Rumpnisse (rumphob) appreciation post.

Rumpnissor (rumphobs) are very small creatures that live in the Mattis Forest in "Ronja Rövardotter". Their speech consists mainly of questions, chiefly: "Vof-vof-vof-voffor då, då? Vof-vof-vof-voffor gör hon dom på detta viset?" ("Wh-wh-wh-why? Wh-wh-wh-wh-why are they doing that then?").

"The Magic Flute" (1995) - Valeriy Ugarov

Films I've watched in 2024 (18/?)

Weird and wonderful animated film that give you the main points of Mozart's "The Magic Flute" in half an hour.

Great for people who already love the opera, and brilliant as an introduction for people unfamiliar with it.

Highly recommend it!
