when you wake and realise he’s staring at you, even in your sleep-riddled haze you beam at him with a smile that the sun pales in comparison to, and like the ancient egyptians he worships you, falls at your feet and begs you to give him life. you can do nothing but comply, inching closer to him and pressing a kiss to the corner of his mouth.

“happy birthday, my love,” you murmur groggily into the life you’ve given him. he leans in and kisses your forehead—how could he not worship the sun who grants him life, allows his crops to grow and flourish?

you shuffle closer to him, immersing yourself in his scent and warmth and being. “happy birthday,” you repeat, rhythmic against the beating of his heart. remus has chewed you up and spit you out, mushed to bits so no one else can have you, but you wouldn’t have it any other way.

Oh my gosh I can’t believe I’m so late to the party but I finally had time to read Spring Tides and ohhhhhhh myyyy gosh!!!!

1. I’ve missed your universe so much! I’m about to reread all of ltm again because I’ve missed it so much and this was such a wonderful treat that I didn’t realize I needed!

2. Wooyoung finally got rid of the shackle! I’m so happy to see the little sunshine finally put it behind him and be free! He absolutely deserves it!

3. Man, tattooed Ateez really is my weakness I loved hearing about what tattooed they all have! I love how they’re connected to each other (or they’re not and I’m horribly wrong) like it’s so adorable and wholesome!

4. I love love LOVE Bug talking more and getting used to her voice again! The way you talk about her voice getting better and her getting used to it more made me smile so big my cheeks hurt. The sound I let out when she laughed and took her mask off wasn’t human I swear! I was so happy to see it and it’s so deserved! Bug deserves all the happiness in the world and I’m happy she has Ateez to bring her that happiness.

You have once again done such an amazing job with writing and I really hope life is treating you well! 💖💖

yes!! woo gets rid of the shackle! this is technically a bit of a spoiler but I couldn't help but throw it into the oneshot too see how many ppl would notice OoO but it will be addressed in the future >:)

tattooed atz!! I actually had all their tattoos planned from the beginning of atz (except a few) and just... forgot to write about them tbh xD but yes!! a bunch of their tattoos are linked to each other! ESP woosan (their matching tattoos in ltm drive me and loren BONKERS I swear we talked about them for like two whole days) but every member of atz has some kind of tattoo in ltm and I'll start slipping in references to them as the story goes on xD

bug using her voice <33 I didn't want to jump straight into her using it completely because I honestly see her continuing to use the language of touch and sign more commonly than her voice since she's spent a significant portion of her life selectively mute,, but I also wanted to show that with a lot of time and healing, being able to speak was something she became more comfortable with <3 she truly does deserve the world tho omg I've never loved one of my own characters more <3 :")

On average, how long does it take you to make these comics? I’m quite curious as you pump them out like wild fire while you have me making comics twice a month XD

I actually haven't been asked many times! A few here and there and not in my inbox haha

Making all those comics was VERY time consuming with each comic taking up from 4-8 maybe hours to make flat out removing all breaks and such I've had. For example my Spearmaster and Suns comic was long so that one was haard to make.

I have to cut corners a bunch here and there in order to make it work with an ask-blog around as well. It does not mean I put less effort though, more so I don't go for perfectionism in my art as long as it sells the point. I make everything with a lot of love and excitement, but I am slowing down a little in order not to go crazy hehe

don't be shy tell us about hollow moon's bad ending :) (also such a great fic!!! your writing gives me so many emotions i had to lie down like a fainting victorian woman)

oh my god ;; okay, so- i feel like i should highlight first that this is all stuff that mainly got thrown around inside my head; i never actually wrote anything out properly? so this might come off more as a deranged rambling than anything else aha-

tbh the bad ending feels kinda self-explanatory: the moon wins. that's all there is to it; either sebek and malleus don't get there in time so silver manages to throw lilia off with magic and escape through the portal, or malleus' attempt to cut off his magic fails... et cetera, et cetera.

i got really tempted to write that. sheep (friend who helped me a lot with hollow moon) and i REALLY like the moon (we call her "moonie") and it just got really tempting to write a bad ending where she's basically toying with silver, dressing him in pretty clothes and making him entertain her, and kind of sort of managing to keep him alive (barely) while his mind's just a complete mess under the full extent of her thrall. idk, i'm a sucker for Women™ who do things like that. y'all don't know how much i liked writing moonie toying with silver in the dream sequences in hollow moon (answer: a lot)

except the problem is that this bad end led me to think about a good end to the bad end (convoluted!!), which utilises one of my favourite tropes in general: rescue missions. do you think?? the other three are just gonna take this lying down?? they're gonna find a way to break in and drag silver back and AAAAA i had to throttle and restrain myself from scrapping the original ending and writing that because. Do You KNOW how much i fucking LOVE rescue missions?? malleus 1v1's the moon while lilia and sebek go looking for silver (who is just unconscious and left in a pretty little tower somewhere in those mountains, sleeping in a bed while moonie deals w the pesky intruders...) something something the horror of seeing ur son just fucking Gone mentally and needing to drag him out before it's too late. anyways

IDK I HOPE THIS MAKES SENSE but man. hollow moon. sure did take a lot out of me. moonie is a #girlboss and i love her. tbh the main reason why i didn't scrap it is bc 1) i think the fic would've gotten another 20k words and i was not strong enough and 2) i still like the og ending. i think it fits perfectly and i had it in mind since the beginning so i wasn't gonna just scrap it. IT WAS STILL TEMPTING THOUGH-

they ARE one and the same! promotional photoshop is promotional photoshop. clip studio paint. same thing

their shells/bellies work as projection screens! (see: the new projection face animatronics at didney parks, but like. better)

which means that their bellies can:

tell time

give a weather forecast

display a child's name

display simple animation (like a birthday cake)

their shells can then of course change color, and Moony's default is at a Northern Lights projection for naptime :)

the sun/moon on their chests are their light sensors :)

this was a lot of fun LOL, Moony has a first run design too and i think i'd like to hammer that out a bit more but we'll see. hahaaaaaaa :)
