Those who WOULDN'T jaywalk

- Rambley would absolutely NOT jaywalk b/c not only does he not wanna get in trouble or be a good influence on kids, but he likes to follow the rules. (could be a possibility where he only jaywalks just to get away from Lloyd)

- Lloyd wouldn't jaywalk only because he has a reputation to uphold and he wouldn't want to look like a common folk that just would jaywalk across the street, he'd want to look professional towards others. (Just because he can)

Those who WOULD jaywalk

- Oh, Salem would ABSOLUTELY jaywalk. They'd not only jaywalk just to piss off Rambley, but they'd just do it for the fun of it and cuz they don't give two shits.

- Mollie would most likely jaywalk and wait for her friends on the other side, while Rambley shouts that she can't just walk over to the side due to the light being red. And Lloyd (for once) agrees w/ Rambley due to that being "unprofessional" of her. Mollie would most likely be confused about her friends' responses.

And then, there's Finley.

I heard somewhere that when Finley's more outgoing, he becomes more reckless and silly, but most of the time he's OBNOXIOUSLY shy. So, the question is...

...Would Finley jaywalk? Yes? No? Maybe so?

WELCOME TO INDIGO PARK SWAPPED AU

what if indigo park was a fantasy rpg and also i swapped everyones roles? let's re-meet everyone in this new exciting alternate universe!

Mollie Macaw :: the protagonist! daring explorer, journeying from land to land in a neverending adventure! she tinkers with model planes in her downtime.

Rambley the Raccoon :: a helping hand! he runs the railways between locations and always knows a bit about everything! he's no expert though, just knows enough to get by. he bakes in his free time.

Ranger Lloyd :: terrain expert! he knows everything there is in navigating safely through any environment, and is always willing to help travellers along the way! not knowledgable on much else though. He knits in his free time - Mollie's scarf was made by him!

Salem the Showstar :: shopkeeper and narrator! always inexplicably there, in the thick of things. their helpful commentary on everything may even provide hints to a puzzle, another path through, and even upcoming challenges! They mix drinks in their free time - always keep an eye out if theyre selling anything useful!

Serpent of the Deep :: main antagonist! an odd mystery, but generally harmless. he always lurks around, looking for pretty treasure to collect - be careful that he doesnt collect you!

Funny Idea about the Indigo cast

So it's well known that Salem like to pull pranks on the gang, right? Well I had this crackfic spawn in my head where it was like:

Salem finds a Mario Party game (they've never heard of Nintendo or Sega) and hears the common joke about how it ruins friendships; so Salem gets the bright idea to drop the game on Rambleys' doorstep. Watching through a camera she put in Rambleys' living room (don't ask me how she put it there) she decides to get some snacks and enjoy the show.

About 25 minutes later Salem watches on in mortified silence as:

1 Finley is bawling his eyes out

2 Rambley and Lloyd get into a fistfight

3 Mollie is spewing every swear word and slur in existence

Salem decided to never do anything like this ever again

This was the 2015 graphic for Indigo Park's annual merch line. It could be found on shirts, sweaters, and other items, and was a popular item among tourists and also among locals, especially those that collected a piece of merch from each year.

This is now the last entry in the annual Indigo Park merch line due to the park's sudden closure that same year. As such, merch with this graphic are sought after by collectors and those interested in Indigo history.

(This was a fun pic to think about and make, and was my first time drawing any of the characters. Salem proved to be the hardest to draw, especially her hair for some reason. Still, I really like how it turned out and hope to hear what you all think!)

Randy Indigo

Age: 24

Randy Indigo, son of Isaac Indigo, began helping out part-time at his father's amusement park in his mid-teens. Enchanted by the vibrant atmosphere and the joy it brought to visitors, he quickly fell in love with the amusement park. By adulthood, Randy had fully immersed himself in the entertainment department, where he thrived.

Randy created his own persona within the park, embodying the mischievous and endearing character of Rambly the Raccoon. Known for his infectious energy and charismatic presence, this character became a favorite among guests, who were captivated by his antics and warmth. Despite his cheerful demeanour, Randy feared loneliness. He made sure to cherish every moment spent with his friends from the park, even if he playfully claimed rivalry with one of them.

He had hoped for these happy moments to last forever…

Randy was the first to disappear.

Hey everyone!

I'm incredibly excited to finally share my latest project with you all: my Indigo Park AU! While I might be a bit late to the Indigo Park bandwagon, I've been working hard on this concept, and I'm really excited to finally be posting about it.

Introducing the Cast Chronicles AU! In this AU, set in the 1960s, the main cast mascots are human employees who worked together at Indigo Park. Throughout the story, we explore their roles within the park and the deep friendships they develop. However, their lives take a dark turn as they mysteriously begin to disappear, one by one.

In an effort to honor their memories, the park introduces new interactive mascots, each bearing a striking resemblance to the missing cast members and serving as memorials to keep their spirits alive within the park. Yet, guests can't help but feel like there is something… unsettling about these new mascots. 

Quick disclaimer: This Indigo Park AU will most likely diverge quite a bit from the cannon lore since the game hasn't revealed much information about its overarching story. However, I will do my best to adapt the AU as new chapters come out!
