The harvest moon rises over Mt. Hood. ⠀ ⠀ The full moon rises in the east while the sun sets in the west. So you can photograph the moonrise with some sunlight on the landscape. ⠀ ⠀ I used “The Photographer’s Ephemeris” website/app to see where I could stand to photograph the full moon over Mt.
