Grace Kelly arrives with Clark Gable at the 26th Academdy's Awards Gala held on March 25, 1954, simultaneously at the RKO Pantages Theatre in Hollywood (hosted by Donald O'Connor), and the NBC Center Theatre in New York City (hosted by Fredric March). Grace was nominated as best supporting actress for her role as Linda Nordley in John Ford's "Mogambo".
