This Month In History - September
What a month for pop culture landmark anniversaries! Here's a few I'm toasting:
Sept. 8, 1998: Celebrity Skin released

In Sept. 1998 the 3rd album by Hole was released. Here is my piece I wrote in 2018. Happy 25th CS!
Sept. 10, 1988: Alf Tales premieres
Tumblr media
In Sept. 1988, the second Alf animated Saturday morning series premiered. Here is my piece I wrote in 2018. Happy 35th Alf Tales!
Sept. 10, 1993: True Romance opens
Tumblr media
In Sept. 1993, one of the great crime movies of the 90s was released. Here is my piece I wrote in 2018. Happy 30th TR!
Sept. 11, 1998: Rounders opens
Tumblr media
In Sept. 1998, the great poker movie of the 90s was released. It was in post-production when I was an intern at Spanky Pictures. Here is my piece I wrote in 2018. Happy 25 Rounders!
Sept. 12, 2003: Lost in Translation opens
Tumblr media
In Sept. 2003, Sofia Coppola's greatest movie was released. Here is my piece I wrote in 2018. Happy 20th LIT!
Sept. 12, 2008: Burn After Reading opens
Tumblr media
In Sept. 2008, the Coen brothers' highly underrated dark comedy was released. Here is my piece I wrote in 2018. Happy 15th BAR!
Sept. 13, 1993: Late Night with Conan O'Brien premieres
Tumblr media
In Sept. 1993 during the late night TV wars of the 90s, newcomer Conan O'Brien took over for David Letterman on Late Night. So much attention was on Dave, Jay, Arsenio and Chevy Chase, but for former SNL / Simpsons writer O'Brien his style was completely different and worked great in that time slot. Here is my appraisal of Conan's TV hosting from 2021 including my memories of attending Late Night with Conan O'Brien in 1994 and 1995. Happy 30th LNWCO!
Sept. 14, 1978: Mork and Mindy premieres
Tumblr media
In Sept. 1978, one of the best sitcoms about aliens as a fish-out-of-water premiered on ABC. Spun-off from an episode of Happy Days, the wacky alien Mork played by Robin Williams goes to 1970s Boulder, CO and he moves in with a local, Mindy (Pam Dawber). So much of the humor went over my head, but what was funny was Williams' wild physical comedy. I enjoyed reruns of this along with Happy Days and Laverne and Shirley as a kid! Happy 45th M&M!
Sept. 24, 1993: Dazed and Confused opens
Tumblr media
In Sept. 1993, Richard Linklater's 2nd film (2nd commercially released film that is) was released and it is one of the all time great films about high school. Here is my piece I wrote in 2018. Happy 30th D&C!
Sept. 25, 1998: Monument Ave opens
Tumblr media
In Sept. 1998, the first movie I ever worked on was released. I was an intern in the location department in 1997 and then in 1998 I was an intern at director Ted Demme and producer Joel Stillerman's production company Spanky Pictures. Here is my piece I wrote in 2018. Happy 25th Monument Ave!
Sept. 26, 2003: Hope and Faith premieres
Tumblr media
In Sept. 2003, the ABC-TV sitcom starring Kelly Ripa as a former soap star, now in suburbia with her sister and family premiered. I worked on the entire first season. Here is my piece I wrote in 2018. Happy 20th H&F!

The Most Memorable Thirteenth Doctor Episode Title? Uhm, None of Them. Awkward
The Most Memorable Thirteenth #DoctorWho Episode Title? Uhm, None of Them. Awkward
Doctor Who featured in the last round of the BBC quiz show, Pointless, earlier this week, though the result wasn’t particularly thrilling for anyone. For anyone unfamiliar with Pointless, it’s a series essentially like a reverse Family Fortunes, where the producers survey 100 people and contestants have to find the most obscure answer — to win altogether, you’ve got to find an elusive pointless…

Old Colorado City  (No. 2)
It was initially and briefly known as El Dorado for the gold mines found during the gold rush. The name Colorado City was selected by its founders because of the red sandstone rocks and red outcroppings in the vicinity (specifically, the Rampart Range and Garden of the Gods formations). The word Colorado in Spanish means "blushing" or "red".
The approximate boundaries are U.S. Highway 24 to the south, 32nd Street to the west, 13th Street to the east and Uintah Street to the north, with the town square restructured as Bancroft Park.
Colorado City Town Company laid claim to two square miles of land that would become Colorado City on May 22, 1859. Founded at the confluence of Fountain and Camp creeks on August 12, 1859, it was the first Pikes Peak region settlement. The founders— Melancthon Beach, Anthony Bott, George Bute, and Rufus Cable—envisioned Colorado City as a major supply hub for the new gold mines in South Park and the Blue River, where major strikes in the Pike's Peak Gold Rush had recently been made. The location for the town was selected for its proximity to Ute Pass, the route westward to the gold mines.

LUNAMARA: Fragments [9]
Tumblr media
[Click here for larger size and non-tumblr'd quality]
Pg. 2-4 Authored by Avellana Corylus
Celebrating 4000 years of AVE! Publications, we are honoured to have the assistance of famous fashionista and heir to the Lux brand name, Aurelia Lux to walk us through four monumental centuries of fashion, from the Lunar Migration to the Platinum Age to the Post-War period. It has been a time of much change from the era of our great, great grandparents, one of cultural exchange, social upheaval, and fashion from the properly practical to the retrospectively ridiculous. We are also delighted to host Felix Cygnus' latest shots wearing various historical recreations, and even some vintage pieces from the Lux vaults!
Tumblr media
First, The Lunar Migration. As our ancestors crossed the stars to reach our home, some practical considerations had to be taken in hand when it came to designing clothing. While the lack of gravity in deep space would at first seem enticing for the safety it offers, it only means that sudden stops are more dangerous for snap-points. This lead to a fashion of inflated, flexible joints around ankles, wrists, necks, and even on the sides of the head. These were achieved either through padding, or more commonly through magical air buffers. The materials used to make these clothes are, these days, prohibitively expensive to make, as the resources required are hardly as common on the Surface or on Luna. Studying legacy garments, Aurelia Lux has here presented us with beautiful recreations that are as close to the originals as is possible with current provisions.

Inspiration (in honor of Speak Now Taylor's Version): Enchanted by Taylor Swift.
Summary: Your town was small, not the smallest you knew, but anyone of high fortune was the gossip of the week. Predictably, Richard Grimes was a thing of whispers -rumors of a search for marriage among the grassy hills. You weren't one to buy into town gossip, but something about him... just seemed a little too intriguing.
TW: crying.
[[A/N: I felt very single writing this. So... Like be ready. Thanks for reading !!! ]]
Tumblr media
You swatted at his arm, still dabbing at your eyes, "That's not very gentlemanly, Mr. Grimes."
"I do apologize, Ms. Greene," he responded, rather playfully, "-I quite hope ya 'ave in your heart to forgive me."
You smiled, big and bright, eyes darting over his, "I suppose I can."
Mr. Grimes grinned then, eyes crinkly -just as you preferred. It made your head swirl slightly, he was to be your husband. So very soon. Your husband-
"I am grateful you use your basket so often," he hummed -eyes darting to it settled onto the crook of your arm, "-seein' you holdin' it reminds me of the day we met."
"How so?" you questioned, "-I did not have this basket then. Is it just reminiscent?"
"Very much so," he answered, eyes so softly looking at you -nearly adoring, "-You and your basket. Suppose I'm missin' Judith, but it is quite the same anyway."
"I do hope I look better than that day," you remarked -offhandedly.
Mr. Grimes turned to face you fully then, reaching your eyes, "You look quite wonderful in any sort of way, Ms. Greene, I believe I have said 'at before. And-"
He looked at you then, eyes swimming over your face, perhaps comparing them a moment. You from ever so long ago and you now. He continued to look at you rather fondly, wonderfully so. It made you a shade of crimson to have such attention.
"-I hold that view of you fondly. It was the first I had ever seen of you, was it not?"
"It was," you agreed -rather quietly.
You pondered such an idea for a moment, mind remembering him clearly from that first day. He'd still smiled at you the same way, but something in him amused at you then. Now, he looked at you rather in love to replace such emotion. You remember how he looked, so handsome you'd nearly believed him lost, and Judith so tightly by his side -so loving. Suppose the idea of him was favorable then, asking for a dance or two, seeing him again-
You would never quite imagine to be standing where you were now.
Bethrothed, engaged to such a man with the portrait he'd gifted you hanging along the wall. And on your arm, a basket he'd given you the second time you'd met him filled with his letters that he offered his heart to you on.
It was quite impossible to imagine, you realized, this was certainly nothing you could've ever thought of. Ever.
Your eyes flicked back to the portrait a moment.
"Thank you," you spoke, genuinely.
"There is certainly no need," he replied, turning back to the portrait himself, "-you know I would do anythin' for you. You must."
"I do," you hummed out, "-but I shall still say it. Thank you."
He paused a moment, digesting it, "For what exactly, Ms. Greene?"
"Everything," you responded -a little breathlessly, "-For the gifts, and for falling in love with me, for the balls, for the dances, for the proposal-"
His eyes turned to look at you, love shining so bright but perhaps tears dusting along the rim of his eyes.
"-All of it, everything," you repeated -voice unwavering.
He seemed to laugh a little, eyes still looking at you. You turned to look at him. Mr. Grimes endlessly stared -thoughtfully, a little like he couldn't believe you stood before him. Or perhaps you had said something monumental. Which, you guessed you had. His eyes were now most certainly shining with tears.
He grinned at you brightly then, tears slipping down his cheeks, "I suppose I owe you a thanks as well, then. For the-" his voice caught in his throat, "-for the very same things. Lovely things."
You swallowed down some tears yourself.
"I never-" he sniffled, looking down and wiping at his eyes, "-I never thought I'd find this. Not after... Not after Lori and yet-"
Mr. Grimes simply looked at you with a teary sort of smile.
"-'ere ya are."
"Mr. Grimes," you objected, quietly and, perhaps, a little weepy.
"I cannot-" his voice caught in his throat, and you heard a sob bubble up in place of a breath, "-I cannot thank ya enough for 'at. For bein' 'at for me, for bein' who you are, and... and lettin' me love you."
"Mr. Grimes-"
"Not that I had much of a choice in the matter," he laughed shaking his head -eyes still teary, "-I believe I fell in love wit' ya as soon as I met ya."
"Mr. Grimes," it was barely there, quiet.
His lips fell closed a moment, merely watching you.
"You-" you sniffled a little, using the handkerchief again, "-I should ask you to never thank me. For... For anything. Being loved by you is well worth it, no thank you is needed."
He smiled at you, the blearily happy one, laughing a little, "'S quite the gift to love you."
You took a breath in through your chest, heart nearly in your throat, "I shall say the very same for loving you, Mr. Grimes. It's been quite wonderful."
"I love you," he said simply.
You smiled, big and bright, "I love you too."
All he did was look at you, then, eyes quite focused.
"I believe that's enough tears," you laughed a little, "-don't you, Mr. Grimes?"
"I don't mind," he hummed softly, looking at you the very same, "-as long as they are cried happily."
"You say that as if you were the one crying all morning," you quipped, dabbing at your eyes.
"You said you 'ave somethin' as well?"
"Oh," your eyes darted to your basket, "-right, yes."
You paused, looking at them for a moment. It was quite certain these would be rather emotional as well.
You frowned, but you were still ever-so-curious.
"Your letters," you offered, and his eyes dropped into the basket in recognition, "-I believed it might be nice to talk of them. But, if you are not comfortable, I understand completely. It's only a suggestion."
Mr. Grimes pursed his lips a moment, "I don't mind, truly, but-"
He faltered, before seemingly remembering something -flashing through his eyes.
"Would ya mind a walk to my office?" he questioned, suddenly, "-I believe it private enough, and I'd... I'd like to fetch somethin'."
"Of course we can," you smiled, gently taking his arm, "-what is it that you need to fetch?"
"Let's call that a surprise, shall we?"
You laughed a little, "I don't believe such a conversation is worthy of a surprise, Mr. Grimes."
"I believe it to be related," he replied -rather simply.
The rest of the walk was quiet -not uncomfortably so. It was something else entirely with silence in Mr. Grimes's presence, it was warm and truly you felt as though you fit nowhere else so perfectly. So, the silence, instead, was quite nice.
When he stepped into the office, he decidedly left the doors open and guided you to sit. You gratefully accepted such help, eyes scanning over him in curiosity. Instead of sitting beside you, he moved distinctly to his desk -knowledgable of his actions. He moved with purpose.
He pulled a key out of his pocket and connected it to the top left drawer of his desk.
You pursed your lips, a question on your tongue. It was halted in your throat.
Unhesitatingly, Mr. Grimes had pulled out a stack of papers -a mix of ivory and the ever-familiar tinge of brown. You knew such a paper quite well.
"My letters?" you questioned, a touch astonished, and perhaps confused about the mix of ivory within such a stack.
He sat beside you, close enough for proprieties sake. Mr. Grimes seemed to be quite strict with the wedding so close. Three days, to be exact. The thought made your head swim slightly.
"I shall soon be close to you every day, I can wait for the rest of these."
"I wrote responses to 'em all," he admitted, softly, "-I believed 'em unnecessary after a certain point of time, but... I could not leave 'em with no response."
"You," you took a pair out of his hands, both so delicately folded, "-You responded to all of them?"
He nodded succinctly.
You took it upon yourself to count in his hands the pairs, and you came up with 8. The exact amount it should have been (you had two at your home). You took a moment of pause.
"I... I am quite speechless, Mr. Grimes."
"I was goin' to give 'em to ya eventually," he clarified, "-I just believed the timin' was to be right. And well-"
His eyes dipped to your basket again.
"-I believe the time is right."
You set the basket beside you along the couch, velvet plush, and took the letters into your hands. Fingers brushing through the paper, you merely just stared at them -a bit in disbelief. They were neatly interlocked in stacks, so as to know the pairs.
"I'd... I'd like to read these," you responded -a little desolately.
"You are certainly allowed such things," he laughed a little, "-they are for you, are they not?"
"I suppose so," you responded, slowly -a little lost in the moment. Before decidedly gathering them in your lap, and moving gracefully to pull out what was in the basket. You placed them beside it, rather carefully, and then set the stack in its stead.
With a breath, you gathered up the mix of invitations and letters that you'd brought and placed them onto your lap.
Mr. Grimes looked at them -thoughtfully.
Your mouth was moving before you could quite help it, "You cannot keep them."
He laughed a little, repeating, "They are yours, although-" he motioned slightly to the basket, "-I would like your letters back as well."
You pursed your lips, laughing, "Certainly not, those letters are quite delirious from sickness. I hardly believe they portray such grace as yours have."
"'Ey don't need grace," he hummed, "-it reminds me a bit of your pain, yes, but at the same moment, just of your love. I believe them to be quite wonderful."
Your eyes moved to the basket, swimming over the papers.
"I treasure 'em," he spoke -rather softly.
"Okay," you spoke in kind. Fingers absentmindedly brush over the invitations in your lap, you recognize that you treasured these for the very same reason, "-I shall return them as soon as I am finished reading."
Mr. Grimes hummed a moment, and you grabbed the first letter to hand him. He accepted it rather carefully, perhaps, because you treasured them so. It made your heart warm in your chest.
(I apologize for any inconvenience and will take it upon myself to explain this matter to Ms. Greene. If you shall wish to let me, I would request she comes to my estate on the 'morrow so as to get rid of any misunderstandings.)
He pulled it in front of him a little more, pausing a moment. Not quite reading it, he merely stared a little.
"I was quite certain that I was to explain it to you," he spoke, suddenly -a little sorrowfully, "-that it would be cleared up quickly. But-"
You frowned.
"-I do quite understand that my intentions may have been uncertain. I do not blame your family in the slightest. I... I even believe I would have done the very same, were it Judith in your stead."
You wordlessly extended your hand to his -squeezing once. He smiled at it for a spare moment. His hand extended once more, and you met him with the second.
(Any other matter is of less importance than her health, so despite the complicated situation -I am at your beck and call.)
"I know that you assisted him," you spoke mindlessly, holding the response in between your fingers. You gently handed it over.
(There is nothing to repay, I would do anything for her, you must know that by now.)
His eyes skimmed over those words, silently.
"I would still do anythin' for ya," he spoke, low and nearly a whisper.
You smiled, gently guiding his eyes to yours with your hand -thumb rubbing against his cheek, "I very well know that, Mr. Grimes. You need not elaborate."
He smiled a little, leaning into your touch slightly and seeming to relax against it. Like you were the antidote to the swirl of feelings he most certainly was experiencing. You felt a little guilt over such a thing, but he had agreed -so you truly believed it to be alright.
Wordlessly, you pulled your hand back and extended the next one forward. He smiled a little tightly at it -in recognition you assumed.
(She is far more important to me than I think anyone has realized, and while I understand your hesitance, the situation does not look favorable. I fear if I cannot explain it now then, she may never know. And I truly don't wish for it to end this way, or for it to end at all.)
Mr. Grimes was silent a moment, thumb pinching it in his grip. It mindlessly started to rub against the ivory. His eyes hung over the words, slow and languid. He took a shaky breath in.
"This," he moved the letter, ever-so-slightly, "-this was when I started realizin' my summons were coming unanswered. I.."
He fell silent a mere second.
"I waited for ya to come, every day I sent ya one," he spoke, voice shaking slightly, "-and it wasn't... You weren't... You weren't 'ere."
"I'm sorry," you apologized, almost instinctively.
"No, no, please," he turned to you, hands grabbing yours -perhaps, desperately, "-ya need not to. It was not under your control, 'ere is no blame to be had. But if 'ere were, it would certainly not land on you. Ya must understand 'at."
You paused, scanning through his eyes before raising your connected hands and pressing your lips to them. A quick press, really. Perhaps, as a wordless response.
He watched you attentively, and you thought that you might have seen his lip tremble ever so slightly at the press of your lips.
You dropped his hands at the very second you saw it, hands coming to cradle his face without a moment of hesitation. The letters shifted in your lap, but you couldn't find it within yourself to quite care. With a breath, you pulled his forehead to yours.
He took a shaky breath in and out, and you listened. Following them, keeping track of them.
In.
Out.
In.
Out.
You listened until it no longer shook, and then decisively separated -hands still holding his face.
"I love you," you spoke, rather simply, but it held so much then.
He smiled at you, a little teary but you did not mind, "I love you too. Very much."
You laughed a little, before pushing forward and kissing his cheek -featherlight. He grinned even brighter then.
And then you fell rather serious -hands still along his cheeks, "Do you wish to continue?"
Mr. Grimes nearly instinctively answered, "'Course."
"Are you certain?" you leveled your eyes to his, "-If it is too much-"
"If it is too much," he hummed, hands coming to rest on your own, "-I 'ave you, do I not?"
You took pause at such words, before replying, "You do. You'll... You will always have me."
He looked at you, blue eyes so blue and chest broken open. His heart offered to you, yet again.
"Do not ever doubt that," you continued with conviction.
"I shall never," he laughed slightly.
"Mr. Grimes," you warned.
"I won't," he spoke, much more seriously, "-I will never doubt it, truly."
"Good," you exhaled, satisfied by such an answer, "-good."
With the next breath, you kissed him. Simply, nothing more than a press of lips. As if to say you were always there, or perhaps to say you loved him. He sighed into it, and your chest swirled at such a notion, and you kissed him once more for it.
When you parted, his eyes were twinkling again (looking at you a little like you were his world), a smile crinkling by his eyes. It was exactly what you had wished.
You dropped your hands and fished through the stack. Finding the next one, you brought it to his hand -skin brushing against each other.
(Or that I'm reaching out at all, I fear that she doesn't know I'm fighting for it. That my plans are set in stone, and that her assumptions, or perhaps the world's, are without a doubt the truth. You know my intentions, you always have, ever since that day near the seamstress shop. And I ask that you honor that and tell your sister I am still fighting, that I have not run away.)
"Your sister's," he recognized, exhaling a breath -no longer shaky, "- I just wanted to be sure you knew 'at it wasn't as simple as what everyone had said it was. That I... That I was 'ere."
"I may not have known then," you spoke, "-but I know now. Truly."
Mr. Grimes looked at you with that familiar sort of glance, and you merely smiled in response.
Your eyes darted to your lap, seeing the last one in your lap. Alone. It was the one addressed to you, perhaps in a last-ditch effort.
You handed it to him.
(My head is a mess as it is, but I find something clears it all when I think about you. I've never been more certain about you. I suppose I'm just afraid I don't know if you are as certain as you once were. I want you to be. I need you to be.)
"I loved ya," he spoke almost immediately, "-an' I almost wrote it. I 'ave so many 'at I did, 'at I just couldn't send. I wanted to give you the respect of sayin' it in person-"
His eyes shifted to you, a little playfully.
"-an' I wished to see your reaction in person."
You laughed.
"But ya-" he paused a moment, just looking at you, "-ya beat me to it."
"I did," you confirmed, "-to your betterment, I was feeling it all quite literally at that very moment. I read your letters, and I just... It was sudden, but I loved you. I was... am, really, hopelessly in love with you."
He grinned, bright and dashing (just as he had the first time), and his blue eyes swam over you. Detailing your every feature, he just looked at you, rather vulnerable. It made your hands itch to touch him once more.
"'I believe I've fallen in love with you. Most completely,'" he quoted, low in his accent, "-I remember it remarkably clearly."
"Do you?"
"Very much so. I remember the dress you wore," he hummed, hand mindless coming to tuck a loose strand of hair back behind your ear, "-the loose hairs, the way you looked at me, the way you held my letter to your chest so tightly -you held it as though it was a lifeline."
"It very much was," you clarified.
He smiled quite brightly, "I don't believe I'll ever forget it. How ya looked, or... or what ya said."
You tilted your head, leaning into his hand that remained there, "Why?"
"Well," he explained, "-it was the first I'd seen of ya when you were certainly all I wanted to see. And you... you said you loved me."
You remained quiet.
"I was not," his throat caught, "-I was not certain I would ever hear such a thin', despite it bein' all I wanted to hear. I kept writin', and I don't think I would 'ave ever stopped truly, but each time I just believed 'at even if ya had, 'at it lessened. Because ya didn't know 'at I felt the very same. So desperately."
Your hand moved to his arm, wrapping your fingers around it. A little as comfort.
"And then," he swallowed, laughing a little, "-then ya said it. After worryin' so long, 'ere was nothin' to worry 'bout. Because ya loved me.
"Love you," you corrected.
"Love me," he mended, smiling so brightly that it might have been blinding.
He stared at you a moment, eyes taking you in. The silence was comfortable, you didn't wish to be rid of it. You instead patiently waited for him to speak.
"I love you," he breathed out, before smiling, "-most completely."
You grinned, perhaps brighter, repeating, "Most completely."

regardless of any nepotism that may have been involved, I just think it’s messed up that they let a FOURTEEN YEAR OLD become kazekage. not to mention other villages could take it as a sign of weakness that the most powerful shinobi we have is so young

Update on the cease and desist order from Konoha:
This blog will be deleted in 48 hours. We never considered the harm our hyperfixation could have on Konoha's national security, and for that we are sincerely sorry, both to Jiraiya and the residents of Konoha. For those wonderful people who have expressed concern for the mod team, the legal case is still ongoing but right now it's looking like a fine.
More information on the case, the ANBU incident and the situation with @orochimarupdates can be found below the cut.

The Valley of the End
These statues were constructed by artist and stonemason Hikaru Aburame in 1737 KY. Commissioned by the Shodaime Hokage Hashirama Senju, the statues depict Senju and his longtime ally and rival Madara Uchiha. Uchiha and Senju were responsible for the Uchiha-Senju Alliance which founded the Hidden Leaf Village and put an end to the Warring States period. The monument, which potrays the two opposite each other forming the confrontation sign, was constructed in the valley where Uchiha lost his life to Senju during their battle a year prior.

“Making Their Mark,” presented by the Shah Garg Foundation and curated by Cecilia Alemani, is a monumental exhibition featuring 80 significant women artists from the last 80 years. Among these notable women are #MTAarts artists Firelei Báez, Faith Ringgold, Sarah Sze, and Elizabeth Murray.
On view in Chelsea through Mar 23, the exhibition “champions the lives and work of women artists, bringing into vibrant relief their intergenerational relationships, formal and material breakthroughs, and historical impact. Through drawings, mixed media works, paintings, sculptures, and textile works, the artists of ‘Making Their Mark’ rechart art history through their singular, iconic practices.” - Shah Garg Foundation

What is the Best Doctor Who Story Ever Told?
Hello everybody and welcome to this, frankly ridiculously sized, tournament between not only every televised Doctor Who story, not only the spinoffs, not only a large number of minisodes, but over a 100 audios and dozens of other stories from other corners of the EU.
Now we will have to whittle over 600 stories down to jusst one, that is a lot of matches, a lot of rounds, just a lot, until very late in the game, rounds will be posted across several days. Right now the goal is to post (up to) new matches daily from Sunday to Thursday, with Friday's a day off for my own sake, which in my current plan places the final on the 18th of December (thats right, this'll be out of date before its even over, during round 2 in fact)
You can use this form to submit propaganda for your favourite stories (or anti propaganda for ones you hate). there is a more checkable list of nominations here if you want to know what you can submit propaganda for
without further ado
ROUND 1 (Group Stage)
earlier in the year I ran some polls between televised Doctor Who stories, the top 50% for each Doctor have automatically advanced to Round 2, which is why (a) there are stories missing, and (b) the groups between the remaing stories are a lot deadlier
Every day will have groups from across the Doctor Who Universe, from Classic Who, New Who, TV Spinoffs, and the EU
