Guys marigami is so homumado coded its crazy

-Madoka/Marinette= clumsy sunshine babies

-Homura/Kagami= awkward cool girls

-magical girls

-is Marinette being Ladybug/the Guardian not her being completely self-sacrificial to save the world, like Madoka becoming god to save all magical girls for eternity?

-Homura is a girl who seems very stoic and emotionless, even harsh and offputting to others, when on the inside she is actually kind, very emotional, and feels deeply- much like who exactly in mlb???

-the way Homura fixated on/devoted herself to Madoka bc she was her first friend who opened her up to others; hello Marinette being Kagami's first gf who was THE friend to open her up to other people, while still remaining her best friend above them

-now lets think of all the times Kagami has been akumatized from feeling possessive over her s/o, possessive like how Homura selfishly took Madoka away from the magical girls who had only her as their savior????

-Kagami has gotten straight up akumatized bc Marinette wasn't talking to her in Perfection; much like Homura being corrupted as a witch bc of her sadness at Madoka's absence in the world????

In chocoau! I really like the idea that Chat Noir is Ladybug’s protector.

He’s there to make sure she’s safe and can protect Paris, or is just the one she can rely on and fall on when she makes a mistake. It would give Adrien a sense of purpose and the chance to prove to himself (and unconsciously Marinette) that he can be a kind person. So even though Chat Noir doesn’t have a crush on Ladybug, he’s always willing to listen to her and do as she asks just because that’s his role as the Cat miraculous holder. Maybe that’s also why he calls her “my lady”, because he sees himself as her knight!!

She trusts him to be there for her, and he trusts her to take down the akuma.

(This would also reflect in Plagg and Tikki. When Tikki gets kidnapped or is in trouble and Plagg sees, he never hesitates to help her even though it might expose himself or the other kwamis.)
