Redesign(and rewrite) of Alya and Rena Rouge for my Miraculous rewrite.

The original design was too generic for me and didn't look like a girl who has a blog. I know a Ladybug themed t-shirt that she would start wearing after the heroes' popularity kicked in, She wears a plaid jacket, jeans and boots. I chose this style because I thought it suited her a lot, and yes, I made her hair curlier, and a thousand apologies if it turned out bad, I'm still trying to learn how to draw curly hair TwT

As you can see I also moved the mole a little above her eyebrow, the original position would be covered with her hair. And yes, I decided to dye her hair orange at the ends, I don't know, I thought it would look cool, let me know what you think.

Alya is still Marinette's classmate, and in the beginning she has a very empty blog with very few followers (who would be her closest friends) but before the Ladyblog she would talk about heroes about heroes from other countries, since at the moment Paris would not have heroes yet. She takes a liking to Marinette after helping and defending her from Chloe and showing off the rest of the school (in this rewrite Marinette is a new student at the school as well as Adrian).

She and Nino are very close and she likes superheroes a lot and wants to be a journalist when she grows up. As soon as Ladybug and Chat Noir arrive, she begins to document everything about them, to the point of becoming an obsession of hers that ends up consuming part of her life. Her family and friends, especially Marinette would try to bring her back to reality but she would be trapped in her obsession of discovering who her beloved heroes were.

That was the perfect motivation for Hawkmoth to send an akuma to her, turning her into lady wi-fi, which would go after the heroes looking for their dear answers. She would be defeated and Ladybug would explain how important their identities were, which Alya, after learning that her best friend Marinette was very dejected by her selfish actions, realizes how wrong she was, almost giving up on her dream but being motivated by ladybug to keep dreaming, and that one day she would be an amazing journalist.

Even more inspired by Ladybug, and even more affected by her amortization, Alya begins to change her investigation focus, she no longer wanted to know the identity of the heroes, but that of the villain. She would start balancing her normal life with her little investigations into where the villains came from and who was behind them, and seeing her family, friends and boyfriend being akumatized, She grew to hate Hawkmoth, and wanting to bring justice to those he hurt and manipulated. This attracted the attention of the curious and treacherous Trixx, who felt curious about the number of times he saw her close to danger looking for clues, but he could also feel a desire for justice coming from Her. And then one night, during an akuma attack, she got tired of being useless and tried to help, even though she knew it would be dangerous, but was told to stay out by Ladybug and Chat Noir. Trixx appeared to her and gave her the Miraculous of Illusion, so that she could help her idols and protect her beloved city as Rena Rouge!

I didn't change much in the design, out of all the designs on the show this is one of my favorites but I still added road details. She now has an orange jacket, her knees have white diamonds, and her wrists and heels have fur. The ears are now like a bow for her ponytail, and the cream colored part of the ear contains a dark tone in the middle. Other than that, everything else is the same, just with some additions of different shades of orange.

Trixx gets a tuft of hair too, I thought it would look cute :3

Her flute still has the power to create illusions, mirage is still her main and strongest power, but now she needs to focus on the illusion to keep it as realistic as possible. Her illusions are now much more realistic, when using her illusions she can almost warp reality enough to make her illusions semi-physical(like the phantom ruby ​​from Sonic forces) The more intense the illusion the more she needs to maintain focus.

She can also use camouflage, it's practically the ability to become invisible, but for that she would need to hold her breath. I based it on the fact that foxes are known to be sneaky, and with that Rena would be able to sneak past enemies without being noticed.

Like ladybug and Chat Noir, it also contains a special effect, this effect would be the hallucination effect, With that effect she would play a melody on her flute that would cause a mental confusion in the akumatized that would make them hallucinate for a few minutes until the music stopped. It's more of a distraction but depending on the akumatized it could very well be dangerous. More additions to powers can be added, like a Ktsune-based power or something like that. Tell me what other powers she could have.

As a character, Rena Rouge would be the type to play pranks on other heroes in her spare time such as on patrols and important meetings. She would be close to Ladybug and Chat Noir and would follow any of their orders, but at the same time respect their privacy when she could. She would always go out at night to investigate Hawkmoth alone, but would start to be accompanied by Chat Noir who would also go out at night to patrol alone.

She was always going to interrogate the akumatized about their conversations with Hawkmoth but didn't get much out of them. That is, until a whole group of villains appeared who seemed to be much stronger and had a greater connection to Hawkmoth, filling her with even more questions and leaving her exhausted from investigating.to the point that she couldn't even post anything on the blog, seeing it as something not very important anymore.

• As they train together, he learns to use his powers in a balanced and responsible way. He understands that true strength comes from connecting with yourself and nature and respecting the traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation.

My tier list of miraculous holder designs. Didn’t realize I like so many of them to be honest. Some of them could be improved with small tweaks like carapace not have such a goofy hood and goggles as his overall suit is good. I also think some of the designs aren’t necessarily bad but don’t look good in the 3D animation style of the show. For example I would probably like rooster bold more in a 2d animation style. Also aspik and multimouse aren’t on here but multimouse would be in not bad and aspik would be in awful with his father. Maybe I’ll make one of just marinettes transformations since she has so many. Anyway who should I redesign next?

Miraculous Ladybug HC

So what if the miraculous(es)(i) (what's the plural for miraculous??) changed their appearances slightly for each user. It would allow for them to be worn inconspicuously over the centuries as appearances and fashion changed.

Like, the black cat and ladybug miraculous(es) are pretty standard pieces of jewellery, but the money, horse and rabbit miraculous(es) are pretty noticeable/memorable. The glasses of the horse miraculous do fit in by today's standard but I can hardly imagine they'd do so in the past - maybe in some places in the world but not that many (at least not without being noticeable).

The circlet of the monkey miraculous would only be acceptably worn in modern times if you were heading to a dress-up party. And not many people would have been able to afford such a piece of jewellery in the past unless you were very fortunate and very rich - so it would still stick out regardless.

As for the pocket watch of the rabbit miraculous, I have no idea when pocket watches were invented or when they became commonplace, and while they wouldn't necessarily be the most outlandish thing to wear today it would turn a few heads or earn a few remarks. Plus, weren't sundials used to tell time for the majority of history?

Plus if the miraculous(es) changed appearance they'd be a lot less traceable over the course of history. Especially considering the many miraculous users were notable historical figures, such as Joan of Arc, Hippolyta, the pied piper of Hamelin, Sun Wukong, Herakles and Tomoe Gozen - and yes I know some of these are fictional/mythical figures, but they're still recognisable figures regardless.

It'd be even cooler if maybe even the weapons were altered slightly between each user - or at the very least to fit in with their time period. Cause ya know, a yoyo is a pretty unusual and memorable weapon. Not saying that the yoyo would have to change to a completely different weapon, but maybe there could be some aesthetic changes such as making it smaller/bigger.

To people who bring up the: "So other heroes secret identity exposed, but only Chloe can't get a Miraculous for this reason? Why can't they do the same thing with her they did Rena Furtive?"

Because there is a difference, you see: Chloe was the one who intentionally blew her identity and bragged about it.

This was really irresponsible and it put both her and her family in danger. If she can't understand that, I don't think she'd be okay with working in the shadows, like Rena. She would want the spotlight, and we would be back to square one.

Also the other heroes were exposed because of things out of their control. Even if we ignore that Gabriel used Chloe for it, we still left with them being more trustworthy, keeping a secret better.

I don't hate Chloe, but she isn't mature enough for the job.

Miraculous: Magical Connections Power Scaling

Unsurprisingly, one of the many things I'm changing is the power scaling in my Miraculous rewrite

All the Miraculous will alter some aspect of a person's physical appearance when they transform to aid in keeping their identity a secret, this will range from their eye/hair color, to their height, to their build. All Miraculous have a specific thing that will ALWAYS change but everything else will vary person to person (Ie: all Ladybug Miraculous holders will have black hair, but their eye color may or may not change)

A few Kwami's concepts have been altered to better fit my rewrite, which has also changed a couple powers

All Miraculous holders have passive abilities that is different between the Miraculous. They either have something to do with the animal, help with being a hero, and/or aid in making their power easier to use

Most humans have some kind of connection to a Kwami, and those that do are better fitted for their respective Kwami's Miraculous

Kwami's are Gods. Unlike in canon where it's only implied, in my rewrite they are one in the same

Only people wearing the Miraculous can see the Kwami's, so they have a bit more freedom when it comes to their ability to roam (this does not extend to Sentimonsters/Akumas unless they themselves are Miraculous holders)

If a Miraculous is broken or becomes ill suited for the Kwami, they will simply switch which jewel they reside in; this is because, while they ARE bound to the Miraculous, they are bound to it by their own will (this will be expanded upon further later)

And that's about it? At least with stuff I can share before everything's actually finished.

Redesign of Adrien and Chat Noir for the deed, Miraculous Heroes.

I changed Adrian's outfit because it was, honestly, generic. He now follows a more formal style that fits both his father's personality and his career as a model. If you look closely, the collar of the jacket has the symbol of an "A", being the brand of the clothing line Agreste.

This Adrian is more reserved and quiet at the beginning of the rewrite, he didn't know how to interact with other teenagers his age, much less how to act like one. His style would change throughout the story with the positive influence of his friends, encouraging him to choose his own style. As much as he hates being a model, he loves his father too much to ask him to stop, and he also always has an interest in free styles and different from his father's.

He is never the one who chooses what he wears, always being just Gabriel or Natalie, Chloe and Felix are the only people his age he spends time with, and for that, he prefers to keep to himself, not knowing how to act since Chloe acts as if she were superior and Felix is ​​too closed to interact with other people.

He would not be able to attend the first day of school, but he would be present during the first appearance of an akumatized who he would try to help some people close to him, disobeying Natalie's orders and attracting the interest of Plagg who would immediately spot him and choose him as his holder.

As Chat Noir, I gave him a hood with cat ears, long, full sleeves, a vest with a green line and two holes in the sides, and a long belt that serves as a tail. Chat Noir still has cataclysm, but he also has night vision, great hearing, agility, balance, and an ability called seven lives. Nine lives is one of his weaknesses, he cannot be seriously injured, that's because, even if the heroes receive a certain amount of resistance when they transform, they can still feel the pain of battles and even hurt themselves. And, while Ladybug has a lucky effect, Chat Noir has an unlucky effect, that is to say that he has much more chance of getting hurt or getting something wrong.

And Isis includes him being easily injured during battles. Therefore, the nine lives serves as a way to give him resistance, and just as Ladybug can give some of her luck to others, she can give some of her extra lives to others as well. And no, he doesn't die if he runs out of nine lives, he just becomes unconscious and he destransforms.

So that would be his version of the countdown for him to untransform (all heroes would have after a long time using their powers). He still has his staff, and the baton would serve as a communicator and shapeshifter like in canon, but he uses the staff to perform various tricks with it during battles.

Another thing I forgot to mention, the bells on his wrists are retractable, he can pull the bells off and throw them at enemies like smoke bomb grenades, but the bells are not destroyed, The smoke comes out of the little bell holes and it's kind of black smoke, it's more used as a form of distraction.

Corguillotine and Apoidea, the holders of the dog miraculous and the bee miraculous, respectively. Corguillotine sort of takes the place of Chat Noir and Apoidea sort of takes the place of Ladybug in the au with my ocs. Their combined powers allow them to mimic the Miraculous Ladybug, because I say so. They also can just use the Ladybug if they need to.
