Not to be negative but I鈥檝e been really getting back into horizon forbidden west and I love the game the gameplay is GREAT but my god the story does not hold up to zero dawn every main quest point is another tedious conversation tree and a shit ton of infodumping

Everyone鈥檚 favorite ember in the wind! Ol Gildun, what a gem. Anyone else sob during his quest in Burning Shores? I need that man to join up with Morlund鈥檚 crew in H3

Been replaying HFW in prep for the upcoming DLC, and just did the POSEIDON mission tonight <3
Forgot how much I loved my trio of loser theater kids <3 <3 <3

Aloy, wonderful, amazing Aloy, had left Morlund and his crew a good hour ago. They had coaxed her to stay for a celebratory round of some stew Stremmur had made, and the huntress took some with her before mounting a machine that seemed to bend to her will.
Amazing
Stremmur pulled two bedrolls out onto the balcony Morlund seemed stuck to after some time, pushing them together and lying back as he listened to Morlund talk to himself. He's always been so excitable, but not even the stars or the brilliant lights surrounding them could hold a candle to the sparkle in Morlund's eyes, brimming with sheer joy. Abadund, who normally spent late nights going over their expenses, lie across from him after grabbing a blanket to cover them. Nearly having watched Morlund die three times, and himself once versus a humongous beast?
Oh he was quite tired today.
"Morlund, are you going to join us, or stand up all night?" Abandund yawned, and he was greeted with a grinning face when Morlund turns around to look at him.
"I don't get how you're tired, this is just spectacular!"
"Yes, and it shall remain that way tomorrow. Come, sleep." Abadund emphasized by patting the spot between himself and Stremmur and gets a grumble before Morlund finally lies down. Tossing the bundled-up blanket behind him over the other two, Abadund curls up against the tinkerer and pulls the fabric over his head.
"Someone's tired." Morlund grinned, slipping his right arm under Abandund's neck and earning a pleased noise.
"Perhaps." Stremmur chuckled, one arm behind his head as he admires the flying "beast" pass over their spot once again. "One night of the many to come, filled with shards, guests, and orders galore."
"Mhm, he's going to be pleased." The showman grinned, finally the exhaustion of the proceeding day seeping into his bones.
"Sleep, let dreams of the shows come to serenade you." The older man hummed, and he feels a squeeze to his free hand before Morlund closes his eyes. It's not long before he's out, and Stremmur sometimes wonders where his endless energy and zest for life comes from.
No matter, it's a good trait for one to have. Stremmur finally lets himself find sleep, the soft sounds of the various light shows around them as a beautiful companion to their dreams of what was to come.

So who are your favourite new minor (non-squad) NPCs in Forbidden West?
Oh man there are a lot of good ones. If we're not counting Talanah and Petra (the fact that they're not part of the Base crew makes me sad to this day) Morlund was probably my fave and his dynamic with Aloy was immaculate. I also really liked Drakka and all his dumb shenanigans. The Enduring was pretty cool and she kicked my butt. Oh and FASHAV. Best believe I fell in love with that fucker instantly :')
