”
Mina’s eyebrows furrowed and her lip twitched slightly before it turned back into her signature smile. “You’re so silly. You are home.” The young woman traced figures on the back of your hand, and she sighed of relief. Having you so close was everything she had ever wished for and more.
It was just you and her now, and no one else mattered. Just like it was all meant to be.
The more you regained consciousness though, the more restless you became. It broke her heart, but she was prepared. “I hope you know I’m doing this for us.” she whispered before tightening the cuffs on your wrist. The hurt made you wince, and she gave you an apologetic look as she got out of bed. “I’ll let you rest.”
“Mina, please…” you tried. “Please!”
“I love you. You don’t have to say it back yet…but you’ll see.” She said, leaning in the door opening. You tried to follow her, but quickly realised the cuffs were tied to both your wrist and the bed frame to hold you back. There was no escaping, and that nightmare realisation seeped into your reality as you started to sob. “We’re right for each other, and I know you’ll love me too.”
And that was that. Mina left the room and locked it behind her, trapping you with a million questions about where it all went wrong, or whether you’d even make it out of this alive. You cried, begged, and pleaded, but your agony didn’t faze her. She slid down the door and held her ear against it with a smile on her face, feeling comforted by your mere presence.
Mina fell asleep to your voice that night.

What the heart wants - Mina

Angst
3.7k words
“I’ll have a shot of tequila, please,” a soft voice asked as a dark haired girl sat on one of the chairs of the bar.
If you had learnt one thing in all of these years serving drinks was to recognize a broken heart. And it was right before you.
“One tequila shot for you,” you said as you slipped the little glass her way.
She had a small bag clutched to her side and her eyes seemed absent. She took the shot and drank the beverage, grimacing a little when the liquor made contact with her throat.
“Another one, please,” she said, her eyes fixed on the glass as she was about to destroy it with her gaze.
It was gonna be one of those nights.
You poured and poured and poured as the girl kept on drinking, letting all her frustration out when the alcohol finally let her walls down.
“You know what the worst part of it all?!” she shouted, gaining a few looks from the customers that were in the bar.
Not many since it was a Wednesday night.
“What?” you answered, drying up a cup but still invested in her story.
“Sh-she doesn’t even care!” the girl dragged the words due to the alcohol in her blood, “She’s always like that and I’m done with it. It was the last strand for me and I finally dumped her!” she harshly drank down another shot, hitting the glass against the bar, asking for another one.
“You deserve better,” you said, grabbing the glass and subtly putting it away so she would keep drinking. She looked wasted enough and you didn’t want her to get in trouble. “A pretty lady like you will find someone better in a blink of an eye”.
The girl sitting in front of you froze. “Y-you think I’m pretty?”
You simply nodded since she looked really pretty even with her reddened face due to her state.
But your smile faded away when she started crying, “w-what’s wrong?”
“My relationship is over,” she cried, her shoulders shaking due to the way she started to sob, “how am I supposed to start again? What am I going to do?”
The girl hid her face on her hands, not being able to stop sobbing.
You hesitated for a bit, not wanting to cross any border due to her state but finally made the decision to cross the bar and pat her back softly, trying to comfort her.
“Hey, hey,” you said as she kept sobbing on your shoulder, your blouse now strained with her tears, “you don’t have to rush into anything. Take your time, take things slow, you’ll get there eventually”.
She pushed you away in order to look at your eyes and you couldn’t help but gulp loudly. She had the prettiest eyes you’ve ever seen and the loveliest beauty mark on her nose. Her tears made her eyelashes look even more curled and shiny.
“Fucking Chaeyoung,” she whispered, before passing out in your arms.
You blinked repeatedly at the sudden action, not knowing what to do or who to call. You never asked for her never, let alone her address.
Softly, you placed her against the bar, and made sure everyone had gone home so you could close the place before thinking what to do.
“Alright,” you whispered, contemplating the sleeping girl before you. “Oh, that’s it!”
You took a look at her purse and found her wallet, luckily she had her ID with her and it had all her information.
“Myoui Mina,” you whispered, taking a look at her.
She did look like a Mina and to your luck, she lived a couple of blocks from the bar.
“Alright, Mina,” you placed her arm over your shoulders to take her to your car, “let’s take you home”.
The ride lasted less than a few minutes. It took you longer to take her to the car. Once you located the door you had to knock, you pulled over and grabbed her again to your side. She was still unconscious which made her thin body somehow heavy.
“Hello?” you shouted after ringing the door but getting no answer. “Is anyone home?!”
After a couple of seconds you heard steps rushing to the door and a sleepy voice from the other side, “who is it?!”
“I’m bringing Mina home!”
The door flung open and a short haired girl appeared before it. “Mina!!” she gasped loudly, stepping aside to let you go in and place her on the couch. “Oh my god, what happened? Is she okay?”
“She just had too many tequila shots,” you simply said now standing before the girls that were sitting on the couch. “She’s gonna be really hungover tomorrow”.
She nodded, relieved.
“Who are you?” the girl asked, now knowing that her roommate was out of danger.
“I’m Y/N, I work at the bar a couple blocks away. She came in, took too many shots and passed out,” you chuckled, even if the short haired girl shook her head in disapproval.
“Thank you, Y/N. Thankfully it was you who helped her. I’m Jihyo,” she said, grabbing your hand in a firm shake. “Do we owe you anything? For the gas? For the trouble?”
You chuckled. “No worries. I'm just glad she’s fine. Just make sure she has an aspirin tomorrow first thing in the morning, alright?”
Jihyo nodded as you made your way out and towards your car.
“Mina…” you whispered, taking a last glance at the door and driving away.
*
Thursday nights were usually the start of the weekend for you. You could notice more customers going into the bar and the air felt more lively.
Yet you couldn’t stop thinking about the girl that had too many tequilas the night before. How was her hangover? Was she feeling better?
“Y/N?”
You froze at the sound of the familiar voice. Slowly, you turned around to face a pair of eyes that looked a little embarrassed and seemed to be trying hard to maintain eye contact.
“Tequila girl,” you replied, shooting a smile her way, gaining a shy chuckle out of her.
“I’m sorry about yesterday,” she said, taking the same spot she had occupied the night before, “my roommate said you took care of me and took me home. You even left this,” she said, handing you the jacket that you had wrapped her in, “you didn’t have to, yet I’m totally thankful and I owe you big time”.
You shook your head softly, taking the jacket and placing it on your chair. “Don’t worry, I’m glad that you’re fine and you’re welcome to have as many shots as you want. I already know where to drop you off”.
She chuckled at your words.
“Can I have something without alcohol in it? I don’t want a hangover like yesterday’s ever again”.
You smiled widely at the thought of her being hungover that morning.
“Orange juice?” you asked.
“Surprise me”.
You spent the next couple of hours going back and forth from the regular customers and the new girl who had taken a spot on the left side of the bar. She told you about her work, her studies, her aspirations. You loved to listen to her voice.
“Talking to you is so easy,” she said, taking a chip from a bowl you had treated her. “Is that a bartender trait?”
“No, you’re just fun to listen to”.
She smiled at your words before checking her phone.
“It’s getting late and tomorrow I have to work really early,” she announced, taking her wallet out to pay for what she had consumed.
“No, no,” you replied, shaking your hands away from her card. “It’s on me”.
The action pulled a grin out of her, “you’re something else, Y/N”.
You wanted to say something, tell her you had enjoyed her company, ask her if she wanted to get something to eat with you, maybe a movie?
But no words left your mouth as she calmly made her way out of the bar.
*
Friday night got you looking at the door repeatedly. You knew she wasn’t just going to show up and hang with you. Maybe she just saw you as the girl who helped her out one time and was just being nice by giving you jacket back. What else would there be for her to go back to the bar?
Until you saw those mesmerizing eyes once again.
She was wearing a white blouse that matched the vibe she had brought to the place, her legs were partially covered by a pair of shorts and a little bag was hanging from her shoulder.
Mesmerizing.
Once in her spot, she made eye contact with you, gaining a timid smile. You were happy to see her and hoped she felt the same.
Mina told you she was about to go to a friend’s party but she wanted to know if you wanted to go with her. She knew your job would require you to stay until late but she was willing to wait for you until you were free.
The little remark made your hopes a little higher.
It was barely one in the morning when you told her you were ready to go.
She looked at you surprised, seeing that there were still customers in the bar and you weren’t nearly close to the end of your shift.
“My friend owed me a favor and she’s closing the bar for me,” you explained, giving a little glance to the girl who was now preparing drinks.
Mina smiled widely at the news and the spark on her face made you happy.
Once you got to the party, Mina’s eyes scanned the place, looking for something.
You didn’t pay much attention to it as Jihyo appeared and greeted you effusively, maybe due to the alcohol she had had minutes before.
“Mina brought you?” her voice sounded a little confused, she clearly wasn’t expecting to see you.
You explained to her how she came to the bar and asked you to come along.
She simply nodded and her eyes also wandered the place as if she was looking for something, just like Mina did.
You didn’t have much time to think about it since Mina grabbed your arms and brought you to the middle of the room to dance with her.
“Thank you for coming with me,” she whispered in your ear, “I was going to be alone since Jihyo decided to bring her girlfriend”.
Her perfume was almost intoxicating and the way her lips grasped your ear made you a little dizzy. How could she have this effect on you so easily?
You simply nodded and danced casually with her, subtly trying to bring her closer to you. Your hands wandered on her waist when she encircled your neck with her hands.
“Wanna drink something?”
“No, I have to take you home,” you immediately corrected yourself, “I mean your home, not mine!”
Mina laughed out loud at your little remark as her head rested on your shoulder since she was still giggling.
*
Mina went to visit you at the bar everyday.
Even if it was just for a couple of minutes to say hello and wish you a good night. She had already made you used to seeing her pretty eyes every day.
But tonight she arrived almost before closing hours.
“I went home and fell asleep,” she said. “But I wanted to come see you anyway”
“And why is that?” you asked, making her blush.
After closing the bar, Mina asked you to walk her home. You knew you were going to have to walk back to get your car but it didn’t stop you.
You walked side by side talking about the day that had just gone by, the things you both did during, what you had for lunch and even shared recipes of them.
“I don’t want to have any regrets,” you said, stopping suddenly and getting a worried look from her. “I’ve been meaning to do this for a while now,” you told her, your gaze falling to her lips, your hands grasping hers.
She closed the gap between you two.
Even if it was you the one who initiated the moment, she took the chance to finally taste your lips with hers.
Instinctively, your arms wrapped her waist and her hands cupped your face.
You took her chin between your fingers and parted her lips to sneak your tongue that was received by hers. The kiss grew hotter in a matter of seconds.
Until she pulled apart.
“Thank you for walking me home,” she whispered, kissing your lips one last time before making her way towards her door.
You followed her with your gaze.
Mesmerizing.
*
Mina didn’t miss a night in the bar with you.
She stole little pecks from you when you were too close and rolled her eyes when anyone tried to flirt with you for a free shot.
“I’m just doing my job,” you said after closing the front door when the last customer had walked out.
“Yeah, those girls were clearly interested in you only as a bartender,” she replied, jealousy present in her voice.
You laughed, bringing her towards you and leaving a chaste kiss on her lips. She turned her face to the side and you took the chance to leave a kiss on her cheek, then on her jaw line and finally on her neck.
She wrapped her arms around you and you took it as a green light to keep going. Your tongue made contact with her skin and she left out a shaky breath.
“You’re so pretty,” you whispered, your hands making their way inside her top, “I love the cute noises that you make”.
She cupped your face and kissed you roughly, as if she wanted to let you know who was in charge. You smirked against her lips.
“Next time kiss me like that in front of those dumb girls,” she hissed and it made you laugh a bit.
“As you wish”.
*
The next couple of weeks went as usual. She kept visiting at the bar at night and during the day you would text or even videocall when she wasn’t busy.
Everything about her felt so natural. All the little steps that you were taking felt right and she made you feel safe.
Even if she had told you that the night you met she had broken up with her girlfriend, a relationship that lasted almost 2 years, you knew that there wasn’t a rule for whatever the heart wanted.
You were there to heal her and protect her heart. No matter who wanted to cross the line, you would be there for her.
She made you feel secure about it. The way she cared about you, asking if you had eaten, wondering if you took your vitamins, getting mad if you were staying up too late instead of resting well.
It showed in the way she looked at you so dearly when you were preparing drinks or how she stayed until late to help you close the bar. She would attach herself to you when all customers had left and it was only the two of you there, hugging you and resting her head on your shoulder was her favorite thing.
“You know?” you said one night you were walking her home from the bar hand in hand, “someday I'm going to open my own bar”.
Her face lit up at the thought.
“It’s gonna be the best bar in the country and every night it will be filled with people and there will be huge queues wanting to go in”
She looked at you dearly as you kept talking your heart out. “And I will still go all the way there to kiss you good night, it doesn’t matter if I have to cross the whole city to do so”.
“Are you serious?” You asked, now facing her since you were almost at her house's door.
She nodded and cupped your face to bring your lips together, giving you a soft kiss before her forehead rested on yours. “You’re gonna do big things and I will be your number one cheerleader, alright?”
You smiled brightly, nodding excitedly and kissing her one more time.
*
All the nights spent at the bar made you realize how lucky you were to have found someone who treasured you and supported you so much.
Even if you spent only a few hours together and it was only at your workplace, it made you feel complete.
You knew you had to take the first step and ask Mina out on a proper date. No more hanging out at the bar or kissing at her front door. It was time for you to step your game up and plan something she deserved. And she deserved the whole world.
Before going to work, you stopped by at a flower shop and got a couple of purple roses. You made a reservation for the next day at one of the best restaurants in the city and made sure everything was set up.
You wanted to surprise Mina telling her your first date was going to be at the restaurant she’s been wanting to go to for a while and let her know from now on, you were doing your best to grant all her wishes, even the craziest ones.
However the hours went by and she didn’t show up.
It was the first time in all the time you knew each other that she didn’t go see you.
You were worried that something might have happened so you called her after closing the bar.
She didn’t pick up but instantly sent a text:
>Something came up and I couldn’t go to the bar tonight, I’m sorry.
You frowned.
>I understand. Are you alright?
>I’m fine, don’t worry.
The following night was the same. She didn’t show up nor answered the call. She just texted saying something came up.
During the day, she started to take longer to reply. First it was a couple of minutes, then hours. Until she didn’t answer altogether.
Was she trying to ghost you?
Then what about all the things you did together?
You were pretty sure your feelings were reciprocated and she was happy with you too.
It took almost two weeks for her to completely leave you behind. There was no answer to any call or text. She didn’t come to the bar anymore and didn’t give you a reason as to why she did so.
She didn’t even say goodbye.
It hurt you to know that maybe it was something you did wrong and didn’t notice. Maybe you said something she didn’t like and now she didn’t want to talk to you.
But what was it?
The next day you decided to take matters into your own hands.
You knew where she lived and you needed an answer. No matter what she had to say, you wanted to hear it from her and if it was a goodbye then you were going to respect it and leave her alone.
Parking in front of her house made you nervous suddenly, you knew she was home because it was her free day from work.
You rehearsed in your head what you wanted to say to her, not wanting to make her feel guilty or anything. You just wanted to talk and listen and try to change whatever it was needed to go back to how things were before she disappeared.
After ringing the bell a couple of times, the pair of eyes that you missed so much appear behind the door.
They were filled with a new spark you had never seen before. She looked radiant, full of life as if nothing had ever happened.
But as soon as she realized who it was, she froze. All the good things surrounding her seemed to stop.
You forgot everything you had prepared to say, all you wanted to do was to throw yourself into her arms and ask her what was wrong.
“Y/N, you can’t be here,” she whispered, pushing you away softly, not even stepping out of the house.
“Why?” you asked, your heart beating fast due to the uncertainty of the situation.
“Y/N, I’m so sorry, we can’t do this. Please, leave,” she said, her gaze now falling to the ground and refusing to look at your face.
“Was it something I did?” you asked, trying to finally get an answer, looking for a way to mend things up.
Until you heard steps coming to the door.
“Who is it, babe?” a short girl appeared by her side and casually grabbed her by the waist.
Mina’s gaze was glued to the floor and your heart broke into a million pieces.
The new girl had long blonde hair and her arms were filled with doodle-like tattoos. She was wearing a gray tank top and shorts as if she had just woken up.
The description matched exactly the one Mina gave you when she talked to you about the girl who broke her heart, the one she had broken up with the night you met.
It couldn’t be.
After all the things you went through together.
After all the healing she had done by your side.
Was it all… for nothing?
“No one,” Mina said, her gaze softening when her eyes met the other girl. “She’s looking for Mr. Park and I’m telling how to get to his house”.
“Oh,” the other girl said, not giving it much care, “alright,” she said, before pecking Mina’s cheek and going back to whatever she was doing.
You felt like the air escaped your lungs. You wanted to run away but your feet were glued to the ground. It seemed like the world was falling around you.
“I’m sorry, YN,” she said for the last time, before taking a step back, her eyes filling with tears as she realized you couldn’t believe what was happening.  “Please don’t look for me again,” she said, closing the door behind her.
You didn’t know what to do.
She became your whole world in such a short time. It all seemed perfect for you. How didn’t you see it coming?
You took a last glance at the door that witnessed the most tender kisses you’ve ever given and your tears began to fall freely from your eyes.
“Goodbye, Mina”.

Title: Love Of My Life.
Pairing: Mina x You. Mina x male CEO.
Warning: homophobia, toxic secret relationship, fear, sadness, death of a character, car accident mention, angst, no happy ending.
Words: 1337
Author Note: This imagine is based on 'Love Of My Life' by Queen and reference of 'Gap The Series'
Love of my life, you've hurt me
You've broken my heart, and now you leave me
Love of my life, can't you see?
Bring it back, bring it back, don't take it away from me
Because you don't know what it means to me
Mina never had a real relationship in her whole life before she met you. Her family always forced her to study very hard and she never had real friends or friends at all. She only counted books and plants as her friends. Which her family allowed. Since they thought and knew that her so called 'friends' won't distract her. The fact that she had to study business while being a JYP trainee took a lot of energy. All people that met Mina were impressed by her strength. Later she debuted in twice with eight other members. Two of them had a lot in common with her. Sana and Momo who came from Japan as well.
She never realized that she is a lesbian until she met you for the first time. She didn't know how to reaction when you stood in front of her. A happy expression were on your face. Your smile took her breath away. Mina didn't knew if she rather wanted to kiss you until your lips were swollen or if she wanted to have you all at herself and cuddle with you.
You've been together with Mina since a few months in a secret relationship. She asked out after two weeks of meeting you. One time she scared you so much that you accidentally grabbed her blouse on her chest. Your cheeks flushed red when you pulled away your hands from her blouse. While she turned you around with her arms wrapped around your waist so that you leaned on the staircase. She asked you out knowing that she already has a fiancé. She's supposed to get married at a male CEO. She wanted to go against her family but every time she tries she knows that she couldn't. She is too scared to lose her family.
That's why she couldn't go against her family. She love's her family too much to do that. She has hurt you countless of times. Especially when you both was at a party. Not knowing that her supposed boyfriend goes on one knee and ask her for marriage.
„Yes I will marry you..." Answered Mina with fake happiness at that time. Not knowing that she would lose you soon.
You couldn't look at her to that point anymore since you are slowly realizing that she will never be yours. No matter how much she claims to be yours only.  You knew you have at make a decision soon. Only not knowing that it's coming closer than you thought.
Love of my life, don't leave me
You've taken my love (all my love), you now desert me
Love of my life, can't you see? (Please bring it back)
Bring it back, bring it back, don't take it away from me
Because you don't know what it means to me (means to me)
You remember the way she made love at you almost every night or in the studio of twice. Sometimes even in a empty office or a closet. Mina remembers the way her name fell from your lips when she got you on cloud nine. She remembers the way your skin felt on her skin when you both cuddle with or without clothes.
She missed the way you would cuddle into her arms and chest when you both finished making love at each other. Mina missed the way you laugh at her bad jokes or the way you would stare at her. As if she is the only woman on this earth.
Mina knows she will remember your whole relationship together if she marries him. It breaks her heart into pieces that her family is this cruel. She wishes when she grow older that she can be by your side. Reminding you how much she still loves you with her completely whole heart. That only beat fast for you.
You will remember when this is blown over
And everything's all by the way (ooh, yeah)
When I grow older, I will be there at your side (ooh)
To remind you how I still love you (I still love you)
Mina still remembered the way you cried on the day you broke up with her. A day after you saw her in her supposed bride dress. She feels like she couldn't be enough for you since she has hurt you and broke your heart many times. She saw the way your y/e/c eyes lost the spark, happiness and hope. She couldn't help herself from looking down at the ground.
„I give up. I can't do this anymore." Confessed you with honest in your voice.
Mina looked down with tears rolling down her cheeks then she looked back into your eyes. She saw in your eyes how much she broke your heart.
You started sobbing not being able to hide all the hurt that you are feeling. Which were caused by Mina and her supposed soon to be CEO husband.
"I hurt so much." State Mina with pain in her voice.
She moved down and grab your leg. She wrapped her arms around your leg. Tears rolled down her cheeks and she had a painful sad expression on her face. She still couldn't believe that she is gonna lose you now. The only love of her entire life.
„Let go." Said you with sadness in your voice.
The painful and hurtful look told Mina everything. You gave up even through you fought against it. Mina couldn't believe that this would be the last time when she can touch, feel or kiss you.
„No don't leave me." State Mina with pain in her voice. She wanted to say that she wants you and not her supposed soon to be husband.
More tears rolled down the cheeks of you and Mina. You both knew that you love each other so much. But you just couldn’t fight anymore. You give up before you both get even more hurt.
Back, hurry back, please bring it back home to me
Because you don't know what it means to me (means to me)
Love of my life
Love of my life
(Ooh, ooh)
Scream after scream left her mouth until exhaustion took place. She fell asleep with tears on her cheeks. Hours after sliding against the wall with her back against it. She still wore the black suit for work.
Memories of you, your secret relationship and first met went through her brain. Since that day she became unhappy, numb and emotionless. When her family put themselves in between you both. They ruined her. Broke her heart. Mina knew that her family is only using her as power. She couldn’t believe that her family would put her through so much pain, betrayal and trauma. Isn’t a family supposed to be a safe place, someone who takes care of you. That are questions Mina asked herself.
She laid on her queen-sized bed with a pillow that smelled like you. A photo framed of you both in her arms. On the photo she kissed you in a very unexpected moment. The day she got the text message of your best friend that you are gone broke her completely. Shattered her at pieces literally and mentally. You were on your way to UK for a new start in life. The saddest about it is that you died in a car accident on your way at the airport with a cab.
Mina wanted everyone to bring you back especially after getting to know that you never got the life that she wanted for you. Long, peaceful and wonderful. You got taken from her too early. She vowed to herself that she is gonna find you in the next life and make sure that you get the peaceful safe life that you deserve.

Angsty Mina please! Out on a date and her ex is there, they chat and reader feels invisible and leaves. Maybe some fluff at the end please?
Just You and I
Tumblr media
Mina x Fem! Reader
Idk why but I just love writing angst haha, so this was pretty fun to write!! I made it a bit short but I hope you all like it:) Thank you for the request anon!! Warnings- Swearing
Date nights had always been your favorite. While Mina's schedule would be filled with numerous activities she was required to do, and your work schedule competing against hers, it was hard for the two of you to get some alone time together.
Ultimately, the only time the two of you could truly see each other was either later at night after she was excused from her activities, or early in the morning, that is if she wasn't forced to wake up in the first flush of the sunlight.
Therefore, with the little time you and Mina had together, the two of you decided that twice a week, on Fridays and Saturdays, you would meet at a chosen restaurant and have a little date night.
During the week days, the only thing occupying your mind was the ability to go out with your girlfriend at the restaurant of either of your choosing. Talking to your friends about it during work, texting your girlfriend how excited you were and what you were planning to wear, preparing your outfit three days in advance so you could be ready for the night... it was all routine to you, but you loved it.
Sitting at the square table across from your girlfriend, watching as her beautiful brown eyes scan casually over the familiar menu, you smile to yourself, picking up the menu adjacent to you and copying her movement.
"Should I get what I usually get or should I change it up", you hear your girlfriend's voice softly ask across from you.
You place the menu down in front of you and smile, "well I'm going to get the chicken parmesan and I've never tried that before, so maybe you could get that too and we could try it together?"
A genuine smile begins to dance across Mina's lips, redness spreading on her cheeks as she nods her head and takes a sip of the water next to her. Although you two had been dating for a couple years now, Mina was still the type to get overly flustered no matter the situation. If you were to compliment her on how she looked, which was always often, she'd tilt her head down and lean her forehead on your shoulder, muttering her thanks and hugging your waist softly.
Subsequently, after a small chat you and Mina had over her job and how it was going for her, a waiter begins to your table, pen and notebook in hand.
"Hello ladies... what would the two of you like to have today", a masculine voice asks, tapping the small notebook with his pen as he waits for a response.
Mina places her drink atop of the wooden table and shifts her gaze to the tall man ahead of her, and as soon as the two make eye contact, you not only notice her stare begin to falter, but also the sudden change in atmosphere.
You furrow your eyebrows and glance towards the man, no later do you finally realize who this person was. You were about to speak up for your girlfriend, maybe order for the two of you so it wouldn't be as awkward, but she seemed to have other plans as you notice a small small begin to arise on her shocked expression.
"Mark", she giggles, "I didn't know you worked here?"
Mark follows with an unsteady laugh, clearly nervous about the situation, but takes a deep breath and responds to his ex-girlfriend.
"Yeah, I actually just started about a month ago, it's going great!" He smiles and places a hand on the table, his weight now towards Mina as an implication that he'll be staying for a while.
You grunt to yourself as you see him look into her eyes with a dumb smile plastered on his face. You just want to smack it right off. You want to push him out of the way and request for another waiter. There was so many thing you wished you could do in the moment, nevertheless, you sat there, opposite of the two and continued to listen in on their conversation.
"So have you been up to? Anything important I should know about?" Mark asks, the same expression written on his face. You read his body language, knowing what his intentions were.
"No not really, I've just been so busy", Mina laughs, placing her cheek atop of her chin.
Your eyes widen at her response, furrowing your eyebrows as your expression becomes evidently angry. What does she mean 'no not really'? you thought. Are you not important enough for her to mention? Does she think that mentioning you to her ex would leave a bad imprint?
"No not really?" You ask your girlfriend, an angry tone seeping into your words.
Mina turns her head towards you, confusion written on her face as she struggles to come up with something to say.
"W- what do you mean?" Mina asks worriedly.
You shake your head and stand up, grabbing your bag from under the table and leaning towards Mark.
"Here, I must've took your spot I'm sorry. Go ahead and sit down, it's your date after all, isn't it?" You guide Mark into the seat you had once occupied, seeing as he looks at you in an almost demented way, bemused to what seems to be going on. Your eyes fall on Mina's, seeing how she still is oblivious to your anger, perplexed and dismayed at once.
"Y/n what are you talking about? We were just catching up together? Why are you acting like this?" Mina stands up and walks towards you, reaching her arm out to grab your hand but you pull away.
"It's fine Mina go ahead and catch up with him . I'm sure you've missed him", you throw her a fake smile and turn on your heels, placing your bag on your shoulder and making your way out the door.
Stepping into the drivers seat of your shared car, you look back into the restaurant and glance at the window ahead of your seat, noticing that Mina rushes back to your table and sits right back in her spot, speaking with the man once again.
"Are you fucking serious", you mumble, eyes beginning to glisten with tears.
You lean your forehead atop of the wheel, allowing your tears to finally break through and spill towards the bottom of the car, marking the rugged bottom. You stayed in that position for a while, sobbing uncontrollably as you think back to the situation.
Just as you were going to allow your thoughts to take over your emotions, the car door can be heard opening next to you.
You don't bother to look up, knowing who it was, however not caring in the least of what she had to say. Not only did she completely ignore your presence as soon as she recognized who the man was, but she even stayed with him after knowing how you felt about the situation. It hurt you more than you could imagine, and even though it might be seen as an overreaction to some, it still crushed your heart seeing your girlfriend have a better time talking to her ex than with you.
"Baby", Mina whispers, wrapping her arms around your body and rubbing your back in attempt to comfort you. She leaves soft kisses across your exposed neck and mumbles apology after apology, however it flows in one ear and out the other.
"Baby please look at me", Mina gently places two fingers under your chin and tilts your head towards her. Finally looking back at your girlfriend, you notice her watery eyes and red cheeks, her lips parted with regret apparent in her emotion.
"I'm so sorry Y/n. I truly did not intend to ignore y-"
"Then why did you stay even after I left Mina? Why didn't you come running after me once you noticed what you did wrong? Why were you still with him as I sat here crying in the car?" You yell at the girl ahead of you, seeing how she backs up at your sudden change of emotion, not used to seeing you so worked up like this. Tears spill rapidly and you struggle to control your breath, chest rising at each attempt to control yourself.
'Y/n I-", Mina heavily thinks on what to say. She wants to comfort you. She wants to be there for you. She hates seeing you look at her like this, as if she was some kind of monster. It messed with her head and she scolded herself mentally for causing you to feel like this.
"Y/n", she wipes her tears, "I didn't come out here right away because... I decided I needed to tell Mark what was going on. I told him that you were my girlfriend and that we've been dating for two years. I told him that I think it would be best if we didn't keep in touch and that I probably will never see him again, and that I was content with that. I told him that I could never be happier than I am right now, and that it was all because of you." Mina leans towards you and places her soft lips on your forehead, running her thumb across your jawline and wiping the tears that slowly slipped down your cheek.
"Y/n. I could never be happier. Being with you is like a dream, and I don't ever want you to feel otherwise. I'm so sorry I made you feel like this."
A single tear flows down the side of Mina's reddened cheek, and just before she could swipe it to the side, you lean and and peck it off of her, later placing your forehead up against hers.
"I'm sorry for making such a big deal out of it Mina. I just felt uncomfortable and out of place. I know you would never try and make me feel bad, so I'm sorry for thinking otherwise."
Opening your eyes, your met with Mina's lips pressed against yours in a soft, affectionate kiss. You kiss her back, latching your lips onto hers and feeling your own tears begin to mix with hers, equally falling beside your lips.
"What do you say I drive us back and we order pizza and cuddle for the rest of the night. How does that sound?" Mina asks just after she releases her lips from yours.
"I would love that." You smile, watching as she returns your expression and kisses you once more, a reassurance that everything would be alright, and it was just you and her, forever.

Thank you all for the support!! I have a lot of request and am working on them all rn:) Keep sending in requests! Love you all<3

"was i ever an option?"
"come on, you're drunk."
"why are you not answering my question?"
sana says nothing.
you're starting to get frustrated.
yes, it is obvious to anyone, you're drunk. but does that allow sana to not answer?
drunk words are sober thoughts.
maybe sana tries to forget about that saying.
maybe she just doesn't want to say anything.
"so?" you ask her.
"some day you have to answer, it makes no difference if it is right now or weeks after." your words slurred.
she sighs, not wanting to accept that you're right.
"i don't know honestly." she answers.
your heart aches when she speaks.
"i don't fucking know okay?"
she doesn't want to talk about this.
she just wants to call you an uber which drops you off at your small apartment.
"why did you kiss me then?" you ask, looking at her.
your apartment, where you made too many memories with her.
"i don't know"
your apartment, where she took your virginity.
"you wanted to forget everything about him?"
"every single thing." she answers.
it feels like she is the one that is drunk - like she is the one that can't think clearly.
"so you used me?" you ask stupidly, knowing the answer.
"i-"
she doesn't continue talking.
you think about calling that uber yourself.
"i thought you were someone that is so good with their words" you say.
she just looks at you, not knowing what to say.
and maybe, problably, you were right.
you sigh, getting up and taking your jacket with you.
she grabs your cold wrist, and you look down at her.
"y/n-" she says.
a bad habit of hers, she starts to talk without even knowing what exactly she wants to say.
"i never was an option, why do you want me now?" you ask.
sana doesn't know what to answer.
maybe it is better that way, one answer would get you crying in her arms.
"let me go" her grip is tight around your wrist.
"please" you mutter.
she lets go, her slim fingers brush over your hand when you pull away and walk away.
she watches after you, even thinks about running after you.
as much as she wants to be a good person though, she knows you are going to come back.
as much as she wants you to be happy and find love, she will use you over and over again.
with no end in sight.

Mina’s Pregnancy
Tumblr media
TIS (66-68)
* Decided to put some of these chapters together to make easier to read. My parts are on the top and @coldfanbou ‘s comments are on the bottom. Easier to read both to understand. Hopefully this is easier to read.
Chapter 66:
Yes, it's weird how their minds work. They have spent so much time together (especially Jihyo) that she would sacrifice herself for her members. This takes a toll on you since you are just one person and now a father of two. The only safe space you have is with your baby Jisoo. You spend your time looking at Jisoo as you see the picture of all the members with Jihyo in the middle holding baby Jisoo. It's still unreal how you are a father to a beautiful child. You want to protect her and watch her grow. A week goes by, and you take mina to the ultrasound appointment. Mina is nervous to know the well-being of the baby and the possible gender. She lies on the table as the new nurse does the ultrasound. She looks confused as she moves the object around Mina's belly. The nurse steps out for a bit and says that she will call the head nurse. Mina is beginning to get scared as she doesn't know what's going on and why the nurse is leaving. You also ask yourself what's going on and try to comfort Mina.
“I'm going to be worried too, but I'll hold Mina's hand and tell her everything will be alright. Thoughts race through my mind, maybe Mina's having twins or something good, surely that must be it. I couldn't bear to imagine something being wrong with the baby.”
Chapter 67:
The nurse and the head nurse arrive and see that Mina is crying. You are holding her hand and can feel her hand shake. The head nurse tells her that since this is a small clinic, they don't have the equipment necessary to provide the correct results. She says that there are times when pregnancy has some complications and want to run some test to make sure they are correct. They recommend you to come back in two days, and they can have the equipment shipped and ready for another appointment. You help her out of the office, and she is crying softly. As you are driving her back home, she is holding on to her belly and is softly rubbing it, and you could hear her mumble some words but can't make it out. You arrive at the house and help her to her living but she says that she just wants to take a nap. You help her to her room, but Sana tells you she can take it from there. She spends the rest of the day in her room and has dinner brought to her as well. You try to talk to her, but the members tell you that they will talk to her. On the night of the second day, Mina calls for you and asks you if you could cuddle with her until she falls asleep. You agree and hold from behind while having one hand on her belly. She falls asleep, and you end up spending the night holding her. You have aloof thoughts in your mind and wish for the best. What do you think might happen?
“I'm thinking of all the possibilities, but I'm hoping it's something good, maybe the nurses just got confused and couldn't do their job right. Mina's been well taken care of, there's no way there could be something wrong with the baby. I'm just hoping that when we go back the nurses will be able to tell us that everything is alright with our baby.”
Chapter 68:
It's the next day and time for the appointment, hoping for some good news. All the girls (OT9) are here and are in support of Mina. They tell you to call them if anything. You drive to the doctor, and there is no wait. It is the head nurse attending to you and she tells you both that everything is set and ready to take some tests. It takes 1- 1 1/2 hrs for tests and tells you to wait in the room assigned to you. Mina is hooked up to IVs because they drew blood and ran tests than might tire the baby and the mom. They bring both of you lunch, and you wait. After 2 hours, the head bourse comes to your room and says that the doctor will read your results and answer any questions you or she might have. They pull out a monitor from the wall and show you Mina's ultrasounds. They tell Mina her overall health and say that she is expecting twins, twin girls. Mina is overjoyed while you are shocked. The doctor says that the first nurse was able to detect two heartbeats but also detected a foreign object which caused her to call the head nurse. The head nurse had some suspicions of what it could be but asked for an additional test to be run to be certain. The test demonstrates that during pregnancy, there were three embryos, two were developed in a timely manner, while the other embryo was not able to develop correctly. As the pregnancy continued, the embryos /fetuses took nutrients from the third and fully absorbed it. This condition is called the vanishing twin syndrome, and it occurs when a patient has twins, triplets, etc. Mina gasps, and you can see that she was holding back from crying. The doctor continues and says that there isn't a reason for why it happens or a way to prevent it. The doctor tries to make sure Mina understands that it is no way her fault or the twin's fault on why the third was absorbed. Mina asks if the baby felt anything or if it was in any pain. Your heart hurts as Mina is an emotional and caring person to the point that she sometimes cries for others instead of herself. The doctor says that since it didn't develop major organs, there was no pain. He gave an example of an egg being fertilized versus one not being fertilized. Mina seems to understand and tells the doctors that she needs time to think and process things. They leave and tell you to call if needed and to take your time. You try to talk to Mina, but she is deep in thought. You think to yourself about what just occurred and what to do next. *How did you feel and what should be your reaction?
“On the one hand, I feel happy that we are having twins, but I also think about how Mina is handling knowing that she could've had triplets. Knowing that she's going through a lot, I just want to hold her hand and be there for her. I decided, however, to gently hold her face and have her look at me before saying it's okay. I'll hold her for as long as I have to, so she knows she doesn't have to bear this burden alone.”

Whumptober day 25:
"You're not delivering a perfect body to the grave."
Storm | buried alive | "they're not breathing!"
Fandom: mha
Prompts used: All
Alright so I know I always put Denki is storm situations, its tradition at this point. But this ones slightly different! Anywho the thing at the end that seems random- I'm rewatching Danny Phantom so its a reference to a character in that. So yeah :){
TW for Temporary character death, Avalanches, Injuries
The snowy mountain was beautiful, if not freezing frickin cold. Sero huddles closer to the fire, closer to his friends' sides, because he was not made for cold thank you. Though from everyone's shivering, he thinks none of them were, even Kirishima had bundled up this time round.
It was supposedly a training retreat, though it was turning more into a vacation. Their teachers had a schedule, but as soon as they'd arrived, Denki had twitched. They'd long since learned what Denkis fidgets meant, and that twitch indicated too much charge in the air.
A storm was brewing.
Of course, the roads were already a mess, they'd hunkered down as the Pro's called for back up, Denki wrapped in an insulated blanket, as they simply waited. It had been calm, shivering around the fire as they had been. Peaceful almost.
As is their life however, an attack is always imminent. One moment they're huddled around the fire, the next, they've been split off from their classmates and are running for their lives. One wrong move could have an avalanche or slippery slope, or any number of bad things.
"Just one trip!" Sero calls, chest heaving puffs of white fog.
"I don't think they are up for a chat about scheduling their attacks, Sero." Mina calls in return, the best of their group with the slippery terrain.
"Unless the next words out of your idiot mouths are helpful to our situation, shut up!" Bakugo's yell is far quieter than usual, eyes on the snowy mountain peaks above them.
"Yeah, You're not delivering a perfect body to the grave!" Denki adds, a smirk in his voice despite the trembling undertone, his hair sticking up with static.
"Lame Kami!" Mina boos, teasing quality lacing it.
"I was talking about Kirishima." With an added tongue sticking out, Denki has the three laughing, Bakugo only deigning a rolled eye- which was basically a laugh!
Their fun is halted as Denki does a full body shiver, arms jerking as sparks dance along his skin before he reigns them in.
"Storms coming in fast!" He warns, the villains- floating on some weird holographic disk above them, fling another flurry of green blasts at them.
"I don't think they care, Denki!" Sero dodges to the left to move the blond as well, narrowly missing getting fried.
The sky and mountain seem to rumble as one, the villains cackle as a wave of white begins its tumble down the mountain.
"Shit."
Bakugo blasts a dent into the powder they stand on, they roll into the alcove moments before the avalanche, they lose sight of each other and everything else as white and darkness descend on them.
Panic hits first.
They're alone, the alcove apparently being big enough for them to be divided.
There's frantic digging, only accomplishing the packing of the snow to give them a little space, but any further and more snow falls through the hole. There's feet of snow on top of them, and more coming as the storm lies overhead.
"H-hello!?" Minas voice is faint, there's a tremble to it, fear settling deep in her gut.
The others' voices rise to meet hers one by one, Kirishima, Sero, and Bakugo, with varying levels of their own panic. Bakugo would sound angry to anyone who didnt know him, but in the cold where sweat was near nigh, and in an enclosed space to boot, well they were all freaking out.
Denki listens for only a moment, he carefully sets his own panic aside, something large and heavy was weighing on his legs keeping him pinned, he had barely been able to carve a space for his head. With a trembling hand, he reached up to his head piece, he had to hope that the excess amount of charge he'd built up while they waited would be enough to fuel this thing until help arrived.
There's static for a moment, then voices cutting in and out, he doesn't put in the energy to listen, carefully spaces his words as he relays their situation. He keeps the flow of electricity steady as he finally calls out to his friends.
"Well I suppose this will have to be our snow fort for now."
It falls short, even for him, but he keeps the tremble from his voice and hears his friends' panicked rambling cut off.
"I feel like we're in Brother Bear 2." He adds when he gets no response, "the one with the little baby raccoon? Anyway, they are on a mountain at some point and shit goes down, but they make it out okay, bonded stronger and everything. Could go for some smores though, I don't really do roots…" he trails off, wracking his brain for something else to talk about.
"Denki. We've literally been buried alive, and you're thinking about Disney and food??" Sero sounds incredulous even through the dense snow.
"What else am I gonna talk about? The weather? Sports??? Have you met me? I could be singing right now but I'm sparing myself the headache that will come from your yelling, you should be thanking me!" Denki winces as the thing on him shifts, he grits his teeth to hold off the shout of pain.
"I like Brother Bear… Kenai was so manly." Kirishima sounds signifigantly calmer, and Denki thanks whoever doesn't hate him up there.
"If a fuckin bear finds us, we'll have other things to worry about."
Denki would never say it aloud, but hearing the Bakugo Katsuki sound petulant was still so astounding to him. He was honestly honored to be one of the few to hear it. And he would definitely take it over his panicked breathing any day.
"~Tell everybody I'm on my way…~" Minas soft voice fills the space, and one by one they join, singing a bit louder to cover Bakugo's voice lest he drop out of the bonding moment.
Denki tries to keep talking, to keep them all grounded, but his lungs refuse to feel full. He has his hands pressed into his arm pits, most of his focus is on keeping the charge going to the headpiece, he wonders idly if his dwindling shivers are a bad thing.
"Denki… does your comm work?" One of them- he can't tell which- asks. The first person to mention the device.
"Ye… bad signal… but they should be… coming." He has to take too many breaths to complete the sentence.
"Are you okay?"
"F…fine. Just… cold." He'd lost feeling to his toes at some point, the fingers that weren't numb before this trip have gone stiff, despite his best efforts to keep them warm.
His body tingles, his quirk is being weird in the poor conduction known as snow. He's surprised a signal got through at all, especially since air seems to escape him.
"Hang in there Denks, try and move around, motion will create friction!" Sero tells him helpfully.
Denki would love to move, if he was able.
"R-right. T-thanks." He falls quiet again, the others murmurs surround him and he finds his eyes slipping closed.
The body will automatically try to shut down to conserve or protect itself…
Hm he wonders if he got that from a book…
"Denki?" Kirishima's voice shakes, they'd had no response for a while now. Bakugo had started digging, in the vague direction they assumed he was in, but with so much snow piled on top of them, he was only succeeding in making his hands cold- despite the special gloves he wore.
"fuCK!" Bakugos frustration is palpable, they were sure the mountain would be rubble by now had he been able to sweat.
Mina's acid had only dropped the temperature of her little hole, the single drop had been enough to convince her to stop, she had just gotten her shivers back to a milder teeth chattering.
Sero felt useless with his tape, he had taped the gaps of his winter gear to trap as much heat as he could, but with no way to do the same for his friends, and no way to use it in an escape, he felt a loathing that burned in his gut.
Kirishima was glad for the gear he'd been convinced- re; forced- to wear. He'd be a popsicle by now otherwise. He wanted nothing more than to pound through this snow, but the dangerous rumbles of the weight on top of them kept him still. He was tempted to test it anyway with Denkis lack of response though.
As they all debate doing just that, a brief heat warms their heads.
"Did… you guys feel that?" Sero calls, anxiously wondering if this is how death starts.
"Yeah… so unless we're all dying-"
"Someone's above us, using fire!"
They let it sink in for half a second, before they're shouting with what little energy they have. The heat comes again, water drips on them as snow melts above, but they could care less as finally light peeks into their dugouts.
When they have freedom to move, they dig, towards the space they know has to be Denki's, fervent movements stiff but quick as they look for blond.
"Here!!!" There's a shrillness to Minas voice, her digging taking on a gentler motion.
They convene, digging-
Hands hit something solid.
Mina uncovers his face, they find his torso, a rock- a boulder- lays on top of his legs.
Despite that, his face is rather serene, tinged blue, his arms crossed over his chest-
"He's not breathing!"
Todoroki has hopped into the hold, Aizawa behind him only a couple paces. They move into action, Aizawa barking orders to get the teen freed, for Todoroki to warm him as slowly as possible, to start chest compressions.
They thank their hero training, as they fall into auto pilot, a blankness hitting them as they simply do as told- because if they lose h… if Denki doesn't… he has to be fine.
He has to be-
Several agonizing minutes.
A spark that shocks everyone touching him, a gasp,
"'Hills like White Elephants'!" The hoarse call startles them, barely a voice at all, but so Denki it hurts.
He was okay.

Could I request a piece where TWICE discover that one time when Mina was in America, she made a professional porn?
just a video?
[ TWICE's Mina ]
warnings: mentions of porn and alcohol, alcohol consumption
minors don’t interact
word count: 1139
drunk and left alone to our own devices for a day can bring many of us to do quite crazy things, but probably not shooting a professional porn video...
Mina thought she was done for, she'd even forgotten all about the damned video, thinking that weeks had passed without the members finding out and they probably ever find it anyways, but boy was she wrong.
Back to December 2021 (New York City)
It all started when all 9 of them had traveled to the US for their concert, but before they had to get down to work and actually perform, they were given a week to explore their surroundings more. Most of the members hung out in pairs or trios and occasionally as 9. On the last day of that week, they all decided to venture out alone, and so everyone had left the hotel room, but Mina.
After exploring the hotel room well for about 30 minutes, Mina finds a cupboard filled will bottles of red wine. perfect, just what I needed to distract myself, Mina grabs a bottle for herself and downs it within an hour. She spends another hour in the hotel room before her boredom gets the better of her, and so she heads out to do something, literally anything.
While walking in the streets of NYC, wearing what she calls the “perfect idol disguise”, she spots a man selling newspapers and decides to buy one for herself, at least it’ll provide her some sort of entertainment. While walking, she looked over the contents of the newspaper. When a little advert at the bottom left corner of the page catches her attention, an advert looking for a model to shoot a professional video, just what she needed to amuse herself.
Yep, I’m crazy, Mina thought as she faced the studio that she was directed to after she had called the number listed on the advert, nonetheless, Mina ignored the voice in her head screaming at her to go back to the hotel room. Mina knocked on the door and within seconds it was open and Mina found herself face to face with a guy, who she had to admit, was breathtakingly attractive.
Hey, you’re the lady who called earlier right? Oh- yeah that was me Mina replied after snapping out of her trance, she was already looking forward to shooting this “video.” The guy motioned for Mina to follow him, she walked in and looked around, taking in her surroundings. The studio was dimly lit and full of props and other filming equipment.
I’m *insert random guy’s name because I’m unimaginative* and I’ll be shooting the video with you, my boss will be here in a minute to actually shoot the video itself, for now, why don’t you introduce yourself? Um... can you keep a secret? A big one? asked Mina nervously. Yeah? Let me guess, you’re quite known or for some other reason you have to go around wearing that get up, he asked. Mina removed her mask and watched as the guy quickly recognized her
Myoui Mina?! Well, this is... surprising, I assume you’re here in the US for the upcoming concert you guys are holding. Yeah and surprisingly I’ve found myself with nothing to do so I decided to sign up for this little job, at least it’s something within my expertise, I’ll say. The door opened and another man, presumably older, walked in.
She’s here boss, and she’s a celebrity too, so this one’s gonna stay anonymous, very well that’s fine with me, he turns to Mina, hello, I’m the one in charge and running this place, you ready to start shooting? Oh yes of course- go get prepared on the couch. He points at a couch in the middle of the studio with dim red lights shining down on it.
That was one long night for Mina
Spring, South Korea, Twice dorm
“She won’t get kicked out... right unnie??” asked Chaeyoung, “I don’t know, I hope not, if it were to be up to me I wouldn’t kick her because of this, however, the final decision is in the companies hands...” replied Jihyo, the members were all sat around a table waiting for Mina. Last night Nayeon was skimming a website for ways to relieve herself, now this was fine, every member at one point had felt the same too, she had found a video that piqued her interest and clicked on it to watch, only to realize the woman in the video was none the less her member, Mina.
The company was appalled to find out that one of their star artists had starred in a porn video unknowingly without their permission. There were talks of kicking the idol out of the group, even out of the company as a whole! However, the other twice members put their foot down on that idea and decided that they would find a different solution, just then Mina walked in.
“Hey guys, I hope I’m not late, what did you guys need to discuss?”, Mina looked happy, ecstatic even, it hurt the members to know that they would have to tell her of the company’s thoughts when she was in such a happy mood. “Well, last night one of us stumbled across a certain video on the internet, and it just so happened to star you Mina” began Jihyo “what do you mean unnie?” said Mina, looking perplexed before she realized what video her leader was talking about, her face flushed a bright red and the members knew that she realized what they were talking about. “I think you may have realized what I mean, our company obviously isn’t happy about this, it’s just not appropriate for one of the biggest faces in this industry to star in a porn video, especially without any permission. Therefore our company is wanting to kick you out of the group...” said Jihyo, voice trailing off at the end at the sight of Mina’s tears. Chaeyoung got up and hugged Mina, “Don’t cry unnie, we won’t let them kick you out, never! Twice is nine, always has and always will be, right you guys?” she turned around to the other members who voiced their agreement. The other members engulfed Mina in a hug until she calmed down, “I’m so sorry guys, I’ve let you down so badly, I’ll make sure I get rid of that video no matter what!” declared Mina, “we’ll help you too! Oh and I’m sorry about this whole mess, I was the one who found the video by the way...” said Nayeon sheepishly, a light blush spreading across her face. “It’s okay, it doesn’t matter it was for the best anyway so don’t beat yourselves up over this, both of you!” Said Momo, pointing her fingers at Nayeon and Mina as if threatening them, jokingly of course, while the other members laughed at her antics, brightening the atmosphere, of course, it was gonna be alright, they’re twice after all!
a/n:  this has been in my drafts forever, forgive me if the beginning sucks, I only re wrote the ending so yea, anyways I hope u enjoy anon (requested)

ditto : 너를 상상하지 (i imagined you)
Tumblr media
genre: fluff, ending angst
pairing: mina x tenth!member
content warning(s): brief hints of anxiety
ditto short series: nayeon, jeongyeon, momo, sana, jihyo, dahyun, chaeyoung, tzuyu
»»————- ♡ ————-««
your favorite penguin, ever.
you’ve always thought mina was extraordinary. and very talented. ever since she came to the jyp training program and onto sixteen, she's always been a mysterious person to begin with. and you liked that about the japanese girl.
although you both didn't talk much during your trainee days, she always kept an eye out on you. not for any bad reasons, just because you were so young, and even though you were competition, she cared about you.
it was momo and sana who had actually introduced you closer to mina. you both were shy, and didn't know korean that well, so you both helped each other.
you often complimented mina on her soft singing, and her dancing. she is very talented, she thanked you for that compliement.
once you both saw you were debuting in the same group, you hugged each other so tightly. from then on, besides chaeyoung, you became her quiet buddy.
she loved the fact that you two could sit in a room filled with silence, with only a few words spoken to each other, and back to silence. you both would both be comfortable with that.
you often did small activities with the older girl, such as knitting, doing puzzles, or even mina's favorite thing to do; build legos. you both even had a vlog where you both built a harry potter lego set together.
it sits on mina's shelf as of today.
you both even took naps together. almost anywhere as long as it was appropriate. such as at places like music bank where you would all be in your dressing room. getting ready, and after you did, you'd take a nap with your head on mina's shoulder, and her head on top of yours. a blanket draped across both of your laps.
when mina went on her hiatus, you sent her a gift basket with a card as much as you could to wish her the greatest and that you can’t wait to see her again, you’d wait as long as it took.
and you did wait.
when mina came back on that stage, your hand didn’t leave hers once, you were a happy ball of joy as mina stood by your side with a grin on her face. the hug you both shared was filled with love and tears.
and whenever mina would have little moments where she absolutely needed you, you were there. you’d squat with her, telling her to take the deep breaths. she’d be squeezing your hand tightly.
when you both had down time, you both did your favorite thing to do together ever; playing games, such as minecraft.
but mina hasn't been playing the fun game at all these past few weeks, even longer than that.
the news from their manager broke not just hers, but the rest of twice's hearts hearing you wouldn't be able to promote, or perform with them after the music video for moonlight sunrise was filmed.
it hit all of them like a brick.
that day when mina found you in your room, her cries and panics shouting for whoever was in the dorm at the time to hurry and call for help.
ever since promotions had ended, mina hasn't left her room, unless she was hungry or thirsty.
but other than that, she didn't leave. all she wanted to do was be with you at that moment. but she couldn't.
she sighed pulling out her nintendo switch, more so yours that's decorated with each member's lovely sticker, and switching on to minecraft.
she logged in with her account, loading up in your world you both made where you built a big house.
your name was offline.
"wish we could play one last time, y/nnie." mina sadly smiles with tears in her eyes.
that was the last game mina ever played.
