Ok so as a agent of chaos I need to set ground rules...
@drdelicatetouchreturns @geniusbuilthq @batsandcranes
Rule 1 of mudball war: STAYNOUT OF THE LIVING ROOM!! We don't want Splints to get upset cuz of mudballs.
Rule 2: BE CAREFUL IN THE LAB. Donnie works hard in there. Also Donnienyour not allowed to just hide in there.
Rule 3: This is about fun. If anyone gets injured or truly upset you stop and take care of them.
Rile 4: Everyone pitches in to clean. Everyone

The gentle fist should beat Susanoo
Written Feb 5, 2023
Tumblr media
Just saw the question on Reddit and many think that no Hyuga could cut through a Susanoo
Tumblr media
But the whole point of the gentle fist is that it can basically cut through or nullify any chakra-based thing
It’s the reason Neji was able to cut through Kidomaru’s spiderweb thing
This brings up the question of, what is the limit of the gentle fist?
As the way it sounds is that it should be able to beat basically anything ninjutsu, fireballs, mudwalls, etc
But the times we see it used don’t show a high ceiling as we never see it nullify or cut something notoriously tough
Which has people think it’s connected to skill/chakra capacity, “Hinata is so beneath Sasuke that she couldn’t cut his Susanoo even if a gentle fist hypothetically can”
But honestly, since we have no evidence I would like to think the Gentle Fist could cut through anything but the size of it depends on that Hyuga’s chakra amount as it would take more chakra to cut a tailed beast ball than a fireball for example
I think this ties into the general Hyuga Clan/Byakugan low power level
The Uchiha/Sharingan is so strong in comparison that it feels weird the Byakugan is in that conversation of great dojutsu
We never get to see a Neji or Hinata fight a Susano’o but if they can cut the Susano’o it would make the Hyuga much more powerful as it's basically saying any ninjutsu is weak to the Gentle Fist which I think even the playing field
As for stuff like the full body Susanoo might just be too big for the Hyuga’s tiny hands to truly be effective

Dream diary
I find my father looking at the neighbor's pond. It's making waves a pond shouldn't be making, like when a bowl of water is jostled, it's about to spill out.
"Earthquake?"
"No", I say. It's been raining a lot, I can feel the softness of the earth under my feet. "Looks like the whole hillside is moving." We both look back at our house. I'm filled with a sense of anxiety. If the earth is moving, then our house...
We start walking towards the back. I see a crack in the wall. Has it always been there? Could have been. We keep walking. There's a bigger crack this time. Our house is in danger. We start running towards the back, where I know my mother is. But before we could reach the entrance, the house unceremoniously collapses. The mudwall house I grew up in is instantly reduced to rubble. We start searching frantically through the ruins. I try to lift off a piece of wreckage from the bed, but she's not in there. My father can't find her either.
"Is everything okay?" - I hear her voice now. She's standing outside the ruins, apparently unhurt and unconcerned about the collapsed house. It cannot be real, I think. I rush to her, hug her tightly. I start to cry.
"Hey, it's okay. Everything's okay. Nothing happened. Why are you crying?" - she asks. "Because the kind of people who ask this question are the kind of people who haven't realized they're dead yet" - I say through my tears. Her hold on me suddenly starts to feel lighter. And then I can't feel her at all.
I sob uncontrollably.

Saturday 5 April 1840
6
11 5/..
A- came and roused me at 5 50/.. and I got up at 6 having slept comfortably – breakfast at 6 20/.. to 6 50/.. not allowed to leave the fort before 7 – no fear – nobody ready but ourselves – fine morning – sat reading Murray (article Caucasus) – the woman of the house kissed my hand très contente for the 40s.k. = 1/40. I gave her for our nights’ lodging and twice samovar – Off from here Alexandrina at 7 35/.. – mountains magnificent, and near – wood in the distance all round – cross several little bridges over little streams – at 8 40/.. three ½ covered kibitkas with soldiers and wives, and enter brushwood and sedge grass – mudwalled village at 8 50/.. and 2 or 3 soldiers, and very fine rather sunny morning road not so muddy as yesterday – at 9 ten or a dozen more neat little cottages in wattled enclosure – at 9 50/.. on the wide coarse-grassy plain, a village a little distance, left, below us the courier called out Tcherkess – for a moment A- and I looked to the right to a man or 2 on horseback with some cattle –
SH:7/ML/E/24/00071
we were soon set right – the Tcherkess were assembled at a little distance below us not far from the village (also Tcherkess but soumis aux Russes) – our Cossacks prepared for fight – I got out and [?] my one loaded pistol – had nor ball nor shot for the other – the Tcherkess all apparently well mounted wheeled round (I counted 20) to the back of us and drew up on the rising ground behind us to the right – George said there were 30 – I concluded they were preparing for a regular cavalry charge down upon us – their halt was to me a moment of anxiety – we drove on footspace – faster – nothing beyond a bit of trot now and then we could not go – both our doors were open – I mentally counted our strength 4 Cossacks, 4 drivers – a Russian officer and his servant and driver who had come along with us – a teleaga and a man or 2 – the Courier George and ourselves – I thought we could make a tolerable fright – I felt not the least afraid nor did A- feel afraid – how it was I know not, but fear did not occur to me – but my eye rested anxiety on the squadron I expected pouring down upon us – they halted still – they hesitated – they rode off [?] it stands in my note book “about 9 50/.. a party of Tcherkess – 20 or 30 – we prepared – they eyed us – rode off – they were near a village and much horses and cattle” – at 10 ¼ perched up [?] (we pass these perched up watch houses every 4 or 5 v. with a couple of soldiers each) a hut or 2, and trees (apple trees? like them) full of [misselto]? – our loueur de chevaux got some for himself and gave it to the courier, and to us on our asking for it – here also at 10 ¼ a sort of stone mile post or guide post (about 3ft. or more?) out of the ground, and covered with Georgian or what characters – at 10 50/.. enter the narrow valley (defile) in the rounded wooded mountain-basement line of hill that thus opens upon the high mountains going as for some time back slow foots’ pace, the broad small-bouldery bed of river and willow copse close left – and high sandrock woody hill close right – fine range of dark wooded hill (but no fir) bounding the valley left – the wood on the hillside close on our right seems to be chiefly beech, with underwood of thorn? and barberry? and Kisil? that we saw at Kisliar [Kizljar] and whose preserved redberry colonel G- gave us to taste – chiefly willow and sedge grass on the flat ground between us and the river – at the little fort of Minarette at 11 18/.. just below the [mud] mound-like wall of the fort much cattle, several vodka carts, and a neat ½ covered kibitka stopping – we drew up and fed the horses in the large open space of the fort, the 3 or 4 neat whitewashed reed-thatched good cottage-like buildings of which the fort consists being on our left, and a hundred yards or more forwards towards the right, the striking round-tower brick column from which the fort takes its name – charged the other pistol – counted up our strength 14 or 15 men yes! said George but the drivers would have been good for nothing, and the officer (going to the general governor at Tiflis) was ½ frightened out of his wits before setting off this morning besides he has no pistols with him only a little sword, and when his kibitka wheel was getting on fire when we met the
Tcherkess, he was so afraid of being left, he kumped into the teleaga (the one following us) and dared not wait a minute – well! but said I, we had our Cosacks and ourselves – yes! said George but we had nobody else – poor Domna trembled from head and foot, and said on my rallying her about it, that, if she had known, nothing no! not George would have induced her to come – A- and I set off to the Minarette, and she sketched it – ancient – 50 one foot steps to the top or more at the top at 12 for 6 minutes – the steps gone for the last 5 or 6ft. at the top, and a cramble – our loueur de chaveux Cossack (one of our 4 of Escort) had gone to the top and waited for me part of the way down and took my cloak, or I should have been too much embarassé to get up – fine view of small-bouldery broad bed of shallow river (Terek) and of the entrance into this narrow (a mile wide?) value, and towards the high mountains much hid by the lower range which projects inwards and hides almost all – the Cossack said we could not see the 2 cone top of Casbeck from the top of the tower – I think we could but unluckily did not note it at the time – the tower wall at the top not more than 12in. thick if so much – the column in the distance before arriving and white seen (not long) after leaving the fort, looks like a stream engine chimney – the sketch below copied from my rough book is the best I can do – but I cannot do the cornice a sort of triangular machiloated projection sufficiently broad to bear a gallery all round on to which a small door opened from the south (as at Bolgari) and in a straight this door 2 lancet windows – one near the top under the machiloation, and the other near the bottom a little above the square basement, light the staircase – this door and these 2 windows looked towards the south towards mecca, and the entrance door into the basement towards the east is the dark shaded [?] in the basement jagged and torn, as if made forcibly and not the original doorway - the dots under the cornice = so many O light blue round bricks like large flat nail heads 2 or 3 in. diameter? the dots on the 4 angles shew the same sort of round light blue bricks in the bottom of the cornice just above the row of them indicated between the cornice and the zone or band charged with Georgian or Arabian or some sort of characters – the use of this minaret probably the same as at Bolgari – and vid. top. of p. 114 Colunne de Chamkhor  the column here stands on a little rising ground – the brush immediately about it and hereabouts is white thorn and black thorn, and apple tree or rather crabtree or something very like it – the column looks north and south up and down the great defile and west up a [?] winding glen – but nor time nor wish to explore it – George speaking of the Tcherkess villages soumis aux Russes, never at the people come up near to talk to you, for if they you are but 2 or 3 they pretend conversation and stab your poigned into your and rob you – the Tcherkess
SH:7/ML/E/24/00072
generally assemble near these villages which are not too much to be trusted – the sentinels are sometimes killed at the little perched up watch houses, but they draw up the ladder when necessary and fire upon the attackers .:. they hold out pretty well – A- and I sketching till 12 25/.. – very fine and sunny – the fort consist of 3 or 4 whitewashed reed-thatched good cottage like buildings and a few huts, some of the latter 50 or 60 yards from the minarette – this is the sort of fort mud and wattle walled that they call Krā-ăh-posst (the first a like a in made) Krê-ă-post – Krepost – Casbeck quite hid from the fort – but thought I saw it from the column, tho’ our Cossack said not – at any rate, this singular 2 coned mountain is always in full view after leaving the fort making ones way thro’ the hollow like the formed bed of a river, up plain ground of the steppe like up on to the flat of the valley or ravine along which our road lies – the Terek not seen, deep at the foot of high sandrock escarpé bankalong the foot of the range of hill left at the other side the valley – the river a mile off or more? between us and the river much willow – we are close at the foot of the rang of hill right – the valley widens à perte de vue left – and at a little distance on a hill long moudlike rising in the middle of the valley the large looking fortress i.e. mud walled village of Nikolaievsk where we should have slept had we not had time to get on to Ardonne – the high mountains (all snow covered) all along right in front of us – not much wood now at 2 5/.. near us – merely plots, detached spots, of wood on the hills, and the valley clear – at 2 20/.. pass near, left, ancient ruins said the Cossack – 8tagon mausoleum or little temple? no entrance or opening to be seen except one wind that one could easily creep in at looking to the south – heaps of river-boulders lying by, and a bit of rubbish like ruin, and a sort of stone post – about 3ft. long above ground and 8 to 10 or more inch wide – but could not see whether any characters on it or not – and now 2 25/.. Nikololaievska is opposite (left) on the hill and just below us (close, left) Dourdour little square wattled fort enclosure and see 4 or 5 soldiers there – several tall round haystacks close outside the wattle-wall of N- round, weathered and .:. dark looking round haystacks (like Calmuck tents in the distance) scattered over the steppe all the way from Ekaterinagrad – N- very picturesque here – wind down upon the white river braodish and shallow stream and cross it at 2 33/.. over picturesque narrow wood bridge – wide float up to the foot of the high covered with reeds and wood (willows?) – mountains magnificent – seen from the plain apparently their whole height from bottom to top – the bottom 1/3 the height looking like a dark raviny basement grade or line – a few huts in and on the bank of the river blanc, and N- and its neat white chimneys very picturesque – at 3 ½ looking back N- on its oblong mound like hill seems to stretch across and block the whole valley from the
range of hill on one side to that on the other – but on this side N- the valley widens out and stretches into a very steppe of coarse grass covered with little grassy sand hillocks, like as shape and size and frequency the wartiness of Sweden – Casbeck hid in clouds this last ½ hour, but his cirque clear – at 4 10/.. the tower – many good neat looking cottage like building! – the fort, krepost, a sort of cottage mudwalled Kremlin – the town and its houses and courts enclosed in separate watlings – a soldier directs to the Gastinitza in the fort and we alight at 4 20/.. delighted to have a nice good largeish (4 times as big as our little rooms of late) comfortable room to ourselves! tea at 5 ½ and then till now 9 ½ wrote the whole of today – very fine day –
7 53/.. to 11 18/.. Alexandrina to Minarette (krepost) 21 M- to Nekolaievsk = 9v.
1 13/.. to 4 20/.. M- to Ardonne  (ditto)   17

Zoombinis Levels, Ranked
Because I’ve been playing this game again so heck why not
Allergic Cliffs: Not that difficult overall. I mean, if one Zoombini can’t cross a bridge they can just cross the other one. Pretty easy to intuit on the first two levels of difficulty but after the third one it gets a little confusing. Kind of a boring level but it’s right at the beginning so it’s chill 5/10
Stone Cold Caves: I know everyone likes the Pizza Trolls but I always liked the stone guards better as a kid, I mean, they’re not nearly as mean to you as the Pizza Trolls are. Also this level is oddly enough even easier than the Allergic Cliffs? Only cause you have like a million chances to get it wrong. I don’t think I’ve ever lost a Zoombini here 8/10
Pizza Pass: Okay I said I liked the stone guards better and I do but the Pizza Trolls are STILL iconic so I’m sure not gonna low-score them just for being picky eaters. I mean I don’t like pineapple on my pizza either. If a little blue ball came into my lair and gave me pineapple pizza I’d probably toss it into a pit too. (The pizza not the Zoombini) 9/10
Captain Cajun’s Ferry: This one’s fun cause you can just cheat by making all your Zoombinis have the same trait at the beginning, but it’s also not much of a challenge for that reason. Basically a quick win but not that exciting 4/10
Titanic Tattooed Toads: THEY’RE FROGS NOT TOADS 0/10 (Okay actual gameplay gets a 8/10 for the first two levels and -7/10 when the crabs start showing up. Fuck those crabs)
Stone Rise: Probably the best part of Who’s Bayou. A mild challenge for sure until the upper levels, but damn if it isn’t entertaining. Also I adore that noise that it makes when you complete a circuit. ASMR for my child self 10/10
FLEENS!: I hate this level but I’m pretty good at it so 6/10
Hotel Dimensia: I swear to God whoever designed the upper two levels of this thing was apprenticed by Satan himself. This is, to date, the ONLY Zoombinis level that I have never successfully made it through on all four difficulties. I can’t even get past the third level of difficulty so I don’t even want to see the fourth. I have no idea what the trick is. I don’t know what’s required of me. I just sit there and I stare at those dozens of boarded-up tree rooms and I weep for the souls of the Zoombinis I’m destined to lose. 2/10
Mudball Wall: THE SOLE REASON TO GO SOUTH. I love Mudwall Wall. If every level was Mudball Wall I would sing praises. The colors? The shapes? The satisfying squelchy noise of the mud? The joy of yeeting your Zoombinis to safety? I’ve sadly never gotten to this level on difficulties 3 and 4 in-game due to Hotel Dimensia but I’ve played it on practice mode and it’s a solidly good time even though MAN does it get tough! But unlike Hotel Dimensia, pleasantly so. Solid level 10/10
The Lion’s Lair: This one’s too easy on the first level but afterwards it’s a wild ride. I love it actually and I love the music on this level 8/10
The Mirror Machine: I don’t know why but I HATE this level. I think it’s just cause I can technically do it but it’s so slow and you have to basically start over from square one for every single Zoombini. Like with Hotel Dimensia I just give in to despair but with THIS one it’s like “NO I CAN BEAT THIS” but it’s just gonna take me like... six hours to do it 1/10
Bubblewonder Abyss: A horrible level cause you can accidentally smack your Zoombinis into each other and lose them THAT way even without making a mistake which can then mess up your entire run. Other than that? A wonderful level. Challenging without being impossible. Aesthetically pleasing. Cute. Good music. The sparkly grid is alluring and makes me want to ride around in a bubble 9/10

Khiva is located in Uzbekistan's north west and was a trading hub, especially for slaves, during the silk road era. Had a great private guided tour of the old city, climbed a minaret, resisted the temptation to eat plov served in the streets, visited a few ancient madrassas and walked the mud walls of the old town. A really fascinating day. #khiva #uzbekistan #mustStanSully #onenightStan #wherethehellissully #silkroad #stan&deliver #mudwalls #minaret #plov #uzbekistancusine #thedontforgettravelgroup #travel #adventure #alwayworking #adelaide #wanderlust #reallife #escape #vacation #explore #newadventures #travelagent #luxurytravel #letsgo (at Khiva) https://www.instagram.com/p/BvmnkLxDqxW/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=rglm22uxd61x

The Ksar, castel, of Ait Ben Haddou is a group of earthen houses. They were built with Mud Brick. And sometimes with small stones. The houses are surrounded by high defensive walls. The castel has a huge gate with long towers. Ait Ben Haddou has been one of the top attraction for filmmakers. There are many scenes of great movies which were shot in the castel. In the Game of Thrones, Ait Ben Haddou ranked as the second of the most “instagrammed” location.
