Whelp today I woke up so dizzy and disoriented I was worried I would faint. Luckily some panodils and taking things veeeery slow helped. I looked it up to be sure and it seems a side effect of hrt is noted to be headaches and sudden dizziness; hopefully it is a one time thing 😅
#made me realise how vulnerable you can be living alone#because when your world is spinning out of control how can you ask for help ovo#luckily i feel better now#crosses fingers it was a one time thing#i really dont want to go off t because of dizzy episodes#but i thought it was probably smart to document#so when the doctor ask i can say i had an episode (again hopefully just one)#mucahs thoughts#hrt#testosterone#medical transition#transgender#transmasc
