Luis loves kissing. Doesn’t matter where. On the forehead. On the cheek. On the lips. Hands. Chest. He’s a kisser.

Leon has grown into a kisser because of how frequently Luis does it. They’re both a little taken aback when Leon initiates first because he’s just never done it. He does it more often after.

Luis just loves contact in general. He’s a touchy person, and it’s always reassuring to have Leon close to him. He’ll find ways to discreetly be in contact with Leon in public, like fingers brushing against each other or playing footsies under a table if they’re at a restaurant or something. Leaning in so they’re shoulder to shoulder. That kind of stuff. In private he can be more forward, like cuddling with him or resting his head on his lap.

Leon uses food to express himself. If Luis is mad at him or upset with him, he’ll try to make him an elaborate meal to apologise. Leon’s in charge of cooking when he’s home, and he doesn’t mind at all. It’s like his love language.

Leon can’t sleep while on prolonged missions without hearing Luis’s voice first. He’ll call him when it’s safe just to hear his voice.

Leon carries a picture of Luis with him when he’s out on missions.

Luis sleeps on Leon’s side of the bed when Leon’s away. He thinks the bed’s too big for him alone, but he’ll still curl up in Leon’s spot anyway.

Because I think Luis and Rebecca would be best friends working at the BSAA together, Luis would tell Rebecca all about his relationship and gush to her over how in love he is with Leon. He’s a talker, and he has talked her ear off over them, but she doesn’t mind. She’s super happy for her bestie.

Luis loves using pet names, but his brain was fried the first time Leon ever called him a pet name. He still gets all giddy and bashful over it.

Leon was super annoyed with Luis when they first met (obviously) but after Luis’s close call with death and he went dangerously quiet, Leon loves listening to Luis talk. Or making any kind of noise really. Just any sign that he’s still alive and with him. He doesn’t even mind Luis snoring in his sleep because at least it’s a sign that Luis is alive and by his side at night.

AND THATS ALL IVE GOT RN. But definitely some of my faves off the top of my head. Thank you for asking!! I love talking about them.

So there’s actually a bit of backstory to this évè

Back when I started this blog, I remembered how much hate RE women get from the fandom and how unjustified a lot of it is. I also remembered that I was called a misandrist once, which I thought was hilarious. I told a friend about this and then said “hey watch me put ‘Part Time Misandrist, Full Time Women Lover’ in my bio.” I didn’t do it though because I didn’t want people stumbling across my side blog and thinking I was being serious.

But then.

I just kept having bad experiences with the men in my classes, but last week was the final straw. Some dude made me feel stupid for something I said in our group discussion, but then when he was presenting his ideas to our professor, he reworded my contribution as if he’d thought of it. I was so upset, and I, ofc, immediately told the same friend what happened. That’s when I remembered the joke I’d made and decided I really was gonna add it to my bio.

TL;DR: Men get on my fucking nerves sometimes, but I would die defending a woman.

After a mission with Cor, where he was, in fact, Reckless, Ramuh follows through on his threat

Ace sighs.

The Astral continues to stare at him.

Ace most definitely does not pout.

“I am not reckless,” Ace insists, “I’m not!”

Ramuh raises an eyebrow and Ace; despite never having known his grandfathers is suddenly reminded of them.

“Fine,” Ace says, “I’ll stop being more reckless than the situation calls for.”

Swear it, the god rumbles.

“I swear it.”

Ace curses loudly as he stabs another MT through the eye. Cor is separated from him by a wall of fire and Ace can see three mechs converging on Cor.

His promise to Ramuh all but forgot, Ace warps through the flames and yanks Cor out of the way of a missile strike before Ace decides that fuck it.

Time for a storm.

Ace’s veins burn brilliant purple as lightning descends from the clear skies above him and strikes the all remaining enemies in the base he and Cor were supposed to be sneaking through - a task they failed at, bloodied and bruised as they are - but Ace gets to watch in menacing satisfaction as the mechs explode into flames and the base itself is brought to ruin.

The magic in Ace’s veins burns even as he tries to pull back. The searing in his veins does not stop until he’s on the ground and panting.

There’s blood in his mouth. He spits it out as Cor hauls Ace to his feet.

“Siren,” Cor says as Ace closes his eyes against the garish light of day, “What the hell?”

“Talk later,” Ace says, “Nap now.”

Ramuh shows up in Insomnia during a press conference.

The crowd goes silent.

Ramuh shows the ruined base and the events leading up to it.

Your son, Ramuh says, Ace Apollonian
